I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] And amount is 285. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and golm its you problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can no do anything for this refund we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in my acount they told me that your refund is initiated on 10 of april but still i have not received it.

I am also providing my bank acount detailed Statment.
I had cancelled the order that I placed on Amazon and awaiting a refund of 27399. They had initiated it on 10th April, however i have still not received. They gave me a reference number to raise a query with the bank and they informed that the reference number is invalid and asked me to provide a ARN number that is 23 digit. The Amazon failed to provide that number and asking me to charge dispute however the bank refuses stating the charge dispute is done only for a failed transaction and not when a refund is expected.
I have been pushed back on both sides who give opposite answers. I tried to conference both bank and the amazon however the amazon representative disconnected.
Citibank told me the only option is to place a police complaint with the merchant and amazon refuses to provide merchant details too.
I really dont know what to do.. last thing i want to do is goto a police station with a month old baby.
I need the money due to a personal emergency and I have been pushed off

I order 3 products thru Amazon Order #[protected],[protected], #[protected]-4344362 on 19.06.2019. The amount of rupees 774, debited from my Account but by order is cancelled automatically. Till now I didn't received my amount. Please do the needful.

      I had bought moto g plus from amazon on 13th august 2016 order id is[protected]. This mobile started malfunctioning since last 1 month and i handed over the same to cellular world (Motorola authorized service center) at moksha plaza borivali west mumbai on 8th april 2017. They informed me after 8 days that they do not have motorola spare parts so cannot repair. I went to one more authorized service center and they also informed me the same thing. I have paid for jio connection and not able to use since my only 4g mobile bought from my trusted site is not working and there is no one provide after sales service even though it is on warranty period. I am loosing on mobile charges and need your immediate help.

        Worst and poor amazon...biggest mistake of my life was keeping trust in you guys and that too even again and again.Though I am your so called PRIME member, I still not got any single benefit from you guys.And your so called CUSTOMER ORIENTED SUPPORT is world's top most foolest and cheater supports who always cheat the customers. I am wishing very very bad luck for you guys. I am praying that all your customers will get deflect from you and your shares soon get down permanently and at the end your AMAZON DUKAN's shutter should get completely closed. Thank you for cheating me everytime.

          I had ordered sunshine rocking chair and baby bouncer with soothing vibration and music on 11april '17. It was communicated the product will be delivered by 17th or 18th of april 2017, but till now no one attended to deliver it and also no update is there. Now when i am trying to check the track details it is showing product is returned back to the seller. What is the matter? Is this a joke? I already paid for the product to get it on time.in turn i have to face these sorts of issues. Please update and make the delivery soon as i will be out of station within very few days.

              Cheats Amazon India say they have initiated a refund for the cancelled order and i have to contact bank for amount to reflect. Bank people say they cannot find any transaction on given date. Now who should i go and ask for my refund, if such pathetic customer service is offered. For every refund i have to go and contact there customer executives only then the refund starts happening, we pay and then have to suffer for get back my money. #boycottamazon #notoamazon #cheatsamazon AmazonIndia

                My name is avijit bhowmick and i had made an order #[protected] on 11/04/2017 and they were suppose to deliver the product on 17/04/2017. The delivery department didn't even tried to deliver the product to me and they cancelled the order on the basis of refused at the time of delivery. This is a complete harassment. I will not be using this website anymore.

                    Dear team,

                    My first experience with amazon is going to be my last experience with them. I had ordered one coolpad note 5 and i returned the product as it was faulty. They delayed the pick up of the product and now delaying the payment. It is pathetic to note that company of such caliber is making their customer to beg for the refund. It is interesting to note that their ecr team provides you with one reference no. Whereas billing team provides you with a different reference no. I had made atleast 15-20 calls and mailed them atleast 25-30 times but no resolution.

                      I have returned one shirts worth Rs 595 and also opted for return of one belt Rs300 approx and one kurti worth Rs312 its refund amount is yet to be credited in my bank account details that was sent to amazon.in via mail in the year 2016. Amazon have all the details but disappointed with this refund service, they are showing refund done but i have not got any till date .

                      Despite giving many calls and sending email with bank account, I didnt get that money back . The seller asked for details each details was given to them

                          I bought 2 i kall mobile (Order no:[protected] from amazon. I lodged the return application against mentioned product. As they were not working properly. Amazon accepted my request and promised to pickup the product the on 16 april 2017 between 2 pm to 5pm. I want this product to be picked up latest by 18 april 2017. And refund me within 3-5 days from this date as per amazon policy.

                              Neither received the ordered product nor refund. Lost my money. Had ordered cotton carpet of Rs.499 but didnt get the delivery. Online status shows delivered but it never delivered at my place. When inquired them, they told me they have delivered with my signature acceptance. When asked to show my signature proof, they didn't show any proof & now not making refund also.

                                The consignment was prepaid. I received an sms that the package was delivered on[protected] at my address. As tracked it revealed that the package was delivered at Plot No 65 Lahari Jade Residenza BHANUR at 2:58PM thro' ATS. But I did not receive. Please communicate the acknowlwdgement, if any. From the past experience, the ATS Madinaguda is not prompt in delivery and compel the consignees to run after them. If immediate action is not initiated matter will be reported to the consumer forum and finally to the police. see that this will not be my last order with amazon.

                                  Dear sir or madam,
                                  I have ordered a product in amazon with order id:[protected], through my amazon account:[protected]@gmail.com.
                                  They have delivered this product through dtdc. After the product receipt, the product found poor quality and dimension mismatch. I have requested amazon for return pick up on 18.04.2017 as the product has a to z buyer guarantee product. Then onwards the amazon started a new drama stating that there is no pick up from your pin code.
                                  After taking money from me and delivered the product to me, now simply denied the product pick. Informed to self return the product to seller, i have taken the parcel to courier office and being a 7 kgs parcel they have informed that rs 1, 160 shall be charged to send the courier.
                                  Now the amazon is bargain like a street vendor that they will provide maximum rs 500 only. And seller has informed to contact amazon and they are helpless.
                                  Kindly guide me how to resolve this issue.

                                    I purchased ipad air 2 on 5th april 2017 and got it delivered on 9th april. I didn't like the performance of the ipad and thus wanted to return it. When i purchased it was mentioned that i can return on or before 20th of april. But i tried to do so the return option was dint allow me to initiate, instead it took me to another window when it says technical support. Then i called customer support and person told me return policy is not applicable on ipad, they only provide technical support. Why amazon didn't mention these things in return policy. Being a regular customer of amazon i am totally dissatisfied with the service.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I made an order for telescope on 09/04/2017 costed for rs: 18990/-. Same day after some hours I cancelled it and submitted my refund request. Still now (11/04/2017) the amount not refunded to my UBI account. You further queries you can contact me in my mobile number [protected]. Please take an immediate action against my complaint.

                                      I have placed 37 orders on 10th april 2017 and Every day, they have told me that products will be delivered by estimated delivery date but today they told me that orders are cancelled because of Pricing error.Amazon has been done this type of fraud many times.I can not understand that how they can repeat same type of errors multiple times?.How they can do errors in multiple items?.I can not understand.I request you to take strong actions against this type of online fraud from Amazon india.They will repeat this type of things in the future also.
