I had bad experience being shopping with AMAZON. Firstly the item that i have ordered is far different from what was shown on website and secondly now there are no terms for changing mode of refund. I don't understand why your customer care executives are able to understand such a simple thing that i have no longer use of my credit card as it has been now with someone else and i don't want cash back in that particular account.So i have the concerned persons to kindly look into matter and revert accordingly and please don't let me lose trust on AMAZON as if no specific reply will be given from customer side it will be the worst shopping site ever. Following is the details of the product i have purchased.

    Ordered a new lenovo vibe x3 and got delivered on 14 Aug 2016. The phone did not switch on and i placed an exchange. I got the new phone of same model delivered on 20 Aug 2016 ( Invoice No. KA-BLR[protected]. I got my details transferred on the phone and started using. The phone hangs frequently, heats up, and battery drains. I wanted to return the phone but unfortunately return time was till 30 Aug and as i was travelling, i could not do so within set period of time.
    Amazon said, they can not help me and asked me to contact Lenovo.
    Lenovo gave me authorized service center number Indira nagar (blr), banagalore [protected], [protected],[protected].
    Jayanar (blr)[protected],[protected]
    None of the numbers are working.
    No support from Lenovo.
    I wish to exchange the Lenovo premium flagship phone with some other phone which at least work and has customer support.

      It’s being a week, I have been trying continuously to contact Moto Team of Amazon. They were not contacting back to me. After the week, I had to wait for them half an hour and then get connected to them. I have told them that

      My charging LED of mobile is not functioning
      LED doesn’t turn on for notification and not for charging
      It looks like dead mobile while screen is turned off

      I have tried to contact them but they said amazon can’t help you, you will have to visit service centre for repair.

      Is that really need to visit service centre, while I received a faulty product from Amazon.

      Agent told me that amazon can’t help on this, if product is defective, just visit service centre.

      Why should I contact to service centre of MOTO, they should collect their faulty product instead of wasting my time.
      I’ll have to wait for the a week to visit service centre after that I’ll have to go their to collect my mobile after the time, they will tell me.

      Why should wait for that long time?

      Is this really my big mistake to purchase a product from Amazon?

      It is really getting my worst experience with Amazon. I never supposed to have worst experience with Amazon, otherwise I really had a great time with Amazon, but it seems it won’t forever.

      I just don’t want to waste my time, while I invested my money and now will have to waste my time as well won’t be able to use my phone after purchase as it will be in service centre.

      I just want the replacement for the product.

            I have ordered one laptop from the online Portal http://www.amazon.in/ worth Rs. 33674/-, Product dimensions are "LENOVO THINKPAD E450 20DD0065IG CORE I3 5 TH GEN, 4 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 14" SCREEN, BLUETOOTH, WIFI, WEBCAM, DVD RW, DOS, 3 YEARS WARRANTY[protected].

            When i get the product delivered, there is no DVD Writer in it, but as per their product display on his website, It was included in the product.

            I have mailed them so many times regarding this issue, But every time i have got the response that i need to contact with lenovo service centre for the replacement. And also they are denying to refund my money.

            Request you to kindly provide the action on it.

              I purchased a Moto G4 plud phone on August 30 th.
              but the procduct is defective it get hang while charging I tried to
              return the product throught amazon app but it was not accepting
              and I called the customer care and he provided e motorola
              technician number who would have resolve the issue .
              its been 8 days I havent received any call or email regarding my
              issue and i am unable to return the product.

                was order thru Amazon. Same day when the product was delivered(20th Aug 2016) to us, we requested for the return of it. which was agreed by amazon and i was instructed that pick up would be provide me and assured that there will be no charge for same. According to amazon representative over the phone it will be seller responsibility so there is no need to worry.

                Later Amazon informed me that the product has to be return by me along with the cost attached to it, as seller was not ready pay. Seller location is around 650 km from my place, returning of the product is costing me more than half of the cost of the product. when this was informed to Amazon they said this is between you and seller and got aside. As they were just a widow from where i purchase a product no responsibility on their end. If this What the return policy is then why they claim to have easy return policy.

                At this point i feel sorry and cheated by the company. Thinking why i got the product from Amazon at first place. But still with very little Hope, my complaint will be taken consideration.

                  Dear Amazon,
                  On dated 7th Sep 16, I have purchased iphone 6s worth 43, 799/- from Amazon & the delivery dated was 12th Sep 16, but so far I haven't received it. Whenever I tried to call Customer Care, they always say "Sir our working time is 08:00 pm so don't worry you will get it before 08:00 pm". When till 08:00 pm it's not come then they says again " Sir, tomorrow anyhow you will get it, it's my word to you". Then next day at lunch time when I called up to Customer Care, again the same sentence "Sir, today till 08:00 pm you will get it". After 08:00 pm when I called than they say the same thing "Sir, tomorrow anyhow you will get it & we will take it as a priority". Today also the same thing.
                  I told to Lodge complaint but they did not do anything. Then I complaint online & I received the mail but till date nothing happened. Mail is in attachment with order.

