Sir I got a Letter from Amazon ., Where return i have won 750000 . They called me and asked me to pay 7500 sevice tax 2nd time they called and asked to pay 22500 as GST and he told me that he will pay me my prize money I paid that amount but after sometime he called me again and asked to pay 45000 for NO objection Certificate but now he again messaged me to pay this amount
I trusted and i have paid 30000 total because it was Amazon company but it's big Fraud please take some action against them and if possible refund my money

    Request of -------- Refund of Rs 79990 against order id[protected] OR Send the received product back to customer.
    (Right now I don't have neither refund nor product.
    2 ISSUES I HAVE
    Sir, I sent the Same product of which I shared photos with amazon while making a request for return(Kindly check with photos, received by Amazon at the time of return request),
    and after the proper investigation by Amazon, return request was approved by amazon.i.e., my sent photos was right otherwise my return request would have been turned down(Rejected). Now the photos of the product can b verified with those photos and the product which I returned.

    And if the photos of the returned product (including serial number of the product) matches with those photos(including serial number of the product) which I shared with Amazon while making a request for return then Please, get the refund initiated.

    1st ISSUE

    If refund is not possible,

    Atleast, return my "sent item" back to me,
    I will pay courier charge.
    As, I have already paid Rs 79990 to you for seller as product cost.

    So, please get my item back or money back.
    whichever is possible.

    PLEASE, SOLVE MY ALL PROBLEM.
    Either get my money refunded Or get my sent (returned) item back to me.

      product(Travel adapter) was bought in offer. So amazon didnot ship the package, but it says product was damaged during shipment and they will refund.
      I asked to resend the product although it is late. Still now from 28.04.2022 till date no response from amazon although i spoke with their executives 4 to 5 times

        I have not received the refund till now and it’s been 23 days. Tired of chatting and calling Amazon customer service. Every time I am told that the refund will be credited in 3-5 days and that never happens. Refund confirmation mails like below were of no help either. And today when I chat with their team, simply asked me to contact next month.

          I really need help on the claim filed by the buyer on my order no.[protected] Amante Cotton Padded Underwire Comfort Plunge T Shirt Bra
          I received Amante Cotton Padded Underwire Comfort Plunge T Shirt Bra Different Product Received and after a return request too the pickup to receive Amazon Date 08.08.22 But Refund Amount Pending Please i have been your frequent customer along with that if it's not my fault why should i be in trouble. Please try to look into this and do the needful.

              I have ordered a backrest for my grandmother which we realised would not be helpful and requested a return. This was 21 July, and till now, 25 Aug, 7 times I had called customer care and requested pickup. Everytime i was assured it would be picked up for sure but no pickup is attempted, instead the pickup status is updated online as Package Carrier missing, hence, pick up failed. I do not receive any messages on mobile either that there would be a pickup that day.

              It's been more than a month and honestly I am fed up listening to false assurities and seeing no action. Moreover, I would be calling them tomorrow, Aug 26, to hear the same thing again. Additionally, I am always told advance refund cannot be initiated as product must reach wharehouse first. Please explain to me why am I suffering when the product is ready for pickup, your job is not done and yet my money is on hold.

              I implore Amazon India to please get their job done, and get the product I have packed and ready at the entrance, waiting for the delivery person, picked up.

                Order#[protected]

                A return pickup for an item (House of Quirk Universal Sofa Cover Big Elasticity Cover for Couch Flexible Stretch Sofa Slipcover) has been rescheduled 3rd time and every single time NO ONE has come for pickup. Amazon keeps just rescheduling the pickup date and promising it will '100% happen next time, but every single time, no one shows up for the pickup.

                I have called CC three times, and they have promised to escalate the issue. Two times they said, we are removing the validation check-up, and generating a return request on my behalf. The return procedure is completely and deeply flawed right now. It is basically a LIE. Please solve this issue. It has become a complete joke. I am a very old customer and this order is harassing a regular and loyal customer.

                On top of that, I also got notifications saying "Your return pickup is scheduled for 20Aug.. then 25Aug...", which got canceled automatically and nobody showed up for pickup.

                The CC has rescheduled it for 28 Aug and was saying not to take any load, it will be done this time, or else a full refund will be initiated. I didn't know back then, else would have taken the old return requests status too, but have taken the last 25th Aug's canceled request and its new request status of 28th AUG.

                Amazon India, please improve your return pickup services, due to this one has to cancel their plans and have to stay at home waiting for an agent to come and take the return pickup.

                Humble request, please improve your return pickup service.
                Hoping, on 28th Aug, the return pickup will be successful.

                    I bought a dishwasher from amazon india on the 6th of July 2022. The dishwasher was installed on 15th july 2022. During installation the technician told me that the dishwasher was perfect. On the 22nd July 2022 the dishwasher stopped working properly. The technician came and told me that a part is defective due to which the dishwasher cannot function well. He told me that the part needed to be ordered and he will replace the part in 10 days time. when that did not happen, i raised an escalation on 4th August which was closed on Amazon's side without give me any resolution. Iescalated the complaint on the 8th of August. They asked me time for next 5-7 working days post which they would think of replacement or refund. There has been no response from their side. All the calls, emails and chats have been initiated by me since the complaint was first raised. I called them back again on the 25th of August . Now they are asking me to wait for 24 hours. All the calls i am making are being dropped after keeping me on long hold. I am at a loss.

