I ordered 3 items from amazon and choose to pay in 3 EMI'S. One of the Amazon seller was not able to deliver the goods and initiated a refund. Now amazon has charged the total amount in one go. They state that if a refund is initiated the EMI's get cancelled.
It is not my fault that one of their seller was not able to provide with the goods. Why are customer's getting penalized. This is a wrong n dis-satisfactory. I want to mark a formal complaint against amazon India.

    I purchased OnePlus 3T for a price on INR 29, 998 on 12th December prime sale, but I'm yet to receive the phone.

    I checked with Amazon on 19th and was told to wait for next two days as they were having NO clue about the package.

    I checked again on 22nd December and we're told to wait for 5 days but even today i.e. 26th December they have NO idea about when I can get the phone.

    Even now also the status of my order says that the package has left Gurgaon courier facility on 18th December 2016 at 3:16 am.

    So basically they don't have any update after 18th December.

    Now they trying to convince me to take back my money and cancel the order which I'm NOT going to do.

    SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!!!

    I have not got the delivery even after 17 days of ordering the Phone. Also there is no update from Amazon and the status remains the same.

        24, 999.00 (1 item)..I called them 14 times everyday i call amazon and every day since 22 they are lieing saying it will be delivered today defi..Every agent says it and will do follow.No one is borthered there to help me i begged them get it delivered to me as it was gift for my dads aniversery.They diss connect my call they lie to me same thing every day..I have never seen any customer support as terrible amazom..I have bought product more then 60 k in less then 8 months and last 6 products i got with amazon had gone one or other way with aome problem.The major and most sad part is that i call them i beg them but all keep aaying bunch of lies to me and my product is not delivered to me again and finally today again they asked me to wait another 48hr.Comming on cust support agents i spoke and even TL like Arjun Basker and even esclation desk lied me quite number of times so i defi expect agent to lie ..Now they told either i wait more or they can refund or even reorder heaven sake Hire some humans in company..These ppl u hired there are scripted and terrible at connecting with human..WORST COPMANY SUPPORT IN HISTORY IS AMAZON.IN TERRIBLE AND CARELESS.NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU ..

          Inspite of requesting Amazon to hold the shipment they have not held the shipment & processed order by some fradulent, ICICI bank too not helping in this case. Worst service from ICICI bank hence don't recommend anyone to use ICICI credit card, they will not help you in trouble.

            Hello

            I had placed 3 paid orders with amazon since 13th december 2016.All the orders had been dispatched but not delivered. Everytime the ordered items reached the nearest courier facility, they sent them back to amazon consecutively 3 times.

            The Amazon Transportation services ( ATS) was assigned by amazon to deliver all my orders despite various complaints being registered in the past.

            This courier is unprofessional and always damages my orders by mishandling them everytime and did not deliver any orders.

            I did not get my refunds. I always get other company's refund on time but only amazon's refund does not reach my account. Amazon keeps telling they can't help and contact bank. I have to go to the bank everytime to locate my refund.

            I have faced a lot of problem last time locating my refunds from amazon .

            Why do you put a customer through so much trouble everytime.
            Now amazon has cancelled 3 orders and there are 3 refunds pending and not even single refund has reached my bank . Amazon gives a transaction id and tells to contact bank like before and bank tells me to visit bank during these days of demonetization.

            I am going through a lot of trouble as a customer just to locate my refund, nobody helps nor the bank or amazon . They keep saying refund is processed and its now your problem and the bank.

            Then why do you not deliver my orders. If amazon would have delivered my orders then there would not have been an issue of refunds in the first place. Its amazon 's and the courier's fault that all the orders were undelivered and refunds had to be issued. No delivery was attempted at my house ever and they returned my paid orders without my permission.

            Now i had to place double orders, i had to order all those things 2nd time from a different place & one from amazon again . I had to spend money twice and i haven't received a single refund or any of the ordered items.

            Currently amazon is having pending orders and pending refunds. Kindly deliver the pending orders safely undamaged and on time properly professionally and the courier people must not misbehave while delivering the orders to customers.

              I purchased one sweatshirt item from Amazon online shopping.The product quality is not as i intended or described on the site.It is poor in quality so i lodged for return three times after receiving the product. No representative fom Amazon came to collect the item nor i did get refund yet.I really fear shopping on this site because of such pathetic response. Is this the kind of services you boast of?.Please improve the level of service and refund me at the earliest.

                I received an empty packet from the seller moreover i too have raised a amazon a-z garauntee claim. But amazon didnt response. The seller too says that if the weight remains same than how could not i receive it.. The reason is i received an empty packet with no tangible weight. My amazon.in order id is order :[protected]. As per the seller and the courier team i have received the product but honestly it was a surprise to me too that i received it all empty.

                      Amazon has done big fraud with me. I have got the delivery of my phone it was working fine. Within 24 hours only the phone started troubling me like hell.

                      the drop down settings window which comes from the top was coming in between every single window I was opening I was trying to close the same but is was no allowing me. Even the task manager was not working I was trying badly to control it but the phone somehow gone to airplane mode. I am trying to control the phone but its did not worked out. After that I re-stared the phone then again it was out of control. I kept the phone aside and kept it like that.

