I did order a Nokia x2 duel sim flip cover but this one not right so I did call Amazon customer care but he is told me we don't have return facility so you do self return and you will send our parcel return then we will give your refund but before another rules delivery and return all facility will give company Amazon Will gives but now this company not agree any rules and not giving my refund and giving me warning if you will go any where police station, and consumer court then your parcel also not will take and not will get anything refund money so pal. Sir help me

I did order a Nokia x2 duel sim flip cover but this one not right so I did call Amazon customer care but he is told me we don't have return facility so you do self return and you will send our parcel return then we will give your refund but before another rules delivery and return all facility will give company Amazon Will gives but now this company not agree any rules and not giving my refund and giving me warning if you will go any where police station, and consumer court then your parcel also not will take and not will get anything refund money so pal. Sir help me

    This is regarding the Order No : ORDER #[protected] there is no refund for almost two months now.

    I believe this a new policy from the Amazon that you frustrate the customer and then keep no option to the customer to opt for the GIFT CARD only this is the new strategy by Amazon. so please be aware.

    I will explain you the whole scenario.
    1) I order a product from a re-seller and then receiving the wrong product after a long wait of two weeks.
    2) then i had to struggle to sent the product back but there was no pick up arranged, i had to send it by myself by courier which was in the end of Oct
    3) after that i am struggle to get my refund from the Seller and received the payment of Courier that to after multiple calls and mails.

    This is just pathetic, even customer service is horrible and i now beilieve that this is the new strategy opted by Amazon to fool the customer by keep their money and instead giving them Gift Card instead.

      This has been the worst online service ever. The product, delivery and customer service everything is pathetic. Can't find a single department which works towards customer. I had first ordered a t-shirt on 23rd December through Prime service to get it on 24th to celebrate Christmas, however the delivery agent didn't turn up, but left a msg that no one was available at home, which was a sheer lie. Further after calling customer service, can hear only sorry but attempt to resolve the issue. Delivery came on 27th. Second time ordered a Barbie doll and product was completely different from what was displayed. Customer service again unhelpful. Hence asked for a replacement. Now ordered a kids beauty set for my daughter. Again disappointment, cheap quality product. The beauty box has different items from what was shown. Items are different, box doesn't close at all. Tired of this worthless company and selfless service. Social media team apologies and does nothing. Customer service teams including managers just say sorry and nothing else. Please help.

        I've purchased Micromax LED TV 32 inch against Amazon.in Order #[protected].

        I've received the TV on 2nd Dec and i t was damaged condition, I was very disappointed on amazon product.

        The same day itself I've been raised a return request and continuously following up since 25 day of customer care for picking the item they are not responded properly.

        Minimum 15 times I've called customer care for this regards in[protected].

        They all are sending like messages like they will pick up your item within 24, hours and after 24 hours i called means the same message was sent by them.

        Please take the TV and refund my valuable money. This is not the way to treat the online purchasers.

        Hi,
        Just now I've received a call from this number +91-[protected] says amazon refund department.

        They asked credit card number and I've said it.
        And they asked my expiry date and cvv number, I've asked why u need this they said it required for refund the amount.

        I am doubt on it and I ignore the call.

        Amazon.in team please help me out in this, because of you I wasting my precious time in this.

          I had a placed an order on amazon site for following product on 22nd Nov, 2016.

          Payment was done via credit card. Till now, the order is not received at my end.

          On my amazon app, no order info is showing .However i have a SMS received for the same. Hence contacting you over mail.

          Regarding this i communicated your customer service people Aditi, sairam, srinivas. But i did not receive any valid information.

          We all believe that amazon is trustworthy site and this type of issues in order delivery is really disgusting.

          The amount spent was RS 357.34.
          Please refund the amount at the earliest.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a frequent customer of Amazon. I have tried to purchase amazon e-mail gift card for the amount of Rs.1500 and while I am making payment I saw banner displayed about this additional 10% & 15% discounts for amazon pay balance so I have gone through the banner message T&C and there is no condition mentioned that it's not applicable for purchasing e-mail gift card from amazon but now because of amazon miscommunication and insufficient information I have added amazon pay balance but I am not able to use it for purchasing amazon e-mail gift card which I wanted now.. It's clearly shows that it's really a mistake from amazon.in on displaying wrong promotional offer banner message which is not applicable item which is during checkout on card and on top of this offer related banner T&C link doesn't have any sufficient information that this amazon pay balance can't be used for purchasing e-mail gift card. All related screenshot attached for reference.

            I have discussed with customer care to rectify the issue and provide resolution on refunding my money back to my account which is caused because of amazon wrong promotional offer banner message which is not applicable item which is during checkout on card and on top of this offer related banner T&C link doesn't have any sufficient information that this amazon pay balance can't be used for purchasing e-mail gift card.

