I was placed a order for 88A COMPATIBLE TONER CARTRIDGE ON 12/10/2016
Order No. is (#[protected] and the article was received, but when I open the pocket I saw the article is dameged . I was complaint for that and ask for replacement the article .On 19/10/2016 the article was pickup by the persone name by Devendra. Then on the Date 18/11/2016 I have got the messages that the order of the same is cancelled form you. But till I have not get Refund Rs. 500 which I was paid for the article. So I request you please refund my Rs. 500 as early as possible.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      I am Mr. Kausik Ganguly purchased a Micromax Canvas 5 Model No. – P 290 on online purchase from your site. After opening the parcel I came to know that there is no slot for SIM card in this model.
      Now I can’t understand how to use the tab without SIM card.

      In the site there is nothing mentioned about the details features of this model regarding SIM related at the time of booking.
      Hence, my humble request to you if can replace this model with another model which having SIM slot.
      if you require any extra money for replacement or for the set I will pay.
      I will be obliged to you if look into this matter in the humatarian ground and do the replacement.

        Its been so many days since I logged a complaint and still AMAZON India is refusing to provide me my Gift Cards. Its been 2 months and they are sending me e-mails every time changing the dates of Gift vouchers.
        A simple calculation even if 1000 customers would have bought iPhone 7 during that period, Amazon would have fraudulently promised to pay INR 8000 worth of Gift Cards to all those customers so Amazon is saving INR 8000000 which is a huge amount.
        Guys calculate the interest savings on this amount... Huge.
        Awesome Amazon... way you are making a fool of all the customers in India.
        I bought an iPhone 7 from Amazon.in on October 01, 2016 when Amazon had an offer that the customer will get Amazon Gift Card worth INR 8000 along with HDFC Bank credit card cashback of INR 11000. They clearly mentioned the HDFC cashback will happen by January 05, 2017 however there was no information about Amazon gift card of INR 8000.
        When I tried to get in touch with Amazon, I was told that I will get my gift vouchers of INR 8000 by Nov 30. Even on Nov 30 I did not receive anything. Upon contacting Amazon, I was not offered any help and they again sent me a mail stating that I will get the Gift card by Nov 30.
        Late in the evening I finally got an e-mail that I will now get my vouchers by December 31, 2016.
        Its been 2 months already since I bought the phone and they haven't given the gift card. Now they are again saying that it will take another month. Amazon did this false commitment to increase their sales of iPhone. They don't have any intentions of giving the vouchers to customers.
        I have 2 e-mails from Amazon committing that I will get the vouchers by Nov 30 (screenshot attached) and still they are not giving.
        Somebody please contact me so that I can file a legal suit against Amazon for not giving the vouchers for 2 months and now again asking for 1 more month.
        Amazon has done this fraud and I am sure they must be doing this with all the customers who bought iPhone 7 during that offer. Amazon saved all this gift card money by showing the fraud gift card messages to customers.

        Nobody is even looking at my complaint.
        I got a call from Amazon last week and was told that I will get the vouchers in next 2 days and now they have refused and even saying that they never promised me that I will get it in next 2 days.
        I have been told that I will get the voucher by Dec 31.
        I was also told by AMAZON that if I will complaint again against them, they will never give me the gift card of INR 8000.

              Dear sir/mam,
              I have ordered a samsung galaxy j2 6 on 12nov 2016 from amazon, order id[protected] but i have received wrong product samsung j-2 instead of j-2 6.
              I tried to lodge a complaint with amazon customer service but they are not ready to lodge a complaint and also not ready to return the product.
              This is a case of fraud from such a big organisation amazon india.
              On amazon bill...it is mentioned that receipt is of samsung galaxy j2 6 but actually it is samsung galaxy j2 .
              For your confirmation please go through the imei which is printed on bill is of samsung galaxy j2
              All the bills and mobile phone photos are attached for your conformation

              We are mentally harassed. Please provide solution in this case.

                I bought a Samsung A3 mobile phone from Amazon India that was showing LTE Network phone in Amazon website.

                But after buying this phone, i noticed that this phone is not LTE (4g) mobile phone. Again i have checked my previous order and clicked product page where i bought this phone and saw that there was still showing LET in mobile classification.

                i called and sent many emails to Amazon Indian to refund me because you sold me this phone by cheating. (you are showing LTE to Samsung A3 mobile phone whereas this phone is not LTE ).

                They (Amazon India) neither refund my money nor provided me any solution.

                How i can get back my money or any solutions?

                I have proof as i have mentioned in images.

                  I buy mobile 6999.00 on amazon online on date 8/8/2016, that time 10% off offer is running on if i use SBI Debit/Credit card. i use then they told me after 3 months cash back will get. and 3 months completed still i dont get cash back. and after i called a lot of time in amazon customer care then now they says i use netbanking option to buy but i didnt use netbanking. i had punched my card no. and order by mobile amazon app. pls take some legal action on them.

                    This is regarding a cancelled ORDER #[protected] and refund not provided for last 16 Days. My credit card has been charged and the Seller never received the money. My transaction shows RS 14001 to Amazon India where as around 150 was also deducted.

                    I am unable to raise the AZ claim. Customer care is of minimal help here.

                    I have been calling the call center for past 6 days but nothing has been done.

