Amazon gift card expiry

Hi i had a gift card balance of ₹1971 without proper notification, amazon deducted the amount and saying it has been sending notification to my registered mail where thousands o[censored]nnecessary mails reside, but failed to send notifications to my registered mobile number where i would have taken care easily, asking them to extend the expiry date for a week

I ordered 2 power bank from Amazon but 1 which they are sented is not working and i contacted the costomer care so many times but they are telling my account is on hold they cant access my account but why they are sending defective product so i just want to return the defective product i fed up with you the service of Amazon such a big company showing tbis things we cant afford i sented the mail also

So kindly do needful

I don't want to waste the money

    I placed an order for the Seagate Expansion 1.5TB Portable External Drive ORDER #[protected] on the 25th of Jan 2017. The delivery was to happen by the 27th of Jan, 2017. I waited for the delivery on 27th January all day, but no SMS or call came. Later on I chatted with customer service and they said that they will deliver on 28th Jan 2017, and said an attempt to deliver was made. This was a lie as I was at home all day, and the update on the website showed that an attempt to deliver was made at 10:37 pm. On 28th I called customer service at 11 am and them sad that it will be delivered by 8 pm. I waited all day, without any update or call from the delivery person. So at 6 pm, I called customer care again and they said again that a delivery attempt was made at 9:20 am in the morning, which was a lie. Then I checked the order online and was surprised to know the order has been stopped and asked to return. SO I called cc again at 9:30 PM and they said I have asked for the product to be returned. Again a lie. I have been very happy so far with Amazon but was surprised with the lie being told by all the cust care and the waste of my time, and energy calling cc. I wanted my money to be refuned back so that I can place a new order and to that they said it cannot be done right now. I want to raise a complaint against Amaon for misleading customer, lying and then falsely blaming after charging me 5000 rupees. I feel very insecure about shopping with Amazon any further. I want compensation and proper action to be taken against this issue.

      It is to inform that I booked an item through Amazon under Docket NO: #[protected] which has been delivered through GATI representative Sh SAGAR CHINTAK (Mob-[protected]).

      While handing over the item Sh Sagar Chintak has misbehaved and used rough language and demanded Identity proof on main road itself before delivery of item.

      In fact I was standing on main road to guide him up to my residence to deliver the item hence identity proof obviously was not available immediately then and there.

      He was standing on the main road (Near my building main gate) and dictating his views. He refused to bring the item to my door step stating that “I am supposed to bring the item to your main door”. My main gate is not my main door. In fact my main house door is 90 ft away from my main gate where he refused to deliver.

      When I went for Identity proof he started his Motor bike and left the place. On my return I saw he is found to be missing. I contacted him on Mob and asked why you did not deliver. He told me since you were not able to show your identity hence I returned.

      I have ten types of Identity Cards besides having mobile where tracking of Goods and GATI msgs were instantly available but he had no time to reconcile. He was only insisting on Identity proof and messages sent on this docket No to mobile was meaningless.

      On telephoning he returned back and after seeing the identity proof he handed over the item.

      How your representative is dare enough to behave in such a foolish manner? Does he think he has obliged us by delivering the goods?

      He supposed to be dealt relentlessly for his act of misconduct and misbehaviour.

      Secondly to intimate the position of the fact I rang up to GATI representative at Cuttack on Mob :[protected] and Sh Rakesh attended the call at 0732 pm. Before listening he uttered that,

      Quote" Is this the time to call me on this Mob. If you call me
      at night 0300 hrs should you think I am bound to reply “Unquote.

      Mobile No[protected] which is held by Mr Rakesh believe to be official contact No as it was picked from Internet but he talked in such a rudely mannered as if I was taking on his personal mobile for any obligation and compulsion. If the working hour is over it could have been told in a better manner for not disturbing.
      Please tell me :-
      (a) What is called door service delivery? Is the main gate of the building supposed to be the door?
      (b) Is it necessary to keep the identity card at all the time no sooner the message of transporter is received for delivery of item?
      (c) Why cannot you enroll an educated individual who could behave with the customer in a systematic manner?
      This is very grave grievances which need to be addressed.

          When i started entering my Gift Card Code amazon showed an error the second day I called at amazon customer service they said that they will resolve my problem. I waited for approximately 10-11days for their call but they didn't call. So yesterday I called at amazon at 6:30pm the customer representative said that he will surely resolve my problem within 2hours and said that they will call as aspected they didn't call just gave me another false hope. So just now I called them just now and while talking to them i said the customer representative to transfer the call to higher authority. The person who spoked to me said that the voucher has expired at 11 of January 2017. I was having issue before that. Amazon was just giving me false hope before that.

