    I bought one kazam thunder 2.5.0 big thro Amazon from day one October 2016 the phone often shows black screen the seller advised to apply backup and reset but problem persists now the seller thro Amazon says out of warranty then the mobile down load software when ever receive message but fails to install help me solve the issue or replace it with another same product

    I have requested Amazon to replace the same with a new one but they did not do so. One gentleman called and asked for bank/debit/credit card Numbers to refund the amount which either I am intended in my complaint nor accepted. But I wrote to Amazon expressing my distress the way they are doing service to the consumers. If possible Amazon may send me a new piece or let it happen as Amazon wish but I am not interested to get back money which is not correct as a consumer if Amazon not willing to replace the same it will be the level of their service.     In continution to my earlier complaints about the handset Kazam thunder 2.5 0 mobile duly purchased from Amazon India 2016 October, the handset got corrupted and the handset not booting beyond Android Logo.

    The software for this mobile is not available. The mobile is not working from end January 2017.

    So far till date I have not received any communication with regard to my complaints.
    so far I have received two messages from Kazam Help 1) I am living in India hence Kazam Help could do nothing with that and advised to approach Amazon India who so far not initiated any action despite complaints.

    Second: " If you do not wish to download updates do not do it" what a funny reply.

    Kazam fails to realize the degree of my complaint and simply love to hold the pulse of my wish?.

    Another funny excuse they are new to this venture and collecting datas( complaints) after compiling all those they could do research and find a solution? How long is a question?
    Instead of all those funny replies they would have straight away advised me either to return the mobile to Amazon India by simultaneously advising Amazon India to initiate steps or rather advised me to root the mobile. Either way they failed to do so like their mobile which fails to update system update SW_12.

        I purchased mobile phone on 01 jan 2017 samsung guru music 2 order id Order #[protected] there estimated delivery date was between12 jan to 19 jan 2017
        but untill they didnot deliver actually product was 70km far location from my delivery location on 09 jan 2016 after that date i called them 5-6 time to amazon customer care they always says it will be deliver today. same reply every time from them but untill they didnot deliver on time. its goes to 20 jan . today i called them 2 time in morning they said that it will delivery today in evening i have contact courier its on your location .they were always giving me wrong information . when i called and told them on 16 jan i have to go urgently deliver it they said it will be deliver by 14 jan sir dont worry.
        i am getting irriatiating from there services also get mentally harasses by them i request to u that please deliver it on 21 jan its deadline for u
        either return my whole amount in bank account i didnt want it in amazon pay balance becoz i didnt want this type rabish irresponsible services i purchased first amazon pay balance from amazon then buy mobile .
        so want full refund in my bank account . from which i bought i will buy it from market that will be better to buy.

        if i will no get on time either refund or product i will go consumer court and file a case against amazon for their irresponsible behaviour.

            The product is good and I am happy with the quality of the product. But I never imagined company like Amazon will ever cheat customers!
            This is my first purchase from amazon...my cousin referred me. Amazon cheated me by not giving refer bonus of mere Rs.100. This is not a matter of Rs.100...but false promises by Amazon.
            I have decided not to buy from Amazon again...Although product quality and services are too good...but cheating by any means is bad...

                I ordered Zebra Shoes at Amazon.in and received them on 13 January. However, when I tried the shoes I found them too loose and requested Amazon to take them back. The return was approved by Amazon and the pick-up was scheduled for Jan 14. But to date (Jan 20) no one has come to collect the item. I am a regular amazon customer and am greatly disappointed to be faced with such indifference on the part of Amazon to my problem and needs. I request Amazon to arrange for the immediate pick-up of the shoes. Thank you.

                Today morning I registered a complaint at this site with reference to an order with Amazon. I was NOT forewarned about disclosing my mobile number.
                Hence I gave my mobile number. Within an hour or so, I received a call. The man was calling from[protected]. He said he was from amazon, that my complaint had been received and he needed my debit card to deposit the money. Totally ignorant of such frauds, I gave the debit and OTP, he was able to wihdraw 20, 000/- from my account. I am shocked. Could you please help?

