        Something went wrong with my Amazon Account. I m unable to order any product cash on delivery. If any product is eligible for cash on delivery on my address. And then further i proceed to payment method. Then it don't show cash on delivery option.
        I m regular customer of Amazon.in.
        And i have ordered more than 100 products cash on delivery options. But this issue happening from last 2 weeks.

            My name is Ulhas jamdare had order an Tupperware 8.75 L three container on 22 August an I had pay from my debit card total amount 2145 rupees I received an subtraction message from my canara bank as well from Amazon conformation message well the delivery message on 1 sep 2016 but still I had not received it.I had customer care ( Amati, sahib, ferroz from pune gudgoan an finally Hyderabad) the first lady ask me the details I provide but she said is incorrect second fellow told it's correct an within two day your product will be delivered as per my address an order no which I had mail to Amazon an spell both of them an finally I had words with customers assistant Mr ferroz from hyderbad well he committed me he will give me all fallow ups an he had kept an notes to delivery department an committed for delivery

              I always used to buy things from amazon India, but when ever i book my items, i'm not getting any updates of my product on my mobile number rather the details are sending to some other number. some other number is updated on my account.and that number is receiving all the details of my products. When i tried to update my number on my account, it is not allowing me to update my number.

              I seek support from Amazon chat support, e-mail support, ans last also from phone support also, no one is helping. last i got a call from Amazon and we talked about 40 mins, but he also didn't solved my issue, when i told him to transfer the call to senior department, he simply disconnected the call saying i solved the issue. i'm really fed up with the service of amazon. please some one help.

                Dear,

                i have refer one of my four friends to refer and earn program in my friend circle and they created their amazon account. After they purchase as it is amazon term and condition and place the orders but they didn’t have credited money in their account and already two months to go but didn’t cashback.
                All time I’m calling in customer care executive at phone but they promise but didn’t credit money. 20+ time I’m calling in amazon but he didn’t credit my money and my friends also didn’t get cashback.

                Now, This time your customer care executive told me you can’t eligible for cashback. As term and condition but i know they told me lie. I know very well. They can’t find any single mistake. they only told cant eligible nothing more but i know they lie to me they didn’t credit money. i have many more to prove I’m legal candidate to avail cashback.
                if they can’t corporate and behave good then I’m going to Consumer Court In fraud case. Your my last hope to solve this issue.
                After this,
                this is my last time amazon and after that I’m cant any item in because of poor response and service.

                  but next timeit is ok.

                    When you order anything from amazon now and by mistake if your payment failed, it convert by default to COD without asking to customer. The best part of this if you look for your order status it say never says first attempt your payment failed.

                    Also there is no option to cancel the order. It feel like i am trapped, need to accept the goods with cash .

                    This is not good company like amazon.

                    one more other issue:
                    1)If you applied gift card, it will no work as your payment changed to COD.
                    2) The order you have placed and what the order you get are different many times. please verify the order.

                      I told them that i was input wrong card details and bymistakely place a order. but they are blocked my account. I have left rs9999 gift card in my account.
                      My bymistakely created order is (#[protected] but i provided them my card details for (#[protected] this order number. but they don't unblocked my account.

                        I would like you to inform you I am suffering too much because of amazon. Now I am in condition that I lost my money.

                        I ordered one switching machine from amazon on Aug 2nd. You guys are delivered a defective machine with improper packing, I returned, for pickup they waited me for a week, Again I purchased a higher version from amazon (thats y I opted gift voucher). Now the same problem they send me a defective product again and that one is not at all packed. I put return, but you guys are not at all picking up the product, It almost one week over. everyday I am calling them, they are not at all responsible and not helping too. Please help me to sort out this problem. I am attaching the product condition while deliver.

                        I can understand ...Amazon has made fraud orders in my account and had took extra shipping charges from me saying that you had ordered the only 2 product not looking at the Amazon fulfillment and it has to be charged with shipping but My order had 4 products they created fake multiple orders in my account and blamed me for not checking it before checkout of order...Hights of Fraud!! They never accepts there mistakes even if the system has made it like this I remembered wht I had ordered...They also sell "chori ka mall" I guess...I ordered a blouse it came with HARD TAGS on it which is in mall for security reasons...They don't understand that such tags should be removed when the sell and dispatch the product

                            Hi,
                            This is regarding a smart watch, which I have purchased from the Amazon.I have returned that product but they didn't given the refund.Every time I called up their customer care they were telling there is some problem with my back that's why it's not reflecting .I called up bank customer care also several times but they are not able to find out any transaction from Amazon regarding the refund.Its almost 2 months over still Amazon is making me fool .In this way they are sucking our blood and bluffing with us.Please take action, so that this could be prevented in future.

                              My name is ayush mukhija and i am from sonipat haryana..i was called for recruitment in amazon as a warehouse associate..waited 6-7 hours stood in long line..then information came on of the candidate of sonipat has argued with HR . because of which HR told to disqualify the sonipat candidate..there was lot of partiality while recruitment..the warehouse is situated in sonipat only ..still they are doing such partiality for sonipat candidate..i want justice..how this private mnc can do such a foolish thing..

                                  I have purchased a bi-cycle from amazon and the product is un assembled one which is not mention any where in web site and they are claiming it is mentioned in Question and Answer. Question and Answer not mandatory thing to check. Because of this I got disappointed and the customer call increased even more stress on my mind. Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

                                  It is not assembled, I considering as damage and we don't know missing parts till we get assembled it. And the image in website shows it is assembled one.

                                    I booked a order through Amazon India for 64 GB Memory Card of Mobile with Order No #[protected] on 06 Aug 2016. I have paid Rs. 1189/- on the same date for this item through my credit card. Earlier on the booking date they have showed on their that item will delivered on 10th Aug & after few days it has been changed to 14 Aug which is still showing in their system as on today (snapshot attached) but I have not received the same as yet. Even after calling to Amazon so many times they do not have any valid reason to explain why the product has not yet delivered till date. Amazon India has done a BIG FRAUD with me & even they are not ashamed for it as well. I request this forum to take necessary action against the same & please ask to deliver my product urgently OR refund my full money along with harrasement charges for misguiding me from last 01 Month & along with that I also need an apology/clarification letter from Amazon India as well.

                                      I had purchased two items with order numbers[protected] and[protected]. I had paid for the items through Internet Banking. While making payment first time i had to decline the transaction due to password issue and the transaction second time was successful and the order was placed on 1.9.16. Suddenly next day i.e 2.9.16 at 2.53 pm i received messages that both my above orders are cancelled due to non receipt of payment after 24 hours. When i contacted customer care they declined to take complaint.

                                        I am Sumit from Delhi, I ordered "JVC KD-X110 MEDIA PLAYER" via order No. (#[protected] of Rs. 4, 195/- dated 28th of July 2016 and Amazon provide me expected date of delivery 5-8 August 2016 but i did't get this product still 27th of August, after regular follow-up with amazon they requested for place a new order and credit Rs. 100 gift card into my account So, i placed the same order "JVC KD-X110 MEDIA PLAYER" via order no. #[protected] after their commitment that this order will be deliver around 2-3 September 2016 of Rs. 5, 110/- Now, Today i got a mail from amazon that this order has been cancelled.

                                        Amazon are lying giving false commitment/believe from 28th of July 2016 to till date around one month.
