I Cancelled my order on 15th january, 2017, for the same I got the mail that "your refund has been imitated" but it's been 8 days now, still i didn't get my refund of Rs. 1749.

I have called 5-6 times to customer care of amazon and they always says that you will get your money with in a day.

They also provide the reference number then I talked in bank but they were saying we didn't get any payment acceptance request.

I need my money through any source as earliest.

Will contact amazon and my bank.
On the 27th and 28th of December charges were made to my VISA credit card without my authorization. Checking my payment information from the bank, I realized this. This is fraud and stealing. The items are as follows: Amazon Mktplace Pmts, AMZN.COM/BILLWA, one for $12.90 and the other for$26.97; ref.#9980 and 0340.

    from past 1 month i am checking the price the are charging more for the facewash actual cost is only 199 and they are charging 1586. They are cheating everyone, This should be notified and taken the measures to control it.

      It is shocking to see that I had ordered an iPhone 7 for my mother's birthday and as soon as the package was opened it was an iPhone 6s box containing washing soap. I had purchased it for amount of ₹54, 580/- on 20th January 2017 in the Amazon sale. Will the concerned authorities look into this and get me the relief. I am down emotionally as well as financially.

      I ordered this product. It was delivered at wrong address. A lady who picked up the product called me and told me so. She said she stays in Yashodhan Nagar.

      The product has not been delivered to me. I would like it to be delivered to me in good condition.
      Sir, I have placed an order in Amazon.in on 10th Jan. the company promised me to deliver the product by 14th of Jan. but on 16 th Jan it is not delivered. I contacted to amazon customer service, but they failed to give a proper reason of late delivery, in fact they showed rudeness. my order id is #[protected]

        Dear sir, with due respect that Philips body grommer replaced not done pickup due to I want to saving trimmer because I am ordering wrong product and I am sorry to say that I ordering quickly approaching due net link problem but not done pickup and return replacement but why not possible to your Amazon com customer care services because I am applying before your return replacement 10days policy and thanks your Buddhadev chakraborty.

          All,

          I ordered for Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (Black, 32 GB) - Android 7.0 Nougat on 11th January, 2017 with proposed date of delivery between 14th January- 17th January.

          14th January (Saturday):
          I had received a message on 14th Jan that the product would be delivered to me today(i.e. 14th Jan) at around 11 am( this message did not contain the agent’s contact details), however, at 7.30 pm on the same day I received a message that the agent tried to reach out to me but couldn’t, which is not true as I did not get any detail of the agent who was suppose to come neither did any agent contact me. After calling the customer care service, I was assured that I would receive the order the next day i.e. 15th January, Sunday (which practically I knew was not possible).

          15th January (Sunday):
          Although I knew it was near impossible to get my product delivered on a Sunday but because I was assured of getting my phone delivered, I called the customer care again as I did not receive any message regarding the delivery details and the agent’s contact number as it is usually sent.

          16th January (Monday):
          Again the next morning I did not receive any message of delivery. After a lot of follow-up and a call at the customer care service I had a conversation with a gentleman who assured me (as it had been happening since days) that it would delivered the next day and it has been put on priority( as the earlier ones who also did). (NOTE : It had already been 6 days since I ordered)

          17th January (Tuesday):
          I did not receive any message about the delivery. Post 2-4 calls to the customer service I received a message of the delivery details and contact number of the agent and got my order delivered at 3.30 pm approx. on COD. The packaging was unsatisfactory as it was not in a hard plastic sealed packet and the cardboard box in which it arrived was torn. As I questioned the agent, he said he would open it for me if I had any doubt assuring it was a new one and got the payment made. As I wanted to check it on my own I continued to unfold the box and found out that the seal was loose on the Motorala’s box and the the plastic cover over the box was already cut and further when I opened it I found bubbles on the screen guard. Henceforth, I filed a return/replacement for it the same day.