                  Io for your intimation that I am your regular customer and during this month I hace ordered sao many order .some of them were replace for some were return like sandal. A ugent sanddl (dobhai synthetic hatoda flexible sandal was ordered through my debit cum visa card. For size 37 Eu .today I
                  I received the parcel and on the parcel size 37 was mentioned but when I opened the parcel it was 38 EU . which is very loose my feet, Than get return and place for the new ordered with no fault of me
                  It sit by computer and started request by 11 am to 12 pm /at about 12. 30 am I could got thje order .i require this odder since I am to attend some e marriage on 21 st morning. One theing is very important when I called to complaint cell of Amazon . the call was received by mr Rajesh Kumar . whose number is [protected], and he Asked me what is my complaint. While I was talking to him by giving him my order no id[protected] in the mean while I got otp number from bank of india which was required by me /because all the formality have already been submitted by me at the time of order. When I got the was shocked and I immediately call the bank by holding the call of Rajesh Kumar
                  Bank told me that since OTP number were asked .we have debited the Rs. 20000 from account, when the amount of 20000 have never ordered by me. Sir when called on holding call to Rajesh kumar you employee he admit that by mistake he done this by tom morrow, the amount weioll b e refunded in my account . but I immediately block my card. This type fraud by a such reputed company employees is desirable
                  Kindly look into the matter and rs 20000 which Rajesh Kumar had done and muy other difference of money towards my purchase (I.e. about 2000) may refunded to my account i.e [protected] Bank of India parliament street branch in the name of Santosh Sharma/ sir I am 72 years old sr. citizen / sand my source of income is only my pension. Kindly do the favour and help me as soon as possible and oblige

                    I would like to bring to your notice on the poor service and response i received from your customer care.

                    I called this evening and spoke to 3 agents who kept saying they are the superiors and i cannot speak to higher then them. Unfortunately all 3 of them disconnected my call while the conversation was going on. One of the person Prajwal threatened me by saying that he will cancel the shipment.

                    I have the call recordinga of all these agents and the unprofessional response i received from them. I would appreciate if you can look into this matter as urgent and let me know if my product is reaching me as promised.

                      Product return in next day of delivery but didn't get any refund till now.the worst service I have ever faced I return my product on 4 may w016 at 11am when I called next day on toll free number they said they will do refund within 7 working days but still I have not received any refund and I don't have so much time to check all this small small things just now I got the product return receipts and saw that amount is not credited yet I am very shock because it's been 6 7 month it's not a matter of money it's a matter of trust no one can trust on amaon services after checking the enclosed of return product recipe.

                        I purchased Sony KENT WATER PURIFIER (ORDER NO.[protected]from amazon on 24/12/2016 and done full payment by debit card but CANCELLED THE ORDER JUST AFTER 1 HOUR and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference no[protected]
                        But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                        Same behaviour by branch also.
                        Don't know what to do. I also talked with Syndicate bank but they are saying that they havent recieved any refund on my account. Syndicate bank told me that they can't help until Amazon mail them for this transaction.

                          I bought One plus 3t From amazon I received it on 17th january and when i open the phone its not working later on i contact amazon for replacement, next day courier boy comes and checked the phone and said i cannot take it right now i will come tomorrow to pick this product and next day again a another guy came from amazon did the same thing after checking he says he is coming in another 2 hours to take this product and now its been 4 hours he didn't came back and i got a message from amazon that your replacement is cancelled what a pathetic service they are providing they are totally harassing the customers wasting there time and money

                            Amazon charges Rs. 499 to subscribe to its same day/next day delivery option named Amazon prime. if subscribed, delivery is purported to be free. I subscribed the same with great hopes. But it turned out to be a fraud. Items are delivered without any visible delivery charges but never on the same day or next day and some times delivery takes several days.

                            Imagine, if 10 lakh customers subscribe this prime, the money made by Amazon is nearly Rs. 50 Crores ! This is big fraud going on. On contacting, Amazon customer care representatives apologize shamelessly without any corrective action. Taking or writing to any responsible/senior person is impossible. It does not make any difference to Amazon if order value is Rs. 40 K or 400.

