Product is not delivered and it’s showing as delivered. nobody is responding what happened and why it’s showing delivered. It’s a fault from Amazon. It’s from surya electronics pune.

    I ordered a gas stove from amazon. The burners were defective so I initiated a return but they are not picking up the product from my place now. All I'm getting are dates. I'm trying to return that from last 15 days. Kindly take that defective product back and refund the money.

      I have exact same issue where there is not mention of IMEI number in the invoice or warranty slip for my Oneplus 9RT phone.. Their support team is not resolving this issue and just dragging it from 3 to 4 weeks now....

      I have booked order[protected] on 26th May'2022 and paid the amount on the same day. But product not yet received and i called many times to Amazon customer care number. But product not received & i requested for refund of the product for not delivering. Customer care persons every time saying like we will cancel & refund the amount in 2 working days .

        I Am harsha i received a message in whtsapp informing me for work from home … They asked me to cmplete tasks by investing some amount so that they will refund my investment at the end of the task … I gave in with the huge amount of fancy numbers they shown now they say that it is not possible to refund and asking me for more and more investment…

          I ordered the fire-boltt phoenix watch from amazon on 24 July 2022.
          I am prime member of amazon as there policy I should get order by next day (On 25 July) but I didn't get order. There delivery agent didn't even call me on 25th.
          So I checked the status of my order on 26th it showing as delivered. I haven't git the order. I tried to reach out to amazon for enquiry but I didn't get appropriate answers from amazon.

            I have received an item on 20th june'22 (payment mode-COD) and returned picked up on 22nd june'22.
            On day 1, I have been requested to initiate the refund to Amazon pay balance or account -449(last 3 digits) but refund has been initiated to some other bank(-655, last 3 digits) which is not belongs to me or family member.

            On other day when I enquired about the refund status, I have been informed the same that refund is initiated to -655 account(which is not our's). when I have requested to stop the refund I have been informed that they have stopped the refund for now and placed a request for issue resolution and scheduled a call and asked be to wait for the EOD. But I didn't get a such kind a call.

                My Name is Suhail Ahmad.
                I had recently ordered a shoe with order ID[protected]
                I have a habit that I opened my every parcel in front of delivery agent.
                And when I open my this order
                [protected], the shoes was not present in it, there was some kids wear in it. I told delivery boy what to do,
                He told me that you can go for return, you will get easily refund for this wrong item.
                I insist him that I'll not take this order but he told me we can't take back opened parcels.

                And when I go for refund, you guys told me we will investigate this issue, and bla bla bla...Please I request you to tell your team to confirm it once by your delivery agent.

                And refund my money as I'm student and this money is very very important for me.

                  Hi,
                  I raised a request for Amazon PayLater account closure on 8th July 2022. After having 4 attempts the executive said that he has registered the request but he didn’t register, I have been waiting till 26th July 2022 and then I asked for the status. I was shocked to know that there wasn’t any request for account closure, again I had to call them and had a long conversation about 30-40 for the same. Yet again after a couple of hours I got a call from the executive and he started asking same questions regarding account closure i.e. why do you want to close the account etc.

                  It has been a real pain and being mentally harassed by asking same thing again and again, yet not raising any request to close the account

                    I'd put in an exchange request for a pair of Crocs I'd ordered on Amazon. It was to be delivered on Monday, July 25. I received a message saying that the exchange product was out for delivery. The delivery partner never contacted me, neither did he deliver the product and obviously did not come to collect the product that was to be returned. I've received notifications from Amazon saying that the order has been delivered and today I've received an email saying that the return order has been picked up and that the exchange process is complete.

                    I'd contacted the customer care yesterday as well and was told that I should till the 27th of July. I contacted the customer care again today and they have no answers. Oh the product shows that it's been delivered in our system. We cannot do anything. I simply requested her to put in another exchange request. Response: since the order shows that it's been delivered I can only put in a return request.

                    Oh and after I had already told the customer care executive that I still have the product that was to be exchanged, she still has it in her to ask me have you asked your family members if the order has been delivered? Does protocol supersede common sense and logic?

                    Also Amazon probably needs to negotiate the pricing better with the sellers and Crocs. What's the point of carving out deals that you can't fulfill? I'd purchased it for 1206 and now the same product but in a different size will cost me 1354 if I place a fresh order. But if it's exchanged the price doesn't matter. Such a cheap trick Amazon.

                    Oh I got the pricing wrong. 1354 is what I paid for. The size that I wanted isn't in stock now. Woowwww. Thaaaanks Amazon. What a cheap way to cover this up. Blame the courier executive because they're obviously an easy target.

                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Pets & Animals

                      The issue that I have experienced was: To start with, I have been ordering Canine Creek Starter 12.5 kg + 1 kg package for the past 4 months.
                      1. In the first order, I received it correct as 12.5 kg and 10 packets of 100 gm each total of 1 kg.
                      2. In the second order, I just receive one 100 gm packet with the 12.5 kg package. There was 900 gm of the product missing. I raised an issue and got a resolution for the same.
                      3. In the third order, I received a 12.5 kg package, but the 1 kg package (10 packets of 100 gm each) was missing. I raised a request again and was given a resolution with a refund for the same.
                      4. The latest 4th order again the 1 kg package (10 packets of 100 gm each) is missing and I raised an issue for the same and was told that it would be investigated.