                      I placed twice prepaid orders on two different sellers thru Amazon and after sometime Amazon cancelled my order as sellers failed to ship the items. Amazon dont take any action against such sellers and I got no solution from Amazon. There must be tough action against such seller and buyer must be protected. I suffered two way i.e. Amazon enjoyed my money for almost 10 days for each order and lost due to non-receipt of item on my expected date, which derail my plan to use of product.                           On 11/23/2016, i placed an order for 2 cartridges of hp 56 ink, (Order #[protected], and then i immediately cancelled it and put a different order in place of it. On my discover account (Item mbws71ds9i) i was charged (11/23/2016) $53.93 for the original order (2 of hp56 ink). Also, my account stated that this original order was delivered to the person at the front desk of my condo receptionist. It was never delivered. So, i did not authorize the charge of $53.93 to my credit card, nor did i receive that original order that i had cancelled in due time.

                            Hello,

                            I had placed an order with amazon for value of 20, 000 inr, with next business day delivery. After successive contacts to customer care through chat & phone, here is the latest status.

                            12/1 11 am: product displayed on amazon site with guaranteed delivery 12/2 8 pm (Product value 20k inr)
                            12/1 12:30 am : order submitted, and received “congratulatory” message (After repeated “payment failure” errors!, not amazon’s fault i guess) paid 20k to amazon for the product.
                            12/1 7 pm : contacted customer care on chat support, to confirm if product will be available next day
                            12/2 4 pm : received the 1st lie – “amazon tried to deliver but customer could not be reached”… no calls received or missed by me the whole day!
                            12/2 : at the designated 8 pm, no update
                            12/2 8 pm : received the 2nd lie – “amazon tried to deliver but customer could not be reached”… no calls received or missed by me the whole day!
                            12/2 8 pm : contacted customer care on toll-free, only to hear that the product will be delivered today without fail!
                            12/3 4 pm : received an automated call, asking if the product is delivered, or change the delivery date. Respectfully requested to deliver next available slot.
                            12/3 6 pm : received the 3rd lie – “amazon tried to deliver but customer could not be reached”… no calls received or missed by me the whole day!
                            12/4 10 am (After 2 full days, since amazon is supposed to be working on saturday as well) : contacted customer care only to know that the product cannot be delivered due to whatever their reasons were! “customer service leadership team” asked me to cancel the order, and wait for 5-10 days to get a refund. Also, suggested to place another order for the same product, and wait for another 3 – xx days, to hear such an answer.
                            With all due respect,
                            • i never asked for the product to be delivered the next day.
                            • i paid for the product in advance
                            • i have deposited 20k to amazon, without anything in return
                            • i have to wait for another 5 – 10 business days to get my money back
                            • i have to pay for another phone out of my pocket, and pray for it to be delivered

                                When i was purchasing mobile phone from amazon they were levying delivery charges on every product in amazon rs 100 for delivery no free delivery in website and they were misleading customers not to purchase products in amazon so they made only limited stocks if we try to purchase item no stock available and they were playing with public and they were very idiotic psycology and made each customer a bluff and customers were becoming frustrated to choose products in amazon and very hope less and worst behavior of amazon chat agents. They wer trying to play games and making customers bluff. Without having stock they were demanding customer to purchase.

                                Without any stock how to purchase. They cant understand simple thing

                                  I have purchased a Samsung LED Smart curved 40 inches tv model no UA40KU6300UHD from Amazon.in through order no 403-[protected].In the product detail free installation and one year warranty is promised. The said tv is delivered to me on 08.11.16. I contacted Samsunng for installation .But they refused free installation and warranty telling me the product is of foreign make. I repeatedly request Amazon.in for resolving the issue. Every time they communicated me to wait. Please show me the way to resolve the issue.

                                    Please be informed that I had bought clothing drying stand from Amazon online on 27th Oct, I didn't like the quality of the product hence I requested them to provide the refund however seller had denied it.

                                    When I bought the product no time limit for replacement/return was provided, neither it was mentioned that buyer need to arrange courier in case of return.

                                    I was told that the return time was till 5th Nov hence I can not claim refund now and need to bare with it. I raised the refund request on 8th of Nov.
                                    I had escalated to so many levels but they don't want listen seems.

                                      I have purchased mobile hand set moto g4+ on 09.08.2016 with SBI debit card .Order no.[protected] which was delivered on 14.08.2016. 10% cash back offered at that time was not received till adte. we have contacted so many times customer care, but no effect. I have no option left other than approaching consumer forum or Finance Ministry. Please solve the problem immediately.

                                        Hi guys. My name is Gaurav bisht. I have ordered iphone 5s 16gb on 12 Nov. Before purchasing iphone i had consulted 3-4 amazon executives regarding any promotion code or cashback. They all said that i will be surely getting 15% as cashback i.e 15% of 20499 = 3075. They calculated like this and told very confidently that there was no need to worry about and under their guidance (misguidance later) i ordered my iphone. They also told that i will be getting confirmation cashback mail in 2-3 days and the cashback amount will be given after 3 months. Till 4 days i didnot received anything so i decided to chat again with amazon executives. Again i was informed that i will be surely getting confirmation of cashback in next 2 days. Like this till today they keep misguiding me and today i came to know that there were no cashback offer on the product i have purchased. Now guys why i am concerned about this matter because its not the fault of one executive its the bunch of executives who deceived me from past 20 days and the way they chat with me sounds so confident. They gave me surety that i will get the cashback and ask me not to worry about !! Now today they are informing me(and that too i started to ask ) that the product i have purchased has not cashback offer when i can not return the product!! Nice Job amazon. I am an old customer of amazon but from now i have to think twice before ordering a product because their customer support is worst !! I have one chat transcript with an executive ans i am attaching that below and you will find a series of misguidance and deceiving chats with another executives if you dig into the matter.

                                        i have receive a mail today regarding the cashback elegiblity . you can see how confidently they are saying "you are not eligible for the cashback"!!! If the same thing they told me before 20 days i would have been never purchased this item.
