I am Shanmugam, I usually made the purchase from Amazon INDIA since 2014, so for I have smooth relation with amazon though there was rough time but we have settled ourselves, this time Amazon INDIA shown me very tough face and not even listening my request

I just try to explain the story

I purchased Panasonic Mobile through Amazon as usual (purchase copy attached), I have problem with phone now, I contacted Amazon, they advised me to contact manufacturer, I contacted Panasonic Mobile and they told me that there is NO authorized service centre in my place Coimbatore, hence i turn back to Amazon and requested them connect me back to original seller, so that original seller receive my defective product and take it Panasonic mobile and settle the warranty issues and send me back repaired mobile, Amazon not listening to me and insisting me again and again to contact manufacturer, this is horrible, Amazon INDIA should not only the platform for selling product, just incase any issues with product then Amazon INDIA should be responsible at least connect the buying customer back to Original seller

please help me on this issue

    Sir, my name is shalockya mishra i had purchased your product from amazon on 12-apr-2017, and they also told me that i will get product till 22-apr-2017, product name - lg 43lh576t 108 cm full hd smart tv.
    Amazon order no[protected],
    I already paid entire balance on 12-apr-2017, also i have spoken with them about installation and other queries they told me yes sir don't worry, my family was coming on 22nd that's why i planned this. But they spoiled each and everything, they suddenly send a msg on 20th that they can't deliver product and refund will be initiated after some days. Omg. I can't understand, that is why i am surely going in consumer court, i don't know but i will not leave amazon like this, i am sending you this massage because that was your product. If they can't deliver product at my place how can they process that payment, how can they keep my money without giving me any satisfaction. This is nt about money this is about happiness. I am going in cc.

        The worst service I have ever seen.
        Ordered iPhone 7
        Order #[protected] with the prime membership n didn't received my package yet. Prime membership, they call it as one day delivery, its been 4 days man, no parcel yet
        Will never suggest any of my friend or relative to buy any product from amazon.

        Very disappointed

          This is Ravi Prakash Pandey s/o Rajendra Kumar Pandey, on 6th April I ordered BlackBerry dtek 50 model from Amazon.in at a price for rs 19, 996₹ which was prepaid and was paid via my UCO bank A/c but then I cancelled the order and asked for refund from Amazon.in on 8th April, for which they issued me stating 3-5 business days required to finish up and on 18th April I received a confirming message that they have sent me the money back into my UCO bank a/c no- [protected], Banashankri branch, Bangalore, ifsc code-, but when I cross checked with bank officials they said no money was given by Amazon.in to my account. After providing them with refund reference no[protected] *(given by Amazon.in), they were consistently declining the request .please help your customer, I sincerely request to everyone involved to please take further action as soon as possible and help me in getting my money back else i have to take some legal actions against company as its already 20 days.mob-[protected]

              On 14/42017 I ordered an item on Amazone and after that I changed my mind and cancelled the item before it shipped. But still I didn't got my money back.
              When I call the customer care they told me you will get your refund within 5 days. But not yet I didnt get anything

                I mr deepak meena is a regular online customer of amazon, once i ordered sony vaio charger of rs 1385, and in one month it was not working, i returned it, and the refund money was sent through check without asking me the mode of payment, because if anybody is ordering online he/she is not having time to goat shop and buy it, then how i ill be having time to going bank, stand in q and deposit the cheque, , then they told to cancel the cheque and send the scanned copy, that also i did .After that they always says that we will be refunding in your bank account or in your wallet, but they did not did, so i request you to look at these fraud comapany, or i will go to higher level for complain

                Amazon has still not refunded my money in wallet or in a bank, These is my humble request to please return it.or i will be taking these issue to media naming the company as a fraud .As i am already from well Leveled media background.and i have all the call recordings of your an the mail which you all fooled me

                  I have filed return on 17 April for the white world saree that i have ordered on 10th of April but it's style is not as expected and the border is also good so i wanted to return it but no one came for the pickup. I have also talked to the customer service and they also filed the return one more time on 19 th April but still no one came and a message of cancel was sent without my permission and now today is 22 April. I can't keep that saree so please help me for my return.