                  Why you are you constantly telling lied to me? Are you trying to manipulating with my money or what?
                  It's been a 3 days gone from the delivery date but still I am not able to receive my consignment & even I don't know that what is going on.

                    I got delivery of Moto G4 Plus mobile on 7/9/16.
                    Now i wants refund due to some some technical issues which was not
                    cleared even by contacting with Moto Care. The Basic issue is,
                    the account for refund is not getting add in (payment option-manage
                    your account for refund)
                    IFSC code is correct, bank details update automatically, but after
                    entering account number below that then it shows...invalid IFSC code!
                    There isn't problem of bank or their account as i was enquired there a
                    and made transaction also after this issue...

I have Mail Amazon the screenshot and i have also mail amazon the mail i have received from Hp. but amazon is not taking any action, closed my complain without resolving.This to-fro headache played with me like a ball for one month and now HP & AMAZON BOTH is not Helping me even after I said that I am going to complain on your behalf, it seems Amazon & HP does not care, Amazon is just there to cheat customers with the defective products with non authorized channel partner So, my request here, please do not buy anything from Amazon, if you buy, surely you will get cheated by Amazon itself is fraud company, on top of this, this seller is also a cheats, so buying from amazon & with cheat seller is like Cheat X Cheat I am in so much disappointed with lots of frustration because this product worth is 32000/- I have paid. Any senior guys, request you to please let me know how can we given amazon and this seller a kick back. They are openly cheating, can we not do anything to them??? Some people (victims) already posted similar kind issues but no body responded

                        At 11am today on 12th sep 2016 your courier boy whose mobile no is [protected] misbehaved with me and my dad and said "I won't deliver the parcel unless you pay cash first". I asked to show him the policy of the company where do's n dont are wrritten.After repetitive request he said I will consider your product CANCELLED. I have the call recording against that courier boy. I called him twice and he said maam I will consider your order cancelled else if you don't pay first. I said atleast give me the order I want to open and check it, he said NO.

                        I want the needful and speedy action against him and a apology is also required. Else I am forced to take legal action against him and your company.

                          I ordered a Lenova Hard disk 1TB on[protected]. That is supposed to be delivered from[protected] to[protected].
                          But I have not received the same. After verifying the DTDC Doc No: Z46949382 provided by Amazon, DTDC, Hosur clearly specifies that it is not yet shipped from the source place (Merideals) on 2-9-2016 it self. When I enquired 3 times after that on 2-9-2016,[protected],[protected] and today[protected] also, amazon is telling they have filed a complaint against supplier Merideals for returning the Money. But They are telling it will take another 2 weeks to get back my money.

                          After 20 days, I have not received my product or my money back.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I have bought Dell Laptop from amazon India but the warranty is not as per my buying date, it is showing some old date. I faced some issue with my laptop and i went to service center for repairing but they said that the warranty is 1st Sept 2016 and it is not as per the bill which i got it from amazon. I bought the laptop on 7th Oct 2015 so my 1 year warranty should be till 7th oct 2016 but it is showing as 1st september in the dell database.
                              I have raised this concern with the Amazon technical support team, for which they have said that it is going to be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs but it has been more than 20 days but still the warranty is not extended. Because of which i am able to give my laptop for service. I would request the concerned department to look into my issue and resolve it.

                                Amazon.in is behaving like a insane guy because they are making an issue which is not likely to be an issue, give my 300 Rs Gift Card which is remaining since I purchased in SVD (Super Value Day) on 2nd july 2016 than all will set.

                                I'm tormented right now with their excuses that which are huge in length and colossal in time to write like You have not made a payment in SVD offer ! etc...
                                Cause whenever I call toll free have to explain the same thing again n again caller satisfy me saying that don't worry sir you will definitely get the remaining dues in next 24 hours, please wait we are doing at our level. Than I hang up the call waited 48 hours than again called the toll free they again committed the same thing told me to wait again 24 hours I said OK.

                                This all happened around 4-5 times and each time they committed the same suicide with same signature mark and same suicide note as well but the man still alive, why they are not ending the life of this issue.

                                A BIG QUESTION MARK ????????????????????????????

                                As I'm full-filling all the criterion of getting a Gift Card still have not got why ?

                                and I know it very well that you guys give GC only when demanded by customers ?

                                Damn sure that My 2nd July Purchase's 300 Rs. GC of ICICI bank debit/credit card trasanction is still remaining and nobody is listening why ?

                                On thirty first (31st) of July 2016 I called amazon.in toll-free for may month's 300 Rs. GC. its true why ignoring the truth ???

                                Or its a merely a tactics of amazon.in that if any user demand of Gift Card in SVD than he/she will get satiated ?

                                Hitherto waiting for Gift Card and I have fed up calling on toll free number and tell the whole story from the very beginning again and again.

                                I have purchased some goods on 2nd of July 2016 and 1st of August 16 in SVD (Super Value Day) offer, the total amount was 3032 Rs. and 3090 Rs respectively also both paid by ICICI bank credit card.
                                Credit Card number is **** ***** **** 6170 .

