I placed order#[protected] from amazon (Under super value day offer) on 1st july, and same were returned by courier service with remark that “item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller. After tracking, it’s found that
“item arrived at nearest hub (Karwar)@10:59am of 9th july and it was marked rejected by me within one minute i. E @11:00am (Screen shot attached)”.
How is it possible to return material within one minute of arrival of item at nearest hub.
After mail to them, they replied, it was a error and tell me to place a new order. I did not place a new order and waited till next month super value day offer.
Their audacious behaviour did not stop here only, again in next month i. E.In august, i placed order for 5 bottels of redbull, 1 maggi sauce, 50g coffee, 400grm milk powder and one biscuit packet (I am mentioning qty. Because orders were cancelled stating “suspected use for resale”) under order #[protected] on 1st aug.
Order was cancelled by so called amazon account specialist, stating item suspected use for resale. After mail and multiple conversations (Attached), they agreed that order was cancelled by mistake and told me to order same products again.
Believing on amazon, i again ordered same products under order no. Order #[protected] on 03 aug, again order was cancelled stating same reason as mentioned above.
Again after mail them, they accepted that it was a mistake and again told me to place a new order. Either they are bad, that they mistakenly cancelling orders (And accepting too) from same account repeatedly or considering me fool. Again they are telling me to place a new order for same products, but i am really feeling frustrated be this order-cancel game and not going to place a new order, it’s their fault, they should apologize and create replacement order with considering price difference and discounts.
I suspected they are accepting bulk of orders on super value day but unable to supply items due to low stock, cancelling order stating silly reasons.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
