I would like you to inform you I am suffering too much because of amazon. Now I am in condition that I lost my money.
I am Girish from Bangalore India, my amazon registered email is [protected]@gmail.com.
I ordered one switching machine from amazon on Aug 2nd. You guys are delivered a defective machine with improper packing, I returned, for pickup they waited me for a week, Again I purchased a higher version from amazon (thats y I opted gift voucher). Now the same problem they send me a defective product again and that one is not at all packed. I put return, but you guys are not at all picking up the product, It almost one week over. everyday I am calling them, they are not at all responsible and not helping too. Please help me to sort out this problem. I am attaching the product condition while deliver.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1)If you applied gift card, it will no work as your payment changed to COD.
2) The order you have placed and what the order you get are different many times. please verify the order.
