Dear Amazon Team,
Greetings of the day...!!!

I Suraj kumar have ordered a mobile phone with Order No. #[protected] on 17th January, 2017 .
The estimated date of delivery was 23rd January, 2017 but due to non availability of me on this date i talked with customer care representatives to confirm that can i get my order before the estimated date because my order has been reached very nearest location of my home town (i.e District Ambala ) in 20th January 2017.
The customer care representatives give me positive response means yes i can get but i have to show my order mail and an id proof to receive.
I reached to that nearest location i.e. at Ambala which is about 25 km away from my hometown (MULLANA ) to receive my order but nobody contacted with me to deliver my order.
Again i talked with Amazon customer care representatives and they again told me that you will get your order by tomorrow ( i.e. on 21st January, 2017 ) but again nobody contacted with me and again i got disappointed.
Even without my permission an Amazon customer care representative Rescheduled my order to 25th of January 2017 without discussing with me. As i came to knew about this thing at once i mailed and also talked with representatives to cancel this rescheduling of my order and they told me that they have cancelled this rescheduling and i told them to deliver my order at my registered address to my father on the estimated date (23.01.2017) and also i give my father's contact no for better delivery.

Now the problem is this today it is 26th of January 2017 and neither my father and nor me got my order and in the mean time i have talked a lot of times with Amazon customer care representatives regarding this matter.

I am really very disappointed with this kind of very Poor Service from Amazon side which i never expect. Shame on this . Even no customer care representatives followed me to resolve this query.

Kindly request you to, just tell me

1) Whats wrong with my order ?

2 )Is Amazon able to deliver my order if yes then tell me one final date of delivery?

I hope you give me one solid solution and resolve my problem.

    Hi, I have ordered few items in amazon india through mastercard and my account got locked and my all order (around Rs.1.4 Lakh are on hold which i really need to deliver fast) due to some address verification issue. Then i got email from amazon india then send us Fax with bank statement. I tried to FAX it several times their FAX services not working FAX NO :[protected]. I tried to send email but [protected]@amazon.in is even not working and getting failure notice then i sent card statement to [protected]@amazon.in but still no positive response from them. Can you please look in to it. My blocked account's email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. Please please help me!

            I purchased a Blackberry 9720 mobile phone of 8500 rs. from Amazon by using my SBI. debit card at 18.12.2016. But after opening the box when I went to use the phone I saw the phone has a problem. So I contacted Amazon and told them abut the problem. After hearing that they told me to return the product and they will refund my money after receiving the phone.
            Hearing there commitment at 02.01.2017 I returned my product by Blue Dart courier service and Amazon received the product at 04.01.2017.
            At 06.01.2017 they send me an email and in that email they told me that they refund my money. But Sir, from that day till now I didn't received any money in my SBI. account. But abut that matter when I contacted to Amazon they told me, the refund had initiated please contact your bank. But when I went to my SBI. branch and connect to SBI customer care, they directly told me that any refund had not initiated in my account.
            Now Sir / Madam Please rescue my money.

                          I've given online order to give a surprise to a friend, and i have paid in online at the time of ordering, but at the time of delivery, the agent collected the amount from my friend ( He did not no weather i paid or not, because it is a surprise gift). i was fooled in front of my friends because of the agents mistake.                             Hi there,
                            I am here by to ask you that I recently asked amazon to return and refund my order by calling tge Amazon helpline. And then they, arranged the date and time for pickup and also they asked me for how to refund my money, I then said 'by Amazon pay wallet' (So that I can buy something). And then everything was arranged. And the next day on 23rd January, 2017 the courier man came and gave me a silip that has tracking id and courier man's name. And then, the pickup was done successfully. After a few couple hours, I went to the website and saw that my pickup status was not refreshed on my account so I got worried, if everything is okay. So I asked you to please look at my concern and help me with my queries.

                              I had ordered a Nubia Z11 phone which was supposed to be delivered to me by 23rd Jan. I did receive an sms with courier boys details ([protected]) but he was not receiving my call i called the customer service[protected] where in an executive (Chaitra) received my call i told her that im trying to reach the courier boy but he is not receiving my call, then i spoke to her supervisor (Salim) he said that he spoke to the delivery boy and he will deliver the it by 6.30pm but i told him several times that can he arrange a call or connect a call with the delivery boy but he said to disconnect the call. Since i was going to travel out of town i requested him to connect the call as he would have picked it from his location, but instead o[censored]nderstanding my problem he disconnected my call. I wanted to complaint against the supervisor (Salim) how can he disconnect my call as he is there to serve the customer. I have the call recordings for the same.