                                Right now I want the 900 Rs gift card for each month as mentioned in SVD Terms and Conditions.

                                It is highly unacceptable and not encouraged in Amazon. Also, we do not want customers to suffer in any way, customer satisfaction is our Prime motto.

                                I have contacted many times at your toll free number each time new person
                                discuss the whole issue than say your Gift card will delivered after 234
                                hours or before, i have escalated the issue to the concern team.

                                Why I have to call each and every months end for Gift Cards ?
                                Why its not auto credited into my account ?

                                number and tell the whole story from the very beginning again and again.

                                I have purchased some goods on 2nd of July 2016 and 1st of August 16 in SVD
                                (Super Value Day) offer, the total amount was 3032 Rs. and 3090 Rs
                                respectively also both paid by ICICI bank credit card.
                                Credit Card number is **** ***** **** 6170 .

                                Right now I want the 900 Rs gift card for each month as mentioned in SVD
                                Terms and Conditions.

                                You told that 600 Rs Gift card has been credited its ok, I also checked for the same and found you are right, but still 300 Rs Gift Card is remaining cause the one which you were telling that 300 Rs also have added into my account that 300 Rs. Gift card is for May month's purchase not for the July Month's got it or not ?

                                So clarify your doubt, I'm damn sure about it, because I called on 1st of Aug for May month's remaining 300 Rs gift card and than after 24 hours it was credited into my account.

                                Its really awefully bad right now as well that you guys are still not paying attention to the issue.

                                  I am vijayaraj.c. I am booking a product (SOLID SF 12 satellite Analogue db Meter) through Amazon on 06/09/2016. The order number is #[protected]. I received the parcel via Blue dart on 10/09/2016 and pay the bill amount Rs.540/-.But the matter is, when I open the parcel the item is a 'CAR CAMERA'. It is not I am order. Bill detail is -solid SF-12 satellite Analogue db meter. The product item is changed. So I am unhappy.
                                  Please tell me, what should I do? what is the further step? Where I surrender the product, which is in my hand? I have no idea. Because I am first time purchasing a product through Amazon. I am waiting for valuable suggestion very soon. I want the product (SOLID SF 12 satellite Analogue db Meter). So please help me.                                     I have purchased the above said motorola device on 15.08.2016.

                                    On 15th day i have to rush to motorola service center to get my phone repaired.

                                    Amazon india is asking for "dead on arrival certificate/decline of service certificate".

                                    Motorola is repairing my phone, but i want replacement.
                                    Motorola is never gonna issue these kind of certificates, they focus on repairing.

                                    Amazon has its term of replacement for 10 days only without the above said certificates.

                                    Neither motorola nor amazon is providing me good after sale services.

                                    I want replacement of my phone.

                                      I made an order for a 48gms of gold coin on 21st july in Amazon website with the order no[protected] for 1, 58, 911 INR. Because of the Amazon courier mistake the product went to BIlaspur and didnt even come to chennai. I followed them for nearly a month on this issue and they didnt had any complain mechanism or escalation process with amazon. After a month long chasing and so many calls and emails they accepted the failure from their end. I asked the money to be credited back to my bank account as i lost faith in their customer service to order anymore products from them, But they didnt do that and refunded the order amount back to my amazon account. I was left with no other choice than to make another order to retrieve my money back . I placed another order for 50gms of gold coin on August 16 for 1, 63, 600 INR and the estimated delivery date was 23rd august to 7th september. With the tracking information i saw that the order reached chennai on 27th august. I waited for 3-4 days and the order was not delivered and no more tracking details in the site. i contacted customer service and they gave assurance that it will delivered as promised within 7th september. I waited until 7th sept and the product was not delivered. When i reach back to them they always say they will work on it and doesnt help on the issue. Because of investing a huge amount in that order i am in a big financial crisis.I am going through lot of mental stress because of their worst customer service.

                                        I want to share something with you all. It's my pathetic experience of shopping on Amazon. On 25th August I ordered Moto G4+ on their website. And on 30th I got a call from delivery person for delivering the phone I asked him to wait for 10 mins but he left. I'm called him Amazon again n again but it didn't work and I left my phone with my cousin without even notificing me. Than the device I get was too bad 1 ear of the earpiece was not working a took my phone to Motorola service center they rectify the issue but created major issue that is camera didn't turn on after their checkup. I called Amazon the agent who picked my call too rude and denied to transfer the call to supervisor and they said for replacement first we want permission from Moto next day I called Moto they have done smart check and agreed for replacement. Next day my phone needs too be picked up the guy called me I'm coming but didn't come and automatically reschedule my appointment without any notification and they did the same thing next day also. Also Amazon always promised me to call back which is never fulfilled. Than on 3rd day he came to pick it up and on 9 September I received I new phone after few hours I find the same headset issue in this. I request all of you to spread this so that Moto and Amazon will get how much they have bothered me and you should also think twice before putting your trust and money on these companies which don't know abc of customer services.
