I orderered a mobile phone gionee s6 pro from amazaon during recent diwali sale .during my research for best price i found one seller with extremly low price and further on instant credit card discount. this was very well deal. i took lot of time doing this resarch and finally ordered my phone.
next day i receive the mail advising my order is cancelled and refund processed without any reason. they did not even had courtesy to call...

My area courier service agent very poor service. same time he cancelled item for own risk so am not getting my order item....

With the refund reference number[protected]...is not processed but in the status they are maintaining its successful. Simply U r cheating me. I want my money back....

I had odered a smartphone on amazon on 7th of November 2016 and the oder was delivered on 12th of November 2016. The model was Hicell TX4 Android phone 5.5... But when I unpacked the product, I found the screen cracked and damaged...So I want my phone to be replaced.It would be grateful if you would take my complaint to attention as soon as possible. First i got broken TV (ORDER #[protected] and its taken more than seven days for someone to pick it up and now replacement is still not showing as delivered, even the delivery date i.e. 7 November is exceeded .
So i asked them for clarification -why is it so hard for them to deliver a single TV and what is the status of it :-

Since 5days different courier guys are being sent todeliver a product to my new address that has been updated to amazon. But as the old address is convenient to reach so the courier guys are going all the time to the old address given on pack and telling the receiver to come and collect. When the receiver tells them to come to new address which is 2kms away then the courier guys instead of going they leaving the spot giving feedback that...

I had ordered 'jbl flip 2- bluetooth speaker' from amazon with order #[protected]. the received product quality is very low so had raised a refund request as per amazon policy. but still the pick up of product is not been done from last 16 days. i did continuous follow up of 7 days but finally found helpless.

Amazon tries to fool customers!!!
First they promised me by saying my product will be replaced with new one.
Then they cheated by changing your word by saying replacement cannot be done rather you will refund the amount.

We both agreed with condition that they will be crediting the difference amount before I place the new order.
