I have purchased the Samsung J 7 Mobile on 19 Oct 2016 and there was 15 % cash back on this product to pay through citi bank credit card but on till date which amount don't received so i have contacted amazon support team multiple time but now they turn off on their voice but below is the mail to express that on till date cash back should be deposit in my account but it's same.

Amazon India — Not yet received my money - materials returned and also recd. By aari collections on 26.10.2016

The material was sent back through dtdc vide their c.N. No. K91757525 which was delivered to aarti collections on 26.10.2016 and they have received it as per consignment status of dtdc india. The receiver's phone no. Is [protected] which is not being responded.

    I have done a courier on dated[protected] with shipment #43330155 from nagpur. It was a return product of amazon. The consignment is getting back to source many times
    but none of on dot official reported about it. it almost a month getting delayed for return and Amazon refused to process the return process.
    when tried contacting on dot officials in nagpur they are not able to provide simple information about the product and not able to handle queries too. the main thing is whatever no specified in the site for customer support none of them are working (for ngp and delhi) and if it is active then no one will receive. i have posted complaint
    regarding this on portal but i dont think someone has acknowledged it.

        I have ordered the item on 30th Jan and promised last date of delivery was 4th Feb 2017.However i got a message from amazon that my address is not reachable or need more info. I have ordered many items to my current address in the past and never come across such a stupid issue. I am staying in center part of city.
        I have complaint to customer service and no action taken after 48hrs even. One more thing I have paid full money including courier charge . Hence I request all Amazon customers to go only buy the item if COD is available.Otherwise you may loose money.
        I think i have to approach consumer court to get my money back.

          I had purchased a mobile through amazon on 31.1.17. the invoice was generated in the name in the amazon account. As I am eligible for a reimbursement for a Mobile handset I requested for change in name (my official name) in the invoice. The customer service person through online chat said it's not possible. Since I gave a poor feedback on the CS enquiry, the call was escalated and I spoke to a supposedly higher executive who guided me to give an invoice request online and assured that it shall be sent through email within 24 to 48 hrs. The request goes to the seller. How convenient! Then I get a regret msg from the seller that all invoices are dealt by amazon. When I spoke to the amazon cs executive again she says that invoice cannot be changed by amazon. The issue is being tossed back and forth by amazon and e mobiles, the seller. With advancements in today's technology, change in invoice is very simple - it is possible from a smallest retailer /supermarket to a big mnc. I fail to understand what is all the fuss about. Sincerely regret that I chose to buy a product through amazon. I should have bought from the manufacturer or in a mobile shop which may be simpler. Even the option of return and re purchase wasn't given.

            On 09/08/2016 I had ordered Motorola g4 plus phone from shopping App amazon.At that time amazon was offering Great india Sale 10% cashback on purchase through State bank debit cards. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account upto 1st Nov, 2016 but till today I haven't received cash back in my Bank Account. My Order id was:[protected]) Total: Rs.14, 999.00. Please take actions towards Amazon as many customers like me are harrased because of this.

            My last statement from Capital One has a unknown charge on it, so that means my credit card was used.

            I have a charge I can not ID. It was made on 1/8/17 for $65.57

              I have purchased boxing part from amazon but bcoz of worst quality I was not satisfied with preduction so I returned as per policy in 7 days.amazone person come and collect the product as well but still I didn't receive any refund from amazon what kind of process they are following not able to understand that.                 Hello I had purchesd a MOTO G4 PLUS 1 of Rs 13999 from Amazon on 12/01/17 and due to some issue i return it on 28/01/17.The amazon said that they have processed the refund of Rs.13999 on 28/1/2017. The amount should reflect in my account by 3/01/2017. And now today is 5 jan 2017 i have not got my refund in my PNB bank a/c yet.
                They gave me the Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction[protected].

                jb maine bank customer care pe phone kya to bolte h "charge dispute jse koi cheej nhi hote or na he hum refund reference no ko track kr sakte h"