                      I am writing this letter to inform its been over a month i havent recieved a refund for my order number ORDER #[protected] for HEMOVIA International Eco Friendly Electronic LED Mosquito Killer Machine Trap Lamp, Theory Screen Protector Mosquito Killer lamp for USB Powered Funko POP!                           On 14 th August I ordered a dark violet shirt of Colourplus brand from amazon India. I was delivered a white coloured shirt instead. So I returned it on 18 th of August. The shirt reached the seller on 22 nd August. They had promised to refund my money as soon as they get back the shirt. However till today they have not refunded. Whenever I contact they are saying investigation going on. On 27 th we can disclose the results of investigation. My complaint is that the delivery guy had already verified the product before pickup. Then why investigation and my money being stuck. I’m a regular and valuable customer of amazon. Feeling very bad.

                            I have ordered Redmi mobile on 12 August and I receive on 15 August. While using the mobile it has some problems I have raised return compliant they have checked using their online application. And accepted there is an issue in product. The they arrange for retun pick up. But the 1st return pickup is failed due to imei no mismatch this itself delayed and 2nd pickup also failed after contacting customer service they reschedule 3rd pickup by ECOM Express on 19 August and it was successful and the item reached the seller on 21 August 5.30 pm. Till now I have not received my refund Amount they have not initiated or process my refund. My Amazon account tracking show your item is pickup up once we receive the item refund will be process. This is on 25 August. When I asked customers support about the tracking issue they simply saying website errors. When I asked about my refund status they saying me to wait another 4 working days.. they are not even processing my refund till now 25 Aug

                              I bout my Samsug f62 from amazon.in on 27/08/2021, I have bee getting notifaction that If I do not pay Rs 6000 to Flipkart my phone would be locked as per Flipkart Smart upgrade plan, Initialy I thought its an ad but upon checking I could find its a device notification and on checking google I could find many othr customers have also faced this issue, It seems seller had bough this device from fipkart avialing Flipkart Smart upgrade plan and sold it on amazon.in .Last date to pay Rs 6000 was on Aug 22nd 2022, I had contacted amazon.in on 19th Aug and several other times but received no help I was asked to wait for 4 days, it has passed, i am again being asked to wait and wait .My device will be locked and I may lose my precious data .Kindly help!!..Invoice and details are attached below .

                                Hi,

                                I had placed the order for a Lenovo Laptop from Amazon website for Rs.1, 09, 990 with the Order ID:[protected]
                                They showed different product details and images on their website vs. the product that was delivered. Once that was confirmed that the details shown on their website were indeed different, Amazon accepted the request for return and refund and that's when the issues starting to begin.

                                Nobody, ever since then, has come for pickup since 23rd Aug (first day scheduled for pickup) and the logistics team falsely updates the system indicating Device verification failed and cancels the pickup without even visiting my doorstep for pickup. NO ONE calls from Amazon customer care team or the Social Media team, and there is no email communication from their company providing any sort o[censored]pdates on what is going on with this case. Every day the pick up is shown as scheduled and then after a few hours gets cancelled automatically showing some false/random reasons. I really need this laptop picked up and return as it was a very high value and I'm really tensed with how they have frauded me with this purchase.

                                Seeking all the possible help in escalating this and getting my full money refunded as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

                                This is a screenshot from yesterday where the pickup was scheduled and falsely updated with random status when nobody even contacted me for return pickup or even showed up on my doorstep.

                                Amazon has still not processed the refund even after receiving the product back into their warehouse for over 5 days (they got the product back on 28th Aug and it shows in the status that the refund would be processed in 2-3 days; they haven't done anything yet) and they are not responding as to when it would be processed. Could someone please escalate this to Amazon and ask them to see what's the delay in processing the full refund amount as communicated?

                                Amazon has not refunded the full amount and deducted Rs.5000 from it for no reason. Requesting to escalate this to Amazon so that they refund my full amount and initiate the refund of the remaining Rs.5000 as well.

                                There is no one from Amazon responding as to why they have not given the full refund of Rs.16, 600 vs. only Rs.11, 600. Their Social Media team had clearly mention in their email that Rs.16, 600 would be refunded back to my Amazon Pay Balance but they deducted Rs.5000 for no reason and they are now not responding to any of my queries. Kindly help escalate this to them please. This is a clear case of defrauding the customer as there was no intimation anywhere at all that there would be any deduction from the refund amount. All the attached screenshot show that I was expected to get back my Rs.1, 09, 990 rupees but they have only refunded Rs.1, 04, 990 up until now. I request this forum to help me please get my hard earned money back.

                                It's the 8th Day since Amazon got the product back and they still haven't processed my refund. Can this be escalated to them please? I fear they are not looking at it anymore and my money is lost.

                                  I ordered a product from Amazon on 6 june 2022 and cancelled it on 10 june 2022. My refund was initiated and was supposed to reach my account by 14 june 2022 which they changed to 29 june 2022. Its 29 august 2022 today and I still have not received my refund. I called them a thousand times and all I get is wait for 3 days. One of their associates even lied to me about re initiating my refund and he even sent me a mail about it but there's...

                                  I had ordered one sleep well mattress from Amazon Prime member and delivery was on 2nd Aug but not delivered after week passed. Then I had complaint for refund but till today refund also not credited even after passed a month.

                                    I had ordered Amazon presto garbage bag worth Rs 325 from my prime account and it shows delivered 21st August but still it's not delivered to me till now.
                                    I tried to take this up with your pathetic customer service on phone but there is no action from your side even after 2 days after the complaint. It's not good to harass your prime customer like this which is fault of your logistics problem.
                                    Either refund me the amount or send me the product on immediate basis

                                      On 03-Aug-2022 I placed an order Deckup Versa wood engeenered study table with order id[protected] and paid Rs 6, 579.00 through my SBI debit card**†****4308. I didn't received any product and not received any refund. I called 50 times on Amazon customer care and they said refund has initiated on 16 August 2022. But till date (25/8/22) i received no refund. Please help
