. The expected date was 3rd jan 2017. later revised to 7th Jan 2017. I sent a request for refund. till today neither I received money back nor any email regarding this. This is my first order if this kind of service you are providing, the ftrackiate of company is not good TRACKING NO AW[protected] IN INDIA POST

    after few days Seller sends me mail giving story and directing me to cancel the order, message attached.

      Just received consignment of ref order No. #[protected]. In home address Address mentioned 28A/ C Jheel Road in place of 28A/1C Jheel Road. Due to wrong address of 1 numeric alphabet your delivery boy he scolding me and use lots of abusive slung language to me. He threat me and family members.
      This is not first deal with Amazon earlier i purchased lots of materials.
      Can we expect to get abusive word from a reputed concern's delivery boy. Do we have to bear insult from a delivery boy.

I call to customer care he says pleazz wait . again and again saying please wait. I can still waiting so long period . he says we initiate a refund . your bank may be take time to process your refund . but there is no refund in bank. pleazz charge to amazon

          Dear Team,

          Recently i bought Lenovo Zuk Z2 plus smartphone from Amazon.com, but from 6-7 days, some problem occuring in this mobile. It gets restart automatically during operating and some time it hangs. I spent Rs.20000 on it, but this is a defective handset, so please refund me for this. I won't use it further, please register a complaint. I thought it will work smoothly with 4gb Ram & having Snapdragon 820 processor. Details are below :-

            I placed an order for my laptop charger, under your prime service which states my product will be delivered GUARANTEED by 12th of January 2017. I am highly disappointed by your service and facing a lot of problem just because you can not make up to your service .
            I am working class IT man, without his laptop charger. Thanks to you i broke some iron clad promises about completion of work. You guys ruined my image.,

            PLEASE STOP BREACHING TRUST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT MEANS A LOT.

            I had ordered an dslr camera from amazon of Rs. 22, 990. and i cancelled the order. i had made payment using my pnb debit card. now amazon india is not refunding my amount. whenever i call them they are giving me some fake reference number and telling that they have refunded the amount.
            Order got cancelled I did not get any information, customer service team did worst job, could not even rectified the error .

              I was planning to buy a laptop and topped up my Amazon pay balance with 10, 000 which was successful. I tried to add 10, 000 more when my payment failed.
              Now I have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

              But when I try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

              Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and I must send the fax only.

              Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving Delivery Failure.

              So now I am left with no means to use my own Rs. 10, 000 since my account is locked and no way to contact the Amazon team which blocked my account.

              Kindly unblock my account or refund my Amazon pay balance to respective bank account/credit cards.

                I had purchased a mobile phone blackberry z30 before two and a half months back, the phone was not working so I decided to give it back to amazon and ask them for the refund and I did it. but what happened here, I had followed the whole procedure of refund as per the amazon guidelines and an engineer came to my house and took my phone and as proof, he gave to me the receipt of that pickup but now what is happing here amazon is telling me that the receipt you got here is not a valid receipt so we are not able to process your refund.

                Your company cut the 12000money from my account axis bank with help of credit card and we did not get the desktop. In my amazon account the order do not show .

                  I had subscribed prime. It is repeatedly happening that, items are not delivered in promised time. It has happened again with my latest order. Product was to be delivered on 11th Jan. But on 12th Jan a fraudulent sms was received saying recipient was not available. Now fellows gave the same old robotic answer, we are sorry we will deliver on 13th Jan. Then why prime? and why the ransom is charged? in advance? in the name prime. Stop this nonsense at once. Promised what you can deliver and deliver what you promised. I will stop ordering at Amazon at once.

                        Despite my successful order and payment ORDER #[protected] cancelled. Further, Amazon also intimated that the article will be delivered between 28/12/2016 to 03/01/2016. Cancellation of order by Amazon without taking consent or prior approval of customer is a offense of e-marketing. consent or prior permission. Hence, I want to take compensation from Amazon

                          I ordered a Lenovo Zuk 1 mobile from amazon under ORDER #[protected]

                          I ordered on 06/01/17 for the next day delivery, phone was delivered on time however when i started using it (ie when downloading apps) it started over heating

                          When complained to Amazon customer care i do not get proper response

                          I called on 11/01/2017 and said i wanted to talk to a manger and was put across to Chanpreet Gaur who was of no help .

                          I again called up today and complained, someone said tehy will send a local engineer to check but no one have contacted me /

                              I had placed an order on Amazon.in on 24th Dec 2016 from U.S. and all the items were supposed to be delivered by 2nd Jan 2017 latest. I got no items delivered before 2nd. I am calling every single day morning and evening to check the status and just wasting my time to repeat my information to have the agents track my account and repeat my concern. Two items got returned on their own and I had to replace an order and got one item delivered. So from the total of 8 items i just got 2 and no refund yet.
                              The agents are just there to do sugary talks and convince the customers and give the same fake answers that they will help us, follow up, make efforts, etc but I see zero efforts.
                              WORST SERVICE GIVEN BY AMAZON. DON'T TRUST ANYMORE!!!