          18th January (Wednesday):
          Nobody turned up to replace or return the order and no message was provided. As I called I came to know that there is no return policy for Mobile phones but it would be replaced.

          19th January (Thursday):
          I called the customer care service again and was told that the replacement has been triggered and assured that the pick up would be done by 20th January between 2-5 pm as I raised for the return/replace on 17th January itself even after personally looking into the matter(as told). Waited for another day.

          20th January (Friday):
          As I did not receive any intimation again, I called the customer care service in the evening and was told that the replacement has been put on high priority and will be done by next day.

          21st January (Saturday):
          On not receiving any message, I contacted the customer service again in the afternoon. Surprisingly I came to know that the replacement had been cancelled and was re-initiated on 21st January and is scheduled for pick-up on 22nd January between 11am- 2pm.

          22nd January (Sunday):
          I received a message from Amazon for pick-up today with no contact details of the agent who would come to pick up the phone for replacement, however, nobody turned up until now.

          I made a purchase worth Rs.13, 999/- on 11th January, 2017 and even after 11 days of my order(which is a very long duration) I have not been able to use my phone which bothers me a lot as it has never happened before on my previous purchases with Amazon. This has by far been the worst experience wherein even after repeated and multiple follow-up I am not being provided with the service. Also, as you know that the product has to be replaced before 18th February, 2017 which worries me even more considering the current pace of process.
          I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue and resolve it as soon as possible and help me get a new Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (Black, 32 GB) - Android 7.0 Nougat phone at the earliest.

          23rd January (Monday):
          I received a message from Amazon for pick-up today with the contact details of the agent for pick up scheduled between 2-5 pm.On contacting the agent at 2.39 pm, he told me that he tried calling me but I was not reachable so he left the place and that he scheduled the pick-up for the next day( i.e. 24th January). After repeated calls he told me that he himself would come tomorrow to pick up the order(phone). Another day of disappointment!

            I did not receive the mobile phone. I think the item has been misplaced by courier service. I already contacted the amazon india customer care but there is no response.

            I ordered the Leeco coolpad cool1 mobile phone priced Rs.13999 on 09/01/2017 from amazon.in. Order ID is[protected]. I had paid for the item by net banking at the time of order. The item was scheduled to arrive on 12/01/2017 but it did not arrive. I called amazon customer care, they said it will arrive soon. On 14/01/2017, a message came in my amazon.in account that item was delivered on 14/01/2017 but I had not received the item. I inquired the neighbors but no one had received the item. I called amazon customer care again about misplaced /stolen delivery but they have not taken any action yet. I have not received the ordered item nor have I been refunded my money till 22/01/2017. Please take action and help me get the item or get my money refunded.

              Hi,

              It was mentioned in refer and earn policy that after referral registration and after my fist order i will get my amount. But it didn't happen like that.
              Same way 200 should be credited in referrer account but that doesn't happen too.

              Its a fraud company and it is saying something and not doing that.

                This is in regards to the an order I placed with Amazon on 9th Jan. 2017 for the below products with order #[protected],[protected].

                Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones (Aqua) - ₹13, 275.00
                Ray-Ban UV Protected Wayfarer Men's Sunglasses - (0RB[protected]|51.0|Crystal Green lens) - ₹5, 097.00

                I placed this order for 0ne day delivery but yet I didn't received the products, but there site shows that the Items are delivered, I also complaint to the Amazon Customer care about this and they asked me to write an email to "[protected]@amazon.in". since then I have written more than 10-12 time but yet I have not received any proper response, every time they are asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs. I have asked them to provide me the proof of delivery but yet no response from them. I'm also ready to file a case with consumer forum, therefore request you to please look into this matter.

