    I have paid rs12000 for booking xiomi redmi note 3 from abroad using debit card to indian address on 12th sep 2016 and the dispatching date shown for the order was 14th.today it is 15, i didnt get even the tracking no to the account associated mobile number and also i cant get sign in to the account.it has been shown several times that the password is incorrect.and i reset the password several times then also i couldnt sign in and now i can sign in but it is showing that there is no order in my account but i paid.

    I noticed 2 different charges to my visa card from amazon mktplace and amazon, com on 9/8/16. i have not ordered anything since may, so what are these charges?? please take these charges off, or i will be expecting an explaination.

      Hello Team,

      I have tried confirm Netboot screen for my mobile on Amzon.com through Netbanking which got failed on Amazon but got debited from my Axis account.

      Advised the same to Amazon to check who advises to contact bank, as the payment stucked in bank gateway and when contacted the bank who advised that the Payment (PNR GUTI[protected]) was successful requesting an email conversation from the merchant who is Amazon. contacted merchant to send me an email stating that the payment got failed stucked or what ever the executive said with the bank gateway but said its not possible as its not pending with merchant. asked if the executive have sent any email to resolve but replied no email will be sent.
      Funny part is spoken to couple executives when i say u know this call is recorded in my mobile so please be sure what u saying n reply comes like this, don't worry all calls are recorded here as well and if i miss guide i will get "SCREWED" Lol.

      m not worried about the amount which i have lost on Amazon as it was just 299 RS. i am writing this complaint just make everyone aware with the online purchases above 2000 as may be u purchase this to gift someone special or for your daily need and end up wasting time on calls and money.

        I ordered a book nemd "Engineering Mathematics" by Kratryx from amazon and recieved it well within 4 days. Although i didnt liked the condition of the book and decided to return on the very next day. They notified me that my refund will be done by 15th Sept.. but i still didnt recieve it yet. It is showing that the return is still under transit.. This is the worst experience of online shoping i got from amazon.

              We ordered shoes of rebook men's zstrike runing shoes shoe size 8 amazon.in order number:[protected] dt[protected] for gift to my brother on his birthday. On receipt the size 8 seems to be big. So immedieatly on next day of receipt we intitated exchange for size 7 which was available as the availability criteria need to be selected fot exhcnage can be initiated and same was picked from us on aug 3rd, 2016 and they received the return package on aug 7, 2016. When w e did not receive the exchange we contact them thru chat helpline and they assured us that they will send soon, but it didnt happen and we started to chat on the help line every week for our exhcnage status. At lat they started informing thatyou take refund as the vendor cloudtail do not have the exchange size available. Today sept 14 we checked on their website the size 7 is available and we asked on their help line chat to send us the exchanges size., but they refused statng that they have closed our exchange period and we have to take the refund and also that another rs 200 will be offered for the acceptance of refund as compensation.

              Though this company have the main roots in usa where they have one of the strictest consumer law and class suits can be filed against them by the american citizen. But this very same company take the indian consumer for ride and cheat us by not supplying the confirmed orders.

              I am interested to file case againts this company so that they should have ethics and proper system in place so that our indian citizens are not cheated by this so called mnc

                I placed two orders,[protected] and[protected] on 29th June 2016. The contents were a Behringer Studio Condenser microphone and a studio microphone mic windscreen pop filter worth Rs. 5, 543 and 820 respectively. Both the orders were delivered to me.

                I raised a return request for order number[protected] containing a Behringer Studio Condenser microphone as the product didn't meet my expectations. I raised the request through telephonic customer care representative and the product was picked up on 11 July 2016 vide tracking number[protected].

                I called up the customer care on 25th July to inquire about the status of my refund and it came to my knowledge that the representative on the previous call raised a return request for the second order (pop filter) instead of the condenser mic.

                Unfortunately, I have already delivered the product back to their representative as the mistake committed by their representative was not in my knowledge.

                I haven't received a single penny so far and all mails and other communication are still waiting for a resolution.even after several complaints.

                I am seeking a refund of Rs. 5, 543 and have already returned the product. Kindly help me to get it solved ASAP.

                PS: I am attaching a screenshot of one of the messages sent by their representative in which he has mentioned about the misunderstanding happened at their end.

                  I purchased a videocon dth from amazon.in in the month of april, 2016 with 6 months platinum hd free but the said pack has been expired before one and half month earlier to its validity. When i contact customer care of videocon dth, they told me that my pack is not "platinum hd", it is only "platinum" pack. Secondly, it expired before its validity. I made many efforts to solve my issue by contacting amazon and the seller but they have not solved my problem. Hence, it is requested to solve my issue.

