Hello,

I purchased the resume 4a but when I first made the payment it was deducted from my account but again I got the message for revising payment. So when I again revised payment it's again deducted from my account. So for same order twice the payment is been deducted. I made call to amazon support they are not even handling it properly. I am providing them transaction I'd and other details too. So when I filed complaint on my bank I got revert that. Merchant has confirmed the payment and also having bank I'd and payment I'd.

Message from bank:

This is got from my state bank of India support.

Now it's confirmed the payment is with Amazon. But they are saying payemt is not received by them and bank people are saying payment is with amazon. So i need resolution for this where my payment has gone. when its not with SBI and not with amazon.

      otherwise I will go for police and cunsumer court dorr step

      Issu- my refund initaited in other account due to being hacked my amazon account

      Date and time of hacked- 12/april/2017, 16:20hrs

      Refund initated date and time- 12/april/2017, time around 19:30 hrs

      After being hacked my amazon account changed my account name which was (Minakshi )
      and cleared my all bank details by hacker and he/she put their own bank details which was last 3 digits of bank account number **189

      But my name is- rahul kumar
      Address- h, no 1176 mahipal pur new delhi 110037

      Bank account - now I put now my all the bank details in my account after refressed my account last 3 digits are *304

      Order placed by my name and order shipped on my addres then how could be amazon initaited my amount of refund in other account

      I called many time when my account was hacked for the stop refund initaited but your customer service isn't help me from this mattar

      your customer care exicutive seated over there some are good and some are very bad you should lissten my calls and what they replyed when I was in the trouble.

      And I have speand all 7 days I called and mail many times but your any exicutive is not ready to help me even your investigate team also not reply I have sended them many mails regarding this.

      Please refund my amount in my real bank account
      Please if you can help me as soon as posible initaite my refund otherwise I have just one and last way will go for the police station or consumer court and will file a case against amazon.

        I placed a order of Canon PG47 ink cartridge on Amazon india on 10th april 2017, on 12th april it was shipped, its order number was[protected], its price was 589 rupee(including delivery charges), on 12th april I called amazon helpline and explained that I need that product as soon as possible because of an issue, they ensured me that I will get that product soon, now on 14 april I opened the amazon app and got to know that my Product is cancelled, to know the reason I made a call to amazon again, And when I explained the issue she firstly told me that I will get on time and after I again told her that Amazon app says my order has been cancelled then she told me that order has been cancelled due to incomplete address, I told her that I had placed many orders previously with the same address and I didn't faced any issues, then she told me that amazon service is doorstep and that's why I will not get the order with the same address, I told her that I know it is doorstep but I have to go the delivery agent to get my product and regarding this issue I had called amazon to resolve this issue but amazon customer care executive told me that I have to go there to get my order but she(Amazon executive)denied that we cant say this at all and she cant do regarding my cancelled order, and as usually I get a message after the call regarding the call with the agent name I didn't got that after this call.
        Now If possible I need these resolutions
        1.Either my product should be delivered on or before 15th april or I should get the compensation.
        2.The customer executive should mail the points during the call that on these points call was based and executive have ensured us so that they cant deny it latter, and my one mobile number was switched off and they had my another number they didn't even bother of to inform me about this on my secondary number.

          The product mobile phone (brand –mi note3 32 gb colour grey) imei number is not mentioned in given invoice by seller.
          Now i have facing overheating & battary drain issue for last 2 months with this handset & need to claim warranty, but when i reached to xiomi (mi) official service centre at raj nagar ghaziabad, they noticed me that my handset having a imei number but in invoice imei number is missing & advice to talk to amazon customer service.

          1) customer service executive took all details of my copmplaint but again & again send me the procedure to generate invoice from amzon account which not having imei number. & my problem is still not solved & there is no posstive reply from seller & amazon

          I dont have sellers contact number (e-mobiles) and email address to directly contact with him. so please look into matter & help to resolve this issue.

            But you have dispatched pixic digital tachometer with non-contact laser dt2234c, why, you have altered my order? Is there any explanation? I want the reason immediately. Otherwise i am forced to think amazon cheating the customers."