            Amazon customer service representative incapable to under stand consumer issue and provide a solution or take any additional action on this issue. He has dragged the call to around 1 hour 35 mins but even thought there was no proper solution provided by the customer service representative for my issue.

            So I wanted to have Rs.1500 amount refund back to my card ASAP which is processed through order #[protected].

                I have ordered a 'Prestige Induction Stove' on 21st Dec 2016, Its expected date to reach us on 26th Dec 2016, But I have not received the product yet (28th, Dec 2016) and I didn't received any message/apology from them.
                Very worst service... Still I am waiting for my product... I have contacted customer care 8 times on yesterday and day before yesterday. But no response...Amazon not care about their customers..We can't plan anything on belief of AMAZON. Because I have order a product for my friend marriage's gift. But totally collapsed because of lack of on time delivery of AMAZON...

                    I have been charged nine different times on my credit card. these charges are incorrect and I have no idea what these charges are for. I have ordered books like 3 times and I've been charged 9 times on different occasions for unknown charges.                       Since from 12 DEC 2016 i am facing the below issue:

                      * Ordered SG VS 319 Xtreme English Willow Cricket Bat, Short Handle cricket bat on 12 DEC : Order#[protected]
                      The tracking status from them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent and the records updated as Courier was unable to contact recipient, Customer not available, etc fake messages. On calling the customer agent they say that your product will be delivered in 24 hours, but having no luck... Lastly, I cancel the order and again place the new order for same product as per the conversation with Amazon support staff On:

                      But the problem is same The tracking status from them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent and the records updated as Courier was unable to contact recipient, Customer not available, etc fake messages. Even I call courier boy on his cell number provided but his response is very unethical and not picking up the phone when I called him again.

                      For sure this is my last purchase from Amazon.in as this is my worst e-shopping experience yet. But still not believes and acceptable - IS THIS IS HOW AMAZON INDIA OPERATES?

                        1st time it happening that i didn"nt get my order after your timing commitment. And i am getting massage that nobody was to receive order. Please check my orders. I am regular ordering on amazon.

                        I am very disappointed by your this time service. Please check my order and send as soon as possible. Because nobody came and nobody call me regarding my order.

                            I had placed the order on 25th December morning and requested for order cancellation at 15:35 Hrs that same day. I was told the order would be canceled with immediate effect but the same was not taken care of and I received an email which said the order cannot be canceled. Why was this request not placed immediately?
                            I called again on 27th December 00:47 Hrs for re-request the order cancellation and was assured the cancellation will be taken care of by the customer care executive but I got another email which said the order cannot be canceled as it has already been shipped.
                            I do not understand why the order cancellation is such a hassle for such a big firm like Amazon.
                            This order is a gift for the person at the delivery address and this gift should not be given any longer which is why the request for cancellation. It is disappointing if the firm cannot complete such a small request which should be part of its operations. Request you to re-look into the matter and ensure the order is not delivered to the address mentioned.

                              I have purchased moto g4 plus from amazon India[protected]). Within 1 day usage we have found problem with the mobile. Then i have requested for refund but they are saying only replacement only available, and we have mentioned in the product page about that. But in that [product page there is no such information. I asked about that for that they say its seller issue not a amazon issue. I can understand they are cheating me for not issue the refund.

                                I ordered 3 items from amazon and choose to pay in 3 EMI'S. One of the Amazon seller was not able to deliver the goods and initiated a refund. Now amazon has charged the total amount in one go. They state that if a refund is initiated the EMI's get cancelled.
                                It is not my fault that one of their seller was not able to provide with the goods. Why are customer's getting penalized. This is a wrong n dis-satisfactory. I want to mark a formal complaint against amazon India.

                                  I purchased OnePlus 3T for a price on INR 29, 998 on 12th December prime sale, but I'm yet to receive the phone.

                                  I checked with Amazon on 19th and was told to wait for next two days as they were having NO clue about the package.

                                  I checked again on 22nd December and we're told to wait for 5 days but even today i.e. 26th December they have NO idea about when I can get the phone.

                                  Even now also the status of my order says that the package has left Gurgaon courier facility on 18th December 2016 at 3:16 am.

                                  So basically they don't have any update after 18th December.

                                  Now they trying to convince me to take back my money and cancel the order which I'm NOT going to do.

                                  SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!!!

                                        Inspite of requesting Amazon to hold the shipment they have not held the shipment & processed order by some fradulent, ICICI bank too not helping in this case. Worst service from ICICI bank hence don't recommend anyone to use ICICI credit card, they will not help you in trouble.
