Product not delivered, refund not received

1. I had ordered on TATA Swach Cristella Advance Blue Water Purifier - 18 Liters, ORDER #[protected] on 10 May 2022 via Amazon India.
2. The item was defective and I ordered a replacement ORDER #[protected] on 16 May 2022.
3. I did not receive the replacement item (ORDER #[protected] and hence cancelled the order on 21 May 2022.
However, the order was automatically rescheduled for delivery...

Now, Amazon is paying me less as per there policy for missing part while I have been charged more by product company installation team.
I have given the Bill copy and job for missing part from the brand LG.

Refund issued not as promised channel

A product ordered was eleiglible for return and refund.

Return was accepted only after relacement. And, refund was promised for bank account and they acceted to issue to bank account as got myy details even. But issued a cheque.

I cant encash that cheque, as bank is in another state, no branch in my state. Kindly do the needful....

Did not receive refund after return was completed.

Return item getting cancelled without any update from courier

Refund not received for undelivered order

I ordered for a 10, 500 badminton shoes and received another brand shoes worth 1500. Now Amazon is not ready to refund or replace the product. They say i need to return the original product. Please help me get my money back. Thank you

I ordered a laptop and a dustbin from Amazon. The orders were returned to reseller stating that the customer refused to accept the order.
The delivery agent even try to call me to get a confirmation. 2 days mentioned for delivery, 2 days for returning to reseller and 3 days for refund. Why shouldn’t amazon pay me the interest on the amount i paid for these 7 days?...

Orders are of COD but payment deducted from Amazon Pay Later.

I have ordered 2 shoes from Amazon on 18 January 2022. These orders are of Cash on delivery but they deducted the amount from Amazon pay later. I have contacted the customer service many times but they didn't provide any solution. They said that your refund would be provided in 1-2 weeks but today is 21 May 2022....
