Dear Sir / Ma'am,
Just to bring into your notice that I had placed an order for
"Stavix White 7inch Tablet Keypad Case" one piece of Rs. 629.00 on 28th September 2016. Payment was made through Credit card of Hdfc Bank. Due to Non availability of product Amazon cancelled this order and no intimation was given to me. I got to know about it when it was so long and I marked a mail to Amazon to know the status of my order .

And I was assured that my payment will be refunded at earliest. I waited for some days. I saw instead of refund Amazon debited my account on 24th Oct'16 and reversed the same amount on 29th Oct'16.
And claiming that my refund has been settled. Where as the actual refund of payment made on 28th September 2016 is still not settled. I have been following up with Amazon over the mail but not getting any satisfactory response. They are just lingering my case by by giving false statement every time.

Please assist me on this.
I shall be very grateful.

      Sir, I have provided wrong information regarding cash back, and now I have incurred loss for that and your representative is unable to help and he is cutting call. Entire Amazon team want to be safe by cheating public. We are trusting them but they are cheating us like anything. Please solve my issue or please provide me contact details to whom I can complain regarding Amazon.
      Please don't cheat public and I'm requesting to provide call recorded copy to take action towards Amazon.

        Sir,
        I ordered a smartphone (Moto g plus, 4th gen 32gb black) have paid amazon rs 14079 on 22th december 2016 but product not received due to amazon delivery issue. After returning the product a refund of rs 14079 have been generated on 26th december.
        Here is the reference number of the order: rs.587.00 on 24 december 2016

        The merchant is saying that it is the issue with my bank but my sbt branch perumanna, calicut said that the refund transaction didn't done by amazon yet.
        Kindly solve the issue.
        Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            I had purchased a Nupro Kindle case (order #[protected] for Rs.999 by debit card which I returned as it didn't fit. I had opted for a refund and got message from Amazon on 28th that a refund has been initiated into my account and will be credited within five business days. They gave a refund ref no-74332746363636211375005. But even after five days, the amount is still not credited in my account and every time I call or email the Amazon customer care, they send me the same reply that they've already initiated the refund. But still I've not received it.

            The Bank says they dont have any refund pending and I should contact Amazon, Amazon insists that payment is due from the bank. I am a common man and stuck in-between and I don't have the energy or time left anymore

              I had booked a Lenovo vibek5 mobile for Rs 5700 from amazon site on 25 dec vide order no :[protected] on 18 % discount and paid through net banking, the expected date of delivery was on 31 dec, on 30 dec i received a mail from amazon that his supplier m/s Bappa enterprise is unable to supply and your money will be credit in your account .
              on the very next I wrote a mail to amazon stating that its ur company fault and why should i suffer for your inconvenience, on the same day i received a mail that they can't do anything in this matter and ur money will be credited in your account in 2-3 days

              sir, my grievience is that if the company is unable to supply how they can list the produt on it site, and my money blocked for nearly 10 days, hence it is requested that u look into this matter and the product may be supplied on the same discounted rate

                I have placed an order on 2nd october which is a super value day of amazon and the amount is rupees 6109 and on the above mentioned order i was eligible to get 600 rupees cash back in form of amazon gift card but now amazon executive refusing that they are saying i am not eligible for that cash back because one of the three products i bought is not under super value day but i clearly remember that all of the 3 products boss under super value day at that particular time but unfortunately i haven't took a screenshot of the product page if i would have known that amazon is such a great website i would never ever purchase from amazon and also i am a customer since 2013 and i have placed around more than 150 orders but i am getting this sort of service from amazon. Please never ever purchase from amazon and you amazon people listen it carefully this is not for the money but the reason behind this is that you said i am wrong but i know inside me that i am right and this is only the starting & from where the game begins.

