Everytime when an Amazon Delivery agent comes for delivery when the item is COD. the agent doesn't have the change. Everytime they expect us to give them tips since there is no change. This time when i had received this order for Amount ₹1, 299 i.e. almost equal to ₹1, 300. The delivery agent said i don't have change. He was not even carrying the swip machine. With current situation about cash how do you expect us to keep exact change? I had to borrow money from my neighbor to pay for the item. At least if the Order amount is more than ₹1, 000 can we expect the delivery agent to carry swipe machine or carry some change?
This is ridiculous on part of Amazon who cannot afford simple swipe machines... If they cannot manage such simple things better mention we are incapable company who cannot afford swipe machines. Tender exact change!!!

The service of amazon is very poor. i have ordered the product but they dont deliver me within the time period as they given a date to deliver the product still they are not able to deliver the product on expected date. i hate the services of amazon and i will never buy any kind of product on this website.

    Hi. I had ordered a moto g 4 plus ..order id[protected].. i hardly used the phone for a 20 days and it started giving problems ...like automatic restarting, no sound, no incoming outgoing voice unless i restart my phone...i contacted amazon but they said they cant do anythin and told to contact motorola...motorola said i need to contact service centre...
    I visited service centre nearly 8 times for the same problem but they are not doing anythin...everytime they keep my phone for about 2to 3 weeks n say that it is repaired...but the problem still exist...what shoul i do...pls suggest ...or else pls exchange this phone...i hav hardly used my phone...around 4 to5 months it was with service centre

    Please do not purchase any item on global store they will put u thru hell for all documents. Custom clearance. Amazon india being branch of amazon us. does not import to India. The buyer has to liasion with dhl for kyc, declarations, duty, demorage charges etc. Both non co-operative. N will respond at thier leisure.
    I placed my order form "Amazon.in" on 01/01/2017 for the product 12PCS BBQ Barbeque Skewers 41cm Stainless Steel Needle Tandoor Kebab Sticks Sold by : Etijaarath for Rs .365/- My Order ID is #[protected]. A SMS has been sent from AMAZON that the order was not placed .
    But the Amount debited from my SBI account but order not placed.

      Order#[protected]

      I ordered Moto -g mobile on 07012017 using Prime service. As Service commits order must get deliver within 24 hours but no order received.
      I keep on chasing with customer care executives but they were not able to help me. I wanted to highlight few of the key points where Amazon service lacks

      1 Firstly amazon is providing false commitment as there is no delivery as per service .

      2 customer care don't provide you any complaint no. due to this every time you need to provide your details to get the update.Executive seems blank as there is no internal communication.

      3 Amazon service is so careless that they don't even bother to call back customer for late delivery.

      4 On website they have changed the delivery date to 11012017, which is really pathatic.

      In short Amazon is providing false commitment not at all customer centric.

        Two issues:
        1. Customer is shown at fault for non delivery of goods as promised
        2. Suspect a strategic cancellation of orders by way of above point, and thus depriving me of my money locked in amazon paybalance account

        Details
        I ordered about 18 items on amazon pantry.
        The delivery man returned twice without coming to my location, and on both occasions i receive message from amazon that order could not be delivered because customer was not available (Misreporting and, blaming me for someone else's fault).
        (1st:order #[protected].)

        Then i had to place the repeat oder by myself by selecting each item of the list (There is no option for repeat order).
        (2nd: order #[protected]
        After the order has been placed, seemingly, after talking thrice to the delivery boy (The phone number provided by amazon), seemingly, the above process is about to repeat. The deadline of delivery has been missed by the delivery boy again. Prior to all of this, i was advised to pay through amazon pay balance and unfortunately i did it., this implies, all refunds reach amazon pay balance, and i am forced to spend all that money on sub standard services only on amazon india.
        Then tomorrow is a working day, and they want me to wait at home wondering when the order will be delivered.

        And thus freedom from Amazon.
        I regret subscribing to Amazon Prime.

          Amazon has not initiated a refund despite calling 8 times with customer care and initiating a mail and chatting twice with customer rep. Initially they told it will be refund in a couple of hoyrs then they changed statement like it will take 24 hours, after 24 hous when the refund was not initiated. when called again they told to wait another 04 business days to initiate the refund. the 08 times i called the customer service, all have different solutions and answers for my queries. They have send me a mail stating that the refund has initiated but i cannot find the balance in the amazon pay balance. I am very irritated of this. please solve this out and advice me for the next appropriate steps

            Purchased redmi note3 on 8th dec 16. Delivered on 1o dec. Right from the beginning it's giving problems. Would like to replace the piece or require my refund. Today mobile sensor is giving problem. Can't see the dialled number. Screen blanks off. However call is going. Can't put on speaker. It's not even one month old.

