On dated 23/01/2017 an order was being placed to the amazon product named "intex cloud Q11" and the payment was being made by me on the very same day by the debit card of punjab nation bank shahdara delhi 110032
amounting to RS 3125 and the order was being canceled by me at the time of ordering
but they have not sent me the refund in my bank i have made them so many requests on the phone and they supplied the answer in the very set language that the refund has been sent to you on 23rd jan and and we are not responsible for it you can launch the complaint against us where as you like
they are giving a reference no. again and again and asking us to go to bank with that reference no. and the punjab national bank denies that the reference no. has no value and we cannot do anything with that your account is perfectly fine and if the amount was being sent from amazon it has to be credited in your account they also say that the problem is from the amazon"s side only.
amd when i told this to amazon they said we cant do anything in that and they just cut off the phone.
kindly take strict actions against them and ask them to refund my amount

      Ref. Your Amazon.in order (#[protected] of "SICCOO S6 1.8 Inch..."

      I'm a regular customer of Amazon since 2012. I have purchased so many items from Amazon. You may check my purchase history.But this time I am chocked to get the tored old book instead of Mobile phone.You may apply deliver charge for proper delivery of item to the customer.
      Bag received from Head Post officer, Dhemaji Assam which contained tored old book instead of mobile. No container /box was found inside the bag. So verify the Courier facility(India Post) and refund the money or re-send mobile with proper Courier.

        Recently, I bought mobile 'Moto G4 Play' from Amazon india website on 24th January 2017, Order No:[protected]. After few days o[censored]sage installed with new marshmallow update, I faced performance and heating issue with the device. It restarts continuously while charging the device. Sometime, it happens when the mobile is in idle. At first, i didn't notice it but later I check periodically and it confirms many times.

        I tried to place the return request through online; they diverted me to 'Smartchk' app. I installed and reported everything is okay on my device. I am writing this mail after I go through their return policy. My request is completely eligible with their return policy.

        Till now, none of them tried to resolve my problem, this is pathetic service which I wanted to bring noticed to you. Last few days I write up mails, calls and looking for the solution on this, It made me completely stressed and mental agony.

        they ready to give replacement the same 'Moto G4 Play' but, lot of review says moto g4 has lot of issue after installing update. I want only my refund. I completely relay on your forum and wanted to escalate furthermore.

        I have recorder calls, mails, photos of my complaint related.

              I had ordered MOTO G4 plus from Amazon and as the product was defective, i returned it and i got a mail from amzon stating the refund has been successful and i even have the reference code[protected].
              but i am waiting from 2weeks and the refund has not yet reflected into my account.
              Neither i am getting a support assistance from amazon nor from the bank.

                I'm enclosing a picture of the bank statement of my state bank of India account. On 20 th aug 2016 while doing an online purchasing through the Amazon website my account was debited twice with 949 Rs. I've requested and also made so many complaints about it to SBI and Amazon but they both denied and blamed each other since today and I didn't get my money back yet. Please help me get my money back.

                  I have purchased Crompton Eco Smart Linea 18 watt LED(2 nos.) tube light vide order No.#[protected] which was delivered to me on 30 jan 2017. on opening the packing for fixing the tube light I could not find the materials for fixing the tube lights. I do not intend to return the tubes for the small missing items which can be provided by you as it is not available locally. I would request to send me the materials so that I can fix the tubes on the wall.

                  I have purchased 2 nos. Crompton Eco Linea 18 Watt LED tube light Which was delivered on 30 Jan 2017. The clips for fixing the tubes on the wall was not provided. Request send the clips and any other required for fixing the tobes.

                    Dear Sir / Madam
                    I have purchased Tuesday 4 October 2016 /[protected] 49" Infocus LCD TV on that time there was 15% Cash Back Offer on purchase using HDFC Debit/ Credit Card and amazon mobile app. So i have purchased it using HDFC debit card and Amazon app and they promised me cash back on 5th Jan 2017. But yet now i have not received any cash back.
                    I have contacted their customer care regarding it but they always promised me you will get it with in 4 to 5 days last time also their senior team leaders promised me you will get it with 4 days, till now i have not received any cash back.
                    I have also their promised call recordings and emails with me.
                    pls guide me and take action against them

