This is regarding Order No:[protected]. I have received a wrong product and customer care executives are misleading by saying the Havells company technician would come and put the details in job sheet. I have door cam video footage in which it can be clearly seen that Amazon delivery agent is delivering a wrong product. Customer care executives are even hanging up the phone in the middle of the talk and I would like to report this issue. I want a right product for which I have paid for but they are not providing any resolution.
I have additional photos and videos for the same.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have ordered Mi Laptop worth Rs.54, 990 on 27th july 2022 in exchange with my old laptop for Rs.19, 100 in which Rs.10, 000 is a exchange promotion.
    i have received the product on 31st July 2022 and on checking the product, i found some scratches on laptop and piercing on the amazon packaging and laptop packaging. After contacting with Amazon customer care service team on the same issue, they have accepted for the replacement and scheduled for replacement.
    Yesterday(04 Aug 2022), The logistic partner contacted me for exchange, and while i am speaking to him, he disconnected the call and cancelled the replacement.
    so again i contacted Amazon customer service for rescheduling the replacement. when contacted for the replacement, they disagreed for replacement and are trying to convince me for return of product for return.
    if i accepted for return, i can get only Rs.9, 100 as refund where as exchange promotion wont be received as refund as per Amazon terms & Conditions.
    I request for a replacement of product or else a refund of whole amount including exchange promotion value.

      I ordered "HP X200 Wireless Mouse with 2.4 GHz Wireless connectivity, Adjustable DPI up to 1600, ambidextrous Design, and 18-Month Long Battery Life. 3-Years" on 26th July 2022. In the order one of the accessories i.e, USB Dongle (USB which is inserted in the PC for connecting the mouse with the PC) was missing. I requested a replacement for the same on 1st August. On 3rd August, my replacement was scheduled but they failed in doing so. On the evening of 3rd August, it was told to me that replacement is not possible and I have to return the product. My return was scheduled for 4th August. On 4th August, I called them at 1 PM and they said they will pick up the order by 6 PM, and around 6 PM same day they told me that pick up will not be possible today. I wasted my whole day waiting for pick up but unfortunately, they failed again in picking up my order. Again they said me that they will pick up the order on 5th Aug 2022.

      They are only wasting my time. I have talked with their customer executive multiple times but they are saying daily "tomorrow your order will be picked up" and giving other excuses.

        I order 1 plus tv from amazon of rs 25999/ (20311.72 +5687.28gst)for my hotel.
        And the tv is booked from our amazon business account
        We request to amazon executive for revised my invoice and put our gst no in the name of sangria hospitality.
        We will not be able to take itc towards the same.
        And we request them for only update our gst details on portal not raised revised invoice then they reply -Unfortunately the order is been placed before activation of business a/c hence it is not possible to issue GST bill for it.
        It is not about one or two credit. System does not have that kind of option to update such details.
        I would love to help you however we have to abide by the policies
        I understand you would like to get GST credit but I am sorry to inform you that it is not at possible to update these details.
        Sir how its possible without activation account order placed and generate invoice in the name of my firm

          I have ordered One Plus 10 Pro 5G in amazon on 23rd July 2022 as part of prime day sale for Rs.48346. It was out for delivery on 30th July, but I didn't receive the Product on 30th July, so I called Amazon customer care and they said there were some issues so we were not able to deliver it please wait two days. So, I waited for two days and then I called them again on 1st of August and they said it was not delivered because of some external factors and they asked me to wait till 3rd of August, because the buffer period is till August 3rd.I waited till August 3rd and when I called amazon customer care, one of their representative said we rescheduled the order and you'll be receiving the order by 4th of August. On 4th of August the product was out for delivery, the delivery agent said the there was some mismatch in the product and he'll not deliver it. I called the customer care of Amazon for the same and they are telling me to place a new order as it is cancelled

            I have ordered Vu 139 cm (55 inches) Masterpiece Glo Series 4K Ultra HD Smart Android QLED TV 55QMP (Armani Gold) (2022 Model) | Built-in 4.1 Speaker on 23rd July 2022. The product got delivered on 31st July 2022.
            Upon receiving the product it was damaged.
            I called customer care on the same day 31st July 2022. They created a return request and told me to wait for 2 to 3 days. But even after 4 days, the product did not picked up for return.
            When I am calling for the return status they are giving false promises that the product would be picked up after 1 day.
            I want my refund back to my account.

              I tried to buy a phone from amazon iqoo neo6 5g of price 29999, but the transactiojn failed although the money was deducted from my account.
              Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Tried placing order for the fifth time for Panasonic AC Amazon is taking customer for ride.
              Tried to place order fifth time.
              They will accept your order just to cancel it later citing misleading reasons. Payment hard decline by bank, but payment went through every time but not claimed by Amazon.
              Amex card holders please don't waste your time on them surely they will disappoint you . Better but from some other online portal.

