This mail is put forward in the complaint of ORDER #[protected] For Apple iPhone 13 (128GB) - Midnight.

I have received the product with a box that has been tampered with, so I placed it under replacement. but the executives say that it's not replaceable under their policy and asked me to contact Apple. Amazon website clearly states that the product is liable for replacement under 7 days windows and can't be returned and seek for apple under manufacturing defect or warranty issues. My issue is I have received an item whose box has been tampered with and it's the fault of the amazon seller and I am being directed towards Apple for my resolution.
This clearly shows that I am facing issues with Amazon and its seller, then how am I bound to seek Apple's help? All I want is Amazon to replace my order as it comes under their jurisdiction and it's the fault of its seller. It would be helpful if I get my problem fixed Thank you.
NOTE: I had Contacted Amazon support, and received no help from their side and continuously ghosted and was put under ambiguous terms and condition which makes no sense and misleading policy even if it is directly written on their front page and product page if in its policy and they are denying the policy.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
