This is nagaraju from hyderabad, my mobile no [protected].I ordered ONE PLUS NORD 2T mobile on 18/08/2022.Same day delivery to be done dy amazon but they are not delivered till to this date 22/08/2022 and they are not responding because please initiate my complaint and solve my issue as early as possible.

    This is nagaraju, from hyderabad.I ordered a mobile ONE PLUS NORD 2T on 18/08/2022.Same day delivery mentioned by amazon.But on this today date 22/08/2022, they are not delivered my mobile and they are not responding.SO please solve my issue as early as possible.

      I have ordered a Dell laptop on Amazon and on 18th August I received an old laptop instead of Dell laptop in the Amazon package. The Amazon package was tampered. I have raised a investigation request on 18th August as per the customer service of amazon. They said it will take 3 days to investigate this issue and on 22nd August when I called them they said they require 3 more days to investigate which is longer than usual. I have made a payment of 57000 online for this laptop. I need a refund of this amount as soon as possible. Amazon is not providing me the refund nor the Dell laptop that i have ordered. I'm stuck with this issue and Please help me with the refund of this order. Amazon customers are not helping me with this issue. I'm not able to attach photos in this complaint, please reach out to me ASAP.

        I ordered whirlpool 570l frost free inverter refrigerator after the item got delivered I saw it has damaged I requested for return next day. It's been 10 days, pickup boy is not picking up the product Customer service representative always ask me to wait for next 72 hours. Till now they have initiated 4 returns and still asking me wait for next 72 hours. I have placed my order through emi and i even got my first instalment. Amazon has very poor return service for huge electronic items. I will never suggest anyone to buy huge electronics items from item.

          Hi,

          This is Srikanth.SP from Hyderabad, recently ordered Dinner Set on 30th July '22 from Amazon India for which i got a damaged product and placed a return for it and to my luck i again received a damaged one which is replaced and again i raised a return request for which amazon started a refund request and to which the product has to be picked up and till date from 1st Aug'22 to 22nd Aug'22 several Pickup requests are made and no one from Amazon logistics has succeeded in picking up and also no executive is actively tracking this issue just they left it to me and my funds got stuck. Everytime i should call them and ask for the return/refund status.

          I request through this complaint my issue gets escalated to proper teams and resolution is expedited along side proper action to be taken for improper handling of their teams with this issue.

            I received a phone call at 16:10 for the delivery of my product my little brother went with 500 rupee and gave him the money the order money was 209 but the delivery boy didn't give him back the money and now he is not picking up my calss

                    Sir I have sent them the amount of 147000 rupees, even after that they say me to pay taxes of 64 thousand +... I have completed 3 levels of tasks, but also they're not giving my money back, please help me out, that money is very important to me 😭😭🙏🙏please someone help me

                          Amazon has already successfully processed refund into my account on 12th july but it still not showing in my account. Refund issued in August 14 alredy 7 days over but not credited amount. I already have complaint about the same on Indian Bank customer service but not solved yet.

                            Amazon refund issued (August 4 2022) but not received in bank account. Main bank bhi gaya tha lekin unhone kuchh nahi bataya. Main bank statement bhi check karli. Ab main refund kaise prapt karun.

                              This is to inform u that we were being fool at ur web i order set of 4 supreme texa global chairs but when we recieved we only received one chair we didn’t accepted it and return the item.
                              Amazon being such a big company didmt expected that would fool the customers as it showed us tht we are getting 90% discount as being a regular customer then providing us a single piece of chair i odered the item on 9th july it delayed to 15th thrn they delayed it to 17th then it delayed to 23 inspite of this i was waiting thus still didn’t recieved my product what I expected thus after this I contacted ur customer care they didn’t helpede out everyone was saying u will receive ur money i knw the policy if i dnt recieved the item but obvious I will refund the money but why i will accept it the seller was using my money for these many days i hve got my money but I wanted the product why amazon was displaying this strategy tht showing and attracting the cx and making them fool I need help in this for ur reference attached is the screenshot fir the same i need rply from ur end my Amazon acvount is [protected] please check i aman regular cx

                                      This mail is put forward in the complaint of ORDER #[protected] For Apple iPhone 13 (128GB) - Midnight.

                                      Amount Paid - 71, 900.00

                                      I have received the product with a box that has been tampered with, so I placed it under replacement. but the executives say that it's not replaceable under their policy and asked me to contact Apple. Amazon website clearly states that the product is liable for replacement under 7 days windows and can't be returned and seek for apple under manufacturing defect or warranty issues. My issue is I have received an item whose box has been tampered with and it's the fault of the amazon seller and I am being directed towards Apple for my resolution.

                                      This clearly shows that I am facing issues with Amazon and its seller, then how am I bound to seek Apple's help? All I want is Amazon to replace my order as it comes under their jurisdiction and it's the fault of its seller. It would be helpful if I get my problem fixed Thank you.

                                      NOTE: I had Contacted Amazon support, and received no help from their side and continuously ghosted and was put under ambiguous terms and condition which makes no sense and misleading policy even if it is directly written on their front page and product page if in its policy and they are denying the policy.

                                        On 12 august at 7 pm I Received a call from Amazon delivery boy he asked for my street I said him and went out looking for him then he said he was still searching for my adress ufff. I asked him where you are exactly hear it sarts he was in different area and asking for my door number in a commanding manner. When he realized he was in other area he said he will call after 30 min then called and asked my mobile number and said he would deliver it tomorrow.I waited for whole day, I called him the call was not connected(once our product shows delivered we are unable to connect them) .so again I replaced my order, after one week order tracking shows it was shipped to my city( not take more than 15 min from my home to the delivery office) it came 17 th to the office after that i couldn't track my order ok i waited for my due date it was 19 th i waited up to 5 pm I called him (hear he is the same guy who did not delivered oder ) He said some reasons and he'll deliver it 20 th and he didn't hear anything that what I was saying then he hungup.And I called him for every 1 hour he is not picking up my calls(" I am getting furious what this delivery boy doing when I called atleast 7 times, Is he delivering the products or planning how to steal my product for the second time while saying that he delivered it to me to Amazon"). Amazon you should teach your delivery boys some manners in picking up calls from customers and not say delivered as the product is not delivered to the customers.
