Product with ID[protected] was ordered on 18-Feb-2017 & status updated on 20-Feb-2017 saying delivered to customer. When i called back on 20-Feb-2017 the amazon person said wait till 23-Feb-2017 will be delivering the material. On 23-Feb-2017 when again called the amazon person told they can not provide the material & they will put enquiry on the "Amazon Transportation Services, Tracking #:[protected]" as the status is updated wrongly. It was also told on 24-Feb-2017 that they will initiate the refund & will be provided withing 4 business days, as part of compensation 200rs voucher will be given. I had requested mail regarding same & amazon call representative replied they wont be sending any mail however the internal tracker will be updated with the same. On 24-Mar-2017 again followed up as i didnt recieve payment & voucher. I had to explain whole process to amazon rep again & finally got back my money. However the voucher not provided saaying i dont have mail confirmation. Amazon is doing such type of cheating they dont track the what they talk to customer & customer will end up in loss for ordering through amazon. Customer care executives dont send any mails but cut the call saying shortly will be sending.

Being a frequent user of amazon i faced the cheating from Amazon. Strongly recommend to take up some action.

    I purchased many items from Amazone online shope... but, the items are not appeared in my 'Order History'.

    In the last month (March) I purchased a cutting machine (Planet Power EC4 4" Tile/Wood Cutter ) .But the delivered item is not what I ordered. It was a Planet power blower. Then I canceled my order and send to the given address and requested for refund. But the refund not arrived. Why it disappeared from my order history? From where I get the details about the refund?

    i was purchase evana folding storage rack collapsible cabinet almirah in 1280. that product cancel from the seller side. then i request for my refund amount. but its too much time i did not get my refund. my product purchasing date is-14/03/2017.
    i called daily and daily but they not reply properly. i want my 1280 refund within 24 hours now...
    I hv not got my product and also refund. i am doing again again calls but i din not get my refund. its to much time, i want my amount with 24 hr now. i am totally fedup with your services...i am totally disappoint with amazon...

      Mobile handsets Samsung Galaxy with order no[protected]
      not delivered on Time and now they are saying we give Refund of money but not the product be delivered as handset price is now on a higher side. Please look into the matter. I dont want to refund my money but want to have my handsets to be delivered in 1 or 2 days as my previous mobile is not working and i am in urgent need of the phone. I hope u can understand my problem.

        I am Mohmmedramiz Shaikh
        I had purchased hp 32 gb pendrive online from Amozon.in and in return when i got my parcel i got Rayban glasses which is duplicate. I requested for return of that product because it was wrongly sent to me, a man who came to collect the product accepted but funny part is that some other man is riging the bell with HP pendrive, was surprised because that man is asking again 1093 Rs which i have paid already .its totally scam. I need help becuase amozon reprentative have different story everytime when i call them.

          I have purchased laptop from amazon on 22 of march 2017 (Transaction done at night),
          On 23rd of march 2017 i was trying to cancel the order but i am not able to cancel the order (I have tried it 3 to 4 times but it wasn't possible for me), and on 25th of march 2017 parcel was delivered at home.
          Now since last 10 days i am trying to cancel order from website, customer care, or from email but they didn't get any respond to cancel the order

          How could it's possible that if we placed the order and it's not possible to cancel

            I had purchased some items on amazon during festival shopping in october month. Several time follow ups on calls, e-mails as per their requirements i had provided all details about bank & i had lost a huge amount of my valuable time on the same, until i don't have get cashback on my shopping. Amazone were declared the cashback for the shopping, which was credited up to 5th jan, 2017.
            So, i want cashback money whatever it may be amount.& the cost of my valuable time.

              I bought Moto 4G mobile phone from Amazon through Order No.[protected] on the 21st of January'17 and the payment of Rs 10499.00 was made through Standard Chartered Debit Card under a scheme in which there was a cash-back of 10% on using this bank's card. When on going through my A/c in this bank I found that no cash-back had been given, I contacted your customer care number and was told that it would show in my A/c within 90 days.
              When I contacted my bank a few days back, I was told that my A/c was not eligible for cash back on purchase of Moto 4G phone and Amazon people now told me that there was no such scheme etc.etc. and what proof, mail I had to show that there was such scheme or such commitment had been given.
              Now, if the world's biggest e-commerce company can go back on its word, what more can one day?
              I have bought so many things from Flipkart and no such thing has happened with them ever.Probably, if there was no cash back on using Stanchart Chartered Debit Card and also had an inkling that what one would go through on buying from Amazon, I could have very well bought from Flipkart or Snapdeal or even from the open retail market.
              Also, when the mobile phone was delivered it was handed over to my neighbour without verifying the credentials etc. and it is just a matter of chance that I got it.
              Another complaint is regarding the F Gear casual Backpack that was bought by my wife a week or two back from Amazon only through Invoice No.TN-MAA5-[protected]-10180 for Rs 799.00 and was told by the delivery boy that there will be a discount of 10% on making payment through debit card, again it has been a promise never to be realised even after making the payment through debit card.

                  I ordered Oneplus3t on 27 th March, at the first my phone number was not updated i got that update very next day on 28, I even revived a reply saying that I will be getting my package within 24 hours, since then I have been calling Amazon for update am only getting false commitments and promises, i have already paid for that device, and yesterday surprisingly its showing as its delivered

                    I ordered Nexus 5x from Amazon India. Now My phone has stopped working at all and when i took the phone to the LG Service Center they refused to provide the service since the invoice doesn't contain IMEI number of my mobile. Amazon has accepted that this is not a big of a issue and it will be resolved quickly but now they have been stalling me for few weeks and still saying to wait for a week. As per other complaints on this forum people didn't recieve the invoice with imei number like me. But my phone is just on the verge to be out of warranty and i need that invoice with IMEI number.