                    I had always admired Amazon for its customer service until this fraud by amazon.
                    On 1st oct 2016 before placing the order just to be sure I contacted customer support via chat facility and asked whether if I would be eligible for cashback. To which he replied yes I would be eligible for cashback if my order consisted of the said items. After getting confirmation and reading all t&c, I went ahead and placed an order.
                    On 2nd Oct I received an email saying that if eligible then I would get cashback.
                    On 14th Nov 2016 I received an email which stated that my order entitles me for cashback.
                    On 5th Jan 2017 when I didn't received cashback, I first contacted HDFC and then they said amazon didn't processed it.
                    Contacted amazon and they apologized and said that if I have received an email then I should get cashback.
                    They asked me if cashback can be given in the form of amazon.in gift card, to which I refused saying that it would be good if it is given in the card account.
                    After few days on 3rd Feb 2017 I receive an email saying that I am not eligible for cashback.
                    I called customer service to check with them what nonsense is this about. I had read the t&c and also got it confirmed before placing an order. Also I did received an email saying that my order entitles me for cashback.
                    Asked them to provide chat transcripts, offer t&c pdf document and reason why I received an email and why agent said that I would be eligible, to which they didn't provided any information.
                    Received an email which again stated is it ok to give cashback in the form of gift card. This time being frustrated, I replied saying that please go ahead and process it in the form of amazon.in gift card.
                    No reply for 3-4 days, sent several emails. No details were shared and they simply again started saying that I am not eligible.
                    Again today called customer service, asked to connect to higher representative. She refused to do so and assured that she would help me with resolution. Again explained the complete issue. She agreed that customer service agent had confirmed about cashback during the chat. But then after 30 mins she started giving lame reasons for not being eligible for cashback. The worst thing she could say was that the email I received on 14th Nov 2016 about my order entitles me for cashback is an automated email sent to all customers including those ineligible. When asked her to reply the same statement in email, she refused saying that I cannot document whatever I am saying. Hahaha...this is how I felt.
                    Then she disconnected the phone saying that I have provided all information, to which I replied no you haven't and shouldn't disconnect the call, but she was adamant and disconnected the call.
                    Again called the customer service, asked again to connect to higher representative, was refused, told the issue, he simply disconnected the call. Lol
                    Again made a call, requested to connect to higher representative. Was again refused and assured the resolution himself. I had to again explain the issue. Asked him what does the email sent on 14th Nov 2016 imply, asked him to please reply the same in email, and then he was so rude saying that why do you want it to be documented. I cannot tell it via email. After that he was just rude in his behavior. Started saying that now again you would call us even when we have said that you are not eligible.

                    Such a bunch of fraudsters and cheaters, won't accept the mistake and simply say you are not eligible. They feel that we cannot do anything. And I assume this is a fraud and many customers would have faced the issue.

                          I have purchased Lenevo Z2 plus 64 GB from Amajon.in which was received me on 26/01/2017. When I checked it I found that the earphone of the company which is included in the same product not provide me..I am also searching website of amajon and tryed to coustmer care no but no body pickup my phone for resolving the grievances...
                          In this regard take prompt and early action and provide me earphone of the company at the earliest please

                          Buddy read the description of the product first and it has clearly given what are the items included in package. And as of my knowledge too lenovo z2 plus doesnt provide earphones with the package. It os not only lenovo many other mobile phone manufactures doesnt provide earphones.eg asus, redmi ..etc . So what i suggest is enquire about the product before you buy.

                            This is not a complaint against the product supplied but in the matter of wrong information supplied by Amazon at the time of booking of the order.

                            I was encouraged to place the order because it was mentioned that I get an additional discount of 10% if I use Standard Chartered Bank credit card. When I referred the matter to Standard Chartered Bank they have informed me that their offer was valid only up to 19th of Jan whereas I have booked it on 20th. As such I am not eligible for the discount.

                            This amounts to cheating and I am not aware who is responsible for this.

                              We received oneplus3t device on 10th January, 2017, and we realised that phone was bent on 28th January 2017, a week late from returning period as we directly put the cover (also ordered from amazon) on the device after taking it out of the box to change the screen gaurd. when contacting amazon its taking no responsibility saying its the policy, when there is no damage or physical injury or even a scratch on the piece. its only been 21 days we ordered and on 18th day we had discovered the issue.

                              I am really wondering how you didnt see the bending during that 21 days..You mean to say that as you received the phone you closed your eyes and put on the cover. Thats great because usually when people pur hase something they check the product clearly. So this is completly your mistake. And oneplus 3T how can that phone bend ??

                                I have booked a 2 TB Seagate Backup Hard Disk External
                                on 24 January 2017 by the name Pulkit Prakash(Address= 541-R/60, Campwell Road Behind Exon School, Riffa Colony, Lucknow-226003). It goes cancellation due to incorrect phone no. as told to me by your customer care. I again booked it on 28 Jan 2017 with a promise from your side that it will arrive surely within 30 Jan 2017. But as the day comes, no delivery has been received. Now I m deeply hurt as when I have called your customer care executive, He again said me that, It requires 2 more days.Plz look into the matter seriously.

                                    Hello

                                    I have not received refund for a headphone Sony MDR XB950 . Firstly I was sent the wrong model by Amazon .the seller was SGB Creation from Surat . This incident dates back to October 2016 . I have been repeatedly contacting the customer service of Amazon and every time I am assured that the refund will be done and that I should wait for few days . Months have passed . Calls after calls and nothing has been done from Amazon side other than false assurances . I want this issue settled and want a proper explanation of why such delay or problem is occurring . Initially I was asked to update bank details in the Amazon website and so far i have been assured repeatedly assured that the refund is on the way but every time there seems to be a new problem . Firstly they send me the wrong and lower model of the headphones I had ordered by tempting me with offers during Pujas last year which I immediately returned as insted of Sony MDR XB950 I was sent MDR XB450 . I asked the billing team that if possible I would prefer gift vouchers as anyways I would need money for shopping further and the refund was also taking time but even that was not made possible. First they said its a problem from the bank side and the demonetization rush kept me from going to the bank but the bank showed no inward transaction . Later the amazon billing team says that it was their technical fault which they claim to have fixed but still no refund . I was cheated as I paid price for a higher model headphone and got some cheap one . I can understand there can be mistakes but the delay in refund is really unaccepted and want this issue settled immediately .

