Dear sir or madam,
I have ordered a product in amazon with order id:[protected], through my amazon account:[protected]@gmail.com.
They have delivered this product through dtdc. After the product receipt, the product found poor quality and dimension mismatch. I have requested amazon for return pick up on 18.04.2017 as the product has a to z buyer guarantee product. Then onwards the amazon started a new drama stating that there is no pick up from your pin code.
After taking money from me and delivered the product to me, now simply denied the product pick. Informed to self return the product to seller, i have taken the parcel to courier office and being a 7 kgs parcel they have informed that rs 1, 160 shall be charged to send the courier.
Now the amazon is bargain like a street vendor that they will provide maximum rs 500 only. And seller has informed to contact amazon and they are helpless.
Kindly guide me how to resolve this issue.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have been pushed back on both sides who give opposite answers. I tried to conference both bank and the amazon however the amazon representative disconnected.
Citibank told me the only option is to place a police complaint with the merchant and amazon refuses to provide merchant details too.
I really dont know what to do.. last thing i want to do is goto a police station with a month old baby.
I need the money due to a personal emergency and I have been pushed off
