Guys dont beleive Amazon when they claim Free Standard Installation. They are just marketplace and their responsibility ends with delivery. All the hassles has to be taken care by you.

Amazon India claims that they will initiate free installation with purchase of AC. However i am having a pathetic experience with Amazon/their customer care representatives. Amazon should not mention that the installation is free because they are marketplace and they do not know whether installation will be carried out or not. They let the brand (eg. LG) to take care of installation. We purchased an AC only because it was mentioned the installation is free. The product got delivered 5 days ago from Amazon. Since then we were asked to talk to many people to get it installed. One person came home and said he will charge 500Rs, we told it is written free installation in Amazon. The guy said he dont know all that. I told this matter to Amazon, they said they are just marketplace and they will will contact the brand only if there is some issue.

    I ordered an item on Amazon web site on April 24th. I have been shown the delivery date as 25th after the order placed successfully. On 25th the delivery date is revised as 27th. The item is not even shipped on 26th. I asked their customer care what is happening with my order. I have been told in email that the order will be delivered soon, no need to worry. on 26th evening when I inquired again I have been told that there is a payment processing issue. Many customer service executives were rude and cut my call and aksked me to check with my bank.

    On 27th morning also the web site is showing delivery date as 27th. In the afternoon they canceled order.

    I again placed order for the same item and that order got cancelled immediately.

    I placed another order and it got created successfully with delivery date as 28th. On 28th morning I got mail that the order will be delivered only on 2 May due to fluctuating inventory. When I go to their website for the same item at the same time, it shows as available and will be delivered next day 29 May.

    If they do not have inventory for the order placed on April 27 how they can deliver order placed on 28 on 29th? See the attached screenshot to understand their cheating.

    My first order also got cancelled due to lack of inventory. They just used pretext of payment processing issue. DO NOT TRUST AMAZON

      I ordered one plus 3t from amazon. It reached ernakulam via couriour service. They called me from delivery section this morning and didnt provide me proper information and disconnected the call. I called nearly 20 times and they finally attended the call. And then i asked about my product. They were talking very rude that the product will be canceled this day. I told them i ll come to office and collect my product the same morning but They told me there wont be any people in office and they cant help with it. They told me not to call any more. Such a bad experiance from your part. I didnt get my product and its really bad.

        If you tell me what is the worst customer service is available in India, that is Amazon customer service!!!
        There only two options available 1st they will never resolve your case or 2nd you will be delayed for minimum 2 months to solve a simple case. They will always tell you that we already filled your case but that is the common reply to you. They will never file your case until you call them 10 days 100 times...
        Actually Amazon is good but this people are polluting Amazon. Because they know that you cannot do anything against them. You may be use 2, 3, 4 slangs thats it. Then you will be bored and never call them again

          I. B.B.Pabdey, TI/SWR, DRM Office, Firozpur Punjab. Moto g 4 handset bought through amazon and delivered at H. No. 65, friends colony, Firozpur city on 28.01.2017. Many problems created in mobile handset from atleast 2-4 weaks.
          1. Battery heated.
          2. Mobile auto switched off.
          3. Mobile hanged any time if any emergency.
          4. Many times touch screen does not work.
          5. Mobile handset has already sent to service centre in Ludhiana but problem did not solved. only software updated and sent to me.
          6. my important data of mobile has been lost. I have faced many problems.
          so, i request u to change my mobile handset and provide new handset. I am totally unsatisfied by amazon and motorola handset because as i know old handset was provided. please provide me new handset immediately. so that i can believe on you and your company.

            I purchased sony sbh80 bluetooth headset (Black) worth of rs. 5750/- on 9th september, 2016 recently i am having issue with the device so i went to the service center to claim the 1 year warranty with the order summary doc which was provided by amazon in my portal but the service center people not accepting it and they need invoice so i requested amazon team to provide invoice on 30th march, 2017 and they said they will provide with in 48 hours but they are unable to provide till date and they are asking me to wait for 3-5 business days because they raised a request to seller but seller us not responding. So i need to wait till the seller responds but i am worry about the warranty period.

                I order some product from amazon india on 11 march 2017, but i didn't recived my product, i complaint about this to the company. Company commit me to return the amount within few days but company not return the amount. I have send the bank statement to the company but after many request and complaint company not return the money.
                If the company unable to fulfill the order than why it take order & take my money unauthorized with him. And after 45 days company not return my money also.

