This is to inform you that I ordered two tab red covers. And instead of two I received only one cover. The delivery guy took the money of two tab covers. The price of one tab cover is 299. The delivery guy took Rs 600 and went. Either you return me the cover or My money.

      I bought a laptop from amazon which must be delivered to my brother's address and he was coming hometown after 3 days. I searched on amazon and saw this 1 day delivery option. So i bought from them i made the order at 4th sept. Night and didn't get it till today i. E. 6th sept. I think my complain is legal they should not make and show false promises.

        My name is dr ayush tiwari and some close one of mine sent me an police analogue watch and payment was done online but when i received the package it was empty with no watch inside. Basically it is a case of pure fraud which is done to my close ones and me in the name of international company. When i called them for several times i got a cold responce of assurance that your product was sent ahead of scheduled date of delivery so you have to wait for next 3 days till the date of delivery. I will wait fr next 3 days but if i dont get my money back i am going to file a case against this fake company. This is to warn other people who trust such sites and aps with their money.

          I had purchased a laptop on 4th april 2016 using hdfc debit card and i am entitled for a cashbask of rs 2000. I should have received the cashback by july 31st, 2016 but i have not received it yet.
          And amazon customer care is really bad, its been more than a month, after frequent complaints too the issue has not been resolved and no response.

          I need my cashback. Amazon needs to help its loyal customers.

            I faced this problem second time. I didn't do return request not currier boy come to my home. Even product come to my city's centre today morning at 12:43 am (6 sep tuesday) and on 11 a. M. I got message like your product is undeliverable and returning to the seller. How is it possible without any cancellation or any action done by me? I was shocked. Then i called to amazon customer care and they said you need to do re order this product (I have done payment online already why i again spent 7 k and wait for old refund) i tried a lot to convince them product is still in my city please don't return it but they didn't listen my request and they said you need to reorder the product. I am from poor family i done a lot of hard work to collect 7k for my hard drive due to emergency now they said like you have to do re order. I don't have money for that and it's very urgent for me please do something for this. I don't need refund. I need my hard drives as soon as possible.

              I had purchased lg lsa3np3a l-nova plus split ac (1 ton, 3 star rating, white) from amazon.in under the cashback promotion through hdfc credit card/debit card. Which was being run a few months back (In april 2016). The last date to issue the cashback was 18th of july 2016. I did not receive the cashback. So i started by first calling the amazon customer care. They were assured me the cashback will be credited in 10 working days but the still cash back not processed.
              In total i have had verbal communication with them for at least 4-5 times. One of their customer representatives even told me that it is not for amazon to pursue the cashback as the same is to be issued by the concerned bank and so i was told to pursue my case with hdfc.
              Here: amazon executives should understand, i was seen the promotion in amazon.in not from the hdfc bank.
              More so they have gone a step ahead and committed a fraud and case of ipc 420 is clearly made out. I am waiting for a few more days and then i'll send them a legal notice for cheating, fraud, loss of interest, for mental harassment, agony. I am sharing this so that all of you be aware and careful about these cashback offers being run by amazon. I have added the transaction history.

                Getting to the issue, i'd bought a panasonic mixer grinder from amazon (India) on june 20th 2016 which was delivered to me on jun 30th. During its first use, i found that the product wasn't functioning properly. I thought it was just an initial glitch and may go away after recurrent use. But i ran into the same problem during its second use. That's when i raised a request for returning the product on the amazon app and my request was consequently approved. I was however asked to self return the product because the agents told me the product wasn't amazon fulfilled which i was not aware of before. I requested multiple times that the return be arranged by amazon but your team stood firm and asked me to do a self return. I took the extra effort and did as requested. When the product reached the seller, he denied accepting my return saying the product wasn't returned within the 10 day return window. I had to then explain to your team that the product was returned only after the return was 'approved' and hence the seller couldn't deny my return. I was suggested that i file an a-z claim so as to get my refund. After multiple discussions which involved me talking to your agents and sending them emails everyday, my return was accepted. It took a month's time for your team to accept my return.

                Once this was resolved, i ran into another problem. I had closed the bank account that i'd used to make this purchase in the month of july because i'd moved to a new workplace that issued me a new bank account. Hence my refund was processed on aug 17th to the same bank account that i had made the purchase from. I explained my problem to your team and your team asked me to work directly with the bank as they'd already fulfilled their obligation. I contacted the bank and helped them with the transaction reference number and the bank was indeed able to trace the transaction but confirmed that the funds were reversed back to amazon on aug 19th as there was no active bank account to apply the funds to. The bank gave a written confirmation about the same with the payment voucher number acknowledging the funds were reversed back to amazon.

