I had ordered the aforesaid Woodland wallet on 18th of July. It was supposed to delivered latest on 25th July, but today is 26th and I have still not received it. I am supposed to leave the city by 27th and the order was very urgent. I am very disappointed with Amazon Shipping Services.
I ask you to kindly deliver it by today, as the wallet is important. I hope you'll respond to the complaint....

I purchased moto g4 plus and due to overheating issue i apply for replacement on 18 july and from that day only my amazon account has been on hold.
They tell me to mail the mastercard details, but the fact is that i never purchased item by mastercard.I pay only by cash on delivery .
This is the worst company i see in my life.
Please please help me regarding this.

I had paid for an order#[protected] of rs. 1549/- from amazon.in on 7th of july 2016. and i had also cancelled the order before it had arrived. the refund took almost ten days to process and finally they had sent me a mail on 18th that the refund was initiated. it is 25th july 2016 today and till date i have not received my refund. the process described below in the mail sent by amazon was followed by me, but the bank has informed...

Cheating discount prices in Amazon app
On sony 32 GB black coloured product they showed us it's price is 1000 rupees but actually mrp price 750 /-...

I have purchased 8 channel relay control panel plc relay 5v module with optocoupler for arduino avr arduino raspbe... qty 5 numbers and the product has been deliverd, but the invoice for the same has not been updated or available. the same has been sent to the amazon team on 18th of july and they are still waiting for the invoice from their seller....

As i ordered on bag worth rupees 1199 and it was pink in colour
while they delivered me white in color which is cheating and insignificant

even when i called them they asked me to courier that back to merchant return address but while i asked it if the courier may not delievered to that than they said we are not responsible while they are making 30 days return policy why they are not full filling that ....

From past 25 days i m contacting amazon customer care to refund my shipping charges of rs90. They are just giving fake promises that they will pay by cheque ..bt still no cheque has been provided.. I m fed up of this type of services .. And very rude behaviour by customer executive ..plz take strict action against amazon company . nd tell them to provide me with my shipping charges and compensation...

I have buyed coolpad note 3 plus gold and after some time getting some problem in it i make a replacement request after 4 days my request...

I have placed an order to have the laptop from the amazon online portal. But when i got the delivery i am seeing that it is old and used. (Attaching the screen of product).

I only had the good experience with your online presentation. But on the ground (During product delivery) it is short o[censored]sed product delivery. So i am loosing my faith with amazon.

After receiving refund initiate email amazon account specialist is not ready to refund the money.
Instead of giving answer & refund they are sending emails in improper way.
It's a mental harassment & pathetic service given by amazon....

Product has not a sticker. I told my problem to amazon then they filled a a to z claim. And told me to wait for 15 days. After 15 days no solution was there then on 19 june they claim a guarantee form and told me to wait for again 10 days. Ok i waited....

I ordered a screen guard called cellbell tempered glass screen protector for motorola moto g4 plus and my order no. Is[protected].
It delivered yesterday and instead of taking 199rs, that person took 220 rs. I wasn't there at home so my mom took it and she was unaware about the exact price.

Everybody be warned that Amazon is just another Indian company and has all the corrupt backdoor tactics that Indian companies use; Two of my orders for books, were cancelled unilaterally- the first order for a french book for my daughter was cancelled by someone (mostly the seller) calling the call centre and cancelling-I only got the cancellation email without assigning any reason. Clearly an illegal tactic with impersonation...

The package with tracking #:[protected] is out for delivery since yesterday. The delivery man promised yesterday, ie, 22/7/2016 that he will deliver within 1 and 1/2 hour, but has not delivered. Today, ie, 23/7/2016, also, i have phoned him twice once at 1.30 pm and 6.30 pm, but he has not delivered the item still.
Kindly instruct the concerned delivery man to deliver this package urgently....
