We purchased Sanyo 49" TV in the month of August 2016.
As per the advertisement in the Times of India and other dailies they are supposed to offer goibibo.com GOCASH offer of Rs.15000/- for the customers who purchased during the offer time.
I had sent around 10 reminders to the customer service department on the above but no any action been taken to resolve the issue in the last 4 months. It is really frustrating to deal with...

I was purchasing satisfactorily so far.
today i placed the above order. to my surprise i found rs 499 added as some membership. I am going to accept it only if it is delivered for Rs 599/-
i tried my level best to cancel that invoice of rs 499 as some prime membership. it is not allowing.
please do not do any such thing. if so cancel it altogether.
i am a heart patient. take apple cide vinegar for heart complaints....

Shelly single bed forzza make was ordered to amazon india and r eceived in 3rd week of nov 16 and boxes opened by co carpentor mr sharma under instruction of mr rajiv kapoor mob [protected] pune representative. When boxes opened right and left flanks 6 ft long found broken and we send photos to rajiv. Now this needs replacement of goods hence we are lodging complaints.

Refer to the trail mail i have ordered the lenovo z2 plus from amazon on october 12, 2016, and after unboxing the same i find that charging cable and charger is missing in box. Then i have given request for replacement for same but unfortunately the replacement was reschedule again and again after that i called customer care again then said they will provide with with refund of same and on october 19, 2016, the incomplete article was picked...

I had odered a casio edfice watch worth rs.8495, but i had received a box with no product inside. I had conacted amazon customer care immediately.. First they gave me assurance that my money is safe.
But it has been so many days, i had called and mailed so many times to amazon giving all the facts in detail... But they are dening to issue the refund...
The executives are not able to solve my problem and they are also not transfering...

I received a november 23rd billing for amazon prime membership of $100.37 on my credit card statement.

I have ordered my phone on 16th on that day there was an issue with the payment, i contacted amazon chat department and they said make the payment once again, i did, now the money has been deducted twice, i had talked to the agents on chat supervisors on chat because i am not in India i can't call them. but still i have not received any sought of refund. every one is sending me an email or promising the dates on chats....

I purchased a gift card from amazon Of Rs.2000. Then I ordered Mi max mobile of Rs. 15000, order was successfully placed. But immediately I received mail that your account is close and you will get the refund. I had receive gift card refund of Rs. 2000 in my amazon account. And Rs.13000 in my bank account.

I bought an iPhone 7 from Amazon.in on October 01, 2016 when Amazon had an offer that the customer will get Amazon Gift Card worth INR 8000 along with HDFC Bank credit card cashback of INR 11000. They clearly mentioned the HDFC cashback will happen by January 05, 2017 however there was no information about Amazon gift card of INR 8000.

It's been above 15days that I returned my iPhone. And I didn't get the refund yet. I have contacted customer service a several times and each time the guys answered saying the refund is initiated and I will get it within 2-4days. Amazon India have noticed gets involved in cheating customers by not providing the cash back promised on Super Value Day Purchase. They do not pay and then if some customer does not complain or ask for it they let it go. I have noticed this a number of times happen already. When you do call and ask them they will behave rude and mis guide you . The customer service team does not care a damn. I called them to check for my cash back which wasnt...

I have ordered Lee Marc Pant Size-32 under order No[protected]-5211510 dtd.18.10.2016 & received the material on dt.22.10.2016. Such material was weared after length tailoring and found that size was 34. So it was loose to wear (Waist).