            You guys have sent a defective item and within the next 30 minutes of delivery I am calling you guys for the issue stating sim slot 1 is not working. You guys are asking me to visit the service centre. No one do the business by selling defective product and asking the customer to visit the service centre for fixing issue. I am looking for a replacement. You customer service is pathetic.

              Dear Sir/Ma'am,
              I got product shavas digital black dial mane's watch JMDPILOT by online shopping amzon India on 26 Jan 2017 when I get a product and analyze it I found button problem. There are two buttons. First one is working properly, but second one isn't working properly. If we press second one it remains as it is. It doesn't come in that's proper position. Now a days if we press any button watch isn't response. So
              I hope you will take some action as son as possible. You may either replace another model to this or return our money Rs.385.00 back, If possible.

                I was order[protected]) of Bajaj Rex 500-Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 Jars (White) on 21st January & this shipment arrived at my location on 25.01.2017 by Ecom courier against tracking number[protected], at the time of receiving product was damage & its packing was very third class when i refuse to take delivery & courier person has used very bad language which really disappointing to me this kind of experience was not expected from both of you.

                @ Ecom Team- I think so you need to improve your service level & train your associate to sustain your service level stranded otherwise it can spool your image in market which currently you have set.

                I am also in service industries & this kind of experience can loose customer faith on online shopping.

                  Please note that on 24/01/17 I have received your SMS message that there
                  will be early arrival of the subject product, later in the evening received
                  another message stating that you could not contact me over phone, the Agent
                  number quoted is [protected], On 25/01/17 I have received another SMS that
                  the product will be delivered by agent Number [protected], On 27/01/17
                  received another message stating that Agent No.[protected] later in the
                  evening I have received another message that you could not be delivered due
                  to additional address requirement. I have tried to contact the above
                  numbers either it is out of coverage or switched off.

                  Also note that on 25th I have received call from your end asking the
                  location, after that the person replied my location is not near to main
                  road so could not deliver today and will deliver next day, still time its
                  not happened.

                  My number & address given in the order is correct, If you could not contact
                  & deliver the same to me then I wish to cancel the order to refund my money.

                    I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from amazon.in, order id[protected]) toatal of 14000 rs.

                    On the 21 of jan 2017, I bought a brand new colpad cool1 dual smartphone. However, upon two days o[censored]sing it, i noticed that the backlit led og one of the navigation buttons lit more. for proof i have attach the two images.I contacted both amazon and smartphone customer service but both were unable to help me.But i purchased the smarrtphone from amazon.in and they have 10 day replacement policy and they can replace my phone. But they are not replacing it and they are also not replying my emails when i try to contact them.However, since than 4 days have passed without me receiving any replacement.In this regard, I insist on getting a refund of my full payment if the replacement will not arrive within one more week because the return window will closed on 2nd of feb 2017 on amazon.in.
                    please help me as early as possible.

                      Ordered Samsung galaxy S7 edge(Order ID:[protected] on[protected], amount paid through HDFC credit card. After placing the order, mobile is delivered properly. However i got a mail from Amazon on[protected] that my order with amazon is eligible for cash back of15% because of the promotional offer at the time of sale when paid through HDFC credi card. Later i contacted amazon through e mail that the cash back of 1500/-(as promised by amazon by email that 15% of 43000/- i.e maximum cashback of 1500/-)is not credited in my account. Amazon replied that cash back will be credited by January 5th 2017. When the same was not credited, i again contacted amazon, this time they asked for 5 business days to solve the issue, which was not resolved.I again contacted this time they replied cash back will be credited or gift card worth 1500/- will be given. But when i called amazon team on[protected], they are denying that i am not eligible for cash back.Utterly frustrated with amazon be-fooling customers like this.

