    This complaint is regarding my refund status on order which was placed h was placed in march month and there are two refunds to be done but whrn called them daily and said them qbout this they gave one refund and the other is not yet done nnthe dompany people are being very rud3 to me and they are not processing my refund of 1999 plzz help me and try wnd solve my problem. Company says that instqnt refund but my refund is not yet done qnd their response was worst. Waste compqny amazon and your waste services. If the company dosent want to give refund its okay for me, but in same position, mqny other people are also th3re and the compqny is not giving their money also i just want tomknow why this is g8ingnon and why the compqny is not issuing my refund.

      Regarding the mi5 mobile refund i called customer care with my office landline no:[protected], yesterday evening that call has transferred the leadership team, they confirmed you can call me by tomorrow morning we can cancelled the cheque and issue an refund to the registered bank account. I called the same customer care number today they arrange an call back from leadership team with my registered mobile number:[protected]. They told again you have to wait 3more business days, cheque has been dispatched.

      Your customer care agent why giving an wrong confirmation & commitment.

      Check the call recording and arrange and refund at the earliest.

      i have added the bank account details on 20th of July'16. but with my confirmation that amazon billing team has been issued an cheque. I got an sms on 29th of July'16, cheque has issued you will get an cheque with in 10 business days.that day only i called you customer care regarding refund you can transfer to my account.you can cancelled the cheque. they said on i can raise an complaint to billing team. Again yesterday i called the customer care i have spoken 4 agents last 5th agent only transfer the call to leadership team, they told after 4 days only we cancelled the cheque . you can call me by tomorrow morning we can cancelled the cheque and refund the amount with 24hrs. Today i called but the customer care agents has giving the information there is no option to transfer the amount with in 5 working days you will get an cheque.

      I purchased a Sony Xperia Charger. I pluged it to charge mobile. After passing an hour, the charger burns and caught fire. In the charger fire range our valuable items ie Mobile, Curtains etc also burns. Charger is now not working.
      Therefore, We want to replace it with other one's.

        I had purchased aigo dgtl hidden camera spy pen recorder dvr silver real hd 720p best cam kit, vide ordered on jul 22,[protected]-1667506). Which was returned within 24hrs of delivery vide tracking id:[protected] dtd.27-jul-2016... It has being 7 days there is no update on refund. Please advise the same... While selling the product the item was quoted as "no questions money back guarantee! This hidden camera pen have every equipment authorization for the us and eu markets. And because these are very sensitive products, we offer a 90 days no question money back guarantee for our hd90 spy pen!"

          I was purchased a bag through amazon on[protected]. And I return it on 3 July. But I didn't got my refund till yet. I got that bag but they still say I didn't got that bag. I have no proof of the same but the return status says that the Amz delivery agent pick up the same from my house. I have complained to the customer care many time but I can't get the answer.

            I have purchased a phone called redmi note 3 on 13 july, it ran only 14 days and got off, hence forth didn't start. Then i called amazon for replacement, but they refuse to do it by saying that return policy is within 10 days, i mean 10 days, no one handset get in to trouble in 10, and what about 14 days, thats actually made me furious and hopeless from amazon.

              Amazon introduced new delivery prime india service but it's just cheating i was promised the ordered item will get delivered 2nd august 2016 by 8pm. I took amazon promise to be granted and paid money to local plumber to come and install water heater on 3rd morning 9am paying rupees 400 with condition if i don't have product ready i won't get refund. I called amazon customer care multiple times and i was promised they will deliver product on time however it was all false promise, i was cheated and my installation cost of 400 lost. Now i want to see if 9200 rupees i paid to amazon is also lost or not?? There is no body to watch these kind of fraud activity by a company in india? Orderorder #

                I purchased a tablet 1 month ago. Now the tab is not functioning after it got switched off. When i try to make complaint/return amazon simply says "this item is no longer eligible for return. The return window closed on jul 3, 2016."
                I purchased the piece on june 21.

                Cost is 4996 rs.
                I want my money back or atleast i want a good piece.

                Please return the money or provide me a good piece instead

                    There has been a fraud case of delivering bricks instead of sony alpha a58y 20.1mp digital slr camera. the delivery was delayed by 1 day with respect to the original expected date i.e. 1st aug '16. i received the product on 2nd aug at around 5 pm. the parcel was tightly wrapped up in tapes. i paid the full amount along with delivery charge in cash. after the delivery boy left with the money i paid, i found out that the seal of the package of the camera was broken when i opened the parcel. no sooner i realized that the whole box was in shambles and finally when opened, in place of a dslr, there lied some bricks!
                    Bricks for rs 35, 541!!! such outrageous criminal offence!! this calls for serious action!!! it's a disgrace that one of the most trusted website as such amazon has rendered this criminal offense.