                      I bought a laptop from amazon.in on 17/dec/2016 but it was faulty so i returned it and asked for replacement but instead of replacing it they issued me a refund on 2 jan 2017 but the money is not credited in account till date when i told amazon about this they provided me a ARN no and asked to file a charge dispute through my bank but in state bank of india there is no such process i told amazon about this but they keep saying me to file charge dispute or they will not refund my money

                        In the month of October I ordered a back cover for my phone (le eco2) but mistakenly I ordered a cover for le max ...I returned the cover next week (18thoctober) ...A guy came and collect the cover and he said that the money will be refunded to me on my Amazon wallet ...But still now I haven't received any amount ...I called on customer care no too...A lady recieved my call and said that she'll have a word with the guy who took my back cover and let me know in two days...But after those two days no body called me ...Infact noone recieved my call..

                          A delivery boy told me to come another place to pickup your product ..why i should go for to pickup my product ..he not came to my addrs which i given on amazon..and delivery boy cancel my product...and the delivery boy said bahi yaar aa jao main car laya ho..tum plz aa k le lo..main waha nhi aa skata or wo mere ghar k 4 kilometres dorr kade ho k muje waha aane bol raha hai...what type Service you are providing amazon..muje wo gift karna tha or muje ajj mera product nhi mila...you must take action on that delivery boy

                              Dear Madam/Sir,
                              I was adding money in Amazon Pay wallet for ₹540 but unfortunately transaction declined also balance deducted from my A/c too. Again when I tried to add ₹540 in Wallet then transaction was successful and balance credited to Amazon Pay wallet. Both time (i.e. ₹540 & ₹540) balance deducted from my A/c but only ₹540 credited to Amazon Pay wallet. When I rushed to the bank for the same then bank official provided me statement of A/c then also ₹540 deducted from my A/c twice. So please return my money ( ₹540) to my A/c as soon as possible.

                                I bought Coolpad Note 5 mobile from Amazon.in Order#[protected].
                                After unpacking the box and put charging first, I found that it is getting heated soon. It is heating too much which can cause of explosion of mobile.
                                Also, Sound not coming properly.

                                So, I am trying to return the mobile on Amazon.in... When I put Return cause and description, then submit. It is not completing my request successfully.

                                I just want to return this mobile at any cost.

                                  Amazon India is providing wrong information to the customers before buying the products so that they place the order and after receiving it they refuse what they said they simply say that sorry sir wrong information was provided to you and we are sorry for this is what happened with me twice. I had ordered a supplement ON serious mass gainer. Before buying the product i had a conversation with Amazon representive and asked is this product returnable if i feel it is fake or if i am not satisfied with the product i recieved the representive replied " we will provide you replacement or refund whichever you like" then again day before i was going to recieve the order i confirmed once again and there answer was "yes you can return it" so i accepted the delivery. just after opening it i verified and the product seemed to be fake and malpracticed the bottom of container had some cuts and then it was sealed again so that means original product is taken out and duplicate is filled and then sealed. I contacted Amazon and talked to them for almost half an hour explaining all this. But the refused again and again saying "this is non returnable product" i told them that " yes i know that and that was the reason i confirmed about the return and refund before and after placing the order and the representative told me that it is returnable if in case you are not satisfied then how can you refuse now" so the representative said " let me check this for you" and as i was right on my place and Amazon were wrong they had no answer after a while the representive said "sorry sir but wrong information was provided to you we wont be able to help you in this case" "we can understand you concern but our system doesn't allow us to do the needful we wont be be able return, refund or replace the product"
                                  Amazon India is totally fooling customers for benefit purpose. Please take some action and save the people from getting fooled away.

                                        I made order in Amazon on 15th Jan 2017 and the order details are:
                                        Order #[protected]
                                        The expected delivery date was 20th Jan 2017, when I contact Customer service chat on 20th Jan 2017 at around 4 PM they says the order is out for delivery and will be deliver but it was not deliver.
                                        But they change the Status to "Delay Delivery on customer request" which means that I request for delay the order which it misleads the Customer. And the Order date also changed to 24th Jan 2017 without inform me and confirm me. When I contact again Customer service they are not giving any commitment that the order will be deliver within the time that is today 21st Jan 2017.
