Product is not delivered to me but showing as delivered

Printer Canon bought & 2 pairs of cartridge goes low with 10 pages printing

I bought a cannon PIXMA MG 2577s all in one inkjet printer from Amazon which was delivered to me on 9th may'2022. I also bought a pair of inks (black & color) which was coming in purchase together recommendations during checkout. I though printer would not come up with ink set so I bought a inks pair too. Received Defective Apple Iphone12 via Amazon India

Refund/ return fraud

Their is a serious issue regarding Amazon refund policies. I order an Crompton fan and i received a different product of same brand. After the return of the product. Now they are telling me that no refund will be given to me. An investigation has been initiated on your refund. I mean seriously you will contact the seller and confirm that they have given the correct product. It's totally unfair relying on them. Very disappoint and shameful...