            Since my purchase, this mobile hasn't worked until interruptedly even for 2 days. Also there is no service center close to my place. Even if i give it to service center they will take some time. Would appreciate amazon ask the vendor to replace the handset or refund my amount of rs. 11999.0 at the earliest.

              Order #[protected], order placed on 4 january 2017. As per offer during booking, it should suppose to delivered on 05 jan 2016.

              On sat, jan 7, 2017 at 6:30 pm one sms received from am-amazon to my registered mobile number.

              “sms: we could not deliver your order as customer was not available. We'll attempt on next working day.”

              On sat, jan 7, 2017 at 6:30 pm one mail received from [protected]@amazon.in to my registered email id.

              “subject: your amazon.in order #[protected] could not be delivered as customer was not available.”

              I placed my call request to the customer service representative: mr. Uttam s, who has confirmed that “in actual amazon didn’t send any one to my given address”

              What is this, is this the service/offer provides by amazon after debiting amount from customer’s account for the order. I was desperately waiting for my order in the given address.

                  This is in reference to Order number: #[protected]Chevron Moto G Play 4th gen (Motorola Moto G4 Play) Screen Protector, Premium Oil Resistant Coated Tempered Glass Screen Protector Film Guard for Moto). I received an email and SMS on 31st December 2016 that the product has been delivered but it has not been delivered at all. I was physically present at the delivery address when I received the SMS but it the product never reached me. Upon contacting the Amazon customer rep through Toll-Free number after 2 days, I was told that the product will be delivered in a day but it has not been delivered till today. No refund also!

                    I had ordered a shirt which was not properly packed and was torn on receipt. It was returned and their website says, refund issued but I have not got in my account so far.ORDER #[protected] dated 23rd Dec. Refund issued on 27th Dec. according to Amazon. Amount Rs.239.

                    Another order placed on 3rd January ORDER #[protected] I had to do the transfer four times as the remittance was showing unsuccessful. Fourth time it was successful. Amount remitted each time was Rs.637. So, I have to received Rs.637 x 3 back which is not done so far.

                    Tried to contact customer care but being disconnected.

                      Amazon always delivers products late. I receive sms out for delivery and still no delivery. When i try to call delivery agent the numbers are either switch off or not reachable. My order has not yet arrived. No updates. No calls. No sms. Order delivery date was 6th Jan, 2017. Status still shows out for delivery since 28hours. If the company can't deliver product on promised date then its so sad.. When order will be delayed tgen also they don't send notification or sms or calls.

                        Its shows very terrible experience of copying the big name of amazon.but this time I felt such bad experience of order placement and fulfillment.I added the books on site in cart for its opting above 499 rupees as it confirm the free delivery promises.after getting confirmation by rep as showing 10% discount on order by amazon pay and customer care rep guide to add in amazon pay1100 ruppee for order 1042.but after adding its order not getting confirm and money is in hanging.adding 355 more for delivery.what's the rubbish.it should clearly guide that this problem will exist.one way showing discount of 100 and other way adding 355.what to use of this.very poor and unfavorable .if not fulfilment, the money to be reverted in account than to hang the money.my amazon I'd is [protected]@gmail.com, its playing with belief of customer.very poor responces.extremely hearted by such activities.                             My amazonseller id is [protected]@gmail.com i am a seller over there. Customer ordered me wifi dongle and i delivered through dtdc courier and mentioned tracking id in amazon as their rules. Customer received the product on 22 dec and delivery time was till 24 dec. But customer sent me mail through amazon that he had received product late on 30 dec and he dont want the dongle but i cancelled his request and sent him dtdc courier tracking id and screenshot that he had received the product on 22. After that he again mailed me same 2 times and i reverted him again with all proofs. Amazon had written in their claim policy that if seller did not respond to buyer then they will check the matter and reffund the money to buyer if they found buyer right. But in my case they did not checked my reverts to buyer with proofs. They said me that they had sent me one mail which i had not reverted thats why they reffunded the money. But what about that mails which i had done from your amazon id to customer with all proofs. I checked your policy on 6 jan there was written that if i did not reverted to a to z claim mail in 7 days they will refund my money but my money was refunded in 6th day. Then i talked on chat witj customer care and told about this he aggreed and said plz talk to our team . When i talked to team they said we cant do any thing and changed their policy from 7 days to three days. If you are refunding money to liers without checking seller revert to customer then why are you saying that customer can file a to z complaint if seller dose not respond Even I had responded 3 times.

                              I trust Amazon's customer service.

