My amazonseller id is [protected]@gmail.com i am a seller over there. Customer ordered me wifi dongle and i delivered through dtdc courier and mentioned tracking id in amazon as their rules. Customer received the product on 22 dec and delivery time was till 24 dec. But customer sent me mail through amazon that he had received product late on 30 dec and he dont want the dongle but i cancelled his request and sent him dtdc courier tracking id and screenshot that he had received the product on 22. After that he again mailed me same 2 times and i reverted him again with all proofs. Amazon had written in their claim policy that if seller did not respond to buyer then they will check the matter and reffund the money to buyer if they found buyer right. But in my case they did not checked my reverts to buyer with proofs. They said me that they had sent me one mail which i had not reverted thats why they reffunded the money. But what about that mails which i had done from your amazon id to customer with all proofs. I checked your policy on 6 jan there was written that if i did not reverted to a to z claim mail in 7 days they will refund my money but my money was refunded in 6th day. Then i talked on chat witj customer care and told about this he aggreed and said plz talk to our team . When i talked to team they said we cant do any thing and changed their policy from 7 days to three days. If you are refunding money to liers without checking seller revert to customer then why are you saying that customer can file a to z complaint if seller dose not respond Even I had responded 3 times.

    I trust Amazon's customer service.

    Now here's my concern. I am fighting with Motorola's customer service department regarding this but it seems to be of No help.I am sending you copy/paste of the e-mail which I sent to Moto escalation department. They called up to inform that they cant help me here because they think this issue is due to liquid spillage. Me being the owner and all time user of this handset, I am sure and I KNOW that no water/liquid came in contact with the handset. Here's the e-mail I sent to their escalation team :

    Team Motorola customer service,

    I did a chat with Moto customer care support yesterday and I was asked to visit Moto service center here in sector 20
    D Chandigarh. I visited there this morning and got my complaint ticket number 8. The technician (Rohit) examined the phone and said he suspect liquid spillage due to which its not powering ON. Its worth while mentioning here that he just assumed this and wasnt too sure.
    Me, being the owner and all time user of this handset, am very much sure and I know that this phone has not been in contact of any liquid what so ever.
    I spoke with madam Monika who wanted me to compare the chipset of my phone (which according to her has some spots of spilage) with another brand new chipset. Honestly, I could not find any difference between my phone's chipset and the brand new one. Please find the picture of those two chipsets enclosed (Attached with the e-mail).
    I also spoke with Arvind Vashsht who warned me to send e-mail to any department and do whatever I could do but they will not help me with this issue.

    I want to mention here clearly that no liquid was spilled on the phone at any point of time. Issue started yesterday morning when phone's battery was discharged to 0% and phone went completely OFF. I reached home and tried to charge the phone (with orignal moto G charger) but it didnt work.

    I have attached the worksheet which service center department gave me. I must mention here that they got my signature on the page before they wrote on the paper "Phone dead water log on the charging connector". I denied to accept this as this is not true. There can be some other technical issue but no water or liquid was in contact with the handset.

    Request the authority to consider this issue and provide me proper service as its a geniune issue I am facing with my 2 months old phone under warranty.

    I don't know if they will handover DOA to me or not. But I want a justified service on this either from AMAZON or MOTOROLA. Please check the attachments as well. When I know I am right, I will ask for what I deserve.

      I purchased samsung Galaxy on5 pro from amazon.in. it is returned and refund of 5329 rupees is initiated in 21st dec 2016. But i didn't get my refund in my pnb account number [protected]. So they gave me a reference number 75260826357010769435010 for refund transaction and said file charge dispute as "refund never processed ". When i contacted pnb customer care service they said there is nothing like 'file dispute' and said to contact to branch. At branch same excuse is found. Don't make fool. Here i am watching all refund complaints is related to amazon. It shows how are honest about your customers.

        On 12/19 I went to order a Jackson Core Pillow for $21.36, Ref.# 5543286PJ00DBAL37. I wanted to add to my order but there was no way to go back and get out of check out, so I just closed it not knowing it had accepted my order and charged my credit card.
        The next day on 12/20, I went into Amazon again to place what I thought was my ONLY order. I ordered the pillow and a pillow case to fit it, totaling $33.23 REF#. 5543286PK00R3N9DJ on my credit card. The next thing I know I received 2 separated boxes with a pillow in each and one included the pillow case. This was the order I placed on12/20 and was ok. I ONLY WANTED ONE (1) PILLOW AND ONE (1) PILLOW CASE. So my bill was charged for an extra pillow I did not order $21.36 !! I want this credited to my card when returned.
        The next issue on my credit card bill was an order for 2 (two), At-a-Glance date books I ordered on12/21/16 Ref# 5543286PL00M7J241. But they sent me 2 2016 books!! I called the company that sent them "Pens & More" (contracted with Amazon) and the representative said return them and I would receive credit on my credit card. I did so on 12/30/16 BUT, I had to pay $7.97 for postage AND I am an Amazon Premium customer!!
        The day I returned the 2 books, (12/30/2016) I received two (2) more 2016 books I did not order!!! I wanted the 2017 books! So my credit card was charged for Four (4) out of date 2016 books at 29.30 each which totals to $58.60. I want these credited to my account also!!
        Now--- I have to take the time, money for postage to return these items and my charge card has the interest for these charges on it.
        I would like an RMA that dosen't make me pay for postage to return these items and I will be satisfied. Once again - I do not pay return postage and credit my charge card.

