I had Rs. 1535 in amazon pay balance and i am going to add Rs.14 to it for buying something and they put my account on hold after mailing to account specialist team i give them all the required information they closed my account ... account specialist team has only one mail that they paste to everyone that we closed your account...in simple terms they are money scamers when they got some money in the amazon account they block it for there personal use...and if you try to talk to there customer executive they will end the chat for example there executive monica

    Hi,
    I have purchased a moto g4 plus mobile from amazon on 20th dec'16 [order #[protected]]. After using the product for 2 days i found it is having some issue while charging as it is taking 8 hours to charge the device instead of turbo charging facility (Which takes maximum 2 hours to get fully charged). Now customer care team saying that it will take 5-7 business days for the replacement process. Like the defective product will be picked up within in 24 hours then after that 5-6 days will take to get new product, in the mean while i'll need to have phoneless. As it is not posible for me to stay phoneless i asked for refund and they are saying refund facility is also not available. This is a customer harresment and poor customer service provided by amazon customer care executives. I need either a replacement on the same days the defective product picked up or a refund for this faulty product.

    Wtf !!! Fix amazon.in and give my money back
    Use some common sense. Any Ecommerce website does that because fisrt they check whether u have sent the same phone back. then they send your new phone. And I have been using Amazon since a pretty long time and I can see that on the SBIN0011698 it is mentioned that any electronic item cannot be returned amd can only be replaced. some people like you do not value the features provided by these kind of websites.

      Have purchased one mobile case
      ORDER NUMBER #[protected] from Amazon that was showing under the category of Metal protective covers worth INR 595 on 12th Dec 16 after paying the full amount online. Have received my product on 17th Dec 16.

      I was shocked when I opened the packet "one low quality plastic cover was there which is available for INR 99 on other online websites" immediately after which I've applied for return of this package after asking full refund. The product shown in the images was totally different from what it was been delivered.

      I always trusted Amazon but now after this misleading incident I would never prefer buying things from here where there is no guarantee of quality of authenticity.

      Further, next day one Amazon representative came to pick up the return package very rudely he asked " Kya problem hai ismein toota thodi hai kyun return karna hai reason batao" --I said this product is different from what I've ordered.
      Then he had called someone and asked "Sir inka product galat aaya hai" I dunno what that person replied from other end after which that Amazon guy said "Main ise nahin leke jaa sakta koi aur aayega 2 din mein wo le jayega" I asked the reason, he replied my machine is not working so it is not possible.

      After this pain I've waited for more than 2 days & called up Amazon customer service number where I was given assurance that product will surely be picked up within 24 hrs from now. Still no one has picked the package and its lying as it was since 10 days. And cherry on the cake is that over that I've received text message from Amazon that your return request has been cancelled at the time of return.

      Want my product to be returned & refunded on immediate basis to avoid any further consequences that may spoil the image of your brand.

        Above Order I was supposed to receive on Monday 19th December 2016, which I didn't received till today (23rd December 2016). In the order status it was mentioned than delivery attempted on 19th December but really it was never attempted (1st Lie) . When I called Amazon on 21st Dec Morning they said that order was returned due to defective product (2nd Lie). Same day when I called again some other executive said the product is Okay and it is with the courier office and I will get the product delivered Next Day (3rd Lie).
        On 22nd December Morning I called again to Amazon they said the Product will be delivered to Me today which was not delivered till evening (4th Lie). Finally I called courier department yesterday evening, they said there is some issue from Amazon Itself.

        Amazon Blaming Courier Office and Courier Office Amazon.

        There is no coordination between Amazon Executives and Between Amazon and Courier department, They just keep our phone lines on hold and does nothing.

        Order delivery is already delayed by a week now, I demand credit against the problems I have faced as credit now.

          I am from India and I have an issue with Amazon not refunding my money of amount Rs 47, 580.

          I had cancelled an order of a laptop on Dec 14th due to it's unavailability with the seller and requested for a refund of Indian rupees 47, 580.

          It's been 8 working days till now and still I have not got my refund back to my icici bank account.

          I have contacted Amazon customer care atleast a 100 times through emails and calls and no one is ready to help me and what they have to say is ask me wait wait wait.

          I don't see any progress and I am really frustrated with the services Amazon has to provide me.

          Could you kindly help me on this regard...my order number is #[protected].

          Do find the debit screenshot from Amazon and no refund credit has been done till date.

