I had ordered a product bearing order id no.[protected] which is supposed to be delivered latest by 23rd august 2016. Amazon provided me with the phone no. Of the deliverer (You can find it by checking your records with ref. To my order no.) who came to deliver at the address after 9:30 pm to my official address, thus i failed to receive. On calling up today to the person concerned to deliver the same, he said he no more has my parcel and shall be delivered by some other person. I was not given the contact no. Or id of the other person. Such reluctant attitude towards customer is not appreciated. It is not only amazon who is doing business online. Your service is not at all customer friendly. Hoping you shall address my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

    I purchased a FENDER guitar from Amazon website and they delivered a wrong product. Later on they changed the image on the website when I brought to their notice that I have been given wrong product. The image on the Amazon website was changed immediately and I was told that they have sent me the correct product as per the image. It took them 10 days to come to a decision to give me refund provided i the send the guitar back to their warehouse at my own cost. All i asked for was replacement of the guitar and to send me the right guitar which i paid for but they refused totally. Attached image was displayed earlier which I paid for and purchased.

      Worst experience ever!! I ordered a phone (Order #[protected]. It was expected to be delivered on 13th august. It was a prepaid order and a one day delivery product too. I am writing this post on 19th of aug and still don't have any idea where is my product. Worst part is that at - first i was told that delivery has been delayed due to my absence at delivery address. Which on confirmation from amazon was a faulty status update from their part. - second status i got after few days was that i had requested a delay in delivery (That status had me red faced). Now you guys are making me fool by saying we will deliver it soon. And one of your representative said we don't care you can sue us if you want. And upon asking his name, denied. Now i am dragging this issue to consumer court. Will be sending the notice soon.

        LG G5 Tempered Glass Order #[protected] ON 24/07/2016 after making payment via my credit card for Rs2599/-. afterwards i receive message from their side that the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock, i called them to ask why they took order & took money from me even if they were not having the product, no satisfactory reply was received from their end. & they assured me that i would receive the refund immediately, they also sent en email confirming that refund has been credited to my account, which was a blatant lie on their part. afterwards calling several times on their helpline only false assurances were made. even after assurance on phone by them that they would call back to let me know of refund status no call was made by them, even today 19/08/2016 now they have are telling that they have processed refund, on telling them it is not reflecting in my account, they told me that they can not provide any further information. how am i supposed to get my amount back, when amazon resorts to such unethical practices, if they were not having product they should not have accepted the order, even out of stock was not displayed on the web site while i was placing the order, & false assurances one after other were made.
        i request to take strong action against the seller so that no other customer is wronged ever by them again.

          Previous experience you could not provide courier charge. This is a cheating customer policy. 1st. Pl send courier charge for refund item and refund money or replace item.

            I have ordered this product on 8th Aug and was told that it would be delivered on 12th Aug. But unfortunately the product is yet not delivered. When I track the order it shows as shipped on 12th Aug but till date I do not have

            the product in hand. It was very embarrassing that I had to contact the courier company (which is not my part). I had to make several phone calls to reach courier company( I had to try roughly 50 times and then I could reach

            the courier company agent) and then one agent said that it would be delivered on 17th Aug. Today 10 days have passed but I do not have the product in hand.

            I even tried contacting Amazon via chat support but the representatives did not care for my concern and said that I could simply cancel the order. I even sent an email but never received any response. Surely, I will be cancelling

            my order. Is this how Amazon treats their customers ? I am totally disappointed with Amazon that I ordered a product but they could not deliver it to me.

            This is a shame on their part. I will never recommend anyone to use Amazon to buy the products online.

            The courier company in my case is BlueDart.

              I had placed 2 order on 7th August i.e[protected] &[protected] which were to be delivered in Varanasi, but the same were send to Allahabad instead of Varanasi and finally the orders were returned to seller. Now because of AMAZON staffs callous attitude my gift was not delivered at all, see to it that refund is initiated immediately along with compensation of Rs. 2000 for non delivery .

                I have not received the refund money for the order Amazon.in Order #[protected] plz take it seriously and take immediate action its already 10 days since return i call them everyday and hear tomorrow u will get the refund i also send the pdf file of my bank account statement to [protected]@amazon.in, i am getting my hope lost on amazon i am a regular costomer but this behaviour from Amazon is not bearable for me

                  I have ordered one multi color gym for my two months old baby from Amazon. The expected delivery was between 13 to 20. After ordering on 13 th they credited back the money to me. When I checked my orders on their site, till then it was in preparing order status and suddenly no such order was showing. I have contacted customer care and she told me that only one such piece was available and it got damaged. I have argued them that they should have informed me earlier so that I could have ordered from some other site. They added one gift card worth ₹150 for my argument. But then when I checked their site still that product was listed as in stock, when the customer service informed me that it was the only one piece available.