                    I purchased 2 products of rs. 677/- and the payment was failed but amount is deducted from the debit card o[censored]co bank than i again made the payment again of 677/- from axis bank debit card and
                    Returned the catwalk footwear. So in total i paid 677+677= 1345/-
                    I received 677 and kept the footwear of 159 so i have the right to have the
                    Remaining amount.
                    But on asking they are saying one thing again and again "we have returned your 677/-"
                    They are not tracking the order and making fool out of me.

                      I booked above order on 4th september and was given delivery date of 9th september, than after made approx 25 calls to customer care team but my product couldn't get delivered till 14th september 16.

                      I found that without having inventory availability this order was booked and delivery status was keep on postponing date and finally they asked me to cancel the order since they were not having product available with them.

                      Amazon india should have been penalised for this fraud with me, for giving me fake information and finally keeping my payment / money with them and not delivering the product.

                        It’s being a week, I have been trying continuously to contact Moto Team of Amazon. They were not contacting back to me. After the week, I had to wait for them half an hour and then get connected to them. I have told them that

                        My charging LED of mobile is not functioning
                        LED doesn’t turn on for notification and not for charging
                        It looks like dead mobile while screen is turned off

                        I have tried to contact them but they said amazon can’t help you, you will have to visit service centre for repair.

                        Is that really need to visit service centre, while I received a faulty product from Amazon.

                        Agent told me that amazon can’t help on this, if product is defective, just visit service centre.

                        Why should I contact to service centre of MOTO, they should collect their faulty product instead of wasting my time.
                        I’ll have to wait for the a week to visit service centre after that I’ll have to go their to collect my mobile after the time, they will tell me.

                        Why should wait for that long time?

                        Is this really my big mistake to purchase a product from Amazon?

                        It is really getting my worst experience with Amazon. I never supposed to have worst experience with Amazon, otherwise I really had a great time with Amazon, but it seems it won’t forever.

                        I just don’t want to waste my time, while I invested my money and now will have to waste my time as well won’t be able to use my phone after purchase as it will be in service centre.

                        I just want the replacement for the product.

                        I got a call from number: +91 [protected]

                        He said, I'm amazon director and saying that will help you to refund after that they said will call me back and never called me and switched off their phone. One the next day I again tried to reach them, they said will call you back within 5 minutes, I waited for them for an hour and again called them, they said will call you back, don't call us.

                        No one going to help me. I just wanted to get replacement for my faulty received mobile.

                        I never asked even for refund, from the first day of receiving the product, I placed a request for replacement, why I'm not getting this replacement. Why am I being asked to contact service center?

                        Did I really made a mistake as made a purchase from Amazon.

                        It's really being a headache to me.

                          I ordered a laptop charger, order no.[protected]. The pin is bigger and not fitting the laptop. I asked amazon to take back but they give ridiculous argument that i have opened the package so they cannot do anything. How can one check the item without opening it pl ask amazon to repay my money. First i emailed them as per their return policy but no one came to return it. Hence this complaint.

                            I had used my debit card to pay for the below order, but the transaction got canceled and amount was deducted. The customer service said the amount will be refunded with 4-5 working days. But i neva got the amount . The support team says I have to go personally to the bank and inquire about it.If this was the case i would have bought the product from the shop itself.

                            Kindly do the refund or give coupons or resolve the issue with the bank yourself, Don't make customer suffer.

                              I have placed an order on 16th August 2016 to purchase two MI power banks from amazon.in and have received both of them on 18th August 2016.

                              I filed first complaint for the return of both the power banks and claiming a refund of Rs.1598/- within 3 days of the receipt of the same as they are not charging any phone and are defective. When after that no one came to pick the power banks back, I have filed two more complaints for the same but no action has been taken yet.

                              Now, I don't know how to get my money back.

                                This is to bring to your attention of the discussion I had today with your advisor Eliza and Deepak from the leadership team, the adviosr was more professional and had empathy towards my situation in comparison to Deepak from the leadership team who had nothing to say other than the word "SORRY" which sounded like "Sir you have made a mistake by ordering from Amazon", very disgruntled and dissappointed at such appalling service from the leadership team (shame), I also work in a contact centre and I do not accept such pathetic customer service especially from the leadership team, am actually wondering is the kind of future managers that are being groomed in Amazon as the advisors or agents will obviously learn from the leadership team and get the feeling that the customers can be taken for a ride - Sorry I will not agree to be taken for a ride. I found Deepak to be arrogant and rude and finally he disconnected the call - wow what customer complaints handling capabilities by the leadership team. Kudos!!! Will give you the reason of my call and how I have been antagonised by your leadership team.

