I'd ordered a product in sale and I got a mail to schedule a delivery date for that product so I contacted the customer service team and scheduled the delivery date.
I've all the proof of chat transcript and the emails.
But after a few days, I got a mail that my product is damaged in transit and it was undeliverable and now it is being returned to the seller. I wasn't even got contacted at the time of delivery and now it is being returned to seller.
If the product was damaged in transit, was it my fault?
I asked the customer service team to ship a new product if the product got damaged in transit... they're not listening to me at all.
This is the worst experince I had while ordering at amazon.

      1. I booked and order on 10th august 16 for an urgent delivery of macbook pro laptop which was as shown in website has to be 12th aug 16 @ 8 pm

      2. Paid 100/- extra for urgent delivery.

      3. I never got any information either on mail or sms about the delay in delivery.

      4. On 12 till 8:30pm there was no update from them, so i called the customer care and the executive told me that it will be delivered within an hour. Again till 9:30 no call or any information came. At 10:15 pm i got a call from an executive that its been very late so if he can get it delivered next day morning till 10:30 pm. However to the funniest part i got a message from amazon that the order could not be delivered as customer was not available at the time of delivery.

      5. As i had to go outstation i need this on urgent basis and purpose got failed due to amazon and incurred a huge mental pressure and a financial loss of 10000/-

      6.in the moment of anger i cancelled the order on 12th aug 16 at 11 pm.

      7. I got an update on website against my account that the order has been cancelled, when i called the customer care they told me that the amount will be returned to my bank credit card till tuesday.

      8. Till date it has not been done and got my bill with the emi processed on the same.

      9. I am very much frustrated and mentally being harassed by amazon in this front.

      I want a compensation for this from them for the delay in delivery which they show as guaranteed delivery on their website and then on the delay on crediting my amount back.

        I am very disappointed with my order held on "10 august 2016 order #[protected]". the order has been cancelled without my knowledge or even consulting me by amazon on 17 august 2016.

        I have lost my 7 days waiting time and the special offers because of this. refunding money is not a solution. amazon is not returning me my 7 days and the offers. i talked with customer care for around 40 minutes (out of which 30 minutes was my waiting time (on hold), the only answer i got was sorry and apologise.
        Customer care are not suppose to say sorry or apologise, they should solve customer problems.

        I e-mailed problem details to "[email protected]" and get positive response. They provided me coupon as compensation against my missed offer because of them.

          On july 14 2016 i was charged $113.69 on my visa credit card. I have made no purchase from amazon and have no record of a purchase. My last four numbers on my credit card are 4938. I demand a refund of $113, 69. My reference number is 2427539jl0084etsb opn on my visa bill. I do not know why i am being charged for something i never purchased or received.

                1) i purchased a tv bracket from amazon to suit 19 to 42 inch tv as per the specification provided by amazon website.

                2) the said beacket suited to my 24 inch tv initially.

                3) last week i purchased a new 40 inch tv a after and the same bracket is not suitable for it,

                4) i reported this problem via the bm center to amazon and its seller, initially they agreed to replace it and then after a week suddenly they closed my return request saying the return policy has expired.
                I have written evidence from the seller agreeing to accepting my return request.

                  Dear sir i have bought salora pro hd tablet sold by silcare on amazon.in order date 04/08/2016. Silcare send a defective tablet to me and do not get it back. I have to repair it from local mobile repairing shop in my own cost. I have lodge complain on 09/08/2016 for returning the tablet by amazon team do not get it back. I have to spent my money for repairing the tablet. Tell me why i have to spent money for repairing the tablet. How customer will keep faith on amazon when cheating company such as silcare will start to sell goods on amazon

                    Dear sir, i have placed order for a mobile set moto g4 plus (black) bearing order#[protected] & paid full amount in advance online on 8th aug 2015. i have called customer care on 14th aug, 15th aug, 16th aug & 17th aug also. but the customer care executive had said that product delivered by today every time.
                    Therefore, i requested that lodge a complaint against the company not fulfilling the rights of customer.

                      I placed order through amazon. The app showed me to pay rs 50 for same day delivery thtough prime services. I opted for the same. After placing the order the app says my order will be delivered by 19th aug. Amazon is cheating customers like how. Why did they charge 50 rs extra for.amazon call centre agents are dumb to the core and never are able to give right answers.
                      Under prine membership without paying rs 50 extra also i can get the delivery by friday. Now i am not able to cancel my previous order. To register complaints they only have call back mechanism which is of no use as the conversation ir responses are not getting stored anywhere. They have a feedback email id which they clearly specify that they do not reply to feedback mails and never write back. I have not received any customer complaint number from amazon.
                      Pfa image which clearly says rs 50 for same day delivery with prime membership.

                        On 16.08.2016 i had purchased a micromax canvas tab p290 tablet (7 inch, 8gb, wi-fi only), black, from amazon (Priced at rs. 3524) along with a cover case (Ptron priced at rs. 173/-) for the said tablet. The price of the two items came at rs. 3697/-. An sms regarding the purchase made was also send to my mobile. After realising that the date of delivery is too late i immediately cancelled the two orders. Micromax tab was cancelled but not the cover case.

