I ordered godrej washing with offer price 4495/- as when i ordered, i opted cod mode of payment and suddenly after 2-3 hrs when i wanted to check status it was cancelled automatically by amazon..
After calling customer care they are giving bull reason like they themselves were not sure about cause whether it was out of stock, defective, ot damaged whatever...
They were constantly saying now u have to buy product @ new price 11990/-
This is an absolute cheating on customers first attracting by keeping price low then by making mind about the product when we purchase they suddenly increase price and forcing you to buy

    I buy woodland shoes from amazon on[protected] but shoes do not fit in size so i returned shoes to amazon. After waiting for one month my amount not returned in my account. I contact to amazon customer services than they told me wait another 12-15 days. After few days they asked to submit my account statement. After submitting a/c statement they told me to wait for 7-14 days. Again i contact to them now they told me to contact bank for filing charge dispute form. I contact to bank do the same whatever they told me. After 15-20 days bank replied me that there is no any pending issue related to my account. Again i contact to amazon than they unable to satisfactory answer. Now i am requesting you to do needful regarding this.

      Dear Sir,
      Refer to above order, I am waiting for refund to be appear in my account. As per your site information it is processed on 23/7/16 but there is no information regarding this refund to my bank account...
      The online order for a Lenovo Mobile Hand Set was placed on 8th July'16. to M/s. Amazon India and the item received from DBM Marketing, but after checking the item it found defective and was returned back. I got confirmation for return received on 23/7/16.

      Kindly help to expedite the refund and give detail.

        I ordered a black colour but white was delivered. Customer executiveat amazon is helpless. Manager was not willing to take the call. They say to initiate a complaint against the vendor through site. They don't have even phone no of vendor. How is amazon undertaking such vendors. When product is delivered, money is taken on spot. For return they want us to return the goods and wait for refund. I said i will return the goods after my money is refunded. For which they say their system doesn't permit. On the whole they r fooling the customers and the customers are left with no option. So how far is it safe to order via this so called online sites.           I, hereby launching a case of fraud with me against Amazon India.

            I placed order#[protected] from amazon (Under super value day offer) on 1st july, and same were returned by courier service with remark that “item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller. After tracking, it’s found that
            “item arrived at nearest hub (Karwar)@10:59am of 9th july and it was marked rejected by me within one minute i. E @11:00am (Screen shot attached)”.
            How is it possible to return material within one minute of arrival of item at nearest hub.
            After mail to them, they replied, it was a error and tell me to place a new order. I did not place a new order and waited till next month super value day offer.
            Their audacious behaviour did not stop here only, again in next month i. E.In august, i placed order for 5 bottels of redbull, 1 maggi sauce, 50g coffee, 400grm milk powder and one biscuit packet (I am mentioning qty. Because orders were cancelled stating “suspected use for resale”) under order #[protected] on 1st aug.
            Order was cancelled by so called amazon account specialist, stating item suspected use for resale. After mail and multiple conversations (Attached), they agreed that order was cancelled by mistake and told me to order same products again.
            Believing on amazon, i again ordered same products under order no. Order #[protected] on 03 aug, again order was cancelled stating same reason as mentioned above.
            Again after mail them, they accepted that it was a mistake and again told me to place a new order. Either they are bad, that they mistakenly cancelling orders (And accepting too) from same account repeatedly or considering me fool. Again they are telling me to place a new order for same products, but i am really feeling frustrated be this order-cancel game and not going to place a new order, it’s their fault, they should apologize and create replacement order with considering price difference and discounts.
            I suspected they are accepting bulk of orders on super value day but unable to supply items due to low stock, cancelling order stating silly reasons.

                You must know that the Amazon company has a policy of 10days return & refund, if the product is not good or not as per your expectations.

                I purchased Moto G4 plus phone from Amazon. It was delivered me on 19th July 2016.

                I found that the phone was heating badly, even during the calls. So as per policy, I booked for return & refund on 23rd July. But till date, Amazon hasn't pick up the phone after passing almost 12 days. They never called me for this issue. I have called their customer care so many times. Every day they reschedule the pick up for next day. But neither anybody came for pick up nor contacted me.

                I understand, tlhis company hasn't established the consumer complaint escalation system. Only one email address is provided ([protected]@amazon.in). I have emailed so many times, but till date no result found. I have demanded numbers or contact mechanism of their senior or responsible mangers, but that was also not provided to me.

                I am worried whether this will be picked up or not and will they refund me or not. I have searched on web about such complaints and found many such cases also. You may refer below link:

                I am writing it to social media also to give message to people that this online company is not trustworthy regarding this aspect. They are cheaters & giving wrong commitments.

