I ordered an intex 2.1 speakers and it got delivered on 29 jan. payment was done online. But when i opened the box. speakers were not there. Now it has been more than 10 days and amazon is neither replacing my product not giving me my refund.

Now i want some compensation as well.

    Amazon India — Amazon for refusing to give back my money
    Um umadevi r8 on Feb 8, 2017
    I received a worst customer service from AMAZON support staff. The person after kept waiting for 40 minutes, simply left the conversation without giving me any reply.

    So, I decided not to buy anything and decided to close my AMAZON Account.

    But, I have some money in my AMAZON Wallet. The AMAZON refused to transfer the money into my bank account. There are suggesting me to buy something with that money. But, I don't want to buy anything from a website which has a staff who don't values it's customers.

    So, I decided to file a complaint against AMAZON INDIA...

      I have ordered an exclusive mobile phone in 2nd Feb 2017. Amazon dispatched courier through gati courier services but local office of gati told me that we are not providing services in sohna gurgaon give me your local address otherwise I'l.p. return your product. Why they told me like this.and gati courier already posted status in his online tracking service such that customer refuses to accept the product while no courier boy is arrived in my home.such a frustrating company of amazon and gati courier services. I need that product so I provided him my local address amazon india only write complain but no action is taken by the company. I am not buy any product from Amazon and guys this is my request please don't buy any product from Amazon. I want a action against gati courier services( mr dharampal contact no [protected]) he refuses to provide my product in shona and asking me local address.

        I have ordered few items and as usual delivery guy has called me back during office hours. i asked him to come next day and next day he has come again in same hours and i asked him keep the item in secrete place and i asked my friend to rush into room and take item inside but there was no item place in said place. hence i request you to ask the delivery boy and return item asap and do the refund.

          On 22nd January, 2017, I placed an order for a memory upgrade module for laptop and made the payment of Rs 2800 for the order online.

          On 28th January, Saturday, I got a call from an Amazon delivery boy while I was out of town. I explained to him that I was out of station and will be returning in a day or two Bangalore. I had requested him to come again on Monday, 30th January, since even my neighbour was out of town there was nobody to receive the package on my behalf. He agreed. Immediately after that I got a message that the package is delivered. I assumed that the delivery boy was just marking it as delivered so that he can come again on Monday.

          When he did not call even after several days. I called the delivery boy but he could not relate to what I was talking about. I then called the customer care. The customer care said they will ask the seller to refund.

          The seller called me and said it was not his problem if the package was not correctly delivered and that I must reach out to Amazon customer care.

          I called the Amazon customer care again. They told me to wait for a few days and then call them again if I still don't receive the package. They told me to wait until 6th February. I called the customer care again on 6th February in the even. This time they said, they will start an investigation process and the investigation team will contact me via email.

          After a day I got an email stating that they investigated and verified that the product has been delivered to me since I have personally signed and received the package. When I told them I was not in town, their response was like: the case is closed no matter what I have to say. How can I sign and receive the package when I was not in town.

          I called the customer care again. Even they gave the same response. I tried explaining that I had no family members at the delivery address and no neighbours around my house on 28th January and there is no way that any of my family members or friends receive the package on my behalf. The funny thing, the customer care kept saying that I have signed and received the package personally on 28th January, while was not even present in the city on that day. The customer care person told me he cannot help me. I asked the customer care person, what options I have and whether I must go to the consumer court to get my money back. The customer care person told me wait and he never came back online. After waiting for several minutes I realised, it must be their typical tactic to deal with angry customers by putting them on-hold forever. So I hung up.

            On11/1/17 we have tried to add rs2000 in amazon pay balance five times but all the time shown failure still the rs10000/ (@2000x5 debited. Complained to amazon they have received three [protected]@2000, returned by them on 16/1/17. For rs4000 we have contacted to sbi customer care but they have messaged that no such type of debits were done now how we will get back ourrs4000

                Amazon has transferred 29, 999/- to my account number [protected] on 22nd jan and till now i have not received the money in my account, even they have provided me the transaction number 494007 which is generated by RBI as they told me but i don't know is it valid or not but whoever is right till now i have not received even a single penny in my account, i have called SBI customer care more then 100 times and they are saying that they don't have any facility to charge dispute in SBI, they are hanging up the call and not listening my problem .i think charge dispute is the only way to locate the money where it is stucked in the pipeline of transaction, resolve my problem ASAP.
                please do the needful.