                              Now here's my concern. I am fighting with Motorola's customer service department regarding this but it seems to be of No help.I am sending you copy/paste of the e-mail which I sent to Moto escalation department. They called up to inform that they cant help me here because they think this issue is due to liquid spillage. Me being the owner and all time user of this handset, I am sure and I KNOW that no water/liquid came in contact with the handset. Here's the e-mail I sent to their escalation team :

                              Team Motorola customer service,

                              I did a chat with Moto customer care support yesterday and I was asked to visit Moto service center here in sector 20
                              D Chandigarh. I visited there this morning and got my complaint ticket number 8. The technician (Rohit) examined the phone and said he suspect liquid spillage due to which its not powering ON. Its worth while mentioning here that he just assumed this and wasnt too sure.
                              Me, being the owner and all time user of this handset, am very much sure and I know that this phone has not been in contact of any liquid what so ever.
                              I spoke with madam Monika who wanted me to compare the chipset of my phone (which according to her has some spots of spilage) with another brand new chipset. Honestly, I could not find any difference between my phone's chipset and the brand new one. Please find the picture of those two chipsets enclosed (Attached with the e-mail).
                              I also spoke with Arvind Vashsht who warned me to send e-mail to any department and do whatever I could do but they will not help me with this issue.

                              I want to mention here clearly that no liquid was spilled on the phone at any point of time. Issue started yesterday morning when phone's battery was discharged to 0% and phone went completely OFF. I reached home and tried to charge the phone (with orignal moto G charger) but it didnt work.

                              I have attached the worksheet which service center department gave me. I must mention here that they got my signature on the page before they wrote on the paper "Phone dead water log on the charging connector". I denied to accept this as this is not true. There can be some other technical issue but no water or liquid was in contact with the handset.

                              Request the authority to consider this issue and provide me proper service as its a geniune issue I am facing with my 2 months old phone under warranty.

                                I purchased samsung Galaxy on5 pro from amazon.in. it is returned and refund of 5329 rupees is initiated in 21st dec 2016. But i didn't get my refund in my pnb account number [protected]. So they gave me a reference number 75260826357010769435010 for refund transaction and said file charge dispute as "refund never processed ". When i contacted pnb customer care service they said there is nothing like 'file dispute' and said to contact to branch. At branch same excuse is found. Don't make fool. Here i am watching all refund complaints is related to amazon. It shows how are honest about your customers.

                                  On 12/19 I went to order a Jackson Core Pillow for $21.36, Ref.# 5543286PJ00DBAL37. I wanted to add to my order but there was no way to go back and get out of check out, so I just closed it not knowing it had accepted my order and charged my credit card.
                                  The next day on 12/20, I went into Amazon again to place what I thought was my ONLY order. I ordered the pillow and a pillow case to fit it, totaling $33.23 REF#. 5543286PK00R3N9DJ on my credit card. The next thing I know I received 2 separated boxes with a pillow in each and one included the pillow case. This was the order I placed on12/20 and was ok. I ONLY WANTED ONE (1) PILLOW AND ONE (1) PILLOW CASE. So my bill was charged for an extra pillow I did not order $21.36 !! I want this credited to my card when returned.
                                  The next issue on my credit card bill was an order for 2 (two), At-a-Glance date books I ordered on12/21/16 Ref# 5543286PL00M7J241. But they sent me 2 2016 books!! I called the company that sent them "Pens & More" (contracted with Amazon) and the representative said return them and I would receive credit on my credit card. I did so on 12/30/16 BUT, I had to pay $7.97 for postage AND I am an Amazon Premium customer!!
                                  The day I returned the 2 books, (12/30/2016) I received two (2) more 2016 books I did not order!!! I wanted the 2017 books! So my credit card was charged for Four (4) out of date 2016 books at 29.30 each which totals to $58.60. I want these credited to my account also!!
                                  Now--- I have to take the time, money for postage to return these items and my charge card has the interest for these charges on it.
                                  I would like an RMA that dosen't make me pay for postage to return these items and I will be satisfied. Once again - I do not pay return postage and credit my charge card.

                                    There is amount of 621 rs is refunded by amazon on[protected]. however same is not reflected to my account. When i contact them they give me reference id and told me contact to bank.. however bank is not ready to take any action or raise a ticket.. since they have no knowledge of transaction.
                                    Also it should be amazon, who should take care of refund. not the customer who follow up with bank.
                                    Now amazon nor the bank ready to take any action.

                                      Ir-response, unethical behaviour from amazon customer service executive. They disconnected my call without answering my question of delivery of my ordered product.

                                      Simple updating status as "Arriving today" without any tracking details. It i ask how they simple disconnected my call.

                                      Ordered on 16 December 2016 Order#[protected]

                                      I request immediate action against concern executive and required full refund with penalities
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I ordered Lenovo ZUK Z1 phone on 3rd Jan 2017 and promised to get it by 5th Jan 2017, but didn't get phone yet.Even supervisor confirmed me at 6:00pm to deliver phone by 8:00pm. Delivery service worst in amazon.
                                        ORDER #[protected] I just concern about good service which they don't provide.Please help with this issue, thank you.
