I have purchased samsung amazon led tv (order #[protected] on 4th april 2016 and at that time there was an offer of rs 2000 cashback on it if i pay the amount through hdfc credit card. i made the payment through the same but now customer care executive say that your name is not in our list and we cann't pay you a cashback, you can take the gc from amazon instead of cashback.

Even they promised me that the cash back...

Till now the product was not delivered. I have booked and paid the mobile phone samsung on7 pro (Gold) on 12 july 2016 of rs.: 11, 190.00

I had purchased moto g plus, 4th gen the same hour when it was launched from the amazon app. there were some promotional offers also with it and i wanted to know who were able to win the offers as there was no communication of the same.

There was a offer related to movie kabali, cashback offer, moto 360. i want to know whether the winners have been announced and the list to confirm if i am being selected or not.

The mobile product is v. v. bad, it has no battery backup (max-2hrs). though it shows 2800 amp.
It has 1 gb rom, but it was show that it has 8 gb rom
Camera in also not good, though it has 5/5.
The product is a loss of money, which is not expected from such a brand (amazon).

I placed an order in amazon on 7 th july but they have not delivered the product till now the expected date of delivery was 14 th july but the product still not delivered and they are always saying wait for 24 hrs for your product it will be delivered.