                        However, till date no refund is made by amazon.in view of the above, it is requested that refund may be made as soon as possible. The screenshot of the amount deducted from my account is enclosed for your kind reference.

                          I am very dissapointed from from the time managent and the fake promises tjat are made by the costumer care executive
                          " The matter starts from i want to go out of town as i m a student i have requested them to sendy product 2 days before the delivery date they also made a promise with me that they will deliver it but they can"t their promise true therefore they can"t be able to sent my product on the expected delivery date that they were fixed
                          today it goes 2 days but my product can"t be delivered

                            I have ordered 2 shipment via order no. 402-[protected] and 402-[protected] on 13th aug'16 in prepaid throuhg amazon prime. As per the concept of prime order should get delivered within 48hrs. However till 17th even the order didn't got delivered and expected time i received for 23rd of aug'16. Is this the service???
                            When i tried to contact customer care they have denied to process my enquiry for billing address not matching in their record. However the same billing address was matching on 15th aug'16 call.

                            This is very ridiculous and very poor customer service.in amazon customer should order and leave the delivery on the mercy of amazon post paying. They will definitely deliver it post 1 month. I don't feel to shop further with amazon.

                                I have orderd mahabhringaraj oil from amazon and first it said your order is placed and will reach till 31 august 2016 and the mail came saying "Your Amazon.in order (#[protected] of "mahabhringaraj oil" has been dispatched!" but then it said the order is canceled...
                                But I did not get any refund as the amount has been debited from my account, I called up my bank bank and they said its not their mistake.

                                This is really dissapointing

                                    Iam jobin c joseph holding an account in amazon. Every time iam experience a very bitter experience in amazon while purchasing every product. With in the spam of 2 months i have purchased two mobile phone.1) i have buyed aqua new 1600 mah battery phone for my family friend as a gift but very unfortunate to have the company person has checked the phone, very common error a minor child can find this company person are not able to find. I wrote a complaint to amazon site they refund the the enitre amount through the cheque. They always try to close case with this refund. Its only the case of rs.799/- thats why i left 2) now i have buyed a new lenovo zuxi z1 on 28/07/2016 with order no[protected] amount of rs.13, 499/- through my credit card. I was showked to see the phone is not working properly as the speaker is not working but when iam playing the songs in speaker & when having the call there is alot of trembling sound, i feeling very annoyed that it feels like that there are 2 soongs playing at atime, the phone battery is getting heated up alot. I talked to lenovo customer care executive they clearly said there is a problem in the phone u must visit a customer care office, how a customer feel when he buy a product with paying a lot amount then to visit a office within a spam of 6 days. Now i request u please dont make every time the same irriting by giving the same defalt product. Iam not going to bear the any charge of courier of any charges in the near future an i want this product to come in my amazon main mailing address in kerala. No other address i want this product to come.4 days i was waisted for all the data accumlating this phone and the phone feeling ver annoyed by sending this product. I sold my old phone u dont understand the feeling of a common man i dont have any alternative option for this phone. Who kno when this replacement will come... Please do the needfull.. Who know if again the product replacemt will will it work properly... How many times i have to do the replacement what this co persons are doing they are really hopeless without checking the product they are sending product. I want the justice for the loss iam bearing from the company nearly the month and the how many days more idont know

                                    As per the Order no[protected] Lenovo Zuxi Z1 buyed on……I have purchased through my credit card and I have to pay the One month EMI Interest which I haven’t used the phone for that time period.(Please Give me the Solution for this also on your reply mail) I don’t need any type of Sorry from your end, every time you make me aware that u cannot go down from mistakes in customer service and always ready to say SORRY at the end. Through that phone I have send the letter I want the Acknowlegement copy from your end, now I cant keep the faith in your company. What is the Surety that this will not occur again. I cannot be the suffer of your mistake at the end of every purchase from AMAZON. Why should I disturb some body else for your mistake by sending it again to Nagpur.

                                    Once again I am making it very clear I want this mobile in my Default Address

                                      I have ordered a strontium 64gb memory card through amazon... It is eligible for amazon prime which means deliver in 2-3 days... They are saying that they dispatched it through incorrect courier facility and hence delivery delayed... So i asked them to return the product... Its more than 2 weeks and i didnt get my refund

                                        It is very disappointing to know that a reputed online company like Amazon can be so careless and casual about refunding the money against the return of my 2 orders long back . Why is my money not being refunded when i have already returned the products long time back ? In the reply of my last mail your company promised to get back to me in short time but no message, phone call or response from your side i have received regarding the same till date.This kind of attitude with the customers is unacceptable. Kindly forward me the mail id and telephone number of the concerned authority regarding this matter.

                                        The help line number[protected] given on website by Amazon does not exist...why has it not been updated or changed when this number does not exist...?
                                        It causes so much of inconvenience to the customers.
