I bought Samsung S7 Edge 128gb mobile on 16th March 2017 for the price INR 30, 000 which was decided by Amazon (or its seller) at the time when I was placing the order. But unfortunately, Amazon cancelled my order after 2 business (working) days I placed the order. and when I contacted Amazon, they said the reason to cancel the order is "Seller Pricing Error" which is not at all justified to me. They wasted my couple of days.
I agree that, they have right to update the price of an item at anytime they want but once the order is placed by the customer, they should deliver the item for that committed price.
This kind of decision leads to lost the customers' trust on Amazon to buy anything from Amazon since they are able to cancel the order at anytime if they don't like.
Moreover, I had redeemed huge number of reward points from my credit card as Amazon Gift Vouchers to purchase this item only and now the gift amount become useless and forcing me to buy anything from Amazon.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
