I had ordered a product from amazon and i got a wrong product from dfrnt seller and with dfrnt order id and courier . when i contacted them .firstly they spoke nicely and took the request and aftr sometimes i got the call and he was saying tht we didnt send u tht product, the product which u had ordered is still on its way and they are blaming me only tht i had order the product from any other website which i didnt and tht product is available only on amazon . if i had ordered the product from any other website than how the price of the product is same as in amazon ? . its totally fraud . someone from their end only had cheated me with this wrong product . i had ordered tigi s factor shampoo which is cost of 3, 873.00 and i got two nova trimmer which is nt even worth of 1 k but i paid them 3, 873.00 .

      I have bought a mobile from Amazon E - Commerce but I received a defective product, after returning Amazon representative told my money will be refunded on my account, but not received till now also no any customer service is allowed me to connect my call from senior representative, and saying your refund will be processed within 3-5 days, but time passed approx 50 days .

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have Amazon prime membership(Guarantee delivery service). If an order is placed under this scheme product should be delivered by the very next day.

        I placed an order in Amazon.in on 9th Jan 2017. Product should be delivered by 10th Jan 2017 on or before 8 pm.

        Before placing the order, I have asked the Amazon support executive whether they can deliver this product by next day(10th Jan 2017) If I place an order today(9th Jan 2017). They said yes. Then I placed an order.

        Next day(10th Jan 2017), the product is out for delivery as soon as I receive the delivery agents number through message I called him he said He will come in another half an hour but he did not come. I again called him several times and I lost my trust on him and approached Amazon customer service.
        They said they will escalate it and they gave an assurance that the product would be delivered by end of the day that day.
        On 10th Jan 2017, when I called delivery agent for the last time He said he would deliver the product at 1 am or 2 am(I was very disappointed. Who will deliver at this time?).
        And also, I received a mail saying "product could not be delivered as customer was not available".
        I never received a call from him on that day.

        I contacted Amazon customer service again and told what delivery agent told me and asked them to withdraw that false message.

        Amazon leadership team(This is the highest level in their service) told me that on high priority basis they would deliver the product by next day(11 Jan 2017) in the first half(on or before 2 pm).

        After so many call to delivery agent as well as to Amazon customer service I thought I would receive the product at least by end of the day. But I am not received the product on this day as well.
        And also, I received a mail saying "product could not be delivered as customer was not available".
        I never received a call from him on this day as well.

        I have been calling the delivery agent as well as Amazon customer representatives on the delivery issue. It's not been delivered yet(12:30 am 12 Jan 2017).
        After all, I talked to Amazon Leadership team(This is the highest level in their service) again. I called them many times(I don't remember the exact digit) They were unable to help me. Whenever I call they say they will escalate this issue but problem is not yet resolved. They were asking me to cancel the product or to wait until the product is delivered. I am helpless now.

        I am writing this not because I am suffered. So many people who buys a product may have their own commitments related to the ordered product. If the seller would unable to deliver the product in time ultimately customer has to loose.
        This should not be happened to any customer.

          Placed following orders with Amazon.in on 17th October 2016. Paid Rs. 3309/- by Citibank Credit Card. After some time for some reason I cancelled the orders and received the cancellation confirmation from Amazon by mail. They also sent me emails that they have received the cancellation request and are initiating the refund procedure as the items were not even packed at vendor's end.
          Order[protected]against which I received refund of Rs 190/-+Rs 999/- in my citibank credit card account.
          Order[protected]--Refund of Rs 660/- Pending after 3 months.
          Order[protected]-Refund of Rs 1250/-+Rs 210/- Pending -3 months
          Out of Rs 3309/- I paid by Citicard refund of only Rs 1189/- is received so far. The balance amount of Rs. 2120/- is pending even after many emails and calls. The blamed the delay on Demonetisation step as Banks were very busy.
          On 29 November 2016 Amazon emails me a transaction no[protected] by which they said the refund was made and asked me to give this transfer no to Citibank customer care.
          No luck as when I contacted Citibank with this number the executive asked me to give ARN no for the refund transaction which is generated as soon as the transfer of fund is done. I am now asking amazon to give me this ARN no which they are not able to give. They simply are taking a stand that the refund was transferred thru this no and now I have to claim it with Citibank. The Bank customer care executive is insisting that they can not file a charge dispute unless they get ARN number for the refund transaction.
          I am stuck now as dont know how to get my refund. Amazon rudely cut off the phone once on 11 Jan when I tried to call them again.
          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am also facing similar issue. I have paid 3320 rupees and yet to get back my money. I have called Citibank and Amazon numerous times and not able to proceed ahead. This issue is faced by many people and not resolved at root level. Amazon should have fixed this issue long back and I ask people to post their problems to make the case stronger.

            I got refund from amazon india on 2nd of jan ..i have contacted to amazon india ..he replied that he already refunded INR 2474 in my account on 2nd jan.after contacted to nearest branch but than also i have not got my refund..i also submitted application to nearest branch ..i also want to inform u that i gave order for shoes on 30 th of december, on same day i have done transaction from my ATM DEBIT RUPAY CARD of INR 2474

              Respected Sir/Madam,

              I have to bought an Item i.e., Redmi Note 3 32 GB Silver color phone from amazon but the transaction was not successful number of times I tried therefore somebody told to send money to amazon pay balance from my card and then you can order but i could not order after that and my hard earned money was blocked there. I have to talked their executives they told me that their is no scenario to refund the money. please help me to get back my hard earned money as earliest as possible.

