I had ordered jbl xtreme worth rs.17, 158.. I had paid cod for it..
On the date of delivery, the delivery guy didn't come to deliver the product.. Even after calling many times, he didn't come.. Then i went to the carrier department and paid the price of 17, 158 and they kept the box in the dicky of my vehicle.. When i returned to my office and when i lifted the box, i found the box to be less in weight.. I opened it and was shocked to find that there was no product inside.. Only thermocol and other wastes were present..
I have been given fake assurances by the amazon team from past one week over the phone.. And till date i have not received the refund.. And now after one week, for whatever mail i send, i get a same reply that the refund cannot be initiated.. They have denied to initiate the refund.. They are not even speaking to me over the phone.. They say that a separate department handles this and it doesn't have any direct contact number. I can only mail them.. But, for whatever i mail them, i get a same reply that the refund can't be initiated..
Really pathetic experience.. My hard earned money has been spent only for an empty box.. I never expected this from amazon..
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is really very pathetic that it's been more than 5 days and till no one contacted me from Amazon...
