Dear Sir,

In response to Order Id:[protected] it is to intimate that delivery person arrived at the given address with a packet at around 15.30 hrs on 20.04.2017 . Prior to that I received a mail with the mention that Your package is shipped by Delivery and the tracking ID is[protected]. However, while receiving the item it was noticed that the packet was torn on two sides and hand could be well inserted through the torn portions. It was found that a ball of plastic carry bags was only inside the packet and the same was shown to the delivery person and thus the packet was not received. This was the very first order placed to your agency and surprisingly this is the experience. Hope needful action will be initiated from your end in delivering material next time.

    I am having issues with the bag. So the agent was promised me 100/- so I rejected it and asked for 200/- because I stitched it for 250/- yu can check my whole chat conversation. The supervisor said I won't be able to process now. Then why did agent promised me. Why the hell did he promised me..if they promise us it looks like we should not trust them right ?
    Giving false information is not at all fair
    Seriously if I don't get the promised amount I will escalate to the federal department

      Sir oops amount was directly delivered into my account without any banking intervention or any deduction what is it in 1 day.thxs.But Some gentlemen should should watch or contact the person to whom so ever the package is delivered or not after lets say some days after their delivery.Some person suffers with these acts bye

        I am Karan Singh from Jabalpur. I recently ordered a product from amazon on 13th April, 2017 and on the day it was out for delivery the status changed to "returning to seller" without my knowledge. the reason was shown that the product was rejected on delivery even though the delivery person never even came to my house. The delivery person never even contacted me. Every time I am provided with a contact number of the delivery person via SMS except this time there was no mention of it. On contacting the customer support I was told that the package was defective and for that reason the package was being returned without my knowledge. This raises the question that how do they know the product was defective? No one knows what's inside the box until it has been delivered, so how did they find out it was defective?

        I have already waited a long time for it and don't want to wait for another 6-7 days. Since it's currently in my city I want it to be delivered. There's is no problem if they were unable to deliver it on the given date, but at least the customer should be updated with the reasons why there was a problem.

          I have order some dc shoes and adidas slipper on 31st march, 2017 with order no.[protected] &[protected] respectively on one shipment which shiped through india speed post with tracking no .AW[protected]IN . The order had been delevered on 19th april, 2017 . Unfortunately order get delevered with empty without any shoes or slipper only covered with some magazine .. so plz refund back my money soon ...

            I havepurchased a v -guard voltage stabiliser for led tv by cash purchase through amazon and when i opened the pack i found broken pieces of stabiliser and on noticing this i immediately closed and returned v guard stabiser to amazon .The amount for the return item was not yet credited. No response even after repeated email. please look into the matter.

                    I have ordered for one purple color yoga mat at rs. 440.00 (6 mm thickness & 6 feet length) i have recd. The material on 18.4.17
                    After opening, i found it was 4 mm thickness & 5.5 feet length (Iam more than 5.5 feet height)
                    I can not understand, is there no skilled person, who can check the item, before it dispatch the customer;s end?
                    So, i request my friends, pl. Try to purchase the items on open market, where you can check it on the spot.
                    Amazon people are very careless
                    It is also happened before, where i have ordered one chopping board, they sent me wrong size items.

                            I received a fake call from ur side and I even tell about ur executive that the guy is fake but really surprised u people were not taking any action about these fake call so now come to the point i complaint u about my converse shoes which I bought it on 9th Jan 2017
                            But I opened this pair 10 days before and I feel that the one side pair is not right I got swelled after using this I shoot up a review last night and then this Mrng I called up Amazon c.care she told me that we could not return this bcoz of the return policy is expire
                            I always put a extra pair of this black canvas bcoz I used this on my official uses so after using thrice I feel it's not comfortable so that's why I called up u for the refund I m a regular customer of Amazon I really disappoint this time with ur services
                            I think next time I m not gonna buy anything from Amazon in future

                                30/- randomly inserted in a few shipping charges. No explanation or reason. No wonder they don't show shipping charges on any screen during the checkout.
                                Wonder how many people Amazon India has managed to cheat this way, since no one pays much attention to the shipping charge.
                                And the customer care says, take screenshot, mail it to somewhere, show proof of payment and then we will refund 30/-
                                No one will go through all this trouble for just 30/-.

                                  Hi there,

                                  I have received 2 subject fans day before yesterday. They had been received in a single carton box. When i opened the box i found 2 boxes inside containing one fan each. But one of the boxes does not have any accedsories like rod, hooks, nut bolts, rubber block, batteries, remote control set etc.
                                  Complain against atomberg customer service. Instead of complaining several times regarding noise and operation issue in its ceiling fan, none technician was sent . And the last technician who serviced my fan has broken/tilted the blade using hammer upon it.(didn't resolve and issue) and has closed the ticket I'd.. i have been calling atomberg customer care n numbers of times but they seems to not being bothered. I found myself being harrased buying products from atomberg.
                                  It's after sales service is as bad as hell.

                                  Better to donate money to the Poor rather than buying Atomberg Product.
                                  Company's process of selling is like mischievous. I got my delivery 4 days after the promised date that too in open condition which I refused to accept and the Delhivery person took it back with an OTP for return confirmation. Since past 10 days I've been chasing company but those creeps don't bother to answer or even listen.
                                  My order done with advance payment and they are neither sending a new fan nor refunding my money.

                                        I had given order for designer choli and blows...which is fully embroidery work on net material...but when it actually delivers at my home There is lots of difference in design and work as well as there is no net material which is shown in picture...which is shown on website and actually comes at home...please stop making people fool...so I request to all please check ur order and be aware...