                  I am forced to write on this platform with highest frustration & disappointment. I regret for ordering MOTO G4 PLUS from amazon. Received a defective mobile and finding hell lot of difficulties to return it. Worst response from Amazon Customer Care. Called several times to the customer care to place a request for return. Every time I called, received a ridiculous and misleading response from each executive.One said to contact the MOTO G4 directly. Other said to download Smart Chk app.One more said she will transfer the call to Technical Support Team which operates between 10am to 7pm. Worst response even from the Technical Support Team who refused to attend my call as it was 6:40pm and they had to leave for the day.Finally today one person from the Technical Support team said that inorder to place replacement or return request, technician visit is mandatory.If this technician visit was mandatory for any replacement or return procedure, why could not any of the executives inform the same?
                  Looks like Amazon does not want to replace or return the crap that it delivered and just want to drag the process till the last date of return gets over.
                  Hope by writing in this forum my issue gets noticed to the higher authority and I get a refund/replacement at the earliest.Order id fir reference : #[protected].

                      Complaint for my amazon order no[protected]. Product not delivered as shown on the site. Then why amazon has displayed this product on their site. Item ordered shiv das-class 10 - term 1 - 4 subjects - maths - science - sst - english - cbse past years question papers and items sent shiv das-cbse-class 10 - term 2 - 4 subjects-maths-science-sst-english - cbse past years solved board papers. These papers i needed very badly for son but amazon people even did not checked the items before sending. These were study material and their procurement team or dispatch team even did not make sure what they are sending and the customer that is i rajeev bhatnagar is the ultimate sufferer. Very bad service from amazon. Because of their mistake customer has to suffer.
                      How amazon will compensate for this mistake. I have talked to their executive darshana and their supervisior rohit. Amazon even do not check what is available on their site and what is

                        I don't have any complaint on Amazon services.This is about Amazon employee who had sent vulgar messages to my inbox in Facebook.

                        I guess there is sexual harassment portal in Amazon as well.

                        As this is regarding your employee I am escalating to you.

                        Kindly take a severe action against that brute otherwise I would post this publicly which will reduce company reputation

                                I have placed an order on amazon on 3rd October 2016 of value 8, 998.00 and per the hdfc cashback I was supposed to get 15% cashback, which I have confirmed from their exectuive before delivery. Till 5th Jan they have been saying that the cashback will be credited by 5th Jan but after that they are saying I am not eligible for the cashback as both the products of my order were delivered seperately.
                                Is it my fault that Amazon dispatched both the products seperately?
                                If the case of seperate delivery not covered in the offer then why is their representative told me I am eligible and repeated the same thing till 5th Jan?

                                    3rd class service from amazon for delivering the product called me for package receiving, 2 km away from my home . When called to customer care arogant customer care executive insulted me and talked very harsh i called customer care for maore than 3 times every time i was waited for 2 3 days and still no sign of package refund was done like charity was given to me by the executive he was talking in very bad manner every time i order i face such problems its a very bad responce for amazon every time i buy a product and every time insulted by customer executive of amazon at last the package was not deliver and

                                      I made an online transaction on 15/1/2017 in Amazon. The order was canceled because of some reason. The payment amount still not credited in my account. I called the customer service of Amazon and they told me to register a complaint.

                                        I purchased seagate 1tb hard disk on 27jan from amazon.in. I used it very first day n transfered my all data. After dat i used dat hard disk on 1st feb n m not able to use it as it is not detecting on any laptop and pc. My all data is inside that hard disk. I went to seagate customer service centre n they said its a used hard disk and its motor not working prop. It needs to b submitted. Firstly amazon has given me used hard disk.secondly my all data is dere inside it . I cnt handover it to anyone till it gets format in front of me. I asked amazon to help me and refund me. They behaved very bady. Speciaaly a lady customer executive and they r not even replying my mail. Amazon is also fake. They sending used hard disk. And tellme how anyone cn handover therd hard disk wd dere personal data to any third person. Either amazon cmes and format it which is not possible as hard disk is not detectqble or refund me. But i cnt return data hard disk with my data. If they cn format it i woll give them bk but service centre has already said its not working. They need to send it to cheenai. So i[censored] cn help pls elsw i need to go for a court case.