                  I purchased two items (Symbol Men's Polo -SS16PLK1_Small_Light Yellow- lightning Deal 279 Rupees, and symbol men's cotton lounge bottom -MNW-PYJ5_ multicoloured_medium -399 rs ) but I cancelled both item . I received only one refund of 279 rs . I have received an sms regarding refund of my Symbol men's cotton lounge bottom (MNW-PYJ5_ multicoloured_medium) on 27 January 2017 that refund has been initiated from amazon and within 2-4 business days it will reflect in my account but it has been more than 2-4 business days till now i have not received my refund .

                    I ordered Lee copper shoe on 31 Jan 2017 but bciz of your poor service courier company didn't bother to deliver company also send email that attempt had made but no was available it is very shameful for company that it never sure product should reached consumer I wandering here and there in search of product but couriers company send simple massage u r not available or consumer not available though I m available no body called me but send massage or email me uvr not available I request Amazon be serious handling consumer problem I ordered this product though Amazon pay next time I never add money to Amazon my first time experience so bad otherwise I will go consumer court.

                    Amazon packing material for seller should not be paid as it is very expensive and only the amazon is becoming popular because of the seller as the order is completed by amazon so the seller is not advertised and the amazon should provide the packing material to seller

                            COD option is locked in my Amazon account due to unknown reasons. I have contacted the customer care and escalated many times regarding the same. But till now there is no proper response from the team and always getting misleading informations. Totally frustrated in contacting them

                              I am a seller on amazon and sell product in the firm name naturehood arts.i got a order from deepa bhakshi for crockery unit.order id[protected].Accdg to amazon norms this order is to b fulfill as COD and easy ship which is not possible.amazon norms says it should b selfship with electronic advance payment.I already complain amazon lot of time but my problem is not solve by company.As per rule of amazon it should b selfship its weight is more than 18 kg.even buyer nature is so rude n not show proper response.

                                Order Id:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 6th Feb but it was not and we received a text message that this will be delivered on 7th Feb which is today.
                                I called the delivery boy to get the status in the morning and he replied that he will deliver the package in the evening and in the evening instead of receiving the package i got a message that it is returned by us.
                                Delivery boy mobile number is 75080012.

                                We are regular customer of Amazon and we have never experienced this sort of issues.We will urge you to look into this issue and let us know the reason that why this much delay occurred.

                                  I had ordered the following two items on 4th Feb.’2017 and paid the amount through Internet Banking from my saving account under State BanK of India. And from the Transaction statement, it is clearly shown that the amount Rs.3317/- had been transferred to INB AMAZON on the same day, that is Saturday, February 4, 2017. To my very surprise, Amazon. In cancelled my order by informing me the cancel reason as ‘ Payment Declined’
                                  Then where is the amount of Rs. 3317.00 transferred from my Bank account to INB AMAZON gone? Kindly explain me about Payment Declination ; please search my payment and return to me so that I could re-order the same items.

                                    I purchased (Skullcandy JIB S2DUDZ-003 In-Ear Headphone (Black) from Amazon on 4 November 2016 and made the payment of RS 749 via redeeming coupon of RS 500 and rest by making online payment. The product was working properly for 2 months and now stopped working which indicates that it was a fake Skullcandy. Date of purchase was 4/11/2016 and I received the product on 8/11/2016. There was no detail of the seller (Tecmate) and all they did is averted the responsibility.

                                      I had placed order for panasonic camera on 20th Jan and cancelled it on 23rd Jan 2017 as it was available for at cheaper rate. Order #[protected]

                                      The refund of 25, 500/- was processed and should have been reflected on or before 28th Jan 2017, but amount is still not credited in my account.
                                      I have been calling Amazon as well as my bank several times to track the payment.

                                      Bank needs UTR number to track the payment but Amazon is not ready to give transaction details of the refund processed. They have provided 6 digit reference number which is not referring to any transaction in the bank.

                                      I have been asking repeatedly for the transaction details but they keep on stalling me...
                                      If they have processed the payment then why they are not giving the details.
                                      I have been told several times that money would credited by the end of the day or in 24 hours. Even they told about some technical error from seller and they refused that refund was processed successfully.
                                      And without giving me any transaction details, they keep telling me to call the bank, which I have done several times.
                                      But they are not giving any details about the transaction.

                                      Its been 2 weeks and I have not got my money back yet.
