I ordered a mobile phone on 29/10/16. got it delivered on 31/10/16. Its touch stopped working on 04/11/16. When I tried returning this from my order page it was asking run a app on mobile. since my mobile was not working I called them. They said that I have to go to manufacturer service centre and get the job sheet/service denied certificate. I told them, I am a working professional and I cannot go since service centre is operational in working...

I have ordered Europa twin pad lock & done the payment through debit card. After 4 to 5 days when I check tracking details I saw the message, delayed delivery as per customer request in Ahemadnagar. How can this possible even I don't get any call from courier & even I am not staying in Ahemadnagar. & in tracking details I see the reverse arrow. Very poor service of amazon. Wants a quick reply....

I ordered an hp cartridge 703 (black) long back with advance payment. I was informed on 3rd of Nov.2016 that no one was available for receiving delivery. This is 100% false. OK even if the delivery person could not find me, why did he not ring me up ? Why does the Company ask customers to mention the Mobile Number? My order No is Order Id:[protected]. Its a matter of shame for a company of this fame.

I purchased a philips viva air fryer on amazon. I opened the pack two days back and find that they have delivered a broken product. Now they are refusing to replace it saying i have delayed in raising the complaint. Attached photographs will show that product has not even been used and it is complete packaging failure.