                  I had received an damage order from amazon, so hence i returned the order back. For some more queries i called up the amazon customer care. A lady by name "mayura" took my call. This lady was very very rude to me and i dint expect this kind of customer service from amazon. She neither have a manners how to speak politely, and she was yelling at me. It was a very poor
                  Customer service ever i faced. Therefore i want amazon to take a strict action
                  Against her.

                    I have purchased one plus 3t flip cover from zioan order#[protected] from amazon on 2nd jan'17. The product delivered is different than shown in figure while purchasing from site. Product shown on website does not have rectangle whole in cover while the cover which i received have bigh rectangle whole in it. Request to replace the same as per shown product as it cost 500/- rs to me.

                      We have returned 3 saree on 23/10/16 $ 2 dress pieces on 25/10/16 vide ref track no[protected]$[protected] $[protected] & i didn't get the refund till now.
                      Moreover 1football which was ordered on 25/10/16 order i'd.[protected] of rs 450 including delivery charge was returned to u back. Sorry to say, all of above are not getting rufund till now. I have tried so many times to your representative but nobody solve my refund issues.

                          On december 27th i ordered some shoes on amazon charged the item on my visa credit card. It shows that it was charged to my credit card, but i have not received any verification on my email that any item has been shipped or been delivered. It would be appreciated if i would get some feed back on this issue or please credit my credit for a full refund since i didn't receive any notification of any kind.

                            My products are order in 22 December 2016 and its received by wrong person and when I want details they not given perhaps wrong person are belong my relative before past time three time Amazon Shop given a wrong person to my products and they refund it but when I want details they give name rupali who is she I don't know my time are very lost so I want details of conflicts and want apply the criminals act415 or jail . because its reduculous with me or waste my time.                               I tried adding a money to amazon pay balance by mistake i cancelled the order transaction but order was created in the system as i have clicked something the transaction was failed.
                              And i again have made the fresh transaction and added a money to amazon pay balance successfully and purchased what i wanted to buy.
                              But i re- logged into my amazon account after some time and there was a notification to revise the payment thinking that all my transaction were failed
                              I have revised the payment again for 5, 000 Rs more added to my amazon pay balance which i do not need to buy anything now and i had called amazon customer care did not get the proper resolution, I need that money refunded considering the exemption as they can see my order history.

                                  On 20th Dec 2016 I have place order for 3 products on amazon.in which are one plus one back cover amounting Rs.509, sindhi footware of Rs. 499 and taat footware of Rs. 499.
                                  I had amazon pay balance of Rs. 793 which I used to place order. Remaining Rs. 714 I paid using my credit card. I received an autoconfirmation email from amazon about division of payment which says that for taat footware Rs. 293 is used from Amazon pay balance and remaining Rs. 205 is paid through credit card.
                                  I returned one product which is taat footware of Rs. 499.
                                  But now Amaozn has returned all the payment i.e. Rs. 499 as Amazon pay balance. As per their email it should be partially returned to Amazon pay balance and partially to my credit card.
                                  As per my conversation with their customer care executive for about 47 mins, that it was a fault with amazon but now they cannot revert the payment method.
                                  It's the second time this is happening. amazon is forcing customers to shop with amazon only by refunding the amuont as amazon pay balance.
                                  I want my money in my original mode of payment.

                                      Product delivery was supposed to be on 28 Dec-2016 by 8pm, but courier guy failed to delver it on time and wrongly updated the status saying customer was unavailable.Courier guy didn't even cal customer before delivery where I was waiting at home for that parcel.
                                      Amazon.in became very worst to provide its service, I had ordered TV on 19th December and they mentioned expected delivery on 25th but after complaint they shipped on 26th from Gurgoan Courier until that my product was there itself. Very worst transportation service. Never order with amazon.

                                        Last week complaint had been lodged about the misuse of my father in law's card kindly update on the refund of the amount of Rs. 30000. Just now got a call again from No. [protected] from Deepak Sharma stating that amount will be refunded from amazon. This person is not ready to send an email from amazon saying the system is down.
