    I placed a order for 44980 from Amazon and also cancel the same and I was eligible for full refund of Rs 44980.

    Amazon is confirming they have issued the refund, however my hdfc credit card shows only the Refund Received Rs 22490.00.

    Called hdfc bank and also raised a dispute with the reference number provided by Amazon but still bank claims only 22490/- is refunded even bank statement shows the same.

    Contacted Amazon from past December 2016 along with the proof of statement and emails from the bank, however they are not refunding.

    I've updated all the attachment wherein HDFC say the Merchant EMI of Rs .44980 at AMAZON SELLER SERVICES, MUMBAI that HDFC have received the amount of Rs22490.00 on 08/12/2016 as refund and there is no other refund.

    If you check all the attachment only 1 attachment shows as Refund total 44980/-, however all the other attachment only shows Refund issued but no complete details.

    I've wrote multiple emails to Bank also which clearly confirm there is only 1 refund even after raising the dispute for 4498/-.

    Even My credit card statement for the month of Jan 217 shows only 1 refund of Rs. 22490/- made on 8 Dec 2016 and there is no other refund. Please check my CC stament for the month of Dec 2016 & Jan 2017.

    Please help me by resolving this issue as fast as possible as again on 24 Jan I've to make payment of my card. This is really making me mentally frustrated and very disappointing of losing my own money and that again I've pay extra.

      Hi team,

      My name is pankaj, I am using amazon from last 2-3 years. I was ordered a product on 26th December
      When I was get that product found broken and already used so as per my request they returned that product and pay refund which is credited on 9th Jan after that again I placed an order on date 9 of jan as per amazon order delevery date is 14 january but still i have not receive any product nor call from courier side when I called to customer care they told me product is already delivered on give address after that as per my many calls they goes to check and found product is still on courier hub and they promised me they can deliver product on 15 January (Sunday).

      Please help me no Buddy replying from courier side.

        Defective product delivered and difficult to get a duplicate invoice

        my phone stopped working after 2 months after it was ordered on 23 july order no.[protected] . I couldn't also find the invoice. so i logged in to my amazon ac and found the dispatch note but the service centre people denied. i tried to contact amazon to get duplicate bill but it is so difficult to get to them. online thing is a a mess. i can see the orders on the app but nothing shows on the website. ridiculous.

          Not providing an alternate refund mechanism for payments made through NRE accounts

          I had ordered a book while I was in India. Being an NRI, I used my NRE account to make the payment. NRE accounts can only be used in India to make payments, they cannot receive funds in India.

          Amazon shipped me the wrong book, which I promptly returned. Now, they insist that the refund can only be made to the original payment card. Rules of NRE account do not allow that.
          Amazon's customer service has refused to even...

          We are purchasing a android phone Rs.6999.00 this product name is coolpad mega 3 mobile .This mobile is after 14 days not working is properly. We call multi time in Amazon site and tell this problem but not given solution if any new mobile not working proper with 15 days .why have this mobile .             Hi,

            i taken amazon prime membership but when i order item under prime for one day guaranteed delivery. every time then send message out for delivery and end of the day they told that they attempted for delivery but customer not at place. every time this is only reason. in actual then did not tried to deliver.

            amazon delivery third class experience this year.

            i request to amazon please refund my prime membership and dont cheat customer.

              I bought two items out of which i did not receive one and made the payment too. Filed complaint with amazon a month ago but with no resolution and now they are not even bothered to help on this issue. Instead they are not even replying to my emails or calls. They are cutting all my calls. This is rubbish and i need my money back. Amazon should be punished for harassing customers like this. They are misleading.

                Online purchase from amazon.in 14 nov 2016 of sunshine meethi gas cooker worth rs4089. Item was never delivered. Complaint lodged with amazon.in on 21 december 2016 via a to z amazon guarantee procedure, who filed a claim against online seller cay the same day for delivery or refund. The seller cay never responded to amazon.in or myself. Again contacted amazon.in 13 january 2017 requesting action to resolve the issue via online chat. The respondent for amazon.in (Abhilash) responded only with platitudes and would not or could not offer any solution or commitment to resolve (I have full transcript of this online chat)

Due to wrong address of 1 numeric alphabet your delivery boy he scolding me and use lots of abusive slung language to me. He threat me and family members.
                        This is not first deal with Amazon earlier i purchased lots of materials.
                        Can we expect to get abusive word from a reputed concern's delivery boy. Do we have to bear insult from a delivery boy.

                            Recently i bought Lenovo Zuk Z2 plus smartphone from Amazon.com, but from 6-7 days, some problem occuring in this mobile.                                 I was planning to buy a laptop and topped up my Amazon pay balance with 10, 000 which was successful. I tried to add 10, 000 more when my payment failed.
                                Now I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

                                But when I try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

                                Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and I must send the fax only.

                                Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving Delivery Failure.

                                So now I am left with no means to use my own Rs. 10, 000 since my account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.

                                Kindly unblock my account or refund my Amazon pay balance to respective bank account/credit cards.

                                  I had purchased a mobile phone blackberry z30 before two and a half months back, the phone was not working so I decided to give it back to amazon and ask them for the refund and I did it. but what happened here, I had followed the whole procedure of refund as per the amazon guidelines and an engineer came to my house and took my phone and as proof, he gave to me the receipt of that pickup but now what is happing here amazon is telling me that the receipt you got here is not a valid receipt so we are not able to process your refund.

                                    I had subscribed prime. It is repeatedly happening that, items are not delivered in promised time. It has happened again with my latest order. Product was to be delivered on 11th Jan. But on 12th Jan a fraudulent sms was received saying recipient was not available. Now fellows gave the same old robotic answer, we are sorry we will deliver on 13th Jan. Then why prime? and why the ransom is charged? in advance? in the name prime. Stop this nonsense at once. Promised what you can deliver and deliver what you promised. I will stop ordering at Amazon at once.
