Yesterday I've placed an order on amazon worth rs 2502.

Order I'd[protected]

Order delivery scheduled for 4-6pm today i.e. on 11 aug, 2022.

When delivery boy came to deliver the order, he forgot to keep more than half of the order.

When he tried to call more department, their mangaer deliberately said to him and me that items are out of stock currently. But in reality all the items are available till now on amazon to buy.

Now here, amazon is giving false information and providing bad services whenever I've order from more, because we I've no any option of store to select.
Still amazon backing up more store despite customer problems.

So I've a time from requested rider till 6pm for further action.

Surprisingly, when I tried to call him, his number is invalid.

So i had to go for customer care then, customer care asked me to wait for another 15 days so that they could investigate it further.

So i had to skipped that option too.

Finally i went for more customer care,
After calling their staff was totally rude, don't care about their customer at all. He said to me we have lots of delivery to be handled now. We can't help you further.

Now here again, it's the customer who has to face all such problems because big company like Amazon never fulfills customer demand.

Shame on you guys for disturbing a customer without any cause.

Moreover MORE STORE should be removed from Amazon so that customer will gets a better service and benefits.

Now due to this, I've lost money and time that's I've written my complaint here.

Even as of today, i cannot reorder same items at same rate.

So my Overall experience was horrible and disturbing where everyone talked to me rudely, and took my money for no reason.

So i request you to raise my problem so that I could get my full refund back. As i don't need their remaining order. As they have sent me only 900rs order out of 2500rs order.

Below I've attached all the required screenshot.

Note: Kindly Take Back Your Order And Refund The Money At Earliest.

    I ordered a product from Amazon
    And later canceled it
    I paid by using jk bank debit card
    The amount was Rs 2695
    Usually it takes 4-5 days for refund
    But i waited for 6 business days
    Till now i didn't get my refund credited to my account
    The amazon gave me a RRN75503722216017521557642
    Please credit my refund to my account

      I complaint to Amazon service about the Sahibganj Jharkhand Amazon Delivery Agent (service) about the bad behaviour and not delivering order/product to doorstep and cancelling the order without informing us and not even calling us so i want to complain against the delivery agent and the delivery boy as not delivering order for many months and also lying that we are about to deliver or something like that. I order some important things and i waited for 7-10daya but when it was about to deliver they just cancelled it themself. I wish Govt will take or Amazon will take some hard actions against them and today also two products they cancelled giving reason that external issue. Please help me out i request you

        We've ordered 5 Step Ladder through Amazon, and I think that Amazon has routed the delivery service to Delihvery.com. As per the schedule, they should deliver the product to my home on 09-AUG-2022. But, they were telling that they could not reach my home as road is dirty, and truck cannot go. But, in fact, the road is very clear in front of our street. We have one car, and one two-wheeler where we use everyday through that route.

        When we call the delivery boy on [protected], some other person is taking the control of that phone and he is scolding us using abusing words. I'm not sure whether he is in drunken mood. But, his terminology was so annoying where I cannot write here.

        He was telling us to contact the customer care team if we really need the product. What do he mean by "if we really need the product?" Why do we order the product if we don't really need it? Who is he to shout on us? I want justice on this. I'm ready to go till anywhere to get this resolved. I think that Delhivery service management should give training to their employees and learn them on how to talk to customers.

          I placed order for Redmi 9activ phone on 21st of July, 2022 and made payment using debit.
          The Package was delivered to me on 27th of July but as I opened the package in front of the delivery boy there was no phone inside the box instead there were 4 Dettol Soaps in the phone box. I requested the delivery boy to take the parcel back but he refused as the delivery was made using OTP and he asked me to contact customer care.I immediately Opened Amazon App and made a Call Back Request and received callback at 12:45 from customer support and I shared the whole incident with them. They assured me that the matter will be looked upon and the investigation team will investigate and reply back within 5 days i.e on 2nd of August
          As I was waiting for 5 days, there was no reply From Amazon, so on 2nd of August, I called customer support thrice and enquired about the status of my complaint but instead of providing solution to my problem, they told me that the investigation report has been recieved as negative and we cannot do anything . I told them how come the investigation is being done without consulting the delivery office and delivery agents who are witnesses to it. They disconnected my call several times. After that I visited the Local Amazon Delivery Office from where the parcel has been received and they confirmed that we were not consulted by any Amazon investigation Team and thus the investigation is completely wrong.
          Then I contacted them again and again via email and phone and everytime they gave me the same reply that the product has been delivered properly so we cannot issue refund or replacement of the product.
          I am fed up by their rude and irresponsible behaviour, so I decided to make legal complaint.
          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My issue still unresolved. No Reply received From Amazon till Date...

              I ordered a ssd worth 9498 rupees...with card discount got it around 8548 rupees..and i also had 250 cashback coupon which also applied...but after ordering..and paid upfront...they cancelled my automatically saying

              "We canceled your order[protected] because it violates the terms of our Conditions o[censored]se agreement. We have noticed some unusual activity with your account with multiple refunds or replacements were requested...

