I had applied for amazon icici credit card 10 days ago.
Video kyc application done.
Address verification with company visit done.
Telephonic verification done.
Since then neither amazon nor icici are contacting me to inform of delivery of credit card.

      I placed an order(ORDER #[protected] on 7th Aug, and the item was supposed to be delivered on 13th Aug. On 13th, the item displayed as delivered. I contacted customer support within 30 mins informing them about it. I was asked to wait till 17th Aug and if i still do not get it, new order would be dispatched even if its POD.(same info by both bot and customer executive). Today, on 17th, i contacted the team again and they are saying they cannot help me with the issue and that i need to place a new order.

      What i lost?
      My time by waiting.
      I purchased on sale and now the prices have increased.
      New order charging extra delivery charge

      Amazon's fault?
      Delivering the order at wrong place.
      Refusing to take responsibility for its actions and mistakes.
      Giving false hope/information that it cannot abide by.

        We just ordered a magic swing car for kid and it's the second time they are returning the product without contacting us. We paid all the money and they are Just cheating us. We trusted this company that's why we ordered but you are betraying us with the money.

          I ordered a cupboard from Amazon. It took around a week and it was still showing not delivered. I got tired and decided to cancel the order, but to my surprise it was not cancelling the order.
          Now I have contacted their customer care multiple times, every time they say that they have cancelled the order but I didn’t get the refund. Now it has been 3-4 weeks neither did I get the product nor the refund.

            My account is on hold for 4 months, I had ordered 2 items from amazon both
            were not delivered to me, and I didn't get my refund back also, I had
            called amazon customer support many times since 08/05/2022, regarding my
            account activation and about my refund, The refund amount is *13889/- *of
            both orders each one is of *6990/- *product name is Samsung Galaxy Buds
            Pro, ordered date is 04/05/2022 time is 02:07 Am. Payment UPI Ref no is

            amazon prime membership for faster delivery, but for 4 months no delivery
            was done, I request this time to look into my matter and provide me my
            refund, and my membership amount also, 20 to 30 times I called the

              My Amazon Account Was locked on 24th of July 2022, I haven't recieved a single mail as to why it happened, Futhermore i bought amazon prime subscription For an year which is now useless, My amazon pay had wallet had 4000 Rupee which i cannot withdraw or use, I am still being charged for my audible subscription and have lost more than 15 Audiobooks i purchased, Same thing with my My Kindle Purchases.

                Hello -

                I ordered a mobile (Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G) on 8th Aug during Amazon sale which was committed to deliver on 12th Aug.

                Today, on 16th Aug i realized, Amazon cancelled my order automatically and initiated money return.

                Amazon said sorry to me for mistake and suggested to order again from website.

                my Concern : Same mobile costing me 10, 000 more on amazon, and the mistake is by Amazon, why should consumer bear this cost.

                    Hi,

                    Amazon India recently was promoting samsung home appliances by giving 5% cashback on the second samsung applicance purchased 10 days after the purchase of the first samsung home appliance . accordingly, I purchased the samsung refrigerator on 5th july. I collected amazon's partner offer and then placed an order for samsung washine machine on 19th july ie after 14 days gap. They were supposed to refund 5% cashback. But till now, I haven't received any amount from them. I even tweeted in twitter. But they have chosen to ignore. Please help.

                        My Amazon order no.:[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on the next day 14th aug under my Prime subscription. Which has not been delivered and it's the third order in which I'm facing the same kind of issue.
                        Even writing email to customer Support and Company CEO isn't any use. Even calling customer care multiple times and having conservation through chat also wasn't of any use and they are not even aware about basic process knowledge.It has really become a joke now. No one is able to tell me what exactly is going on with my order. Prime subscription is really a joke now.
                        Earlier I was promised by the Amazon Executive Customer Relation team that such incidents won't happen in the future with me, but within a week I faced the same issue with 2 of my orders. Yesterday I was promised by customer service executive that i would be receiving call from Customer excutive relation within 24hrs and still haven't got any update and when I reached them they said you will be receiving call from them when they are free. Amazon needs to improve their customer support executive.
                        If a Prime subscriber faces such issues then what will normal customers do? Please look into my issue and help me to get resolution.

