I heard that amazon is best in market where i can buy any thing online without any hesitation, all the advertisements and promotions were so perfect that it compelled me to but a watch online.
I ordered titan analog blue dial women's watch - 9710sm01 (Amazon fulfilled) to be gifted. Below are the details:

I ordered this watch on 2 august, this was delivered on 5th august in evening to my office address, i opened this package the next very day on 6 and was shocked to see that the watch which and old titan box had was not the same which i ordered. I called amazon and asked them to get it returned, i was assured that it will be picked the next very day.
Next very day i. E 7 august i again called by evening as the watch was not picked up. I was shocked to hear that there was no return initiated on 6. I asked again to initiate this and the date i got was monday.
No one came to pick this watch, i again called on 8 and then had a word with their manager and i was again assured that next day it will be picked as it was late on 8 to be picked up.
This continued for another 5 days, i kept calling them and they use to postpone the pick up date. Then finally the watch was picked up on 12 august, they took 7 days to pick this watch. Whatever happened till now, i was very much unhappy. After watch was picked up, i was happy that finally this is done.
I didn't knew that this will continue and i will have to ask and fight them to get my money returned. I called them back on 20 august to ask about the money refund, and was told that still the watch is in bangalore and refund has not been initiated.
Amazon has kept my money for 20 days, wasted my time. This was a gift for someone but due to shortage of money, i couldn't order another one.
Please this needs to be action ed asap, and i want my money with interest.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by everhelpingmeet As per the policy, I should get money with 7 - 10 days i.e. 23 August. I called them on 24 August and got the status as the product is still in transit, i.e. they have not received the my product from their courier department.
This is seriously something which should be taken care by some authority.