                                Hello amazon,
                                After seeing amazon great indian sale offer!!! Thought of booking few items and avail the discount, but experienced it is pathetic.
                                It took so long to segregate pantry items and others.
                                To avail 15% discount i somehow managed to book 2000rs items.
                                Now to avail 15% cash back on sbi debit card need to book minimum of overall 5000rs.
                                In the mean time called customer care executive twice to reconfirm and make sure that i am on right track, confused executive at last confirmed that yes you will get 15% discount from amazon and 15% cash back on sbi bank on or before 22 april 2017.
                                With this confirmation i booked items worth 5500rs and the payment was made successfully.
                                Next day pantry items was delivered in damaged condition and i rejected the same. Delivery boy updated it has rejected by customer (He has not mentioned that the products were damaged)
                                To my surprise, amazon has cancelled the order and initiated the refund.
                                My complaint:
                                Waste of time: time invested in placing the order nearly 2 hours even more
                                Loss: promised 15% discount by amazon and 15% discount by sbi (Promised)
                                (Which is 350+750rs= 1100rs)
                                At last after calling amazon customer care multiple times and explaining the issue, they tried to place order for few items and said cannot place order for other items due to out of stock and also you will not get cash back 15% as the order is cancelled.

                                I fail to understand why do i deserve this loss of money and time even after double checking with amazon customer care. This is a very unpleasant experience with the most "customer centric company, amazon."
                                I request for the solution by amazon.

                                Amazon India Steal my Rs28, 000 in my wallet.
                                Amazon.in locked my account without any notification & when i call to customer care executive replies me very casually now we can't do anything now your account is deleted.

                                  I karan bakshi has an saving bank account number [protected], had done a purchase on 26th dec 2016 using visa debit on website www.amazon.in once the item has reached me it was broken. So i had returned the item & was expected to get refund of rs. 825.00. As per the amazon they had processed my refund by transaction number 74332747008700700500637 of amount rs. 825.00 dated 7th jan 2017. To my same visa card account from which the payment was made. But today it is 25th jan 2017 but till date i have not recived any such amount.

                                  Today it is 28th Jan 2017, time 3:33 pm still no reply that were are my funds or by what date the funds will reach me. A very sad experience. Where the payment was made by visa debit card. And regariding refund this method is called most genuine

                                        Amazon india's online prices are probably better than any other online seller. Their customer care is also probably the best and most courteous amongst any customer service in india from any service providers. Their item returns and refund process is also quite good and better than most other sellers.

                                        But their delivery system is surely amongst the most lacking in discipline. Timewise it is prompt... Most of the time.

                                        But they have a lot of loopholes in their delivery system wherein they are at the mercy of their delivery staff. It is on the mood of the delivery person and it is very easy for them to report 'delivery attempted' or 'address not available'.
                                        It is a rampant practice on their part which will leave you tearing your hair because you have to 'call' the customer service' multiple times to reschedule a delivery.
                                        And the customer service will profusely apologise. They will say that they understand your problem and will give all assurances of recheduling deliveries... Escalating matters further etc... But they are helpless and most of the time nothing happens and the delivery staff will deliver at their own sweet time.

                                        Many times they will again report 2 more 'delivery attempts' without actually doing so and... Then the item is promptly returned back to the seller.
                                        You will be left without the item and left with making just multiple calls to amazon customer care. With each lengthy call explaining the whole process to each different customer representative.
                                        If you are a regular buyer, you will be left with constant 'items returns' and regular calls to their customer care centre.

                                        Complaints to their customer care centres have zero effects.

                                        There is no system for personal pickup by buyer in case their delivery staff 'does not attempt' a delivery. If you opt for their pickup centres, it is even worse. Their pickup centers are inefficient and many of them are not operational which even the customer care is not aware of. Even the delivery staff is not aware of the pickup centres.

                                        I having bought through ebay, flipkart and snapdeal regularly since the past 2 years, but amazon is the only place where delivery problems reccur on a regular basis with regular false delivery attempts reported and items being sent back for no mistake of the buyers.
                                        Amazon has to improve on their delivery associates else bearing with such an issue on a regular basis is a real hassle.