                  I need an appropriate penalty from them for misguiding and lying to the customers.

                    I'd ordered a product in sale and I got a mail to schedule a delivery date for that product so I contacted the customer service team and scheduled the delivery date.
                    I've all the proof of chat transcript and the emails.
                    But after a few days, I got a mail that my product is damaged in transit and it was undeliverable and now it is being returned to the seller. I wasn't even got contacted at the time of delivery and now it is being returned to seller.
                    If the product was damaged in transit, was it my fault?
                    I asked the customer service team to ship a new product if the product got damaged in transit... they're not listening to me at all.
                    This is the worst experince I had while ordering at amazon.

                        1. I booked and order on 10th august 16 for an urgent delivery of macbook pro laptop which was as shown in website has to be 12th aug 16 @ 8 pm

                        2. Paid 100/- extra for urgent delivery.

                        3. I never got any information either on mail or sms about the delay in delivery.

                        4. On 12 till 8:30pm there was no update from them, so i called the customer care and the executive told me that it will be delivered within an hour. Again till 9:30 no call or any information came. At 10:15 pm i got a call from an executive that its been very late so if he can get it delivered next day morning till 10:30 pm. However to the funniest part i got a message from amazon that the order could not be delivered as customer was not available at the time of delivery.

                        5. As i had to go outstation i need this on urgent basis and purpose got failed due to amazon and incurred a huge mental pressure and a financial loss of 10000/-

                        6.in the moment of anger i cancelled the order on 12th aug 16 at 11 pm.

                        7. I got an update on website against my account that the order has been cancelled, when i called the customer care they told me that the amount will be returned to my bank credit card till tuesday.

                        8. Till date it has not been done and got my bill with the emi processed on the same.

                        9. I am very much frustrated and mentally being harassed by amazon in this front.

                        I want a compensation for this from them for the delay in delivery which they show as guaranteed delivery on their website and then on the delay on crediting my amount back.

                          I am very disappointed with my order held on "10 august 2016 order #[protected]". the order has been cancelled without my knowledge or even consulting me by amazon on 17 august 2016.

                          I have lost my 7 days waiting time and the special offers because of this. refunding money is not a solution. amazon is not returning me my 7 days and the offers. i talked with customer care for around 40 minutes (out of which 30 minutes was my waiting time (on hold), the only answer i got was sorry and apologise.
                          Customer care are not suppose to say sorry or apologise, they should solve customer problems.

                            On july 14 2016 i was charged $113.69 on my visa credit card. I have made no purchase from amazon and have no record of a purchase. My last four numbers on my credit card are 4938. I demand a refund of $113, 69. My reference number is 2427539jl0084etsb opn on my visa bill. I do not know why i am being charged for something i never purchased or received.

                                  1) i purchased a tv bracket from amazon to suit 19 to 42 inch tv as per the specification provided by amazon website.

                                  2) the said beacket suited to my 24 inch tv initially.

                                  3) last week i purchased a new 40 inch tv a after and the same bracket is not suitable for it,

                                  4) i reported this problem via the bm center to amazon and its seller, initially they agreed to replace it and then after a week suddenly they closed my return request saying the return policy has expired.
                                  I have written evidence from the seller agreeing to accepting my return request.

                                    Dear sir i have bought salora pro hd tablet sold by silcare on amazon.in order date 04/08/2016. Silcare send a defective tablet to me and do not get it back. I have to repair it from local mobile repairing shop in my own cost. I have lodge complain on 09/08/2016 for returning the tablet by amazon team do not get it back.                                       Dear sir, i have placed order for a mobile set moto g4 plus (black) bearing order#[protected] & paid full amount in advance online on 8th aug 2015. i have called customer care on 14th aug, 15th aug, 16th aug & 17th aug also. but the customer care executive had said that product delivered by today every time.
                                      Therefore, i requested that lodge a complaint against the company not fulfilling the rights of customer.

                                        I placed order through amazon. The app showed me to pay rs 50 for same day delivery thtough prime services. I opted for the same. After placing the order the app says my order will be delivered by 19th aug. Amazon is cheating customers like how. Why did they charge 50 rs extra for.amazon call centre agents are dumb to the core and never are able to give right answers.
                                        Under prine membership without paying rs 50 extra also i can get the delivery by friday. Now i am not able to cancel my previous order. To register complaints they only have call back mechanism which is of no use as the conversation ir responses are not getting stored anywhere. They have a feedback email id which they clearly specify that they do not reply to feedback mails and never write back. I have not received any customer complaint number from amazon.
                                        Pfa image which clearly says rs 50 for same day delivery with prime membership.