                I got a hit after 2 min of sale start and I added as a wish list user and from 12:05 to till 1:00 Pm, I hit approx more than 100 time on add to cart but order of Redmi 4a is failed, but in market this same product is available in black with more than 1000rs and without warranty, that means there is something wrong Amazon sets a jammer by which only specific user can booked this type of sale...Because you have a privacy policy that of one user and one set ...So how is it possible without fraud...I think mujhe Ek RTI complaint registered karna banta hair...Because time is money aap kitno ka time waste karna the ho is fraud Sale k naam pe...M.No - [protected]

                What a response ? They called me and without hearing my problem they cut my call...Never expected from Amazon...flipkart never behave like this from their customer, they provide the product to their customer if such type of problems occurs, but Amazon helpless...

                      Purchased this product for approx rs 30k and from day one i have heating issues and hangs intermittently. Requested a return but amazon refused and asked me to work with vendor.. I consider this as an doa and want this to be returned for full refund.in the product page they have not mentioned any special return policy..

                        I had received moto g5 on 11/04/2017, but when i insert the battery in phone... The back panel is not fitting... The phone gets heated.. When i contact customer care..
                        . They confuse a lot... At last one representative said we would request a replacement service for u... I agreed... Than they said but the address where the phone has been delivered... It is not possible to pick up the phone from the same address... U itself have to arrange the product send back to us... What rubbish is this... They said it is our policies... Amazon have framed their policies for their benefit... Not consumer... That is why they are way behind flipkart

                          First of all i would like to tell you, your customer service is pathetic.. They are not at all concern about customer. They are not customer centric.

                          I chat with chitra, vijay and many more people for my issue resolution but still it's pending.. I brought coolpad note 5 mobile from amazon.in for my cousin order #[protected] and from day one it's not working properly.. I raised complaint thrice for replacement but they are not at all serious, they are just delaying and watching to end my replacement time period.. Since last few days i'm contacting them for replacement.

                          Now, i'm very tired and frustrated with your service.

                          This kind of nature, service and culture towards customer does not match on big brand name like amazon...

                                  Sir, I ordered a Phone (Lenovo Vibe P1m Order ID[protected]) worth Rs. 7810/- trough Amazon.com on 19 November 2016 and the Amazon.com said that it will be delivered upto 30 November 2016. Sir, after expected delivery date when I contact to customer care of Amazon.com they said that it will arrive in 2-3 days because the order will be delivered by a third party seller IVISH ASSOCIATES, not by the amazon.com but the merchandise did not arrive even now (16 Dec 2016).
                                  On 7th December 2016 I claim for my money and ask my refund after cancellation of the merchandise by telephonic conversation by customer care and the customer care executive file a claim against the my order under A to Z Guarantee claim and informed me that it will be settled upto 21 Dec 16, but on 15 December 2016 I got an e-mail that they (Amazon.com) have denied my claim, Even they says that the courier (Merchandise) is arrived and handover to my family member while neither me nor my family member got the merchandise.
                                  After my regressive and repetitive complains on 15 Dec 16 I got a mail that they have closed my complaint and even they are not ready to give any information regarding this.

                                  They are not giving the following details :

                                  1. Person whom the product is delivered?
                                  2. the name of person who delivered the product.
                                  3. date and time of delivery.
                                  4. name of courier service by which the product is delivered.
                                  Even they did not contact me at the time of delivery. They are just saying the product is delivered at your registered address. I ask Claim from Amazon but they denied my claim.
                                  Sir, I hope you will help me because it is a matter of faith and such type of practice by these companies are making fun with the consumer and this way with the constitutions. It is time when a consumer and body like you have to show the power of Consumer and Legal Body like you.

                                  Sir, I am writing this mail/complaint with a hope that you will definitely help me.

                                      I have placed an order on prim delivery for 1+3T phone from amazon.com on 6th April’17, which should be delivered on 10 April’17. At night 8:30 PM I called to know the status so agent told me that will get within an hour, again I waited for one hour for my product.

                                      At 9:30 again I called and I got response from their agent and one senior that today is not possible to get deliver and asked me for my suitable delivery time, I said ok deliver it next day between 1:30 PM to 2:30 Pm on deliver address which is my office address.

                                      I do evening shift but I told that I will come to pick my phone and I came to my office that time. But still I did not get my order. They again committed for delivery at 8:00 pm todays date. Still I did not get any delivery. I got frustrate now. What action they are taking I don’t know, just saying that we have raised a complaint against it. but there is no resolution.

                                      they are not assisting at all and again in closing script asking'' is there anything else I can help you''. pathetic service.

And did complaint through email and amazon.in portal even through customer care number but amazon had not sent any guy for collecting parcel and giving refund. We have all the documents like payment bill... Etc