                The product was ordered on 20.12.16 and we received the product on 27.12.16 whereas the order was to be received on 26.12.16. But the more important thing is that we were not satisfied by the product as it was not the product we ordered. Hence we applied for a refund the product was collected the following day i.e 28.12.16. But in our account detail the refund has not yet initiated and it's been 13 days since the order was collected . We did not even receive the refund money in the bank account.

                    Product was sold by: Fentacia. I have received the product on 11 January 2017.
                    When received the product got empty box with waste papers inside. I had received product by post today. I request for a cash back.

                      I ordered adidas yaris shoe but to my utmost disappointment shoe was defective, i ordered for replacement very next day and i received the same shoe in next 2 days which was defective too.i ordered for my refund and asked tocollect the shoe back.now it s been close to 7 days and company is saying that i have returned defective product and they cannot give my money back.now when i contacted customer service they are saying they cant give me clear insight on this .Whenever we return any product concerned person who comes for pickup checks the product and then only take it back.
                      Amazon india how you can be so inefficient .How can you treat your relaible consumers like this.I have ordered close to 40 products from Amazon.
                      If i had something wrong in my mind i would not have returned both the products ie first product and its replacement in close to 24 -48 hours.
                      First of all u guys send fake product and after that u say that we have returned defectived item.Disgusting.
                      Pl tell me how can MID-SOLE of the shoe be shorter than the actual length of the shoe.
                      If shoe is UK 08 size how can midsole be o[censored]K 06 or 07.
                      Obviously product is fake and the best thing is that you people say we have returned wrong item.
                      I would advice every1 to be aware of your cheap practices because in the name of selling original u guys put fake products too.
                      If you can do this to your regular consumer you can do this to any1.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is the bad service I have ever got from Amazon being a regular customer.

                          When speaking to customer service person named Vignesh he said you need to wait for more 5 days and if not done then will refund you.

                          If that was the case where i have already waited for 10 days or more and now again5 days is rediculous.

                          This makes me feel that for you customer service is not important and you are giving open invitation that if you can wait its your wish.

                          So now it makes me feel that i should stop buying any product from Amazon.

                            We had purchased mobile on amazon, on receiving the mobile we found that this was used mobile. While asking for the refund, they denied the refund. And also not answering and solving the query. We have called number of occasion but no concret response received. Now i want refund of my money with the additional penalty money as well. Kindly work through this complaint.

                              I ordered one item from Amazon.com . First thing is that they did not deliver it on time, delayed by 10 days. Today on 10-jan-2017, the dealer did not deliver it on correct address, he delivered it to some security guard, i don't know where he delivered it. It's extremely bad experience experience with Amazon. Their representatives always say that it will be delivered today, they are expert in making the false commitment.

                                I have buy a UCB shoes from amazon and it was delivered to me and then i returned the product and asking for refund and they took the product now, when i call them for refund, then they are saying that the product have not been delivered to you and was returned to seller, so refund will not be done then i send them a mail and i am attaching that also and now they are not replying for my email.

                                Now I am continue talking to your support team regarding my refund they said the refund is initiated on 3rd and will be credited to your account by 3-4 working days,
                                and today i got to know that from your end that the package has not been delivered by your courier partner and neither they took the reverse pick up and this is the final mail from my side on this and now I am impatience and below i am attaching the transaction details.

                                  I had placed an order on 2nd of Jan for an iball Home theater compatible remote which unfortunately is not compatible with my system. Having placed a return request on the very next day of receiving the order (i.e 7th Jan), I had requested to have it collected on 8th of January between my preferred time of 11 AM & 2 PM. I suddenly receive an intimation saying "Your Return pick up of Compatible iball Home Theater Remote has been rescheduled" without ANY intimation on the revised time of pick up.

                                  The person turns up at the address at his own time of 6.30 PM on 9th of January without any prior intimation and finds no one at the address (but obviously) and asks me to cancel and replace the order with the revised address and date!

                                  I do as instructed and have again entered my preferred time of pick up between 11 am & 2 PM for the 10th of January and now I just get a call from the person (Contact Number - +[protected] asking if I am home at the original address mentioned on 7th January! He tells me he has no option but to cancel the order since no one is at the address!!! How bizarre is this !

                                  1. Why is there an option given of a preferred date & time if you CANNOT live upto your expectation of ensuring deadlines are met and keep rescheduling the pick up ?
                                  2. Why am I to be inconvenienced & cancel & replace the request just because you'll have an error from your end ??

                                    On Sat, Jan 7, 2017 at 6:30 PM one sms received from AM-Amazon to my registered mobile number.

                                    “SMS: We could not deliver your order as customer was not available. We'll attempt on next working day.”

                                    On Sat, Jan 7, 2017 at 6:30 PM one mail received from [protected]@amazon.in to my registered email id.

                                    I placed my call request to the Customer Service Representative on 7th evening, they assured me to wait till EOD and now its 9th Jan, there is no delivery yet.

                                    I called the customer care a number of times but received no update on my product.This is a prepaid order and I need to wait for its delivery.

                                    Its just playing with the customers. I would request a strict action on such issues.

                                      For these refunds pending since more than a month now;
                                      Every time I call Amazon executives, they tell em lie and some fake dates that the refunds are processed; but in truth they are not processed;

                                      i have also check ed reference no earlier provided with my bank;

                                      i want amazon to inquire thoroughly and provide em details as below for the below:
