On 15th of August and it didn't delivered yet even my product didn't dispatched yet first delivery time was 17 of August than second delivery time was 23 of August now they are saying it will be deliverer 28 of August now i am very disappointed

    I bought lenovo legion y540 on 30th July 2021 and they provided a invoice /warranty Pslip with wrong serial number which doesn't .match with product serial number . Serial number On p-slip is 4AO8Z9HR and serial number on laptop is PF2V7WFE which is totally different. My laptop continueos facing problem from when I bought it. Last 27 lenovo customer care changed my laptops mother board changed but problems continued .

      I recently ordered a product for which I paid with my credit card, but the order got delayed. I contacted the customer care agent and they suggested to cancel and reorder and so I cancelled the order and was planning to reorder on my convenience. After 1 day I got my refund and even then I ordered few more items which got delivered and had no issues until suddenly on 17th August 2022 in evening while trying to login a message popped in " Your account has been closed for misuse of Amazon’s services. We have sent you an email with additional information." I waited but there is no mail explaining any reason and its been 5 days. I tried to call different customer care number and couldn't get to contact any agent. I sent a mail on "[protected]@amazon.in" on 20th August 2022 for which an automated mail came that an agent will get back to me within 6hrs. Its been more than 48 hrs and nothing and I resent the same mail today on 22nd August 2022. This is the worst customer support ever. I don't what to do.

        I ordered one product from amazon and product name is Fire Boltt Smartwatch and i received the order and there touch problem issue I talk to one executive he told me that he placed replacement so i said that ok send the new product then again I m facing same issue I called to Amazon customer service which is showing in Amazon app. He raised the return request and he told me that pickup will be done on 18 Aug but i didn't received the call for pickup then I called amazon customer executive on 22 Aug mrng approx 10.40 AM she told me that i arranged the pickup and product pickup will be done on 25 Aug and i also received the confirmation mail. After that in the night I seen the order page that return windows closed same time I called customer executive there's your one executive received the call and her name is pallavi she told me that return window was closed so I told to her transfer the call to senior so told me wait I will transfer while senior will available I said allryt no issue I m waiting after that she disconnected the call.
        I m your prime member I always purchased the Amazon Prime membership and if your pickup boy not come to pick up my product so why customer suffered on that is there any customer fault or not... If it's 200-400 product so I also let it be but it's product price is 4k... It's not my fault I also have all call recording and everything.
        I want resolution as soon as possible

            I ordered a Massage Gun and instead was delivered a Breast Pump. I placed a replacement order and now I am being asked to Change my address. I have more than 100 invoices on the very same address and the recent delivery was on 17 aug which was the breast pump which I didn't ordered. Not sure what happened all of a sudden and i am being asked to change the address. I needed massage gun to help with my therapy since I had taken leaves from office effective 16 aug and so far i never received it. After calling the customer service twice, i don't expect any help.

              Delivery partner picked up return product on 3 Aug 2022 but till today i.e. 22 Aug 2022, amazon has not received it. When called the pick-up guy, he says, it was submitted on the same day, But amazon customer service says they haven't received it.
              Now my refund is stuck in between this mess-up. Please help.

                  On 29.07.2022 I received the LG gram laptop which was already opened and refurbished. I reported on the same day on Amazon customer care that the received item is already a used product and attached the images and they approved the return and scheduled to pick it up after 2 days. Return pick-up was scheduled on 1.08.2025. Nobody came for return pickup. We called customer care and they rescheduled the pickup after three days. Almost 22 days now and they keep going for rescheduling the pickup and no one has a clear answer why they are unable to pick it up I am so frustrated now to call customer care and explain all their mess to a different person every time spending my 1 2 hours explaining them and no one has clear answer except rescheduling for next 2 3 days. They mail as self return the product to the seller's address.
                  Last 22 days harassment was created by Amazon. Still, the item is not been returned or picked up and no confirmation made when they will refund the money. I ordered the laptop on amazon pay EMI and now notification for the first instalment received because of all this mess now my bank record will get affected, We should get a refund at the earliest and a compensatory amount for handling the issue/harassment for such a long time.