                      Today, when I called I spoke to Khushi and her supervisor Sukanya who informed me that the investigation is complete; and as per the investigation, the product was delivered correctly and hence no refund or return of the product is authorized.
                      1. The First thing I would like to mention is that the investigation team has not checked the previous complaints to relate to the current one and the statement in the report directly implies that the Customer is lying about the issue.
                      2. Both the representative did not try to take ownership of the call and provide more details about the investigation. Instead, they kept on repeating the investigation statement and were not able to provide satisfactory answers to the questions provided.
                      3. Sukanya mentioned that she was the last point in contact regarding the issue, so is she not supposed to have the investigation details and also the details about the product regarding how it is usually delivered or at least dig into the matter and find out the related details about the same. Since the customer is unable to speak to the investigation team, Sukanya being the highest point in contact should have got the details.

                      In the evening after I received a reply from [protected]@amazon.in, I spoke to an Amazon representative again. This time, I spoke to Asif from the specialist team. This was a highly disappointing and disrespectful call again.
                      1. I requested Asif to raise a request again for investigation as I would like to dispute the investigation done. He mentioned that it is not possible and again did not take ownership of the call but rather stated that the Investigation team has prohibited any refund/return on the product.
                      2. I tried to talk to him to explain and ask questions, which again he was not able to answer. Instead, he repeated the same sentences and hung up on me which was very disrespectful.

                        The product amazfit t rex 2 smartwatch was purchased from amazon app on 2nd July. Order was delivered on 8th July, it was found to be defective and after investigation from amazon team they agreed for return and refund. After the delivery agent appointed by amazon picked up the item and verified it also.. Even after 10 days I didn't get refund upon continuous follow up on 26th July they are stating item returned is incorrect. And shocking thing is they do not have any proof on the same and they are not ready to share any investigation report or even a photo of item they received. Simply denying based on no proof whereas I have proof of successful pickup from their delivery agent.

                          On 25.7.22, I had added to my cart LG OLED 48 inches A1 series at a price of Rs.64990/-. After sometime I noticed the item disappeared from my cart. On again approaching site to add the price shot up to Rs.79990/-. I spoke/chatted with customer care and on reviewing my history, the was showing in my cart at Rs.64990/-. As the no cost EMI was not showing, I approached the customer care again in the morning around 7 a.m. of today (26.7.22). Gentlemen by the name of Daniel A was very cooperative and was very helpful. He looked into the issue and suggested that this issue would be resolved by technical team and that I would receive an email by 6 p.m. On not receiving the mail I contacted customer service at around 6.50 p.m. and spoke to Lady who asked me to sign out and sign in again. I told her the price has increased and I will not get it at Rs.64990/-. She said nothing will happen to the price of Rs.64990/- as she can see the same at her end. After that she could not understand what happened and handed over to her senior Mr.Jagan Nath, who outrightly refused to help me and said I could buy only at Rs 79990/- the present price. Please resolve the issue so that I am dealt in a fair manner and given the product at Rs.64990/-. Because there was technical issue at your end. Please go through the whole event and do the needful.
                          PLEASE RESOLVE THE MATTER AND GIVE ME A FAIR AND JUSTIFIABLE TREATMENT.

                              I recently ordered a Sennheiser microphone MKE 400 mobile kit through Amazon and the main component, microphone was missing from the delivered package. I raised a complaint with Amazon and they initiated an investigation about the same. However, as I called them to check about the status, I was told that the investigation has been closed and I won’t be getting a refund/replacement.

                              I would like to know on what basis the investigation has been closed and how did you reach to the conclusion that I received the correct order. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for the longest time and I have never faced this issue before. I have checked out the retailer, Cocoblu on Google and they have been accused of fraud by multiple other customers who bought through Amazon.

                              I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible as it’s my hard earned money that I have lost through this process.

                                I am facing a problem with one of my order which is a personalized rakhi along with my kids photo. I ordered spiderman rakhi and got chota bheem rakhi. But because of my kids photo, I am unable to do replacement. So, I need another spiderman rakhi, because it's not my fault, it's a fault of seller. I called Amazon customer care, they said, need to replace rakhi, but being a customer, it's a personalized rakhi with my kids photo, I am not ok with replacement policy. I need a spiderman rakhi, which I selected during purchase.

                                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    The order that I placed on 12-Jul-2022 (Order#[protected] was delivered to us on time. But, the dress had a size issue, so we placed a return request on it.

                                    But nobody has come home yet to pick it up. While checking the return status it shows that the Return pick-up got cancelled since the price tag was missing.

                                    But if the delivery guy has not come home yet! How can the person even check if the price tag was missing!?

                                    I have the order invoice, the return status details and also the item along with its price tag and courier cover to this email.

                                    Please Team, clear our issues and initiate return on our item and refund as early as possible.

                                      I have ordered one product from amazon india with Order#[protected] for which is in prepaid state, the delivery executive which was supposed to deliver the order within office hours called me beyond 9am -9 pm window however after unavailability he cancelled the order, i am not satisfied with the service which amazon is giving now a days, also for my previous order company has taken almost 2 months to credit my refund. Please look into.