                                I had ordered a product from amazon and i got a wrong product from dfrnt seller and with dfrnt order id and courier . when i contacted them .firstly they spoke nicely and took the request and aftr sometimes i got the call and he was saying tht we didnt send u tht product, the product which u had ordered is still on its way and they are blaming me only tht i had order the product from any other website which i didnt and tht product is available only on amazon . if i had ordered the product from any other website than how the price of the product is same as in amazon ? . its totally fraud . someone from their end only had cheated me with this wrong product . i had ordered tigi s factor shampoo which is cost of 3, 873.00 and i got two nova trimmer which is nt even worth of 1 k but i paid them 3, 873.00 .

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have Amazon prime membership(Guarantee delivery service). If an order is placed under this scheme product should be delivered by the very next day.

                                      I placed an order in Amazon.in on 9th Jan 2017. Product should be delivered by 10th Jan 2017 on or before 8 pm.

                                      Before placing the order, I have asked the Amazon support executive whether they can deliver this product by next day(10th Jan 2017) If I place an order today(9th Jan 2017). They said yes. Then I placed an order.

                                      Next day(10th Jan 2017), the product is out for delivery as soon as I receive the delivery agents number through message I called him he said He will come in another half an hour but he did not come. I again called him several times and I lost my trust on him and approached Amazon customer service.
                                      They said they will escalate it and they gave an assurance that the product would be delivered by end of the day that day.
                                      On 10th Jan 2017, when I called delivery agent for the last time He said he would deliver the product at 1 am or 2 am(I was very disappointed. Who will deliver at this time?).
                                      And also, I received a mail saying "product could not be delivered as customer was not available".
                                      I never received a call from him on that day.

                                      I contacted Amazon customer service again and told what delivery agent told me and asked them to withdraw that false message.

                                      Amazon leadership team(This is the highest level in their service) told me that on high priority basis they would deliver the product by next day(11 Jan 2017) in the first half(on or before 2 pm).

                                      After so many call to delivery agent as well as to Amazon customer service I thought I would receive the product at least by end of the day. But I am not received the product on this day as well.
                                      And also, I received a mail saying "product could not be delivered as customer was not available".
                                      I never received a call from him on this day as well.

                                      I have been calling the delivery agent as well as Amazon customer representatives on the delivery issue. It's not been delivered yet(12:30 am 12 Jan 2017).
                                      After all, I talked to Amazon Leadership team(This is the highest level in their service) again. I called them many times(I don't remember the exact digit) They were unable to help me. Whenever I call they say they will escalate this issue but problem is not yet resolved. They were asking me to cancel the product or to wait until the product is delivered. I am helpless now.

                                      I am writing this not because I am suffered. So many people who buys a product may have their own commitments related to the ordered product. If the seller would unable to deliver the product in time ultimately customer has to loose.
                                      This should not be happened to any customer.

                                        Placed following orders with Amazon.in on 17th October 2016. Paid Rs. 3309/- by Citibank Credit Card. After some time for some reason I cancelled the orders and received the cancellation confirmation from Amazon by mail. They also sent me emails that they have received the cancellation request and are initiating the refund procedure as the items were not even packed at vendor's end.
                                        Order[protected]against which I received refund of Rs 190/-+Rs 999/- in my citibank credit card account.
                                        Order[protected]--Refund of Rs 660/- Pending after 3 months.
                                        Order[protected]-Refund of Rs 1250/-+Rs 210/- Pending -3 months
                                        Out of Rs 3309/- I paid by Citicard refund of only Rs 1189/- is received so far. The balance amount of Rs. 2120/- is pending even after many emails and calls. The blamed the delay on Demonetisation step as Banks were very busy.
                                        On 29 November 2016 Amazon emails me a transaction no[protected] by which they said the refund was made and asked me to give this transfer no to Citibank customer care.
                                        No luck as when I contacted Citibank with this number the executive asked me to give ARN no for the refund transaction which is generated as soon as the transfer of fund is done. I am now asking amazon to give me this ARN no which they are not able to give. They simply are taking a stand that the refund was transferred thru this no and now I have to claim it with Citibank. The Bank customer care executive is insisting that they can not file a charge dispute unless they get ARN number for the refund transaction.
                                        I am stuck now as dont know how to get my refund. Amazon rudely cut off the phone once on 11 Jan when I tried to call them again.

                                        I am also facing similar issue. I have paid 3320 rupees and yet to get back my money. I have called Citibank and Amazon numerous times and not able to proceed ahead. This issue is faced by many people and not resolved at root level. Amazon should have fixed this issue long back and I ask people to post their problems to make the case stronger.