                  Myself vishal I placed order on 12 DEC oneplus3t 128gb and my delivery date is 19 DEC but today on 22 DEC end of the day I don't have my mobile parcel. I also contact amazon executives so many times but they give me kick pass one to another to another like I m a football. All the members on chat of amazon are making me fool .I have also a lot of my conversation history with their executives every time they told me ur request is on high priority bases. But in practical they do nothing just ignored me. Bcoz of these type of services I lost many things .waste of time, family relation get horrible becoz of amazon irritating me so much. I m already their prime member also after all they are doing with me like it . I can't any guess which are not prime member how they deal with them .

                  I face the same issue. delivery was for which location?? my was Noida. tracking showed that it reached Noida courier facility on Sun 18th. But never got delivered.

                    I placed an order for T-Shirt o[censored]CB brand on Amazon on 6 dec 2016 which was successfully delivered to me on 9 dec 2016 with order id i.e.[protected] and later on I returned that product for proper size on 10 dec 2016 and requested for the refund amount Rs.965 in my bank account.

                    I had called customer care of Amazon several times for the refund but everytime they are pretending that we have refunded the amount to your bank account which is not happened yet. I have even provided them the statement of my account as a proof but still they are making excuses one after another. And I have also cross verified form my bank regarding the same but nothing has been deposited by the Amazon.

                    These kind of fraudulent activity do not befit to a prestigious company like Amazon. Some actions should be taken against such a fraud company.

                          anyone does even care to look at such emails..

                          SEND THIS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES LEADERSHIP TEAM

                          1) My priority concern WAS why the Replacement order was returned. BUT seeing the amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE my focus changed.
                          2)
                          Scene 1: My first order returned from like 20 miles from the address of Delivey and when contacted I was said the item got Damaged.
                          Scene 2: The above was conveyed to me by someone called CSR1 (Please check the logs if incorrect) and she promised that a GC of 50Rs will be credited which never happened and I really DONT CARE. Even during the chat I showed my displeasure of getting that GC.
                          Scene 3: After couple of discouraging interaction with the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSR) I decided to have a replacement order. Initially I decided not to order again but being a Prime CUSTOMER in US, I was melt to go ahead with the replacement order.
                          Scene 4: Today I received a mail again saying the item was returned to the seller. AGAIN FROM THE SAME PLACE IT WAS RETURNED EARLIER. WT!!!
                          Scene 5: Reached to CSR with hope of getting some information and assistance. I was first connected to CSR2 . She casually looked into the order and said it was returned to seller ... and obviously she don't know what to do in such situations. May be she is a fresher. I got frustrated and then made her frustrated; by now she is in no mood to provide any information and told 'i[censored] want to escalate email to cs [protected]@amazon.in' .. as though she was so attentive and providing me with all the details.. don't know if people in India do know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE?
                          Scene 6: the above lady connected me to CSR3 from Leadership team and with interaction with her I found why CSR2 Was having cold response..
                          Yeeessss you guessed it .. 'BOTH REALLY DIDNT CARE ABOUT A CUSTOMER!'
                          I asked the question to CSR2 that didn't anyone from US took session on CUSTOMER Service.. only to find out from CSR3 that the Answer is NO. It seeems CSR2 didn't even knew there was a Amazon US ecommerce website... btw I know some Session was provided by US CSR team as the way u start and end is like in US style but the actual content in the middle is like Indian style...

                          In fact CSR3 said directly that the money will be returned and that's all Amazon can do per the policy... Yeah Mam I know that.. give us CUSTOMERs some break...

                          Really Amazon.in .. are you going to have such a CSR AND ITS LEADERSHIP team... if so we will have lots of fun email like this... LOl... BTW.. after writing all this I really don't care what u do... as I know nothing will happen and you don't give a beep to customers satisfaction... the least I would have expected was to refund the money immediately... if it was a return from my end I agree the money should be refunded only after the return receipt by seller.. in this case we have never seen even the Courier vehicle passed anywhere near our house.

                            I didnt recieve my product even after its payment. please take sppedy action for a better customer satisfaction of your valuable service. i booked my product on 10/12/16 and i was assured that i will be recivng the product on or within 21 st of december. But when ask their customer service executives, they reply that the product is out of stock now and wait for another 2 days. im totally feel cheated and frustrated by their service.

