    I have purchased P55 Novo 4G mobile on 7/12/16 in Amazon.in by looking at the description provided saying it supports OTG.
    After getting the mobile, when I checked it physically, the mobile doesn't support OTG.
    As OTG is my priority, I can't use this mobile now. it is of no use.

    But I can't even return the mobile to Amazon because of some return/ refund policy.

    When I enquired about the same with Amazon, they asked me to confirm the same with Panasonic. They also said me that the mobile is not compatible with OTG.

    I need help in refund.

    Amazon is asking me to talk to Panasonic and get the Written record or Service Letter saying that the mobile doesn't support OTG.
    But there's no reply from the Panasonic for the sent mail.
    Pathetic service from Panasonic and also Amazon.

      It has been more than 11 months using Amazon Account Today I receive mail that My Account is suspended because they said infringing intellectual property rights.
      The tone of the email didn’t give me a lot of hope. It’s clear that Amazon is not willing to provide details on how they made this determination, or leave an opportunity for appeal. And to be clear, I’m certain that I’ve tripped a false positive of some sort. I have never used another seller account on Amazon.in. Its people say they are not bound to answer questions of sellers. They can suspend any account at their wish.
      Amazon thinks India is under American rule. Such foreign companies should not be allowed to India to loot innocent people.

      Amazon.in just closed my seller account. No warning, no details.

        I had bought a Medella Swing Maxi Electric Breast Pump online on amazon for INR 17, 000..however the same did not work properly and was useless..I called up the customer care..they made me wait for 15 days while checking internally how should the product be returned..and finally i got a call from them on 7th December informing me that baby products are not returnable and we cannot do anything about it..horrible customer service..i have faced this issue always with amazon..you need to keep calling them up and following up on your orders but they will never call you back..on top of that the solution they provide is of no help at all..very disappointed..I want to return the product and get my money back..please help me in the matter and do let me know if any additional information is required from my end

          Dear Sir,

          I had placed order for 8gb ram on Dec 5 2016. and its delivered to me on Dec.7 nearer to 8 pm.

          After receiving the package, i had connected to my pc, there follows a beep sound, so iam unable to use it. So i had to return the product. I kept a request on that So i scheduled a pick up at 8 to 11 am on Dec. 8 2016

          Almost a Day completed, still today Dec.9th 2016 No Customer service people had contacted the address to make the pickup.

          Kindly make the pickup early and refund at the earliest.

              Hi, Recently I purchased one Samsung galaxy On5 pro drom Amazon India. When I received the product it was slightly damaged. Then I requested return for the product, they accepted my return request, after two days one guy has received the product and provided one receipt for the same. But when he provided the receipt he mentioned that tracking number as wrong number, lime he missed one digit on that. So when I called Amazon again they informed me that they did not receive any product feom my end and return request has been cancelled. I called more than 5 times and they neglected me every time. They disconnect my calls. They don't respond properly. Finally they told that they can not do anything on this. So please helo me on this.

                    I have bought this product on 5 dec 2016 and on 8 dec morning i saw it has been cancelled from seller end. I called customer service they dont have any idea about why this product has been cancelled and they told that they have initiated the refund on 5145 rupees which is the actual amount which is appreciated but i have choosen the EMI option while payment so i will be charged with 225 rupees for the EMI transaction charge which is one time charge.When i tried to contact customer service a person called RICHARD received the call and told me they cant refund the amount 225 rs because it has charged from bank but i dont really understand i have neither cancelled the product nor i did told anybody to cancel it, it is the seller which you suppose to get hold of they cancelled the product and i will be panalised for this with 225 ruppes why i will be charged when i have not done any wrong in this issue .I want my money back to my credit card account .Customer service told me that they can only provide me coupon for this but i dont understand why i am going to accept the coupon and for that agin i neeed to pay some amount which might again gone through cancelation fro seller end. It has been an issue for my account for last 2 months 3 items has been cancelled either by seller or courier. If this would not be solved then i will go to consumer court because it is the customer has to suffer i have been penalised with 225 ruppes without doing anything if this will be the case then i will afraid buying anything online.The system should be transparent which will serve the betterment of customer .The customer service is also rude and dropped the call twice.Please refund my money to my account or else i will have to put a case in court against amazon . my order id( is HomeTown Allen 2-Door Wardrobe with Mirror (Walnut) ...ORDER #[protected]

                      I had complained about this to customer care and I spoke to Ms. Sangeetha, but I was told it is not possible to do changes in bill to address. When it is not my fault, and the order booking summary clearly states the correct bill to address, how can Amazon, mention the bill to address as the same as ship to address.

                        I bought an Ipod on 9th December 2105. I did not receive any invoice for the product then.