                      I have written so many e-mails to customer care they asked me to install SmartChk app. I just do not understand the concept of doing the troubleshooting on the very first day of buying the product.

                      Then I called cm customer care of Amazon and I told him about all of the drama that happened with that phone. That guy put the call on hold and told me that I got a confirmation you can go ahead and exchange the product. I told him I do not want to exchange the product I want refund, I do not want to buy any phone from your web site. You people are fraud.

                      He again put the call on hold and have a word with some one, he said Mama I am transferring the call to our Refunds and return department, I said Ok, He put the call on hold and again he asked me that are you comfortable in English, I said yesI am,

                      He again put the call on hold and then transferred the call. The call landed to escalation department and she again asked me to do troubleshooting. That executive told me something else that I have got the confirmation for the return/refund then why the hell again same questions.

                      That escalation lady was not at all talking to me about the previous executive. LOOK THIS IS SERIOUSLY FRAUD THAT SOME EXECUTIVE SAYS YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT. NOW you are asking me for all that BS again.

                      i am not a rich person who can buy again and again new phones. i am seriuosly sick of this, i begged in front of that escalatin lady but she disconnected thecall.

                      PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATHETIC AMAZON. STUPID POLICIES, DON'T WANT THAT PHONE AT ALL.

                        I have place order one item order no.[protected] dated 24-nov 2016 Rs. 1310/- at that time automatically order amazons prime membership card i didnt know about that order whose order no.[protected] Rs. 499 . When i was noticed it after first(actually) order item received i was call same day evening with amazons customer care center the executive told me when the actual welcome kit receive you dont accept your order will be automatically cancelled and your amount refund in your account .But till today no item received i call a gain today 24/12/2016 time 7.40 to 7.50 p.m . but customer care executive told order was processed and no refund to me .

                        my Question is
                        Who is responsible for not receiving keet to me.
                        who is right first customer care executive or secound one?
                        Why we people suffer due to poor service?
                        Who is paying me my Rs. 500 which having great value in our life?
                        Is this type of service provide by company like amazone ?
                        I was customer of your campany from previous 3 year?

                        Kindly provide me essential information what to do?
                        and who is responcible?

                            On 12/14 my bank of America visa credit card account ending in 5639 was billed for 96.27$ . I do not have an amazon credit account and have been fraudulently charged before. that has been cleared. all the info my bill shows is anzn.com/billwa. I am not familiar with this and would appreciate it being deleted from my account reference no. 8173 this may be a visa ref no. please confirm this action has been taken.

That's OK but when I applied for refund They didn't gave me my refund and transfer money in amazon account they are not giving In my bank account and redfused to transfer money in my bank account

                                  I have ordered 1 of exclusive black and orange car body cover for mahindra kuv-100 [asin: b01n8vnpit] but instead of the car cover they had delivered
                                  Activa's cover and on complaining they asked me to send back the product to the warehouse.
                                  It was pathetic! Though it's their fault and now they are not sending anyone to collect the product. I'm continuously co-ordinating with the amazon customer care people and the seller also but everyone is just passing the basket on one another.

                                  Pathetic experience and zero customer satisfaction.

                                    On 01.12.2016 is when i saw a product ' Paws for a cause printed stainless steel anti skid food bowl Red-1600 MI' sold by pet world. which is a food bowl for my beloved pet and ordered for it by paying money online. This costed me 178.92 rupees due to some offer. On 07.12.2016 when I called customer care seeking for help where they informed me that the order got cancelled by the seller due to out of stock and the refund has been initiated.

                                    They asked me to place an other order by assuring me that i will get my product and credited 50 rupees for the inconvenience caused.

                                    Then when i checked for the bowl again on 15.12.2016, the price was way to high but however I wanted the bowl I placed the order again. This also got cancelled without my intimation on 20.12.2016 singing the same old song.

                                    PS: When the cancellation happened for the first time, I clearly mentioned to a customer service agent that if the order goes cancelled again, then I would like the product to be free as it is not my problem and the agent AGREED for the same.

                                    When I called the customer care I spoke with many agents like pradeep, joe etc who assured that this will be escalated to the leadership team and finally when I called back, I was transferred to a useless female called Poonam from leadership team who took all my order details and hung up the call which is awful.

                                    Amazon being a customer centric company I spoke to many associates having a hope that they will resolve my issue but all they spoke was 'I am sorry i will give you 100 rupees for the inconvenience caused!!!

                                    I mean i am not begging for the money! I am asking for justice. To get a product I had to wait for a month and they just hung up on me when i am talking over the call!

                                    SUCH A SHAME! Please someone do he needful.

                                        I have got the box containing Huawei Nova 3i on, but did not get earphones while unboxing the box sent by you to me. Therefore kind send me the same. I have also told to Amazon and have also sent email to Amazon India about the same shortcoming. I have seen earphone while unboxing in YouTube.