                              I had placed an order with amazon.in with order No.[protected] for a mobile phone. Payment was made on emi basis from my credit and bank debited the amount and related charges and approved the payment. Order has been placed on 08.12.2016 and the order got confirmed. On 09.12.2016 the item ordered has been dispatched by the store and it has been updated against the order and it was stated that the order will be delivered between 14-19 December, 2016. Tracking id of the package or other tracking details were not provided and i had intimated this to the store using the contact link available in amazon order details. It might have reached to the store and they hadn’t responded. The due date of delivery expired on 19.12.2016 and delivery details has been updated as reaching the destination soon and the order will be delivered in time and item hadn’t received. On 20.12.2016 I had contacted amazon customer service via their chat option in which the first customer service agent taken up the issue and assured that the order has been looked in to and assured that the item of order will be delivered within one or two days. It was also informed by the customer service agent that there was an issue with the supplier M/s. NGO Store, and the item of order is yet to be dispatched. This was against the fraudulent information against the order details that the item has been delivered since 09.12.2016. On the evening of 20.12.2016, after contacting the customer service of amazon i had received an update that the order has been reverted and refund process initiated. I had contacted the amazon customer service again in this regard and to resolve the problem, where i got a very unethical attitude of customer service from three customer service agents of amazon, each time different agents. Not only my concern had addressed to the concerned nor has complaint been resolved.
                              In the deal i had came across with various unnecessary monetary and virtual losses:
                              1. By way of processing charges of the amount by the bank for emi payment, credit exceeding charges.
                              2. Unnecessary payment of interest at an exorbitant rate.
                              3. Mischievous and fraudulent information from M/s. Amazon.in.
                              4. Virtual losses on account o[censored]navailability of credit facility when available limit has been locked up for no purpose.
                              5. Hardships faced by unnecessary waiting for the item to be received and nonfulfilment of various personal matters.
                              6. Limited chances of availability of the desired item of order at the cost of the time of order and the additional financial burden which is significantly exorbitant to the initial expense plan.
                              7. Hardships faced on unethical and inappropriate dealing of the matter by the customer service agents of amazon.

                              I hd order on 29/11/2016 n recd on 01/12/2016 on evening. But tab is not working properly n i hd complain on 05/12/2016. n they suggest to go lenovo service centre. they check but not working.
                              i told to Amazon people to Refud or to buy another product. but they r not suppot.
                              my Tab is also at Lenovo Service Centre right now.

                                I want to submit a complaint against amazon.com. I ordered seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with 200gb of cloud storage on 26 october 2016. Cost of this product was 3797 inr on that time. I paid same amount in advance. But after 15 days when i called to complaint regarding i do not receive my hardisk then they assured me that your product will reach as soon as possible. After 40 days from order i did not get my hardisk. During this period i called 5 to 6 times at amazon customer care. Each time they assured me we will deliver you hardisk.
                                But they cancelled my order without my information & refund my amount after 2 months. Now cost of same product is apprx. 4500 inr.
                                They used my money two months with out delivery of my product & cost of same product has hiked by apprx. 700 inr.

                                  Refund for order Id :[protected] is not credited. Amazon claims that refund was initiated from their end on 3rd December 2016. I cannot see the refund in my bank account summary till date.
                                  I have had rounds talking to customer executives of amazon & my bank involved - Citibank. Amazon executives claim refund transaction was successful & provide me with a transaction Id. Citibank executives cannot find the transaction Id & keep requesting for ARN number. After many calls to Amazon, i understand that since the purchase was made through netbanking, ARN number is not involved. When the same is communicated to citibank, they say they cannot investigate the issue until they find an ARN no. I don't know where the refund is stuck...I have had my share of calls talking to customer care executives of both & the issue does not seem to be resolving since the past 2 weeks. I want my refund amount back as soon as possible. Whoever is responsible, Please take the initiative & process the refund.

                                      I had placed an order for a tommy hilfiger watch which was for 11, 306 & for my brothers birthday. The delivery team left the watch with some neighbours whom I don't even know! Still, being co-operative I have checked with all my neighbours who claimed that they received nothing. I did not even ask Amazon or the delivery team to leave my parcel elsewhere, still they did not bother and left it. I had been saving money to buy this watch since months. When I asked to give my money or the watch back, they asked me to wait for 4-5 days which is un-acceptable.
                                      They left my brother without a gift, me disappointed & depressed & my money has been taken.
                                      Please help! The advisors bluntly disconnect my calls, chats. They do nit even respond to my emails and my tweets.

                                        I'm being ordering from Amazon and lately I've received the worst services from them

                                        each time they have kept my fund stuck in refund process and in Amazon GC/Pay
                                        I had requested them to refund it to my bank and close my Amazon account but they are not supporting me.