                                    I have attached pictures of The order, The Seller, The refund status, The mails I got after every customer care call and how contradicting they are .I got varying reasons call after call .

                                    Please look into this issue and help make online shopping a better experience for all as people with low technical knowledge will settle for what they have got and this way the company can earn lots .

                                      I have bought one speaker and which was returned by me on 28/01/2017 and which was received by amazon pickup men Rocky Hari, but looking at your current status it is shown as pickup cancelled, Pl clarify the matter as product has already handed over to the amazon person on 28/01/2017 around 12.30 PM I did not received rerund Rs.1599

                                        Dear Sir/Mam. I purchase a redmi note 3 mobile phone from Amazon in Oct
                                        4, 2016 that time they give an offer of 15% cashback and 5% redeem point on HDFC credit/debit card. I bought this product by my HDFC credit card to avail this Offer..After that I call Amazon to know about cash back there customer
                                        representative says that an amout arround Rs. 1500/- will be credit in my
                                        account by January 2017.. But I didn't get that cash back regarding this I
                                        complaint Amazon and send my Account statement form Oct 2016 to 16 Jan 2017.. They apologise for this in convince and again ask for 7 working days to resolve this issue but nothing has done till the day.. To day I agin
                                        call customer service they listen my issue and put me on hold after 10
                                        minutes hold call disconnected automatically.. Now I really don't know what
                                        to do to get resolve my issue.. Please CNBC team help me to resolve this
                                        issue.. There is all the mails below from Amazon and me Please help me..

                                        I GO TO CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THIS ISSUE
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I had always admired Amazon for its customer service until this fraud by amazon.
                                        On 1st oct 2016 before placing the order just to be sure I contacted customer support via chat facility and asked whether if I would be eligible for cashback. To which he replied yes I would be eligible for cashback if my order consisted of the said items. After getting confirmation and reading all t&c, I went ahead and placed an order.
                                        On 2nd Oct I received an email saying that if eligible then I would get cashback.
                                        On 14th Nov 2016 I received an email which stated that my order entitles me for cashback.
                                        On 5th Jan 2017 when I didn't received cashback, I first contacted HDFC and then they said amazon didn't processed it.
                                        Contacted amazon and they apologized and said that if I have received an email then I should get cashback.
                                        They asked me if cashback can be given in the form of amazon.in gift card, to which I refused saying that it would be good if it is given in the card account.
                                        After few days on 3rd Feb 2017 I receive an email saying that I am not eligible for cashback.
                                        I called customer service to check with them what nonsense is this about. I had read the t&c and also got it confirmed before placing an order. Also I did received an email saying that my order entitles me for cashback.
                                        Asked them to provide chat transcripts, offer t&c pdf document and reason why I received an email and why agent said that I would be eligible, to which they didn't provided any information.
                                        Received an email which again stated is it ok to give cashback in the form of gift card. This time being frustrated, I replied saying that please go ahead and process it in the form of amazon.in gift card.
                                        No reply for 3-4 days, sent several emails. No details were shared and they simply again started saying that I am not eligible.
                                        Again today called customer service, asked to connect to higher representative. She refused to do so and assured that she would help me with resolution. Again explained the complete issue. She agreed that customer service agent had confirmed about cashback during the chat. But then after 30 mins she started giving lame reasons for not being eligible for cashback. The worst thing she could say was that the email I received on 14th Nov 2016 about my order entitles me for cashback is an automated email sent to all customers including those ineligible. When asked her to reply the same statement in email, she refused saying that I cannot document whatever I am saying. Hahaha...this is how I felt.
                                        Then she disconnected the phone saying that I have provided all information, to which I replied no you haven't and shouldn't disconnect the call, but she was adamant and disconnected the call.
                                        Again called the customer service, asked again to connect to higher representative, was refused, told the issue, he simply disconnected the call. Lol
                                        Again made a call, requested to connect to higher representative. Was again refused and assured the resolution himself. I had to again explain the issue. Asked him what does the email sent on 14th Nov 2016 imply, asked him to please reply the same in email, and then he was so rude saying that why do you want it to be documented. I cannot tell it via email. After that he was just rude in his behavior. Started saying that now again you would call us even when we have said that you are not eligible.

                                        Such a bunch of fraudsters and cheaters, won't accept the mistake and simply say you are not eligible. They feel that we cannot do anything. And I assume this is a fraud and many customers would have faced the issue.
