This is to bring to kind notice again about the broken sony power bank that i received on[protected], against my dealsamazone order [protected]. . It has passed 19 days after i complained to you. But no response has been received from your side. So kindly look into the matter at the earliest without making it a legal matter.

My amazon ID: [protected]@gmail.com. i have ordered xiaomi redmi 3s prime(silver, 32 GB) phone in amazon flash sale two times..but they did not delivered it till now..i have waited it for it without going any where.first orderd at 3rd feb it did not delivered.so i cancelled it and order once again in feb 10.order number:[protected].
i request to deliver that order....

Order no[protected] yet not delivered. I received SMS that attempted for delevery but neither received any call nor any information. Pls look into the matter and intimate....

Hi i ordered litter tray for my cats got a message that package will be delivered in morning and agent.no was provided when i called no was invalid second message i got we tried delivering the package but we were at home then in app in came delivery date not decided false information and it happened multiple times my tracking id[protected]...

I ordered for a sony smart band but it is not working with handset i have. So i have raised a return request. Still waiting for return request to be completed.details attached below.
I need an answer that by when it would be sorted. This is last time i am waiting for a reply else the next time it would be consumer court settling the differences. I am fed up with following on same thing time and again....

I brought "Samsung On7 Pro(Black)" phone based on Amazon app details with photos 16th Feb 2017 but it's not the same which i received. I asked amazon customer care to return my money but they denied as they don't have policy which changed few months back, then ask them to give at least another color in the same product but still they denied. Asked them to escalate to higher but they denied and saying that there is no higher level escalation...

I ordered my iphone 7 after sometime my order is automatically cancelled my order no is[protected] and it was automatically cancelled twice by amazon officer bcz order cancel itself amazon officer phone no is [protected] and money is not refund in my amazon account....

I paid through my Amazon Pay account t subscribe for Kindle Unlimited for 6 months on[protected]. Rs. 999 was deducted from my account while I was not given Kindle subscription.

On writing or calling to Amazon Support they are just transferring or escalating the issue to different departments.

Today on the[protected] still the issue is not rectified and I am made to run to n fro for the refund or subscription.br...

I have ordered a Sony xperia Bluetooth speaker from amazon website but i was delivered a local company speaker afterthat i registered a complain to replace my product and I post the product at the address mention in the delivery box then after 10 day my product was again delivered to my address but what i get the same local company product.i m very disappointed with your service and i want to complain this matter to consumer forum..please...

The parcel reached my office on 14th Feb 2017 and for payment the delivery man was not carrying the debit card swipe machine so he promised to come the next day which came again on 15th feb 17 with amother delivery man who again was not carrying the same swipe machine and left again to come back after few hours which has not yet come back. please inform what next should i do to get my ordered parcel,...

I am hope less I'm buy a samsung note 2 s-pen from amazon but it not working when I get thatwise I self return and they successful get that product I'm not get my refund amazon customers cear told me that they sent me refund and some references no. Also given but my bank told me that there is no refund comes in my account and that reference number doesn't exist. I think amazon not provide my refund .....

I had ordered and paid in full for a cutlery set.
I did not receive the item but on amazon website shows that the item was handed over to me on 12/02/2017 at the given address.
It was bought for a gift and i am very distressed.
I did not receive the product and the company is not open to complaints of this nature.

I bought mobile InFocus Bingo 50+ (Silver, 16GB) on 25 October 2016 using SBI card on delivery. but i didn't get cashback. Amazon suppose to give cashback on 31 st Jan. Almost 10 times, i chat with them & all the time escalation. poor service. they cheating customers. I want to make complients with them.

Please help me to get my cashback. Thanks....

1-I have Ordered Samsung Galaxy on5 pro. I received my Product. I was shocked to open that product. Down side of battery Paper is not stick and some apps are not working properly.
2- Same think happens with other project also. When I open the packet of my Highlander Casual denim shirt I was shocked to see that the shirt is used and tag was open.
Amazon is harashing Customer by sending such type of defective and used products....