          There is amount of 621 rs is refunded by amazon on[protected]. however same is not reflected to my account. When i contact them they give me reference id and told me contact to bank.. however bank is not ready to take any action or raise a ticket.. since they have no knowledge of transaction.
          Also it should be amazon, who should take care of refund. not the customer who follow up with bank.
          Now amazon nor the bank ready to take any action.

            Ir-response, unethical behaviour from amazon customer service executive. They disconnected my call without answering my question of delivery of my ordered product.

            Simple updating status as "Arriving today" without any tracking details. It i ask how they simple disconnected my call.

            I request immediate action against concern executive and required full refund with penalities

              I ordered Lenovo ZUK Z1 phone on 3rd Jan 2017 and promised to get it by 5th Jan 2017, but didn't get phone yet.Even supervisor confirmed me at 6:00pm to deliver phone by 8:00pm. Delivery service worst in amazon.

                Item(room heater, Order Id:[protected] ordered on 3rd jan 17under prime with one day guaranteed delivery. However, yet to receive as on 05 Jan 17. Spoke to atleast 4 Amazon executives & everybody assured delivery, but all fake n lied. Seems to be drastic issues in the organisation which lead to failure of delivery even after two days. As a customer has suffered a lot and the person's responsible should be penalised so such incidents doesn't happen in future.

                  Hello,

                  Today on (05 jan 2017) I ordered (Fastrack OTS Explorer Analog Blue Dial Men's Watch 9463AL07J) and its delivered on same day, But due to I was unavailable at home and my mother received the product and she gave (2000 + 2000 + 44 = Rs.4044) but actually product price is Rs.2044. After that I reached home and came to know about this, then I called to that delivery guy and told him to return the amount but unfortunately he refused and said he just received Rs.2044. Then again i checked in my locker and again i called to delivery guy but he didn't my call. So please give me the solution for this issue.

                      Ordered for a one plus 3t 128 gb mobile phone and paid 35, 000 INR for it online. Got delivered with a wrong and cheaper product With a courier name mentioning the one i ordered for. Promised a replacement on stock availability. Lied in an email to me that stocks are available and replacement will be initiated soon. Now all they can do is refund under the pretext of company policies. Wasted 5 days f mine, lied to me, made a fake promise. 7k worth accessories i bought for the phone model lays waste. Refund wont fix that. Absolute cheating and case of consumer being taken for granted.

                        I placed an order on 24th December for royal oak desk worth Rs. 2750. Estimated delivery date was between 8 and 16 January. I placed the order as gift for my daughter as her birthday is on 9th January. I asked them if they can deliver the product by 9th January. If it cannot done by that date then refund the amount. Without confirming through email or call they just cancelled the order. As there was an offer that if amount can be paid by transferring funds in amazon gift card then will get 10% cash back, I transferred funds to amazon gift card and placed order. Now they have cancelled the order and transferred amount to amazon gift card and not to my account and asking me to place order again through amazon. There were no terms that the amount cannot be refunded back to my account from amazon gift card. This kind of cheating amazon is doing with customers. Please take strict action so that other customers are not hampered.

                            My name is abdul razzakh. Registered mobile no: [protected] with Amazon.in. I am still waiting for one of my orders:[protected] to be delivered since 19th Dec. Made multiple attempts to check status of delivery with customer service at Amazon and fedex. Spoke with Hari (supervisor) who promised me that product would be delivered today which i never got. Today shashank couldn't find my account with the registered mobile number. So spoke with suman and then another supervisor percy who is asking me to wait for another 2 days. Honestly i have lost trust in your company. Is 3 weeks not enough for delivery? Why am i being told to wait everytime? Is something missing somewhere? Or people not doing their job correctly?
                            Please take a quick action. Can't wait any longer. Lost trust in amazon.

                              I bought a "Lotus Ecostay Kajal" (of Rs. 260/-) from amazon. But I didn't notice that they gave me a duplicate kajal. Unknowingly I started using that. But after some time I realized..something is wrong! But didn't know what is it. I got allergy around my eyes but still couldn't find out the reason. Then I checked that item carefully and searched for the original product in internet. Only after then I came to know that it is fake one. I have also noticed that the address written in the kajal is different from the original one. The texture is also different..it is scratchy! It hurts!...Then I complained and sent some snapshots to them. Then they replied and apologiged for this 'inconvenience'. They refunded the money without asking me only to escape from this problem! But it is not any way out.I don't want the refund! I asked them to take back their refund(gift card). But now they are indifferent...It is a question of one's health and trust...This is a case of forgergy...! I want to take a legal step against their illegal affairs! They are befooling us. A proler step should be taken to aware other customers.

                                It s been twice I have received the wrong cap from amazon India after getting returned. Its really frustrating me that I have gift my girl friend a cap and Amazon is just sending the wrong cap which is totally different from what i ordered. If amazon dont pay me back with a compensation i would definitely take it serious in future. We pay for the product but the stuf[censored] deliver completely wrong is being lethargic and easy taking.

                                  I had ordered product with the above order number worth Rs.329 on Amazon 15/12/2016. It was delivered on 20/12/2016 and returned 21/12/2016. I haven't received the refund yet. I have called the customer care thrice in past 10 days but there had been no follow up. They have been not able to provide any reference number. They only claim that they had initiated refund from their side but they never give me the reference number so that I can cross check with my bank. I request for the redress of this issue as soon as possible.
