      My order i'd is #[protected]

      Purchase arnica shampoo i pay 635₹ but when i received product than check mrp is only 450₹ which also attached in a file. When i call in your customers support your representative also not gave me proper convince.

      So please let me are you provide this type of customer support that problem has been happen but amazon was always right and customer was wrong.

      Now what can we because it's not my fault. Now either who was responsible for this mistake, amazon or seller or amazon are taking extra money from the customer

      Please let me about my issue and gave me proper resolution

        I have ordered a mobile from Amazon . When I received my order it was defective and I have called amazon costumer they said we can't replace your mobile we will refund you when Amazon agent pickup my phone but no agent is coming for pickup my phone I am waiting for 4 days. Everyday I received a message that your pickup is cancelled and everyday I m calling Amazon costumer care . They said tomorrow the agent will come by nobody is coming here t pickup and they are not refund my balance. And I urgently need a phone.. so please help me and complaint against Amazon strictly.           Dear sir, I have ordered 64GB Memory card in dated 21 Dec 2016 to Amazone india but when i received my order which are not same as my order this card are capacity is 29.7 GB after that i have call to Amazone consumer helpline and replace that but again we have received same card, so what we do if we are trust on that side they are cheated me again, please look in to matter seriously and revert me back with next procedure detail for register complaint on those .

            I, Tapas Basak, had placed an order with Amazon India, vide Order#[protected] along with other Order#[protected] on 16/12/2016. The estimated delivery date was 29/12/2016. The items in this Order#[protected] were transported through GATI Courier. The courier service company did not provide any regular update in their online “item tracking” option. On contacting various occasions with Amazon through their customer care call centre as well as through e-mails, they always merely assured me to have patience to receive the products. On 28/12/2016, I received a call from GATI Courier with mobile number [protected] (though the SMS through they communicated me stated that “Your order from Amazon booked vide GATI DKT[protected] is out for delivery, Contact Person- Sourav Seal/[protected], from DM-GatiXX 28/12/2016, 12.25p.m.). After a while, someone referring himself Gati representative asked me to come to Fulia Railway Station (District- Nadia, State- West Bengal) to collect the items. I asked him to come to a place at just one minute distance. But he said that he could not deliver the items if I would not come to his place because he had to catch the next train to his home. And to my utter surprise, that night Amazon gave an update to my registered e-mail with them that “ This is to inform you that package from your order with tracking ID[protected], shipped via Gati could not delivered as no one was available to receive it. The package will be returned to us within 5 business days after two unsuccessful delivery attempts.” As this is utter lie, I contacted Amazon. They escalated the matter as some Rohit from Amazon Escalation Team informed me through mail. Next day, Gati phoned me in the afternoon and asked me to stay home to receive the item. But none appeared. And at night a mail which was same as the previous day’s was sent by Amazon stating that no one was there at my address to receive the items or the items were refused to be received by me. I, again, communicated Amazon in both ways- through customer care helpline as well as through mail. On 30/12/2016 at 2.08 a.m. some Nishanth from Amazon mailed me stating that “the item is returning to seller” and Amazon has “added a promotional/goodwill Amazon.in gift card” of Rs. 100” to my Amazon account as compensation. I replied to Amazon, again, both ways- through customer care helpline and mail that as a customer I have already paid for the items as exactly Amazon had asked to at the time of booking and as I have never refuse to receive the package, Amazon must not entertain the “lies” provided by some unprofessional like Gati courier. Amazon also mailed me that the item was being returned and they had initiated refund for the paid amount. But I have never asked Amazon for cancellation of the order or any refund. Every time I communicated Amazon, as a customer, I always wanted the items I ordered.
            Surprisingly, on 30/12/2016 after the return process was started (as Amazon informed me), I received a call from Gati at 01.08 p.m. with mobile number [protected] and a person over phone asked me if I would agree to receive the package, he would come to deliver the package. I told him I had never refused to receive the same. After one and half hour he phoned me having difficulty to find my address. Though it is a proper and authentic address where all my postage items come, I tried to help finding my address and I, myself, phoned him; but he, like a typical Gati representative, began to behave rudely with me. So I simply told him, “Sir, the address provided is a genuine address and it is your duty to deliver the package to the address”. After that he had neither come nor delivered the package. And at night Amazon again mailed me stating that I had refused to receive the package.
            Now, as a customer, I find myself cheated by the Amazon India (may be some third party is responsible for this and that is a concern of Amazon) and deprived of the rights of a consumer. So as a customer, it is not enough for me to have a gift card as compensation. Amazon must deliver the items for which they have been paid for. Also Amazon has alleged me as they referred that I have refused to receive the package. Amazon has not taken any step to resolve my issue even after they have been communicated on so many occasions. I want some positive redressal.

            Firstly, I thank the Consumer Complaints Forum that I have received the product after I sought help from them as Amazon or Gati Courier did not bother to deliver the product even after so many emails, calls made with them. Before the complaint, Gati reported falsely many a time that the customer had denied to receive the item or nobody was there at the address to receive the item or the product got tampered, etc. Sometimes the delivery persons were unable to find the address. But this time they easily found the address to deliver the product, although, this time too, the delivery person was a unprofessional one. Secondly, no the company has not emailed me. But, in response to my complaint to Global Amazon.com through email, I received mail and call from Amazon.

              I talked to amazon customer care executive on 24th oct 2016 regarding Order#[protected]. I told him to deliver it before 4th Nov 2016 ON PRIORITY EVEN IT IS CHARGEABLE as I was leaving for Srinagar on 5th Nov. He told me its not possible and said he can deliver it in Srinagar. I told him it would be difficult for u to deliver it in Srinagar due to prevailing political conditions but he said, HE WILL MAKE SURE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED... Its Dec now, It has been 2 months, package has been replaced twice still I did not received my items... Now after WASTING my 2 Months amazon has refunded my money and is now again asking me to replace the order THIRD time... The package contained books for my studies...they have wasted my 2 months and now they say replace the order and still am not sure if they can deliver it.. I want a proper compensation from amazon for WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME...and causing MENTAL AGONY to me by their callous approach..