                      I have booked royal canin maxi junior 15 kg on 18th july vide order[protected].

                      But till today it is not delivered and after contacting now they have send me a mail that the order is cancelled. They have suggested me to book again and when i go for booking the price of the product is showing almost rs. 1100 above than the last booking price.

                      Is they can do it?

                          Not sure to which account the money is being transferred.

                          Please make sure the money will credited to the same account from which the money has been paid for the booking as it is common sense

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered moto g4 plus mobile phone on 15th july 2016 & it was delivered to my home address with in 4 to 5 days. After receiving the phone, i found that it was heating so much. Also there was a problem in calling voice & signal.

                            There was a policy of refund of any product if one book a return request of this phone with in 10 days of receipt. I booked a return receipt on 23rd july 2016 & it was showing on amazon website also. The pick up schedule was 25th july 2016 between 8:00 am to 11:00am.

                            As we both husband & wife are working, i needed to take a leave for this task. On 25th july, the pick up schedule was changed by amazon without asking me. It was rescheduled for 2 to 5 pm on the same day. Again i waited for the pick up person whole day. But no body came to pick up.

                            Again amazon reschedule the pick up on next day morning without asking me. I called customer care, but they were unable to help it out. Again i needed to be at home on 26th july. The whole day passed, but nobody came to pick up the parcel. The same thing is happening again & again. Today is 2nd august 2016 04:23pm. Till this time, daily the pick up schedule is modified by amazon & no body contact me for pick up yet. Daily i am calling to customer care & they are unable to solve this stupid issue.

                            I have called customer care so many times. Sent emails on their emails id. But till date no result came up.

                            If they don't want to take a faulty goods back, then why these people are making such policies.

                            Now i am waiting for the person from amazon, who can pick the parcel. Also i am worried that whether amazon will refund my money or not.

                            Till date, the pick up is not made & because of that my money held by Amazon. I have to buy another phone, if they refund my money.

                            Today also they gave me one more day wait time stating that if the pick is not done today (within 24 hours) they will refund my money.

                            I am ready to wait more 24 hours. But after that If it is not happened, I request the consumer complaint team to assist me to get my money back.

                              Refer to complaint id 1342810. On 01 aug evening one deepan called from +91
                              [protected] and asked not here what i want till him, he was told how much you paid and asked my debit card no and then he was asking me about my balance in bank account. I don`t under stood that why these people are not understanding the problem, my ultimate aim is to take delivery of the package, but they are not realizing that, this is not the way to tackle a problem. Banks are insisting their customer not to disclose the card no and cvv, then why this people are asking these details which was prohibited. Til now i neither received the item are my money back, since 19 jul i am running behind.
                              Take necessary action at the earliest, and resolve my problem. And also requesting you to take action against those who involved in this issue.

                                Hi. Let me explain shortly.
                                My shipment with tracking no[protected] attempted delivery on thursday (28th july) but not delivered, then i have called customer service to change address, agent promised me it will be delivered on saturday to new address,
                                Saturday (30th july) website shown out for delivery to new address, but after that again not delivered, i call customer service, agent promised me it will be delivered before 1pm, then again before 4pm, after that before 5pm but nobody done anything, shipment not delivered.

                                Sunday (1st aug) website shown out for delivery morning, after that no delivery, i called call centre, they promised they will make sure it will be done before 5pm, i accepted, but still not delivered.

                                Today (2nd aug) agent promised me before 1pm delivery but no luck.
                                I called agent karthik, he said it will take 24-48 hours more to deliver.

                                What should i expect from you guys if this is the scenario.
                                You guys are simply giving false statements and bluffing people like this.
                                I would never ever user amazon.In...

                                      Ordered a charger from Amazon and it was not delivered.Waited for 10 days still I didn't receive the charger, so I cancelled the charger and asked for refund.I called the customer care and I got a reply saying my money will be refunded within 24 hours.Its been 6 days now and I still didn't receive my own money(~500).All I get reply from Amazon is we'll look into it.I don't know how to get my money back.