                              I had ordered ucb shoes from Amazon and also returned it for refund. They said refund will reflect in your account till 12th January but I didn't get. Again when I registered complaint they gave me my transaction ref. No. From my mini statement from the order date And said that you need to contact your bank. I'm continuously asking them for there UTR no. /transaction ref. No. Through which they have processed refund but till now not got any response, from 5th Jan it's happening.

All conditions not told about octroi box opened, ok one question how can i check without opening box, whether i received printer or rock, so box opened and checked, printer very old and used one after i contacted amazon and seller, iam not opened printer seal ok

                                  I Have Received a handset ( Iphone 5s ) of Rs.19499/- on 18-Jan-2017. (Today only). Fist i booted up the device in order to check the basic functionality. After checking the calling facility i noticed that the phone is making very disturbing noise during vibration and a rattle noise coming from inside the Phone. The second was the technical issue in which mobile free space is very low which is not sufficient for 16 GB Variant device. After observing all these issues i made a call to amazon customer care and explain everything but in the end they refused to give replacement of device and also refused to give refund and suggested me to visit the service center. I have already talked them about their replacement and refund procedure as because its extensive device and they ensure that we will give you a complete replacement or refund if the handset is physically or technically faulty. Now they are denying for the same

                                    I had place an order on 9 jan 2017 .its delivery date 17 to 18 jan but amazon cancel my order on 14 jan 2017 in mid night, and i placed order again in mid night and in morning i called customer care of amazon and complain of my order .and i said to amazon customer care representative plz delivered my product to 17 to 18 jan and they make a complaint and convince me your order will be delivered on 17 to 18 jan .but today 18 jan i didn't get my product.and i called again amazon cc but they said your product will be delivered on 24jan . Representative transfer call to supervisor and he says yr product will delivered on 24 jan wether you complain my any senior.
                                    And i m very upset.
                                    Plz help and take action against amazon and supervisor.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is a complaint against AMAZON INDIA and particularly their Customer Care Services (which is very superficial and robotic in response)

                                      The Amazon India Customer care has not been able to provide any solution or action way forward for a Faulty Samsung TV procured from Amazon. We understand that we had missed on the 7 Day return period. But we have been requesting customer care to take it up with Samsung or the vendor as the TV is in Waranty period.
                                      Amazon India Customer care is just making us run around like headless chicken; asking us to get documents (DOA) from Samsung - which samsung never gives to amazon customers. And asking us to get NO SERVICE in warranty - Estimate for repairs - which we have submitted. After receiving the documents - they say; nothing can be done since it is beyond 7Day return policy period.

                                      Amazon has not once tried to contact Samsung or the vendor or Delivery services to understand issues or faults if any.

                                      Upon many requests to escalate to higher officials, customer care executives give us Email-ID to submit complaint at [protected]@amazon.in; strangely this email id does not exist. I am not sure if there is a complaint cell at Amazon in India at all, or do they really do not have after-sales value of their India customers. Is there any quality check of products being sold - or are we just getting cheated blindly.

                                      Kindly refer my order number, Amazon.in Order #[protected] and various complaints made on the same. Kindly also refer to my many customer-care phone calls which have been made to your executives - resulting to nothing but highest level of frustration in me, a regular Amazon customer - who till now vouched for Online shopping ONLY on amazon.

                                      Please find below my complaint:
                                      1. I had purchased Samsung TV EB40D 101.6 (40 INCHES) through order ID[protected] & TV. The TV was meant as a wedding gift for a friend and was delivered on 11 November 2016. After the arrival of the gift it was not opened - as the friend left for his honeymoon immediately after the wedding.The TV was finally opened by SAMSUNG TECHNICIAN who had come for installation.
                                      The box of the TV had come in an intact position with not even a visible scratch on it. Upon opening the TV also there was no physical damage on the Box or The TV itself was seen. Refer attached pictures.
                                      The Samsung technician, who opened the TV and started it found the SCREEN was faulty. Please check the images Attached of the TV upon starting.The samsung technician went back stating that he would provide a report to samsung and request for replacement because TV is still in warranty period.

