I had received a product on 12th August, and due to size issue I had returned the product on 16th August by courier and requested for refund. Company has a weird policy that: "If the product is sold through the seller then the refund will be sent in form of cheque as the amount was paid in cash.
I asked for the refund to be processed in form of gift card as they are not ready to transfer the funds in the account, which is still under process and the process looks like will never complete and money will be digested by Amazon.
All the executives keep giving vague promises stating that they will personally follow up on my email, however every time I see a new executive responding to email. Team is totally discourteous who doesn't even take pain to call the customer. I would be filing a case in consumer court if it is not taken care off in this forum.