                      I had always admired Amazon for its customer service until this fraud by amazon.
                      On 1st oct 2016 before placing the order just to be sure I contacted customer support via chat facility and asked whether if I would be eligible for cashback. To which he replied yes I would be eligible for cashback if my order consisted of the said items. After getting confirmation and reading all t&c, I went ahead and placed an order.
                      On 2nd Oct I received an email saying that if eligible then I would get cashback.
                      On 14th Nov 2016 I received an email which stated that my order entitles me for cashback.
                      On 5th Jan 2017 when I didn't received cashback, I first contacted HDFC and then they said amazon didn't processed it.
                      Contacted amazon and they apologized and said that if I have received an email then I should get cashback.
                      They asked me if cashback can be given in the form of amazon.in gift card, to which I refused saying that it would be good if it is given in the card account.
                      After few days on 3rd Feb 2017 I receive an email saying that I am not eligible for cashback.
                      I called customer service to check with them what nonsense is this about. I had read the t&c and also got it confirmed before placing an order. Also I did received an email saying that my order entitles me for cashback.
                      Asked them to provide chat transcripts, offer t&c pdf document and reason why I received an email and why agent said that I would be eligible, to which they didn't provided any information.
                      Received an email which again stated is it ok to give cashback in the form of gift card. This time being frustrated, I replied saying that please go ahead and process it in the form of amazon.in gift card.
                      No reply for 3-4 days, sent several emails. No details were shared and they simply again started saying that I am not eligible.
                      Again today called customer service, asked to connect to higher representative. She refused to do so and assured that she would help me with resolution. Again explained the complete issue. She agreed that customer service agent had confirmed about cashback during the chat. But then after 30 mins she started giving lame reasons for not being eligible for cashback. The worst thing she could say was that the email I received on 14th Nov 2016 about my order entitles me for cashback is an automated email sent to all customers including those ineligible. When asked her to reply the same statement in email, she refused saying that I cannot document whatever I am saying. Hahaha...this is how I felt.
                      Then she disconnected the phone saying that I have provided all information, to which I replied no you haven't and shouldn't disconnect the call, but she was adamant and disconnected the call.
                      Again called the customer service, asked again to connect to higher representative, was refused, told the issue, he simply disconnected the call. Lol
                      Again made a call, requested to connect to higher representative. Was again refused and assured the resolution himself. I had to again explain the issue. Asked him what does the email sent on 14th Nov 2016 imply, asked him to please reply the same in email, and then he was so rude saying that why do you want it to be documented. I cannot tell it via email. After that he was just rude in his behavior. Started saying that now again you would call us even when we have said that you are not eligible.

                      Such a bunch of fraudsters and cheaters, won't accept the mistake and simply say you are not eligible. They feel that we cannot do anything. And I assume this is a fraud and many customers would have faced the issue.

                          My Order number is[protected] under amazon for purchase of Washing Machine and Refrigerator through Credit Card.
                          Order Date: 22/01/2017
                          Order Status provided as Delivered: 25/01/2017

                          I have placed the aforesaid order on the above said date but the product was not delivered till date. However the status was updated as delivered on the above said date.

                          I spoke to Amazon Customer Support where they requested me to provide 24 hours which got increased to 48 hours and later they said 120 hours or will return the money.

                          Before booking i called Amazon Customer Support and confirmed that the product is available and the same can be delivered to my address to avoid any discrepancies. The same was confirmed by the representative.

                          Accordingly, it is requested to kindly look into the matter based on the service availability.

                              I have an account at Amazon India and occasionally I make online purchases using my credit card. While doing it, Amazon India stores my credit card number. Yesterday (26 Jan 2017) i received an email and an SMS from Amazon.com (which is a partner of Amazon India) that US$99 has been charged on my credit card for Amazon Prime Membership annual fee. I do not have an account at Amazon.com. How could Amazon India share my credit card information with their partner Amazon.com and allow them to make a payment on the card without my consent. On contacting Amazon India, I was informed that their partner work independently and I have to communicate with them. Why should Amazon India provide my confidential information about the credit card to their partner and ask me to settle the issue with them directly.

                                  I have purchased a Nivea lip balm some days ago from amazon. I received it and started using it. I realised that instead of healing my lips it is damaging my lips. I got red rash around my lips.Then I checked the original item in Nivea's website and found that it is duplicate. I have heard before that Amazon sells duplicate products and this time I realised it. I complained and didn't get satisfactory answer. They are taking me lightly. My purpose is not to get refund. I want to take proper step against them. They are cheating. Misusing the name of a trusted brand like Nivea. Pleople should be aware of it.

                                    This is an email I sent to Amazon. All the details have been accurately described herein.

                                    Comments:This is with reference to ORDER #[protected] placed on January 21st, 2017. I placed the order during the Great Indian Sale and paid using Amazon Pay balance. I also have a trial prime membership subscription.

                                    Today, after 4 days my order has still not been shipped. It was supposed to be delivered by 23rd January, but here I'm, writing to you once again. I contacted the customer care on 23rd January, and I was told that my payment was being cancelled again and again by the system. Puzzled with the response, I checked my Amazon Pay balance wallet history, which showed that the transaction was successful and Rs2800 had been deducted from my Amazon Pay account. I also checked my bank statement, and it also showed that my account had been debited with Rs2600 towards POS withdrawal. (I already had Rs200 in my amazon pay balance wallet, therefore, Rs200+Rs2600=Rs2800 which was equal to the price of the printer)

                                    The customer care executive, however, assured me that it was a fault on amazon's part and that she had escalated the issue, and that I would receive word on my product within 24 hours. Satisfied with the response, I decided to wait another day.

