I have ordered "mcp house of quirk round thick tempered glass electronic digital body weight weighing scale" on 25th december, the order id is[protected]. The item was faulty, so i decided to return the item. But unfortunately i have to arrange the return by myself through speed post. And tha't take cost of rs 230, but amazon provide me rs 100 for courier the item. Most awful thing is that the price of the item rs 550 is still not credited at my bank account, but at amazon website it's showing that the amount is already refunded, but i have no clue or evidence to chase my bank about the refund. It seems like that nobody in amazon does not care about if the amount has been properly get credited or not. Completely dissapointed.

    I recently bought a mobile/hand phone and it was showing that the same will reach by 1st April, 2017. At the end of the day started showing the altered date of receipt as 1st to 4th of April, 2017. and then got a message/mail that they could not deliver as no one was available at the given address, whereas i was at my home all through the day...

    This makes me wish that with the Amazon Prime membership I had the option of having my goods guaranteed to be delivered by a reputable and reliable service, and not the unscrupulous lot that currently shares a name with Amazon, and that should speak volumes. I don't see myself renewing my Prime membership when it comes up.

    Especially after specifying that it was for some one special on a very special day too they did not put any extra effort...however i was later shared by a message stating the Phone number of the agent who will be delivering the goods to me, and his number was switched off ...they spoiled all the fun...and did not even feel sorry about it...i kept asking the agents to escalate the matter for immediate resolution but to no avail... i told that i will accept the good only if it is made for FREE against the agony, frustration, pain, embarrassment, etc etc. ...else cancel my order...no responses to the same...

    I felt cheated on 1 April 2017 and assumed this is their way of wishing April Fool.

    Anyways, this experience has made me loose all the confidence that i had in brand AMAZON.

        I booked HP Printer which was to be delivered on[protected] at Roop Nagar, JAMMU address. Since I reside in Srinagar the item was not delivered by the seller there, I booked at my Jammu address. On[protected] I was provided with the cell No. [protected] pertaining to delivery boy. I tried on 31st and 1st April also. The message was "THE DESTINATION U R TRYING TO CALL, IS NOT AVAILABLE". I was told by one of my friends that like cell number, whether the pack has been sent to Jammu is also doubtful. I was to leave for Srinagar on 2nd April, 2017 but still waiting for Amazon courier. I booked so many complaints with customer service, but of no use. They could only say the word "we r sorry for the inconveniences caused to you.
        I hope Amazon will definitely introspect.

          I would like to highlight my last purchase experience. I had order Swiss military Bluetooth speaker, which was supposed to be delivered in 7-8 days.
          On delivery date,
          At 11:30 AM, Delivery guy called and said please come and pick up your parcel and pay 999/- (COD). I received the product and paid money.
          At approx 1:30 PM, I received another call other amazon delivery guy. I asked him which product. he mentioned Bluetooth speaker. I said, i have already received the product, this might have been come by mistake. so cancelled the order.
          Then in night, when i have opened the product, I was surprised by seeing it. They delivered Nova hair clipper instead of Bluetooth speaker.
          I have taken the pic and forwarded to Amazon and also talked with customer care.
          He agreed, this might have been done by mistake and initiated return pickup.
          Now i returned the product and called amazon customer care and he is denying about it. He said, product is not delivered so it can't be returned (which is already returned to pick up guy). and every time i call i need to explain from start. it's frustrating service which has never been expected by Amazon.

                Sir i orderd the timex silver dial watch on 18 march it had to be diliverd to me on 30 march. But i didnt received it on scheduled date. Still today it didnt delivered by ur gati courier. I called 4 times in amazon customer care and 3 times to gati corier about this issue. Gati courier told me that amazon has ordered them to not deliver this product to me. But why this happen i have alredy paid money.. I want my product on tommorrow. If i wil not get this product on tommorrow then i will lodge complaint in consumer court againat amazon and gati courer. Than you.

                  Amazon is a scam. Don't buy any seller fulfilled from Amazon. Customer has to return the product, they will not pay the courier charges also instead they give gift card. Its like a parallel business for amazon by giving gift card by taking our money And customer care service is very bad.

                    I am a amazon prime member. I ordered for a Samsung Galaxy 7 edge mobile

                    But the delivered to me is a D3D camera. I nspite of my logging into their website as well as mobile app and marking the item for return on account of wrong delivery the company has not acknowledged or guided me how to return the item. I wrote in heir face back page but no results. I contacted toll free no but they were not helpful they were asking me to go to the website.

                    Awful experience indeed.

                          I stay in Japan.I ordered for Voltric 7 Badminton racket from Amazon india and the seller delivered Muscle power22. My friend picked it from India and gave to me In japan.When I saw the racket, I was shocked and contacted amazon india customer care.They apologized and said me they wil replace. Replace was done but agreed courier refund was not done

                              Both the companies didn't even bother to reply I had to go to a service center about 60kms from my location to get the screen replaced thanks to Xiaomi they did it for free please don't buy phones using sangeetha online and don't use pay with amazon for any of your transaction as amazon doesn't care about these transactions its better to buy it directly from amazon itself as they are much more trust worthy

                                I bought a saree from amazon (seller is dharmi dresses) in Dec 2016. After 2 days they send the same product again and my family member pay the bill by cash . Very next day I placed a return order in amazon and they gave me several pickup time. But till the date nobody came to pickup the product. Amazon sent me a cheque of rs 1099/- from Deutsch bank, Bangalore, a/c no-[protected], cheque no: 841238. I got the cheque in 15/01/17 and deposited the same in a/c no:[protected] naming udita pandit. Unfortunately a/c was closed since 08/2013. Idbi bank salt lake branch returned the cheque because of a/c closed. But amazon is demanding that cheque has cleared on 18/01/17. Several times I have send mail and talk with customer care regarding this prob and asked them, how could be a cheque cleared in a closed a/c. Idbi has given the closed a/c statement and they are clear that no amount credited in that a/ c, but amazon is not ready to pay the amount nor they are ready to produce any statement regarding this clearance..my contact no is [protected]

                                    I had placed an order for apple Iphone 6 on 26th march and the product was suppose to be delivered on 27th march 2017 but till now I have not received my product.

                                    I have contacted the amazon transportation services 10 times but still they it will be delivered and blah-blah.

                                    Please deliver my product asap else I will have to cancel my order and get it from somewhere else.

                                      I am purchased a mobile handset Redimi 4A, on 23rd Mar from Amazon.in, and i get it as properly of the deadline.But the front camera of this handset cannot work up to the mark...the pics are very hazy and blur of front cam...afor this reason i am not satisfied with this product, want to return it with money back policy...but return option cant work properly...

                                      Please do needfull as on priority basis...

                                        Placed order for " I ball Slide wings" tablet on 23rd March, with an assurance date of delivery by or before 29th March. Item needed for presenting to a relative on birth day on 29th March.
                                        As per Online Status, Item reached to Jammu on 28th March, thru Amazon Transport service, but till now not delivering the item, i received an SMS on 29th & today 30th as well saying, your phone is not contactable so it wont be delivered, while as that is totally wrong, My delivery address is quite in Jamu city, and phone is always all time reachable.
                                        The delay caused me a burdon of minimum Rs 10K apart from mental harassment. Need Justice
