I ordered "Jollify Mens Sports Shoes from Amazon last week. Yesterday on 6.9.16 I got the product. When I opened the packet I got "Spelax Sports Shoes". I made request for replacement and pick up schedule was confirmed on 7.9.16. But today on 7.9.16 nobody came for pick up. When I opened my Amazon account there is no order history. Amazon deleted all my order history.
I request Amazon please replace my wrong product with the actual product which I ordered.

    As soon as I ordered an item from Amazon after accepting payment it logged me out...later cust. Care told me my account was put on hold and the money will be refunded...They told me to write an email to Amazon's cust. care address which is [protected]@amazon.in...I have emailed them 3 times without any response and it has been a week and no refund has come to my account...customer care no. Ppl say only email guys can help me and they are not even responding...absolutely pathetic

      Totally fraud company. I have a gift voucher of rs. 500 and when i tried using it its showing already applied and i didn't used it ever i called up customer care they are saying its already applied i asked them to help me as i didn't used it so please tell me what should i do and who used it they are not even talking or listening to me just saying we can't help you and disconnected the call. Please help

          I placed an order which consists of 2 items. One item was delivered on time but other one has not been delivered yet. Its been already delayed by a week.

          I tried to contact support team but they didn't update me till now.

          I daily receive a message "out for delivery" but that don't have any contact no of delivery boy and later in evening i get message "could not be delivered as customer was not available." they don't even contacted me for delivery.

          On august 25 2016 i ordered a book from amazon. But till now i get not my order bcuz amazon missing my order because its price on auguat 25 it @75 rupees with dilievry . But now this same book @130 with dileivery. I need my book @75 only aa soon as possible

            Never place a prepaid order on amazon.

            I have ordered a laptop sleeve from amazon (protecta memento laptop sleeve for 15.6 inches) on 16th of august 2016 but till now 7th sep 2016) it’s not delivered to me.. i tried to contact amazon customer several time always they are saying to contact the seller. now i am feeling that i have done a big mistake that i have trusted on amazon and make a ‘prepaid’ purchase on that site who is not taking the responsibility. it’s very frustrating and disappointing moment for me and no body care about customer, i have sent lot of mails… but no answer...

            Very pathetic service from amazon.in, i never expected this kind of service from this renowned site.

            My suggestion to all the customer that:
            1). never place a prepaid order on amazon. and
            2). never buy any product from 3rd party vendor on amazon

            Very True...
            Even I am facing the same issue.
            The delivery team is sitting on my order. It has reached the Destination and false information is updated on the website.
            Pathetic service.
            Infact in case the prepayment is made then either you will not get the delivery or the courier team will run away with your parcel mentioning that the parcel has been delivered.

              Again you are giving same fake "app treasure hunt" on 8 sep 2016. You can see your clues already been cracked, you can see on tomorrow. Why are amazon not finding that persons that can take so many product in 1 rs, seriously amazon system are too much weak or amazon giving only these offer to their employee, or there is someone in amazon who is leaking out the clue and product, if you want to give the product you can give discount to 70% in lighting deal, that all amazon customers can take benefit from it not for that person that cracked your all clue already or some amazon employee leak your code or script editors, all customer will be happy if you give this deal on lighting deal, you can see all your clues cracked in "spot the moto g4 play" within 1 sec, how can you say your system is secured??                   I had the worst customer care service centre experience which was not expected from amazon.
                  I bought a motorolo g4 plus device from amazon whose bluetooth was not working after having conversationwith your customer care service centre they suggest me to go motorola service centre to get the job sheet i spend more then 4 hrs to get that job sheet from service centre after i share it with them first they agree to refund my money back after some time they say do not accept the job sheet they don't have this kind of process. After more conversation, they said that my job sheet is not genuine its fake that's why they are not accepting. When i said i can reget it from centre the said they cann't help me on this now. Even the guy is not giving the call to senior guy over there and they are putting me on hold over and over for more than 20 mins.
                  I have attached the job sheet imgage please find out the attached copy. Hope i will get back response of this mail.

                    I am “amazon prime member”. I had made payment & placed order on 5 september 2016 for logitech m235 wireless mouse (Grey) and while ordering i was promised delivery by 06th september - 8pm (Prime)

                    The amzagent ([protected]) called me today at 6:52 pm and informed me that he is standing downstairs near my apartment & due to traffic he cannot deliver at doorstep and requested me to collect the parcel from him.

                    I told him that i am in office & anyway he is supposed to deliver the parcel at doorstep only. I informed him to park the vehicle and deliver it at home and being in traffic is a silly excuse. He disconnected the call & updated a fake status on order id:[protected] that “customer was not available”

                    My concern:

                    1. Why amazon is acting so cheap with its prime customers?

                    2. Courier guy is supposed to deliver the parcel at doorstep. Why bullish excuses then?

                    3. What’s the use of prime membership & the value for money?

                    Pathetic service!!! No “amazon prime” next time…… seriously!!!

                    Beware: do not subscribe for amazon prime service; as they lack quality delivery service. No value for money, indeed.