                                I ordered items worth Rs. 6200 on 11/09/2016, received a text message initially on 12/09/2016 that the package will be delivered on or before 14-Sep, then on 13/09/2016 at 10:50 am IST (Arriving today by 5:00 pm - Philips HL1645 750 Watt 3 Jar Super Silent Vertical Mixer GrinA will be delivered by AmzAgent), then at 18:33 i receive a sms from Amazon that the package was successfully delivered, was at work so called my wife to confirm and she said that there was no delivery, while on the call I received another sms from Amazon that the package could not be delivered as customer was not available (incorrect accusation by Amazon as per the sms), I accused my wife that she was not at home as the delivery man had come to deliver but she was not at home, she mentioned that she did not step out of the house for a single second - I accused my wife of 24 years of not staying at home till the delivery happens - today morning i had an altercation with my wife over this incident and I ended calling the customer service of Amazon, the advisor was empathic towards the situation however his role was limited, hence I asked to speak to a manager. He connected my call to the leadership team, spoke with Deepak who continuously was antagonising me, I am a 50 year old man with high blood pressure and he had no manners in speaking to a human being (wonder how he happened to be a member of the leadership team - actually surprising). He has no idea how badly it would affect Amazon if anything happens to me or my wife, To be honest the relationship between me and my wife is strained only because of Amazon so I asked Deepak what would Amazon do to keep me a happy and smiling customer. His reply was very antagonising - He said the delivery date is 14/09/2016 and it is still within the returns period, is this customer service? Also mentioned that will try and get the package delivered today to which I replied that it has to as per the Amazon promise and I have paid for the package in advance and it is not COD. He retorted and said that we cannot do anything as compensation, I asked him what is the next step of escalation and he said that he is the last point of contact on the live phone and was not giving me the steps of complaining further, said he will arrange for a manager to call in the next 6-12 hours, informed him that I would reach office at 12:30 pm and as per my company policy would need to switch off our mobiles so requested to mention it in the interactions to his manager, he said he cannot promise the time frame, finally he hung up on me saying that this conversation is leading nowhere - Wow - Congratulations on such a wonderful and brilliant leadership team member. I would really appreciate if I could speak to some one who makes some sense in his interactions with the customers.

                                Very disgruntled, disappointed, unhappy and irate customer.
                                Waiting for a solution to the issues & problems created by Amazon.

                                  Returned a skirt in order #[protected] for 479 on Aug 8. Today being Sep 14, there is no refund on my card. The customer service has been hopeless. They keep saying we need 5-7 days to resolve after accepting that a technical glitch the refund hasn't gone thru. It's been more than a month, and no call no refund, the same emails saying sorry but please wait. What a lousy service.

                                    I ordered a Motorola G plus 4 phone from the Amazon website on 14th august, 2016 (ORDER #[protected] and received a phone which was scratched on the sides. The seller was Amiable Electronics Private Limited.
                                    I put forward a complaint to the customer care and they offered me a replacement for it.
                                    The replacement that I received was again defective with similar scratches on its side. So, this time the customer care told me to apply for a refund and buy the product from a different seller on the amazon website.

                                    So, I ordered for a refund of my amount and and again ordered the phone for the 3rd time from a different seller Apptronics Retail suggested by the customer care team of amazon (ORDER #[protected]. The date of the order being 26th August, 2016. This time as well I received a phone that was exactly similar to the previous one with scratches on its top and side as if it was a used phone. But due to being a victim of the tedious refund/replacement option I could not complain about it that very day. I accepted my fate and went on using the phone.
                                    But 16 days later I realised that it was not right on part of such a big company like amazon to not be able to resolve such an issue even on the 3rd attempt.

                                    So, I called the customer care again and they told that since I have crossed their window of 10 day replacement policy they are no longer liable at their end even if its the third time that they sent me the same defective product.
                                    I dont want a refund. All I want them is to send me a brand new phone with no delay on their part so that i receive what I actually paid for.

                                    Kindly look into the matter.

                                        I ordered Sony c5 ultra Bluetooth and I received LG tone + bluethoot and Amazon company made my bill also sony c5 ultra bluethoot. and i discuses your saler Mr. shakti singh his office address is BSE enterprise, E - 2 / 217, 3rd floor, shastri nagar, new delhi - 110052. and Mobile number is [protected]. i said him only my problem can shotout but he replied me negatively out of the concern and he do not help me out. and my problem is not slowed. finally i request online amazon company customer care executive he said me two days my hand set is replace which i order. but please take strictly action your saler mr. shakti singh . who not halped me. and please close his center...basterrr...