                          I was delivered a vacuum cleaner it had been used. I have had a call from Amazon customer care (not appropriately named) on 4 occasions and they have failed to activate the return due to "software problems' I was promised a call back 2 days ago and I am still waiting. shocking service from the returns department the delivery department and of course the customer care department and probably the IT department. you deserve to go out of business how long will the rest of amazon support your substandard company

                            I am posting this because I recently have to face a fraud by the Amazon India. I bought a headphone from Amazon on 11th July 2022 and got delivered on 16th July 2022 after which I applied for a replacement on 22nd July 2022 which I received on 26th July 2022. The price of the headphones was ₹7999. After requesting a refund for the product, the item was picked up by Amazon executive on 1st August 2022 and the pickup boy confirmed that the content of the item was full and original as per the item was received and the serial number was also the same. When the item was reached at Amazon hub they e-mailed me that the item they received is incorrect as the serial number is incorrect and told me to send the right product to them. I told them that I don’t have any product they are talking about because I already sent the product bace to them. So they declined the refund and now are not giving that product back or the refund. Please help me to solve this problem.

                              I bought a couple of gold earrings from Amazon. It was returnable items, but Amazon is cheating me since last 15 days. Their pickup person is not showing up and if I reach out to their customer care they raise a pickup request on a future date and when the pickup time comes, status is simply changed as “pickup failed’, ‘package not ready’ etc. This is happening over last 5 pickup requests and no help in sight.

                              Amazon is clearly cheating my money as it’s not coming for pickup and hence not refunding. Is there any option to deal with this cheater?

                              [protected] Amazon is not returning this order despite being a returnable item. Five return pickup requests were raised but they are cancelling it every time. In a way they are forcing me to keep the item even though the gold earrings is a returnable item.

                                Iam using amazon paylater, and i have due in there in july rs 8000, and paid by manually through my debit card. & 1779 rs paid in advaced. because of network issue.. and also i get a mail from idfc bank and amazon like thankyou for payment like that... when i called customer care.. they told me.. advanced amount of rs 1779 will adju t in august pay later dues, but this month did not adjust the amount.. amazon heated 1779 of mine, ,

                                  The above mentioned product (Acer EK220Q 54.61cm Full HD VA Panel Backlit LED Monitor) was purchased from Amazon India on August 6th, 2022 and delivered on August 9th, 2022.

                                  The item was defective and registered for return and replacement. The amazon agents attempted on August 12, 2022; read the serial number on the product wrong and cancelled the replacement due to failed verification.

                                  I tried contacting them after this incident there was no further update on this matter and scammed.

                                  The verification no. of the product is attached below: (1) Cover label
                                  (2) Monitor label (3) screenshot of cancellation of pickup.

                                  I'm submitting this complaint about Amazon India return and replacement failure to your kind consideration.

                                    Item Received Date:05th August, 2022.
                                    Item Return Intiated Date:06th August, 2022. 1st Item Pickup Date: 08th August, 2022. Without Calling Or Informing Me They Are Cancelled Pickup Request, So Me Called The Amazon CC They Again Intiated Pickup Request (2nd Time) 14th August, 2022 Again They Cancaled Item Pickup Request Without Calling Me. Again Me Called To Amzon India CC. Theis CC Team Not Have Any Knowledge and They Not Have Any Update About Pickup Agents Details. Only CC Person Says We Will Again Initiated Pickup Request. Ans Amazon India CC Person Giving Fake Update and Promises. Worst and Very Poor Support From Amzon CC Team.

                                      I have recharged of 899Rs for Jio number on 21.07.2022 through Myjio App using AmazonPay as Payment method. The recharge got failed in myjio app but the Amazonpay deducted the balance and not refunding me till date. I also tried to call the customer executive but they told me that it was not their fault. I also contacted Jiocare they said talk to wallet issuer for details. Previously the transaction history of Amazonpay showing other transaction number as failed then suddenly changed the transaction number and marked as success. Please help.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have ordered an item and its not delivered to me and returned to seller and i have been promised by your customer care executive that your full refund is issued and you will receive the amount in your bank in 3-5 days and in amazon pay balance within 2-4 hours and 48 hours passed but i still didn't recd the amazon pay balance refund i have tried so many times to reach u but no one is helping me kindly look into this matter.

                                        I have been issued a refund of total of 12502.98
                                        Your refund is being credited as follows:

                                        Visa Credit Card [ending with 3910]: Rs.11, 252.92
                                        POA: Rs.1, 250.06

                                        i have been promised that 1250.06 rs is being credited to my amazon pay balance within 24 hours

                                        as i know that this is bank discount but if i didn't recd it then how can i place new order with the refunded amount so your executive agreed to that and promised me to give 1250.06 rs in my amazon pay balance