                          I bought a laptop from amazon which must be delivered to my brother's address and he was coming hometown after 3 days. I searched on amazon and saw this 1 day delivery option. So i bought from them i made the order at 4th sept. Night and didn't get it till today i. E. 6th sept. I think my complain is legal they should not make and show false promises.

                            My name is dr ayush tiwari and some close one of mine sent me an police analogue watch and payment was done online but when i received the package it was empty with no watch inside. Basically it is a case of pure fraud which is done to my close ones and me in the name of international company. When i called them for several times i got a cold responce of assurance that your product was sent ahead of scheduled date of delivery so you have to wait for next 3 days till the date of delivery. I will wait fr next 3 days but if i dont get my money back i am going to file a case against this fake company. This is to warn other people who trust such sites and aps with their money.

                              I had purchased a laptop on 4th april 2016 using hdfc debit card and i am entitled for a cashbask of rs 2000. I should have received the cashback by july 31st, 2016 but i have not received it yet.
                              And amazon customer care is really bad, its been more than a month, after frequent complaints too the issue has not been resolved and no response.

                              I need my cashback. Amazon needs to help its loyal customers.

                                I faced this problem second time. I didn't do return request not currier boy come to my home. Even product come to my city's centre today morning at 12:43 am (6 sep tuesday) and on 11 a. M. I got message like your product is undeliverable and returning to the seller. How is it possible without any cancellation or any action done by me? I was shocked. Then i called to amazon customer care and they said you need to do re order this product (I have done payment online already why i again spent 7 k and wait for old refund) i tried a lot to convince them product is still in my city please don't return it but they didn't listen my request and they said you need to reorder the product. I am from poor family i done a lot of hard work to collect 7k for my hard drive due to emergency now they said like you have to do re order. I don't have money for that and it's very urgent for me please do something for this. I don't need refund. I need my hard drives as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased lg lsa3np3a l-nova plus split ac (1 ton, 3 star rating, white) from amazon.in under the cashback promotion through hdfc credit card/debit card. Which was being run a few months back (In april 2016). The last date to issue the cashback was 18th of july 2016. I did not receive the cashback. So i started by first calling the amazon customer care. They were assured me the cashback will be credited in 10 working days but the still cash back not processed.
                                  In total i have had verbal communication with them for at least 4-5 times. One of their customer representatives even told me that it is not for amazon to pursue the cashback as the same is to be issued by the concerned bank and so i was told to pursue my case with hdfc.
                                  Here: amazon executives should understand, i was seen the promotion in amazon.in not from the hdfc bank.
                                  More so they have gone a step ahead and committed a fraud and case of ipc 420 is clearly made out. I am waiting for a few more days and then i'll send them a legal notice for cheating, fraud, loss of interest, for mental harassment, agony. I am sharing this so that all of you be aware and careful about these cashback offers being run by amazon. I have added the transaction history.

                                    Getting to the issue, i'd bought a panasonic mixer grinder from amazon (India) on june 20th 2016 which was delivered to me on jun 30th. During its first use, i found that the product wasn't functioning properly. I thought it was just an initial glitch and may go away after recurrent use. But i ran into the same problem during its second use. That's when i raised a request for returning the product on the amazon app and my request was consequently approved. I was however asked to self return the product because the agents told me the product wasn't amazon fulfilled which i was not aware of before. I requested multiple times that the return be arranged by amazon but your team stood firm and asked me to do a self return. I took the extra effort and did as requested. When the product reached the seller, he denied accepting my return saying the product wasn't returned within the 10 day return window. I had to then explain to your team that the product was returned only after the return was 'approved' and hence the seller couldn't deny my return. I was suggested that i file an a-z claim so as to get my refund. After multiple discussions which involved me talking to your agents and sending them emails everyday, my return was accepted. It took a month's time for your team to accept my return.

                                    Once this was resolved, i ran into another problem. I had closed the bank account that i'd used to make this purchase in the month of july because i'd moved to a new workplace that issued me a new bank account. Hence my refund was processed on aug 17th to the same bank account that i had made the purchase from. I explained my problem to your team and your team asked me to work directly with the bank as they'd already fulfilled their obligation. I contacted the bank and helped them with the transaction reference number and the bank was indeed able to trace the transaction but confirmed that the funds were reversed back to amazon on aug 19th as there was no active bank account to apply the funds to. The bank gave a written confirmation about the same with the payment voucher number acknowledging the funds were reversed back to amazon.

                                    I've gone back to your team and have tried explaining it to them in every way possible. I have so far exchanged about twenty emails with them on this issue alone and i speak to the agents everyday trying to get my refund back. The agents do assure me of a resolution every time, but follow it up with standard emails saying the refund was issued by amazon and i've to work with the bank in getting my funds. I'm not even sure if your team has looked into what i'm saying because the responses are standard and no where address my issue.

                                    I'm attaching some of the emails for your reference and the product details below. I request you to please help me with a resolution. It isn't just about the money, it's also a lot to do with my faith in making any further purchases from amazon. I have always been an ardent admirer of your company and always choose your brand for my online shopping over several others.
