I have ordered Redmi mobile on 12 August and I receive on 15 August. While using the mobile it has some problems I have raised return compliant they have checked using their online application. And accepted there is an issue in product. The they arrange for retun pick up. But the 1st return pickup is failed due to imei no mismatch this itself delayed and 2nd pickup also failed after contacting customer service they reschedule 3rd pickup by ECOM Express on 19 August and it was successful and the item reached the seller on 21 August 5.30 pm. Till now I have not received my refund Amount they have not initiated or process my refund. My Amazon account tracking show your item is pickup up once we receive the item refund will be process. This is on 25 August. When I asked customers support about the tracking issue they simply saying website errors. When I asked about my refund status they saying me to wait another 4 working days.. they are not even processing my refund till now 25 Aug

    I bout my Samsug f62 from amazon.in on 27/08/2021, I have bee getting notifaction that If I do not pay Rs 6000 to Flipkart my phone would be locked as per Flipkart Smart upgrade plan, Initialy I thought its an ad but upon checking I could find its a device notification and on checking google I could find many othr customers have also faced this issue, It seems seller had bough this device from fipkart avialing Flipkart Smart upgrade plan and sold it on amazon.in .Last date to pay Rs 6000 was on Aug 22nd 2022, I had contacted amazon.in on 19th Aug and several other times but received no help I was asked to wait for 4 days, it has passed, i am again being asked to wait and wait .My device will be locked and I may lose my precious data .Kindly help!!..Invoice and details are attached below .

      Hi,

      I had placed the order for a Lenovo Laptop from Amazon website for Rs.1, 09, 990 with the Order ID:[protected]
      They showed different product details and images on their website vs. the product that was delivered. Once that was confirmed that the details shown on their website were indeed different, Amazon accepted the request for return and refund and that's when the issues starting to begin.

      Nobody, ever since then, has come for pickup since 23rd Aug (first day scheduled for pickup) and the logistics team falsely updates the system indicating Device verification failed and cancels the pickup without even visiting my doorstep for pickup. NO ONE calls from Amazon customer care team or the Social Media team, and there is no email communication from their company providing any sort o[censored]pdates on what is going on with this case. Every day the pick up is shown as scheduled and then after a few hours gets cancelled automatically showing some false/random reasons. I really need this laptop picked up and return as it was a very high value and I'm really tensed with how they have frauded me with this purchase.

      Seeking all the possible help in escalating this and getting my full money refunded as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

      This is a screenshot from yesterday where the pickup was scheduled and falsely updated with random status when nobody even contacted me for return pickup or even showed up on my doorstep.

      Amazon has still not processed the refund even after receiving the product back into their warehouse for over 5 days (they got the product back on 28th Aug and it shows in the status that the refund would be processed in 2-3 days; they haven't done anything yet) and they are not responding as to when it would be processed. Could someone please escalate this to Amazon and ask them to see what's the delay in processing the full refund amount as communicated?

      It's the 8th Day since Amazon got the product back and they still haven't processed my refund. Can this be escalated to them please? I fear they are not looking at it anymore and my money is lost.

      Amazon has not refunded the full amount and deducted Rs.5000 from it for no reason. Requesting to escalate this to Amazon so that they refund my full amount and initiate the refund of the remaining Rs.5000 as well.

      There is no one from Amazon responding as to why they have not given the full refund of Rs.16, 600 vs. only Rs.11, 600. Their Social Media team had clearly mention in their email that Rs.16, 600 would be refunded back to my Amazon Pay Balance but they deducted Rs.5000 for no reason and they are now not responding to any of my queries. Kindly help escalate this to them please. This is a clear case of defrauding the customer as there was no intimation anywhere at all that there would be any deduction from the refund amount. All the attached screenshot show that I was expected to get back my Rs.1, 09, 990 rupees but they have only refunded Rs.1, 04, 990 up until now. I request this forum to help me please get my hard earned money back.

      It's the 8th Day since Amazon got the product back and they still haven't processed my refund. Can this be escalated to them please? I fear they are not looking at it anymore and my money is lost.

        I ordered a product from Amazon on 6 june 2022 and cancelled it on 10 june 2022. My refund was initiated and was supposed to reach my account by 14 june 2022 which they changed to 29 june 2022. Its 29 august 2022 today and I still have not received my refund. I called them a thousand times and all I get is wait for 3 days. One of their associates even lied to me about re initiating my refund and he even sent me a mail about it but there's...

        I had ordered one sleep well mattress from Amazon Prime member and delivery was on 2nd Aug but not delivered after week passed. Then I had complaint for refund but till today refund also not credited even after passed a month.

          I had ordered Amazon presto garbage bag worth Rs 325 from my prime account and it shows delivered 21st August but still it's not delivered to me till now.
          I tried to take this up with your pathetic customer service on phone but there is no action from your side even after 2 days after the complaint. It's not good to harass your prime customer like this which is fault of your logistics problem.
          Either refund me the amount or send me the product on immediate basis

            On 03-Aug-2022 I placed an order Deckup Versa wood engeenered study table with order id[protected] and paid Rs 6, 579.00 through my SBI debit card**†****4308. I didn't received any product and not received any refund. I called 50 times on Amazon customer care and they said refund has initiated on 16 August 2022. But till date (25/8/22) i received no refund. Please help

              I got stone inside the packing in place of my laptop after unboxing.
              i never expected this type of fraud from such a giant online ecommerce like Amazon.
              I was really disappointed by Amazon this time, and for this i had cancelled my second order of the same laptop.

                  I have purchased pack of Quaker Oats (400g pack) from Amazon with MRP shown as INR 190 and with discount price of INR 129 (33% discount)

                  However I found that the pack has actual MRP of INR 79. This is all false pricing and innocent customers are getting lured with high discounts and e-retailer is earning huge profits by fooling the customers.