                We have ordered 'Elgi Ultra Perfect Plus' wet grinder. Amazon delivered the defect piece. We put return and exchange request immediately after 2 days of buying. Delivery guy came from Amazon and he brought another piece, at that time my husband went to outside he went for 5 min.I told the delivery guy to wait for 2 min so I will tell OTP. He got frustrated and immediately he throwed the old grinder inside house which I have given to him and he left. Immediately he put comment that customer is not available product is not ready.
                Again we called customer care and asked for return and they scheduled return for next day. Another delivery guy came and he saw package and he told 'I didn't expected this much big package so I won't take this other guy will come'. Immediately he put comment on Amazon that 'Customer is not available and package is not ready for pickup'. How delivery guys can send false messages.
                From that day onwards daily we are calling Amazon customer care and telling all the process for 1 hour and they are telling that they will schedule return but nothing they are doing from past 1 week.
                We are frustrated with calling Amazon customer care daily one hour. Even everything we are explaining but there is no use. Not sure they will take return or not.

                  I (Sai Rao) brought a new Iphone 13 128GB Green from Amazon India on 08.08.2022 and received it on 09.08.2022 night and when i turned on the phone i found that there is a black spot on the screen i called amazon customer care and they denied to replace it they said its a brand item u need to get the service denial from apple and next morning i went apple customer center they said we can change the screen free of cost but we cant replace the phone we can give the report of the condition of phone which can be used to get replace from where u brought phone (in my case Amazon) i said ok and i sent that report to amazon but amazon denied it said sir we need a service denial letter otherwise we cant do it so, i went back to apple customer care center they said sir we ready to change the screen so how can we give u the service denial letter when i said this to amazon they said sorry sir we cant change it without. in all these only i m getting loss here i want to buy a new phone but i m getting a repaired phone for a price of new phone and amazon is denying of replace it even after their 7 days replacement policy.

                      Same for me i had placed order on 6th Aug, total 7 iteams, but still after 5 days its showing not dispatched yet, and Arriving date is showing 30 August, 24 days for deliver the order which are very small iteams, And when i was placing oder it was showing item will delivery next days and some iteam 4 to 5 days, pls check ASAP this oder[protected] and[protected].

                        I received my order of SHIVANSH Coolpad Mega 5S Gold, 4GB RAM, 64 GB Storage on 14 July, 2022 with a warranty card for 12 months. After a week, when I started using it, I found that its battery is getting discharged very fast. I searched for this brands service centre but I couldn’t find one. When I looked for this brand’s phone number and called them and found those numbers doesn’t exist any longer. I also found one mobile number and called it. It belongs to one ex-employee of this brand. He says that this company closed its operation in India in the year 2020 and there is no service centre operational in India.
                        I wonder, how a product is being sold by Amazon, for which no services are available in India.
                        It is requested to take back this product or provide a proper warranty of it.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I ordered a Dell New Inspiron 3525 Laptop, AMD Athlon Silver 3050U, Windows 11 + Office'21, 8Gb Gddr4, 256Gb Ssd, Radeon Graphics, 15.6 Inches (39.62Cms) Hd Anti Glare (D560766Win9Be, 1.68Kgs) on Amazon.com

                          Sold by: Appario Retail Private Ltd Laptop on 15th July and received it with the following issues on the 1st day itself:

                          1. The laptop was completely discharged
                          2. The keyboard wasn't working, different keys had a different command.
                          3. Non Functional Mouse Pad
                          4. The Laptop kept hanging time and again
                          5. Now the screen has stopped functioning

                          I made a video review the same day, within 30 minutes of the delivery, requesting a replacement, which they have conveniently removed. I never received a call or the option to return it. The product still covered by warranty.

                          Dell company is not covering it under warranty.

                            I'm really feel regret to write a complaint on Amazon India regarding deceiving a consumer (me).
                            Recently I had ordered multiple items in Amazon India app.
                            In app it shows my pincode is eligible for door step delivery. so as it is eligible I placed multiple products and it's a prepaid pay.
                            It showed my product's may deliver within 3 to 4 days, but as the delivery day comes, The delivery agent called me and said me that your are not eligible for door step delivery because he didn't came to my village before in since 3 years.
                            So as a reasn of him not willing to come to my doorstep delivery he asked me to come some other place to receive the product.
                            Then immediately I called to Customer care regarding his behaviour and the CS assured me not to go anywhere as the prior complaint raised against him.He will for sure come to your door.
                            Delivery agent again called me and I said to him everything conversation with CS but still he refused to deliver.
                            He said that "If you need your product come to me otherwise I'm gonne return to seller.
                            This is the not first time happened to me, whatever I ordered it get cancelled due to that delivery agaent but in the app it showing my address is eligible for delivery.
                            I had raised many complaints to CS but no use as they say same drama dialogue, for sure it will deliver, we are raised a complaint against the delivery agent we are closely following up your issue
                            As they aren't able to deliver my product and I spent much time of mine about this which is most valuable to me.
                            And felt anger, depression, deceiving a consumer and even lost a faith, even my health is not supported due to this tension.

                                      I had purchased Nykaa gift card worth of 1000 Rs at Amazon on 31st July 2022 and order no at Amazon[protected] and iam unable to redeem the gift card at Nykaa stores and iam getting invalid gift card error and i spoke to Nykaa and they replied that they dont sell gift card at amazon and i contacted Amazon multiple times and all they say they are not able to help and they cannot cancel the gift card. I have attached order confirmation...