                I expect reply from amazon on this, which I have already posted on their website. Also the same will be posted on all social media, consumer cell and wherever I can post.

                  I purchased premium leather flip cover case with sensore for xiaomi mi4i - black by amazon showing mi logo on front side of cover, but the cover which i received is not in order. There is no mi logo in front side of cover. It s also observed some patch on the front side of cover & it is looking very odd.

                    On August 4, 2016 and on August 5, 2016, I looked up a video to view for free (no charge) and did never did get to see these videos but was charged $1.99 for each one.

                    I would appreciate it if you would credit my account for these two videos that I never did watch and I would not have chose them if I had to pay for them.

                    This is very upsetting to me because if you just click on an item like the video and out of the blue get charged for something I never get to see.

                    If something is not done as soon as possible, I will cancel the entire prime membership.

                      I ordered vector x football which was 299 rupees, then I replaced it with the same as the product was damaged, and add the delivery of the product was very late so I cancelled it, but now there is no refund of my 299 rupees. The service is not acceptable. I need a compensation immediately is almost a month now. .

                        Hello Team,

                        I ordered IPhone 6S on 23rd July which I have not received as claimed by the Amazon by 26th July.
                        I called Amazon team and cancelled the product and asked for refund ASAP. however have not received a valuable feedback till yet.
                        I am struggling with my refund and made numerous calls to amazon but have not received it yet.
                        The item has already received back by the seller and the refund process is delayed without providing any appropriate reason.
                        This has been a very bad experience with Amazon and I will definitely share this to my friends around globe and all social site.
                        This product was ordered by my credit card on EMI basis and the installment amount will be added to my statement of this month as confirmed by my bank.
                        Please Please refund my money back to my account ASAP before installment money adds to my coming statement.

                              Had ordered a laptop battery from Amazon.in & received a battery that was not working. Returned the battery to the seller & asked for a refund. The seller has received the battery & Amazon sends me a refund status as REFUNDED but the amount is not reflecting in my account.

                              The customer care people say they cannot do anything, I would need to check with my bank why the money has not reflected in my accounts & are very rude on call.

                                    I had ordered a product from amazon india but I found the product not appropriate upto mark therefore I requested a refund . After 15 days they issued a cheque with wrong name on it and Before the issuing of the cheque I had been constanty calling them for a name change but they had sent the cheque on the wrong name. Then I asked them for a reissue of cheque they had sent an authorization letter . I had filled it but the cheques hasn't arrived till yet it has been 2 months since the filling of authotization letter and their policy says refund is issued in 10-15 days. I want to take a strict action against them for not returning my money till yet.

                                    One plus 3 tempered glass protector being sold on the name of one plus. But it is not original. Now, to check if it is real, I ordered but now they are saying the product cant reach you. Total frauds prevalent on Amazon

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been a regular user of amazon india and had a very good experience with amazon but now the services of amazon have been pathetic these days. I have ordered for peter england kurta pyjama on 23rdjuly (Order#[protected]. When i received the product the pajama was missing, i called up the customer care and i was told to return the product which i did and ur team has created a return/replacement for the same (Order #[protected]. I told ur executive to deliver the same asap as i have brought the item was some occasion and also told them to take some action against the seller.

                                      Despite repeated requests i got the product after the occasion. I got the product today i. E 03/08 after 4 days and i am highly surprised that again there is a problem with the order. The size of jacket which i received is 38 whereas the size of kurta and pajama is 42. I called up customer care again and spoken to ur executive named suha for nearly an hour. She told me that i have to return the product and they will initiate the refund. I told her that i want the correct product to be delivered and not the refund.
                                      She told me that size 42 is not available for that product and u will have to take the refund and there is no other option available to you.

                                      When asked upon what sort of action u people have taken she has no answer to it. She told me that as a token of apology we will be providing u gv of rs.200/-

                                      I told them that either provide me the replacement of the product or provide the refund along with a penalty on the seller which should be credited to customer account as mistakes does not happen twice.

                                      Please take appropriate action against the seller and provide me the resolution of the same.

                                        What the hell it is your delievery boy has not made any attempt and he simply rejected my order. I called him thrice to give me product he said he will give me in the evening. His mobile no came switch off afterwards.

                                        Now you returned my product without making further attempt or call. You are simply cheating customers. Give me my product . You are simply cancelling because i ordered at low cost. You can't succeed in india like this. Loosers !

                                        Solve my query anyhow and give me product else i am gonna viral this case on facebook and Twitter that how you cheat customers.