                    I've written 2 complaints before and check the screenshots now,
                    They place that banner all the day and changed price now after my complaints...
                    really not expected from Amazon.

                    How about my money lend from my friend ?
                    check the screenshots and times also. (on phone's status bar)

                      I lend money from my friend to purchase Mi 11x pro, as amazon shown that it's available in 26999 MRP for the day ( they show timer also there)
                      and then I brought money from my friend and tried to check out and amazon increased price by 5000.
                      Amazon really making people fool by doing this, really very bad experience this time.

                      I want to purchase the device now, but they changed prices,
                      Even in the attached screenshot, the banner shows MI 11x pro price 26999 and after clicking that they show price 31999 (even in the morning the offer was on MRP and not including exchange offer)

                        In today morning I saw amazon in shown Mi 11x pro price at 26999 and it had 5000 extra exchange offer, they shown this price will be for about 12 am night,
                        but
                        I had no money at that time and then I lend money from my friend and I came to place the order and amazon changed it's prices, they're still showing the same banner of 26999 price but they increased the price to 31999.
                        Kindly look into this, these shopping companies are misguiding people.

                          I ordered the product "Bepure 3G pH Hot and Normal 9L RO+UV+UF+TDS+ Alkaline Water Purifier with hot water function| 8 Stage Water Purification" via ORDER #[protected] on 15-Jul-2022.
                          The front panel of the product is damaged and Amazon is neither providing the replacement nor providing the return of the faulty product.
                          Amazon so far created 7 return requests and all the requests were canceled without contacting me. Every time a Customer care person cheats me saying that if the next return won't happen they can process my refund but, it never happens. It's been more than a month now my money is stuck with amazon and Amazon doesn't care to take the product.

                          Please arrange for the return without fail or process my refund. It's been 1 month and 1 week awaiting the product return. Every time on the day of a return request is canceled from Amazon end. Please expedite the process of return and initiate my refund amount.

                          Again one more return request was canceled from Amazon end Today. One more return request was created for Tomorrow.

                                I have ordered a Dell laptop on Amazon and on 18th August I received an old laptop instead of Dell laptop in the Amazon package. The Amazon package was tampered. I have raised a investigation request on 18th August as per the customer service of amazon. They said it will take 3 days to investigate this issue and on 22nd August when I called them they said they require 3 more days to investigate which is longer than usual. I have made a payment of 57000 online for this laptop. I need a refund of this amount as soon as possible. Amazon is not providing me the refund nor the Dell laptop that i have ordered. I'm stuck with this issue and Please help me with the refund of this order. Amazon customers are not helping me with this issue. I'm not able to attach photos in this complaint, please reach out to me ASAP.

                                  I ordered whirlpool 570l frost free inverter refrigerator after the item got delivered I saw it has damaged I requested for return next day. It's been 10 days, pickup boy is not picking up the product Customer service representative always ask me to wait for next 72 hours. Till now they have initiated 4 returns and still asking me wait for next 72 hours. I have placed my order through emi and i even got my first instalment. Amazon has very poor return service for huge electronic items. I will never suggest anyone to buy huge electronics items from item.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is Srikanth.SP from Hyderabad, recently ordered Dinner Set on 30th July '22 from Amazon India for which i got a damaged product and placed a return for it and to my luck i again received a damaged one which is replaced and again i raised a return request for which amazon started a refund request and to which the product has to be picked up and till date from 1st Aug'22 to 22nd Aug'22 several Pickup requests are made and no one from Amazon logistics has succeeded in picking up and also no executive is actively tracking this issue just they left it to me and my funds got stuck. Everytime i should call them and ask for the return/refund status.

                                    I request through this complaint my issue gets escalated to proper teams and resolution is expedited along side proper action to be taken for improper handling of their teams with this issue.

                                      I received a phone call at 16:10 for the delivery of my product my little brother went with 500 rupee and gave him the money the order money was 209 but the delivery boy didn't give him back the money and now he is not picking up my calss