                                    On 24th January, I had to contact the customer care again, because I didn't hear anything from Amazon. I was told about the same glitch again, and was reassured that my package would reach me by 27th January.

                                    Now today, I saw an email again from Amazon stating that "your order will take longer to fulfill than originally estimated"

                                    I just want to ask you what is happening? First, my delivery estimate was changed( even though I had Prime) and even then you can't fulfill it ?
                                    According to my Bank statement and Amazon Pay wallet history, payment has been made successfully on both occasions, so there is clearly no problem on my part.

                                    I'm very frustrated with the turn of events. I needed that printer urgently, that's why I chose prime. This delay is causing me irreparable damage. What is the purpose of Prime membership, if I don't receive my product within 2 days?

                                    A customer care executive asked me to cancel my current order and place a new one, but I don't think that it would work out, because now there is no lightning deal or cashback offer on the product.

                                    I have only 2 alternatives

                                    1) I request you to either correct the glitch and ship me the same order

                                    or

                                    2) cancel my current order and place a new one at the same price and offer as my original order. Here is a bit of calculations to help you out

                                    Printer Price on Amazon = 3199
                                    less: Lightning deal discount = 400
                                    Final Price: = 2799

                                    Also, I paid with amazon pay balance via the amazon app, which entitled me to a 15% cashback. which means that I would receive Rs420 ( 15%of 2799) on or after February 10, 2017.

                                    Therefore the price comes down to Rs 2380.

                                    If you can somehow arrange the same deal(as above) once again for a new order, with 1-2 day delivery, then go ahead place a new order. However, if you cannot give me the product with the lightning deal discount and 15%cashback offer, do not cancel the current order.

                                    I REPEAT, IF YOU CANNOT MATCH THE LIGHTNING DEAL AND CASHBACK OFFER DO NOT CANCEL MY CURRENT ORDER.

                                    Without the ligtning deal, and cashback offer I would suffer because, my original order had both of these promotions, and without these promotions, the product would cost me a lot more.

                                    I have been a regular customer of Amazon since the past 1.5 - 2 years, but this is the first time I'm facing so many issues regarding a single order. I don't even visit Flipkart or any other e-commerce sites now, since I know that Amazon is the best. But I'm starting to doubt myself. It is appreciable how far Amazon India has come since 2013, but I hate to admit that there are certain flaws with Amazon too!

                                    This time Amazon has not lived up to my expectations. The experience this time has been far from satisfactory.

                                    I request you to please fix the glitch and deliver my product at the earliest.

                                    I was frustrated and I sent them another email :
                                    Why can't you provide me the 15% cash back? I made a purchase during the specified days, therefore I'm entitled to a cash back. You just can't say NO!
                                    I think this is just a great bait and switch technique by Amazon. You say, there's a sale and tell the customer that he/she would save Rs800 ( as in my case), then after the customer has paid, you say that due to technical limitations we can't deliver your order. After the customer places a new order, you say that you will only give one half of the previous discount (Rs400). This way the consumer has only one choice, place a new order and get only half of the promotions and discount or get a refund and forget about the product. And for Amazon it means duping the customer and making profits. What is the meaning of having a sale, when you can't deliver on your promises?

                                    Guess, what? I'm not going to slide this easily. If I don't get my order till 27th ( and I know I won't, since it hasn't been shipped even as on the 26th), I'm filing a lawsuit against amazon on the grounds of false advertising and misleading the customers. I have already tolerated too much and now there is no going back. I may be a small consumer, but I'm going to fight till the end, just so that you won't do this again. I will make sure that the millions of customers around the world get to know about this egregious practice of yours.

                                    This may be a Dave vs Goliath battle, but I believe you know that the bigger they are, the harder they fall.

                                    I didn't receive any reply for this email.

                                    I have called them multiple times, but it is the same old story. They asked me to wait for 48 hours.

                                    I called them again on 26th january and they told me that they have raised a second ticket towards my complaint and have escalated the issue.

                                    I don't believe them anymore. I have done everything in my power and they just won't budge .

                                    Please help me out!

                                      Hi,

                                      I ordered a "Egate P531 LED Projector" in Pune.

                                      Since last three days I am getting a message "Out for Delivery". But the product neither got delivered nor I got any call from courier boy.

                                      I have postponed my other work to pickup the product... But seems the company thinks we are fool..

                                      The Problem is they book our time and then it says we can not deliver it and the false status update made like "Package held for cash Payment" but actually the payment at the time of purchase(online order).

                                      Please if you send the message out for delivery then deliver it or don't send the message "out for delivery" someone postponed his work to pickup the product.

                                      I don't have any hope if it is getting resolved.