                    I order an Fiskars thread trimmer but I received a trimmer which was not shown in the site. So I resend it to the sellers. there is no response or refund from the seller. I registered a complaint in amazon and add review of that product and seller still I didn't get my money back. along with this I ordered a Vegetable cutter that is also not working properly but I didn't return

                        Paid to amazon pos twice through debit card on a purchase taken at home on[protected] at 630pm. It never got transferred to the merchant, so eventually i paid cash to amazon delievery man

                        . However after half an hour i recieved a message to my surprise that amount has been debited, not once but twice 8463* 2 =16926

                          Why you want additional address I already spoke with amazon your team they told . it will be delivered today itself same address and I also called so many time this phone number [protected] I talk with him 2 time third time I called to him his phone switch off . still I was calling no response I started calling him afternoon 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm now no response

                          I booked shpt on Saturday 22nd. today 26th stil I am not getting package this is my order #[protected] and awb #[protected]
                          today in the morning one guy called. he told will be delivered today itself . but I called 3 or 4 time he ws not pick up the phone again I called the phone num was switch up how can I trace my package.

                            On April 8, 2017 I placed an order #[protected] with Amazon.in for
                            Northside Men s Bozeman Snow Boot Brown 11 D(M) US for amount

                            Item Subtotal: Rs.6, 195.12
                            (Includes Import Fees Deposit Rs.1, 789.86)

                            Shipping & Handling: Rs.1, 638.52

                            Order Total: Rs.7, 833.64

                            As I was not in town to take the delivery, Amazon.in never reached me on my correct contact number [protected] regarding delivery reattempt. And the delivery executive suggested me, if I cancel I would get the refund.

                            When I didn't get the refund, I reached Amazon.in customer service on April 25, 2017 and I was shocked to see that they informed me I will get only refund for item price not for shipping & handling and import fees deposit.

                            So, they refunded only item price for Rs. 4405.26.

                            I sent several emails to Amazon.in requesting for full refund, however they refused to refund Rs. 1638.52 for shipping & handling and Rs. 1789.86 for import fees deposit.

                            I'm yet to get refund of Rs. 3428. 38 in total.

                            I request the Hyderabad Consumer Court to admit my plea and help me get justice in this case

                              I have purchased the hikvision camera from amazon.com. Amazon supplied a faulty hard disk (Also same was out of warranty along with the order. I had sent the faulty hard disk back to amazon via courier and i have the reciept of the courier and photo of hard disk.

                              Now amazon is not able to provide me a replaced hard disk nor they are ready to give me my original hard disk. - they are also not paying me for the cost of hard disk (Which is rs 14324) as on their own website.

                              Please help with resolving the issue.

                                I have ordered i5 processor +chipset+ram etc through amazon. After 10 days i have received the package. When i opened it i was shocked. The package was full of newspapers no product inside. Contacted amazon as well as seller. Amazon is saying investigation is going on wait for 2 weeks. Why should i wait for my money. Its there problem. Very strange..

                                    When it comes to computer components there's a lot of variation and different types. Just take RAM it cane be desktop/laptop. DDR3/DDR4, 1333 1600 and so on.

                                    I gave an important feedback to Amazon thru a formal chat to introduce filter like Desktop/Laptop when it comes to searching RAM. At present these are mixed in search results. This is one of the top level ilter but not present on Amazon search.

                                    It's over a month but till date Amazon has not introduced this important customer friendly feature. Most likely there's a disconnect between the representative I chatted with and those in decision making.

                                    Anyways it's left up to Amazon to decide if they want to introduce such a customer friendly more meaningful search filter for computer components.

                                    It's been a few months since I gave this important customer friendly feedback to Amazon and Amazon has simply not acted on it. Today also when I search for say DDR3 RAM, the results are mixed with Desktop RAM & Laptop RAM!!

                                      Delivery boy was very rude.. He came 10 min before time.. So he demanded the plastic bag in which our package was being delivered. He was so rude that he wanted to get into our house just because he arrived10 min before time. We ordered from amazon now, his name is balsubrama, his number is [protected]... And yes very important part to be noticed.. We received a text message that our order will be delivered by10 pm.. But it arrived at. 7 50 pm only.. Giving him an"appropriate" reason to barge into our house without permission and being very disrespectful and rude at the same time. Wrong details are texted to us about the timing of delivery of order..

                                        A refund has been made by amazon on 10th of April regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. I have reference id also But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