                    I ordered honor6x phone. I had over heating issues and phone was very slow even though I was using airtel 4G. Amazon provided me with a replacement but having same issues with the new one as well. When I contacted customer support they asked me to download smartchk app, but the page is not loading for me. Customer support is of no assistance in this regard. They are not providing a proper response. I want a refund as I am not satisfied with the phone's performance.

                      Hello,
                      Amazon chat agents disconnected my chat without any intimation, they have also removed my order from my order history using different language.
                      Even call support also doing the same.
                      I wanna complain a case against them.

                        I have orderd mobile using prime services order id is #[protected] delivary date was 16th april but i have not recived product till 21st.
                        When i am checking with helpdesk agent they are just saying i will recive it please wait till eod.
                        I had paid full amount in advance expecting delivary on time. But not recieved it even after a week and i don;t know when i will get the delivary.
                        My concern is that if you made commitment for delivary then there should be a panelty for not keeping your commitment.

                        I want to suggest not to use prime services to all customer, as you exepct and wait for something and when you will not get that thing even after a week you will get frasteted and get dipresssion when you speak to helpdesk and hear the same story alll time.

                            Dear Sir,

                            In response to Order Id:[protected] it is to intimate that delivery person arrived at the given address with a packet at around 15.30 hrs on 20.04.2017 . Prior to that I received a mail with the mention that Your package is shipped by Delivery and the tracking ID is[protected]. However, while receiving the item it was noticed that the packet was torn on two sides and hand could be well inserted through the torn portions. It was found that a ball of plastic carry bags was only inside the packet and the same was shown to the delivery person and thus the packet was not received. This was the very first order placed to your agency and surprisingly this is the experience. Hope needful action will be initiated from your end in delivering material next time.

                              I am having issues with the bag. So the agent was promised me 100/- so I rejected it and asked for 200/- because I stitched it for 250/- yu can check my whole chat conversation. The supervisor said I won't be able to process now. Then why did agent promised me. Why the hell did he promised me..if they promise us it looks like we should not trust them right ?
                              Giving false information is not at all fair
                              Seriously if I don't get the promised amount I will escalate to the federal department

                                Sir oops amount was directly delivered into my account without any banking intervention or any deduction what is it in 1 day.thxs.But Some gentlemen should should watch or contact the person to whom so ever the package is delivered or not after lets say some days after their delivery.Some person suffers with these acts bye

                                  I am Karan Singh from Jabalpur. I recently ordered a product from amazon on 13th April, 2017 and on the day it was out for delivery the status changed to "returning to seller" without my knowledge. the reason was shown that the product was rejected on delivery even though the delivery person never even came to my house. The delivery person never even contacted me. Every time I am provided with a contact number of the delivery person via SMS except this time there was no mention of it. On contacting the customer support I was told that the package was defective and for that reason the package was being returned without my knowledge. This raises the question that how do they know the product was defective? No one knows what's inside the box until it has been delivered, so how did they find out it was defective?

                                  I have already waited a long time for it and don't want to wait for another 6-7 days. Since it's currently in my city I want it to be delivered. There's is no problem if they were unable to deliver it on the given date, but at least the customer should be updated with the reasons why there was a problem.

                                    I have order some dc shoes and adidas slipper on 31st march, 2017 with order no.[protected] &[protected] respectively on one shipment which shiped through india speed post with tracking no .AW[protected]IN . The order had been delevered on 19th april, 2017 . Unfortunately order get delevered with empty without any shoes or slipper only covered with some magazine .. so plz refund back my money soon ...

                                      I havepurchased a v -guard voltage stabiliser for led tv by cash purchase through amazon and when i opened the pack i found broken pieces of stabiliser and on noticing this i immediately closed and returned v guard stabiser to amazon .The amount for the return item was not yet credited. No response even after repeated email. please look into the matter.

                                        My name is raja and I had ordered placed on[protected] quantity 1 piece gemstone tester in amazon online shoping order no[protected] in cash on delivery and expecting arriving time of delivery product is[protected] i have take screen shot of my status also and attached photo And when i check tracking status showing delivered but i haven't got my shipment still now due to this i am mentaly harras .