                    I have exact same issue where there is not mention of IMEI number in the invoice or warranty slip for my Oneplus 9RT phone.. Their support team is not resolving this issue and just dragging it from 3 to 4 weeks now.

                      I have not received the refund till days . i called customer care several time .

                      they are not giving me a definitive answer .

                        I ordered a Sandisk dual pendrive from amazon. Order id[protected]. The package was supposed to be delivered on 2nd April 2017. I had to call the customer care at 6pm and ask him to have my package delivered that day itself. He told me it'll be delivered by 8pm. At around 8.45 pm i get a message that my order is out for delivery. Within 15 minutes my order status updates to delivered but i haven't received my package. I call the delivery guy and he tells his guy left the package at the door. I received no calls from amazon or the delivery guy regarding my package. I have been following up with delivery guys and amazon customer care but to no avail

                          I am facing issues in returning the subject order. Seller has clearly shirked off his liability to arrange the pickup and put in on my (buyer) shoulders. Amazon customer care says that they are not able to arrange the pickup with any of their courier partner from my home address, which actually is false since multiple pickups, in past, have been arranged by Amazon for my orders from the same address. Now I am instructed to arrange the return by myself in 3 days, else my claim will be cancelled. This is so unacceptable and unjust for a buyer. I am amazon prime account holder and unfortunately stuck with no help from Amazon. Please resolve.

                          Today morning I made a complaint here on this portal about my ongoing issue with Amazon. Immediately after 10 minutes, I received a phone call claiming from Amazon India and started asking for my credit card number, expiry date & CVV details.
                          There were 2 callers whose names were - Mr Pankaj Sharma & Mr. Dinesh.
                          Mobile no was +91-[protected].

                          Later on I received a call from Mr Pravin Sharma (Amazon India) saying that above call/callers are fraud and no need to share any details with them.

                          Request Amazon team to take the suitable actions against these people and set up a proper verification channel to check the authenticity of the callers.

                            I have received a damaged tv product on 30th march 2017. I ordered for the replacement on the same day. Still, they have not picked it up and now they are saying that we don't receive damage products.

                            On the day of the receiving the courier, i did checked and told the courier boy that the product was damaged and asked him to take it back.in return, he told me that we don't accepts products in such fashion and asked me to raise a replacement request. & now after so many days, still they have not picked it up and every then and now they are cancelling my request regarding the same.

                            This is how they have done fraud and cheated with me. Kindly help on such issue.

                              Amazon online shopping site me net banking ke through wd my passport ultra hard disk 1tb jo ki 3930ka tha order dia.. But uska delivery details amazon site me show hi nhi kr rha tha.. Aur maine amazon ke customer service me 12times call bhi kia to unhone 1st time bola ki order late hai..2nd time order nikl gya hai cg ke lea..3rd time order phuch gya hai raipur chhattisgarh me pr delivery hua ni hai4th time unhone bola ki delivery ke lea milk gya hai.. Tb tk delivery date se 5din jyda ho gya tha.. Then 5th time bola ki aapka product damaged ho gya hai to new provide krayenge...6th time me call kia to customer care ne bola ki aapko refund kr diyajyega 14days.. Bike maine order cancel hi nhi kia tha na hi refund ka bat kia tha... Aur to refund 14days me aayega.. Mtlb mera money 1month unkr pas rhega.. Aur abhi to mera order details site se remove hi nhi kiya gya hai.. Product abhi bhi on the way show kr rha hai.. Na product mila.. Na 1month to money.. Sath me time waste.. Aur to bad service.. Na hi product.. Mlna money mila abhi tk

                                On 3rd oct'16, i placed an order for moto g phone+ 2 jbl go speaker with order number #[protected], i was supposed to get a cashback of rs. 1500 if i pay by hdfc credit card, i paid by my hdfc card only. On 14th nov'16, i got a mail from amazon saying that i am eligible for this cashback and i will get it by 5th jan'17. Till date after repeated complaints to amazon team along with complaint to their ceo, nothing has been done. They claim to have paid rs. 601 as cashback but i didn;t receive that and when i contacted my bank they have categorically stated that they have received no cashback from amazon. Now, amazon has even stopped responding to may calls or emails.

                                    I have ordered one mobile phone from amazon india on 30th march which was delivered on 1st April. When i opened the box there was no mobile inside the box.
                                    When talking to customer support they said we are not sure why this happend and hung up the phone on my face.
                                    The details of delivery boy which i got through message was different from the person who came to deliver the box.

                                      This mater related with refunding of Amazon Pay Balance to my account as they failed to deliver the product after several attempts. I ordered a product in January which they failed to deliver in several attempts. Lastly the customer care told me that we will refund Amazon Pay Balance to my account & sent me an email also. Now it is already more than 2months they did not do their promise. Again after calling them several times i am getting reply it will be done in a day which is again saying false. what actions can be taken?

                                        For multiple orders we had the same issue - Product says delivered but I didn't receive the courier at all. we usually opt for pre paid orders. but the courier guy always delivers to wrong address . but this time he has given wrong contact number and the courier is not at all delivered but the website says it is delivered to me with my name signed .