                I've gone back to your team and have tried explaining it to them in every way possible. I have so far exchanged about twenty emails with them on this issue alone and i speak to the agents everyday trying to get my refund back. The agents do assure me of a resolution every time, but follow it up with standard emails saying the refund was issued by amazon and i've to work with the bank in getting my funds. I'm not even sure if your team has looked into what i'm saying because the responses are standard and no where address my issue.

                I'm attaching some of the emails for your reference and the product details below. I request you to please help me with a resolution. It isn't just about the money, it's also a lot to do with my faith in making any further purchases from amazon. I have always been an ardent admirer of your company and always choose your brand for my online shopping over several others.

                    I ordered a phone from amazon through my credit card. The phone had scratches on the screen so i ordered for a refund on 12th august, 2016 which i finally received on 30th august, 2016 after a tough argument and a lot of fake promises by amazon customer care executives. I was promised a gift card worth rs. 1500 to my amazon account which i denied previously for the delay in refund however due to amazon failing in refunding the amount in time even after me calling several times i accepted the gift card. The problem is that i never received the gift card and now they say that you will have to provide he credit card statement with the fine details only then amazon will provide the gift card. I told the executive to audit the calls what their executive promised me when the payment was delayed and they simply were arrogant and unreasonable over hours of call. I want to sue amazon for the delay in payment as their policy is to refund within 3 to 5 days however after days of argument and struggle they refunded the amount and i want my gift card with out having to provide anything as they promised. Please assist as they will carry on harassing the customers like this forever.

                        I have ordered a 43 inch micromax tv from amazon vide order number
                        [protected] on 21st august 2016' it was delivered on 27th august by fedex courier. I raised a replacement request on 29th august, as it was given in a broken condition, it was supposed to be picked by 30th august. But sorry to say it has not been picked by 5th september. Whenever i ask amazon they say fedex will pick up tommorow, all sort of excuses. It has not been picked and i dont know when i am going to receive the next delivery. Worst service by amazon.

                          I have been a regular customer to Amazon several years now and today (05/9/2016)I faced the most disgusting situation that I have faced in my life. This is the customer service that Amazon boasts off these days? So much for Apna dhukan that amazon talks about and this is how people are treated.  had a product delivery today and I am not in my house and the delivery man called that the delivery is attempted today. The actual delivery date was 7th of August and I dint not accept the delivery today. Then I informed the delivery man that I am not in my house and asked them to get it tomorrow. And the guy kept arguing that I should go pick up from some address and I told him that is not required for me to go to his address. I don’t understand why a delivery person should ask the customer to go to certain area which is highly unsafe. And then he kept arguing for us to collect it to today. And then he said he will get us the product to where we are and asked us for address and kept pestering me over and over again. And when I said you can take the product back and it can be delivered tomorrow he started abusing in a very bad language. It is very disgusting for me to go through such trauma and I wonder how dangerous this` is as a Women. If a person can talk to me like that I wonder what he would do if he is getting things to my house. How dangerous this is when we get such person to my house how dangerous this is given that he has my address and my phone number. The words he spoke was “sulle munde” and said that he will be slipper me in front of everyone. To be called a ### from someone is highly disrespectful and is not a word that should be used on any women.  I am in shock and this is highly humiliating for women to having to listen such words from anyone. I am going to take actions on this and if amazon is not going to take any action on this I will have to sue amazon and have to go to consumer court. I have cancelled any order that is placed .                             Hi,
                            Its already 2 months passed to my order for a jacket in between, I requested frequently customer care to help me to get back my amount if you are unable to deliver the product. But every time they frustrated me to wait 3 more working days and A-Z complain is registered and many more excuses.

                            Simply cheated policy which was not expected from Amazon India. I ordered the item on 23rd of JUNE 2016.

                              I had ordered for an guitar cover!
                              And the delivery guy who came to my area asked me for my address, to which i given him my address and few minutes later he calls me and says that since he was not able to find the place i lived in, he had cancelled the order and went back his own way!!!

                              I was so agitated at this, considering that i had waited for almost a week for this and didn't get what i wanted, just because that delivery guy didn't have that patience to find out where i had lived inspite of having told him!!

                                I ordered 4 different products on 26.8.16 expected delivery date was 29.8.16. The status each day shows out for delivery and then regrret customer not available. What kind of service is this when contacted standard replies courier doesnt pick calls. Amazon is going to frustrate loyal customers and lose business

                                  I hv purchased moto G4 from amazon on 4sep and it get too hot in 5 minutes charging and turbo charging is not working and battery shown abnormal condition and i domt get proper response on refund and replacement of this.                                       There is no such information on their website nor is there a email id provided under CONTACTS tab for customers to write back to them.
                                      This is not only a deliberate attempt to discourage any kind of complaints but also illegal.

The site is showing that delivery attempted but I haven't received any call regarding that. Also whenever I call the customer care, they say it will be delivered by tomorrow.