                  Me Amazon ka pay later use karta hu or mene 2 August ko night me 29464 rs sara pay karr diya hai uske baad Amazon ne 23575 rs hi limit me update kiya hai baki ka 6427 rs update hi nahi kiya or muje auto debit ka message bhi aa raha hai

                  I have done Amazon pay later repayment and
                  payment also successful but amount not updated Amazon yet in Amazon account pay later and also lending partner idfc Bank show active loan Auto debit is going to happen on 5th August, I am getting messages please take my request and remove auto debit from account and I already repayment this amount through Amazon pay later and also repayment prof share to you email id please check and also requested you please remove auto debit Because Auto debit is going to happen on 5th August, I am getting messages please take my request and remove auto debit from account I am very depressed this situation no one can help me If I call Amazon, I say that he is a lending partner, he will help and if I call him, he speaks for Amazon, someone is serious about this problem really I am very disappointed your finance services and I raised a complain in Reserve Bank of India

                        I ordered 4 Ven husen underwear. At the time of delivery they only delivered 2 items (Which are also small in size and not as per the detail mentioned on the website). The other 2 were not delivered to me.

                        When raising complaint to the customer care they opened the investigation but in the end they kept me waiting for 3 days and said 'We cant refund your money as their agent delivered all the products'. It is a lie. White lie.

                        They didnt deliver me the 4 items and infact instead of apologise they didnt refund my money and I feel like looted now. It happened more than twice now.

                        What should I do?? Please help me out.

                        This ia the main issue. If I didnt get the item how can thery say it was delivered to me?

                        Thereis no base of their investigation team. Am I lying ? I have bene using the amazon like 10 years now and and i see this. They are not proving the correct resolution.

                        If Im not getitng the item and they delivered it then who got the item. I would like to open the issue again.

                        I didnt get the products. The packaging was shattered. When I raised this concern to amazon team., They opened oinvestigation and said that they will provide me resolution. But instead they rejected to accept that i didnt get the item.

                          I have order Haier washing machine on 26th July and paid 50rs extra as part of same day delivery to get it delivered on 27th July. In Amazon app it’s showing delivered but it was not delivered and I got the product on 28th July. I have contacted customer support team
                          Dimple from there confirmed that once you get the product delivered than we will refund the 50rs amount. But now after 5days also they are not returning the amount.
                          It’s a fake charges case against Amazon. It should be taken seriously and a strict action is needed.

                            Return pick-up was scheduled for: Wednesday, 1 Aug, 2022, 07:00 - 19:00 The carrier for this pick-up did not contacted me & updated the status as return pick up verification failed . Please arrange ti reschedule for return pickup & refund my money.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I ordered an inverter from the Amazon website with one-day delivery on 13th July 2022 but the seller failed to deliver the product even after three days then I canceled the order due to some urgency and requested a refund on 16th of July 2022.

                              Irrespective of multiple remainders to Amazon which were on 21st, 27th July, and 1st of August, they have not refunded my amount yet. I ordered the product using my credit card and now I have to pay the credit card bill which is 24000/-.

                              When I contacted them they always committed and sent a mail stating that the amount will be credited in 3 business days but all are fake commitments from Amazon without taking any action. Today is 3rd August and still, they updated in the portal as the product is returning to the seller. The same update from Amazon even after 18 days of cancellation.

                              I request you to take strict action on Amazon and help me with this, please.

                                  I have booked a book named Toli Bharateeyulu a week ago under COD. On 01/08/2022 I saw 9 missed calls from phone number +[protected] in my mobile number. I contacted the same number. The person on the other end told that my house was locked when he came to deliver my booked item. Actually we were very much available at home. When I asked him to come back and deliver the book, he said that he had already left and very far from my place. Then I asked him to come next day and deliver the item. He said ok. After a while I received a call from the same number and the person who called asked whether my item was delivered? I said no and iterated the previous conversation between me and the first caller. Then he said that the delivery has to be rescheduled in their system. He asked to tell the OTP sent to my number. I did the same. After a while he said that there is some glitch and he is not able to reschedule my delivery. Then he asked me to PhonePe the amount of ₹243/- to his mobile number, so that the delivery transaction will be completed and my item will be delivered to me the next day. He made a missed call to my number. I could find his name through True Caller as Mr S S Gowda. I have sent ₹243/- as he asked and waited for two days since then. The item (book) not delivered to me until now. 2.30 pm of 03rd August 2022.

                                  Please resolve my case.

                                    We placed the order of 24th JUL and waited for a week to get delivery.

                                    Amazon delivery person came for delivery on 30th Jul, but he couldn't wait to verify exchange mobile phone. He promised to come back after some time but never returned. We called him up, but he said too many deliveries and won’t be able to come back. He promised to come next day but he didn't appear. He assured us to have shipment delivered through other delivery person however he also didn't come. We called up Amazon customer care on 2nd AUG and Amazon promised to deliver on same day before 9PM. However, Amazon defaulted on deliver promise and we got message saying refund issued. Amazon didn't even call us to check delivery status and without our consent order was cancelled. This is the first time we have seen such a pathetic service from company like Amazon. We called up customer again on 3rd AUG to seek product delivery but no luck! Customer service agents and escalation manager kept on apologizing, but they didn't have right reason to explain why order was cancelled and product wasn't delivered to customer. We could see Amazon misguided us with respect to delivery status and didn't take our consent before cancelling the order. We would have been happy if Amazon could have shipped the product again at same cost. Amazon needs to improve customer satisfaction and should work on understanding customer pain points. We are comping to this forum hoping there is an improvement from Amazon and other customer doesn’t suffer like us.

                                      Hi, i ordered SanDisk 128 GB memory card from Amazon India ( www.amazon.in ) . They sent me a 4 gb Kingston memory card . So I returned the item . The returned item reached to the seller . Now they are saying that they can't refund my money . I returned the wrong product and also they have my money .
