I had ordered a product on 16th December which under guaranteed delivery, and had to be delivered by 17 th December. I got a sms stating Delivery couldn't be completed because customer wasn't available, which was a lie, I have been at home waiting since 16th and today is 18 th December. And they should have made an effort to call me, which never happened. Even I called them too many times, but they didn't picked up the phone.When contacted to customer support first I was told that I'd get the product by evening as they have prioritized it, later at 14:30 finally around 4pm I was told to wait for 24hr. It was cash on delivery, but I have wasted my 1days already waiting. Each time they replied that they have told courier service to deliver it with high priority. If this is how they treat a high priority then its miserable. ORDER #[protected]I I want to raise compensation for wasting my time, for providing false information, and not fulfilling your "guaranteed delivery".
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now I am not getting VAT paid invoice on my mail or on my Amazon A/c.