                    I did a transaction (UPI), PRN[protected] on July 18th.
                    Amount Rs 2075.

                    I ordered a book, via UPI on Amazon.
                    Money was taken from my account my bank confirmed it, as I wanted to dispute with ICICI, since Amazon cancelled the order, saying they did not receive the money.

                    But ICICI bank, emailed me, saying, your transaction of Rs 2075 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary Amazon Pay account XXXXXXXXXX3360 on 18/07/2022 14:00:25 with RRN[protected].

                    I forwarded it to Amazon Pay.
                    I got a reply saying - I see that the order was cancelled due to the payment was hard declined. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method with in 3-5 working days. If not please contact your bank.

                    This was by Wed, Aug 17, 12:22 PM (7 days ago).

                    Still I have not received the money.
                    I approached Amazon again, they are saying, another 3-4 days to wait.

                    So I am tired of waiting want to seek for justice sooner.
                    Please help.

                      Hi, i have placed order by Croma TV ( Rs. 11K) - Prepaid

                      It was supposed to be delivered by 11th Aug,
                      today is 24th Aug & its still not dispatched

                      Calling customer support every alternate day, but not getting any proper response. only answer is 'Wait for 2 more working days, out team is looking into & will respond'

                      They are not cancelling the order or refunding the amount also

                          A refund has been made by amazon on 7th april 2021 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responses is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                              I ordered gift pillow from Amazon and they did this with me.My Problem did not get solved. First missing accessory was delivered in the parcel then on replacement the delivery boy not accepting the earlier parcel with missing accessory. I ordered a gift it was my bad that i choose amazon for it. Gifts have emotions with it and you've made a mess of it. would never order gifts hereafter and would not recommend anyone too for the same. will limit my purchases from amazon hereafter. i mean the gift after reaching the person is taken back imagine being at the receiving end of it.

                                I have ordered Pampers All round Protection Pants, Extra Large size baby Diapers, (XL) 136 Count Lotion with Aloe Vera. Order #[protected] and received yesterday. Received damaged product having leakage issue. Want to return it but Amazon saying that as it is non returnable they can't take return. So a product of Rs 2040 how can be non returnable?

                                    My parents ordered a product (AGARO SALVO LOCKER) from amazon.The seller delivered to us a damaged/broken and a cheap product. Due to my dad being out of town, he could check the locker and assumed it must be in working condition but when they checked after a week, they found that the Locker only opens up with a key but not with the lock PIN number. He raised this complaint to the seller a few times and they demanded videos which we sent to them 4-5 times. They then asked us to perform a few checks and send that video again to them which my father did. When we entered the locker Pin it showed open but the locker remained closed. It could only be opened up to buy a key that's defeating the purpose of Locker safe! After countless calls my father asked him for return or replacement of the product but the seller refused and made up this whole story that few spare parts are missing for the product and that they will order it from Chennai & it will take some time and when it arrives we will install it which can take weeks. Since my father is in his 60s he didn't argue much but the product is sitting there for a month or so without any use. On his behalf I stepped in and mailed the seller to provide me the refund for the product as it was delivered to us from the start as damaged and what is the guarantee that it will work after we wait for another few weeks? I don't want to invest my money & time in a brand that sells faulty products, it shows no real life span or genuine quality, Where does this happen when a customer buys a product and then waits for weeks/months to first get it repaired and then use it? Its just a fraud tactic to keep the customer hanging so that they forget about this after long & these brands get what they wanted - scamming customers of their money!! I then reached out to amazon and First someone told me to send the mail with my concern & that I will be contacted further, no one reached me out, then again your executive mentioned about some "Denial letter" & asked me to reach out to the seller and I did. He straight-away DECLINED that to my face saying he never even heard of this letter? I then forwarded the mail including the chat history with the seller & then I was told I will be contacted. It's been 1 month of running after AMAZON and more than 2 month running after the seller YET no one has reached out to me from AMAZON. Thier executives keep making this story that some docs are further required to take an action, I keep sending those to them & still nothing. First seller harrassed us wasting our time and now amazon is ignoring all the mails/everything so that customer forget about this and they can keep our money. Once I got the broken product, it's within my consumer rights to demand my money back. Its my choice.I am not doing charity here to give away my money for some cheap product from a so-called fake brand. On one end, the seller wasted our time for so many days and refused to return & declined my request and asked me to wait for the product's spare parts?!? Together AMAZON and the seller took advantage of the customer's patience and money. First of all, the seller sent me the damaged product. The mistake is on his part and who is suffering in this? me. I have a useless product sitting at my home for which I paid full 4200 bucks. This is highly unreasonable to ask me to wait & get it fixed. I didnt pay the seller half? I paid in FULL AMOUNT, I am not going to sit here and let the seller force his wishes on the customer just because they were old and helpless. This is so disgusting and real torture for me mailing and calling AMAZON all the time just to get our hard-earned money back! AND no response from Amazon making this experience worse and too disrespectful! I have written counteless complaints and mails to amazon and called them 50 times just to put on hold for 30 minutes and not giving me any resolution or my money back for which they scammed us by allowing the seller to send us fraudulant and cheap products. They are trying to bind us in a contract that there is a letter that I need to retrieve from the fraud seller then only they will give my money back. They have been delaying this far too long so that I get tired and stop trying.

                                      I had ordered few things from amazon and payment was prepaid. But i cancelled the order later and amazon confirmed that they have initiated the refund process on 20/7/2022. But even after one month of constant emails, calls and everything i haven't got my refund back. They said its been completed from their side and check with the bank. Bank has no clue about this refunded amount.