                                      2. However, nothing was received from Samsung. And after much persuasion SAMSUNG informed us that TV screen is damaged / broken. They are refusing to address to the problem even though the TV is in warranty. Samsung has told us that it is DELIVERY FAULT hence the cannot replace the TV.
                                      Samsung has given us an estimate of Rs 24000 for repairs of LCD. Please find that attached.
                                      Since this is not our fault and there is NO DAMAGE to TV either on the packaging box or TV itself; we would request AMAZON to look into this matter and provide us with the replacement. It is clearly either the fault of SAMSUNG as the product is internally damaged or it is a replacement product of somebody, Or The vendors selling on portal.

                                      3. I have been pursuing this since the TV was opened on Jan 07, 2017. You may review my calls and emails. Amazon executives are nothing but sweet talkers providing no information. First they asked us to get DOA. We followed up with samsung, but Samsung says they does not have a policy of giving DOA - DEATH ON ARRIVAL letter to AMAZON CUSTOMERS. They do not share it with us! They give that to their to vendors only. And I purchased the TV from Amazon hence they do not give to us. They have denied the service, and provided us with estimate for repairs. I informed this to Amazon.
                                      Next your executive asks us to provide an official Estimate as a proof that Samsung is Denying to service to the product even if it is in warranty. Executive clearly mentioned that estimate should be on Samsung letter head and signed. Executive Anu mentioned that we will get a call from them in 48 hours. We followed up with samsung and provided the same. However NO ONE from amazon called. Instead another email from your executive Gagandeep was received immediately following my mail stating "I have checked the previous annotation about the conversation on the call with my executive with you as he have told you to send the service denial letter Death on arrival letter(DOA) to us so that we would be able to forward it to the concerned team as a proof in order to create return for this item."
                                      Again misleading us back. Clearly he did not even check my requests and previous calls.
                                      I sent a response explaining this whole thing again. But there was NO RESPONSE either through email or phones from your side.

                                      4. Again we called today and were blankly told since the item is beyond the RETURN POLICY time, Amazon cannot help us. Why are all your executives talking in different languages. It is strange and unbelievable that AMAZON does not even care to respond in a thread properly. We have already wasted 10 days and there is no response. Your executives also did not want to share an Email id; where we can register our complaint. After much persistence I was given this id of resolution-india. I am surprised why?

                                      I would like to reinstate that this is not the first time I have bought a TV from Amazon. And all the previous products have been good. Hence I have trusted your services. Otherwise I would not have chosen to buy an expensive product online for a wedding gift.
                                      I am aware of Amazon policies and understand what it means to call AMAZON for help after the return date is over.

                                      Amazon needs to understand that it is important to COMMUNICATE with their customers and discuss their problems; if they are facing any. I am surprised by their " WE DONT CARE" attitude.
                                      Amazon should have taken it up with Samsung or the vendor to atleast find out why DOA is not given to the End buyers. Samsung as a big brand can sell defective TV on your portal and you do nothing about it. It is strange!!

                                      I would request you to kindly review this problem, if you cannot at your level sort it - escalate it to higher authorities in Amazon; as it important that your customers dont get cheated by your vendors / delivery people or by companies selling their products on your portal. Does Amazon even check or test the products being sold on its portal. Because we buy it from your portal trusting you.

                                      This experience clearly explains - why in first place we should NOT go for ONLINE SHOPPING; especially NOT IN INDIA. Even Internationally Reputed companies like Amazon and Samsung - clearly dont care and provide low grade services in India.

                                      I hope my grievance is looked into - and a proper resolution is offered by you.

                                        This is a written complaint for the poor service received from Amazon India on Jan 17-18. On 17 the delivery person from Amazon called saying that the order will be delivered the next day as their is traffic and he said that he will not come because of this traffic. I called Amazon 3 times about this order. Amazon India's customer service is awful. I was continuously interrupted, and told that I would receive no credit for their fault and rude behavior. They completely disregarded the fact and lied to me about the order arriving by tonight which never came. This is a formal complain to the awful behavior by Amazon India services.