                  I ordered uedigree puppy food on 24th December 2016..My order number is[protected]..I was expected to get delivery on 29th Dec, but its 31st Dec and i havent got my order yet..The tracking details were showing order has reached mumbai on 28th but still its taking time to deliver in mumbai only to deliver.I called customer care executive 5 times but they are just saying they will deliver it by end of the day..Its been 3days and still i havent got my order delivered.

                    I have opted for one day delivery on 27th Dec. But still not received the product even after 5 days. I have received the message that product has been delivered. I have called multiple times. but the delivery boy's number ([protected]) was not reachable. Very disappointed with this delay in order. I request the concerned authorities to take the necessary steps against the organization..

                      and one zeneme gold & silver gold plated jewellery order no[protected]
                      i paid these orders by gift card and my card.
                      these items automatically canceled and my giftcard points refund in my acc
                      but card balance not added to my account which i paid to these two items.

                      i calles amazon many times bt they didnot take any action against my complain.

                        Following from last 7 Days i am escalating... but each and every one is disconnecting the call. My shoes was torn in 2 days and when i escalate for refund they are not collecting the product and denying for refund. Transport team never called me nor visited my house and updating the status that my house was lock... what the heck was this... Even there agents dont listened to query and disconnected the call... I have called them 5 times even there Managers are doing fake commitments... This is really a BS service... Friend Dont purchase anything from Amazon...

                          I had ordered for unic uc46 .
                          But dispatched unic uc40.

                          Cancelled the order and got message of cancellation and refunding .

                          But practically sent me the wrong item cost 2575 rupees ( unic uc40)
                          Instead for Unix unic uc46.

                          Moreover delivery details and the information all were improper and contradictory..
                          The details of cheating, and inconvenience are attached.

                          Dispatched wrong item in space of request made for unic uc46.

                          Cancellation of the order is made, got the message of it.

                          Still got the wrong item cost 2575 rupees ( unic uc40)

                          Didn't got refund even.

                          Coz of this suffered with money loss, time loss and inconvenience faced.

                          Expect justice from this cheating faced.

                              I ordered a product Need For Speed: Rivals (PS4) with order # #[protected] and tracking ID[protected] on 28/12/2016 with same day delivery option.
                              I did not receive the product on the same day. i escalated it and the agents asked me to wait for a day. Next day I got a message saying my order is delivered with customer signature as "GK. My name is Mohamed Ziavudeen.
                              I did not receive the product and did not get any call regarding delivery.

                              Why I should wait for 5 days to get the product back. Amazon promised me for 1 day delivery and should i wait for 5 days.
                              Why Amazon cant give my money back.

                              Amazon's agents did not even understand my situation and keeps disconnecting the cal..

                              Being an educated person, I am unable to handle this situation and I am unable to get a proper reply from Amazon.

                              Government is promoting cashless economy and these online Shopping guys are using it to loot money from people.

                              How will an uneducated person handle this situation?

                              Please take necessary action against Amazon and help me to get my money back.

                                To whomsoever concerned,

                                I brought few products from amazon India and due to inappropriate size, I had requested for returns of 4products. Please note that I am currently Amazon prime customer and despite that and after several complaints to customer service requesting for the return of the product as per my availabality no one approached and neither pick up was done for it. its been 2 weeks now and even after making call on every other day and mentioning my availablity time, the pick up person would come without informing me and would then leave and even reschedule the pick up day next day as per his conveninece. Though I have mentioned several times that I am available only after 6 neither the customer service people nor the pick up person has ever arrived at that time. I regret to be an amazon customer now and it really sucks as to how they treat their so called "Prime" customers. I have never been connected to higher department even after requesting the customer service for it and have been always told it will be done on the same day but days are just passing by and no action has been taken yet.

                                    [protected]. And committed delivery date 28th December, 2016 8 pm but till date like 29th December, 2016 not delivered the product.
                                    I continued 10 time called in your tall free no[protected] you executive tell me every time definitely delivered material at your home end. But no body delivered the product. Your delivery boy talking rudely with me his contact no [protected] & [protected]. He talking like he give me product free of cost... Also your Amazon ahmedabad depot manager me Pathan great about delivery boy. He is talking like honour of Amazon. And God of world.

                                      I had placed an order for one Startek FM220 fingerprint scanner for (Digital Signature certificate) Aadhaar, Apna CSC, NDLM, DigiLocker, Jeevan Pramaan on 22 Nov 2016 after paying Rs 2800/- online.

                                      To date I have NOT received the product nor has any information been forthcoming about its whereabouts after having spoken to the Customer Care. Even after more than 5 weeks no refund has been made.

                                      Kindly update me on this order.

                                        I ordered a product with tracking number[protected] on 28/12/2016. I paid money using credit card. It was a one day delivery and the order was expected to be delivered the same day with 50 rs extra. But I did not receive the product. They asked me to wait for 24 hours. Next day i got a mail saying that the product has been delivered. But I did not receive the product. I called customer care and every agent says the same word "wait for 4 business days" excluding Say Sun. They are having my money. It is their mistake to deliver it to a wrong person. Why should i wait for them. I am asking them to cancel the product. They are not ready to cancel or refund my money. And the agents disconnects my call without giving me proper solution. Please don't order anything using Amazon. They are looting peoples money. Worst customer service.

                                        Request you to take necessary action and help me on this.