                        Now, my Ipod has gone bad 4 months back (August 2015) and when I went to authorised apple service centre, they asked me the invoice with serial no. as they were suspecting that the Ipod was not authentic.

                        Since August I have been contacting the seller, Amazon customer desk. I have written nearly 30 mails, made nearly 20 calls but each and every time I was asked to wait for 2 or 3 days.

                        Its 8th December today and still i haven't received the invoice and tomorrow (9th December) my warranty would get over. What should I do?

                        Just because the carelessness of amazon employees and seller, I cannot let my 20, 000 go in waste.

                        Please help.

                          My complain is regarding this order which i have placed with Amazon India.

                          I have not received the send product in this order
                          The complain is regarding the second item "Eureka Forbes Easy Clean"

                          I made this online purchase from Australia to be delivered to Indian address

                          The order has not been received neither has anyone come for a delivery on
                          3rd of December 2017 . My order status is showing the person has come for
                          delivery on 3rd of December which is wrong as expected delivery was awaited
                          at the address but no one came. In this regard my father twice had a
                          telephonic conversation with customer care operator but he doesn't seem to
                          really interested in solving the matter and saying that the parcel has been
                          delivered . If that is the case who has signed on the received delivery
                          document and where is that.

                          I send mail to the seller regarding this matter but i have not received any
                          reply .

                          Can you please check the status and immediate deliver the product

                            I have ordered my 10 product and those supposed to be delivered on 17 th and 21 Nov 2016. But those products has not delivered. I called multiple times to Amazon customer care but they not reply me with proper answers. Amazon customer care cunning with me and they finally cancel my order even after I have submitted my all Transaction details with my gift card and SBI credit card. This was limit they sent an email and SMS early in the morning 4am just reply that your account had been cancelled and refund will be initiating in 24 hours. But Amazon not refund it not called for explanation. This was very hectic and disappointed to me. It was pass one month I raised many complaints to customer care but they are just careless about my order, money and time. This was very unsatisfied to buy thigs from Amazon.in.
                            If Amazon not going to resolve this issue then I have to break trust on his product and services.

                                I am regular customer of Amazon, my user id is diwakar.[protected]@rediffmail.com
                                I bought one Konami contra 8 bit cassette some day before which is showing in website currently but I got some other contra game cassette.
                                It's ok but when I going to start it, it's not working properly from start now, then I choice the option of replacement but amazon want to more expenses from me, they said print the complaint copy and courier to new Delhi.
                                That's why I am going to stop buying any product from amazon next time.

                                  I have purchased one samsung LED smart curved tv model no UA40KU6300UHD by order no of Amazon.in[protected]. I received the product on 08.11.16. I contacted Samsung service centre vide request no [protected] on 11.11.16. Technical person from Samsung service centre visited my place on 15.11.16 but denied free installation on the plea that the product is of foreign make. I reported the event to Amazon India customer care repeatedly. Every time I got the mail from Amazon to wait for some time. I received last mail from Sanjay G on 04.12.16 requesting me to wait for further 48 hours . After that though 48 hours has elapsed no communication is sent to me in this regard. So I am at a loss now how the said tv is to be installed. Please help me to solve the issue.

                                    I have purchased Lenovo K4 Note mobile and order No#[protected]

                                    on 15- Feb-2016.
                                    Due to heavy heat and replaced with another device on 21-Feb-2-016 with order No #[protected].
                                    Now I am facing below problems.
                                    1. Not able to charging the device.
                                    2. Not able to see the display screen.

                                      Hi All,
                                      This is very frequent case happening from Amazon. I placed an orderwith no #[protected] which was already paid.The delivery date was 4th December 2016 but till now it has not been delivered.

                                      On 4th it was updated in site as additional address required which was not even necessary. Already Maxcure hospitals, Hitech city is a big landmark.

                                      Then I contacted to Amazon customer care several times, from that day it was updated as Product Out for Delivery.

                                      But no one came to deliver. Luckily on 7th December I got the deliver person's number([protected]), but he played with me and did not deliver the product. And in my amazon account I found the product has been delivered which was false.

                                      We are really very disappointed with amazon for their worst customer service policy and courier service.

                                      Request you to escalate it and provide a good lesson to them.
                                      It was wastage of our money and time too.

I have returned my purchased item on 26 or 27 October 2016. and my return pick up schedule no. was[protected]. but I have not received my amount in my bank account. you have converted my refund amount in Gift Card Balance but I don't want any product from your online shopping because your product's prices so high from the market rate and customers reviews are not good. so my gift card balance transfer to my bank a/c . otherwise i will go consumer court against your your company. so please don't waste time my and your company in court cases. please refund my amount to my bank a/c.
