      I have placed a order of two cosmetic product #[protected], #[protected]. The product received was not okay.Even it was not sealed. Looks like it was already opened and one of the bottle inside the product was leaking. I request customer service agent to return my product and refund money.

      The agent told me that he has asked seller to refund for products right away and you can dispose off the items since we cant take it back.

      But its been more than two weeks m daily following up with them they didn't provided refund.
      Also there are no checks on quality of cosmetic product they are sending, There are allot of duplicacy in these products

        Received EMPTY BOX against the delivery and for which we paid cash on delivery. Post opening the box, we found that it was empty and no WATCH inside. Complaint this to Amazon and the Seller but no favourable response from them. Even the product and seller review posted on Amazon was smartly rejected and refused to be displayed on Amazon site by pointing to their policy.

            My order tracking details show to me the parcel has delivered n signed by me.. But i dint receive any parcel. I got a call from courier company he said that he came twice but he dint came for a single time... This is his habit he always call n said that pick your parcel from his company... May i know why should i go there? Amazon is providing parcel at home than why he is calling me and asking to pick that parcel?

              The service provided is so cheap that you all are real pathetic when it comes to customer service
              Apart from misleading you all just cant do anything
              I order for a slipper and have made a ol payment of it, the track status shows the package was delivered however its not, when called customer care illeterate agents cant even speak properly they fumble poor service

              I got a msg as well stating the package was delivered ridiculous was that.

              And i never signed it what a way to earn money amazon cheap e-commerce you all are you site must be shut down

                Hi,

                I had a gift card id: [protected] (Value around rs.2900) and it was supposed to expire on 20th august, 16. But when i tried to redeem it on the same day, no balance was available. Nowhere it was mentioned that card will expire at the start of the day. Everywhere all these validities are considered till the end of the day not the beginning of the day.in that case, you should have mentioned expiry date as 19th aug not 20th. This is a non-sense and needs to be corrected. I dropped a mail to amazon on 20th aug only where they where supposed to get back within 12-24hrs. I am yet to hear back from them.

                    Issue:
                    I had ordered a lenovo vibe k5 worth rs 6, 999 from amazon.in (Seller: green mobile) with order id:[protected].
                    And i found the phone defective and the issue was in that particular phone only (Some of my friends have puchased the same phone and they are working fine). So i contacted amazon customer care and they told me that refund will not be possible and replacement would be possible. I agreed and when i went to the online website www.amazon.in, there option showed me for refund and i happily applied for refund on 16/8/16. I was instructed to print out few details and paste them on the package so i did it and the person would come on 17/8.
                    I waited untill 18/8/16 and nobody came to pickup the product. I called customer care and they told me within 19th definitely a person would come.
                    On 19/8 at night i again called customer care 1st they told that definitely someone will come on 20th and again they called me and told me that refund is not possible replacement is possible. Because of this reason there was this delay. I yelled at them, they could have atleast informed me. However, the care executive told me to cancel and again apply for replacement. She did it on behalf of me actually.
                    So on 19/8/16 i again applied for replacement of the same (Order#[protected]. I again took printout of all the things and pasted and i was instructed that the person will come next-day and within 3-6pm.
                    On 20th a person called me at around 11:30am and told me that he was standing at my door. I told i was out of station. He said 'no problem when you reach home you can call me on the number i'm calling from or you can directly give the package at irc village office'. I agreed and when after reaching home i called that number ([protected]) i reached a voicemail saying welcome to bluedart customer care kindly call on [protected]. I called to that number and they asked me for awb. I provided them with that and they told me reverse pickups are not handled by bluedart, kindly contact amazon.
                    Again i called amazon and the care excutive told me the product will be picked up at anycost by 20th or max by 21st. On 21st morning also i called care again. Nobody has come to pickup the product.
                    The last date for pickup of the product is 22nd and after that i will be stuck with this defective product forever and my 7000rs are gone.

                    Kindly help me on this issue and take necessary action again amazon.com. Thank you very much.

                    Desirable resolution - i dont want the replecment anymore. I will never ever buy any product from amazon again. Kindly refund me my money. I will purchase a phone from local market.

                      I have order placed oneplus type-c cable 100cm which is received on ontime, but i observed order which i placed is wronly which required micro (Sec micro usb flat wire data cable for oneplus x, oneplusx 1+x). So i cancelled ordered sec micro usb flat wire data cable for oneplus x, oneplusx 1+x immediately. On next day return order also picked still now i didn't get any acknowledgement and also amount is not received. While picking up the order he picked up order #[protected] i. E original oneplus usb 2.0a adapter for smartphones which i placed along with order #[protected]. Now what to do.

                          It is quite embarrassing to see giant company like amazon moving me in circles for the refund. I called customer care lot of times and discussed with bank officials as well for the refund but that didn't ring the bell for amazon. I haven't received my refund yet. Please look into this asap.

                              Order no[protected]. I have ordered this product on 9th aug and was told that it would be delivered on 16th aug. But unfortunately the product is yet not delivered. When i track the order it shows as shipped on 14th aug reachnear facility. I had to contact the courier company. I had to make several phone calls to courier company and then every time customer care said that it would be delivered next 24 hour today 6 days have passed but still not received or not receive any call to customer care. Today i chat with customer care assistant mr satyendra. I got same reply wait 24 hr or u cancel the order. Chat detail is below

                                I had returned an item that i bought from amazon on 12th aug 2016, today is 21st august. I made the payment for it using my credit card and because of this delay in refund i have to pay a late payment fee to my credit card.

                                I have called amazon customer care more than 10 times asking them to come collect it but their promises are blatant lies. I had escalated this issue to a customer service manager even and he had the audacity to lie.

                                I'm just disgusted with their service!

                                  I have place a order of van heusen women's body blouse shirt (Vwct316m00158_black_l) vide order which is short in size and not fit to the wearer accordingly i have approached to contact with customer care representative and he told me that i have to dispatched the product from my side but being the lady it is not possible for me to arrange a courier service for return the product as my location is not new for amazon as many product has been delivered on this location before and also return the product from here.

                                  Further, due to easy return policy i have choose to amazon but if this is the easy return then what is hard or bad return. If product has to be return by the customer then what is the meaning of online shopping and it will be bad for reputation of amazon.

                                  Please arrange to pick this product immediately from my location otherwise i have to complaint to consumer form. Thanking you.

                                    Ordered jbl earphones with mic. Today that order was about to deliver but delivery boy not delivered it to mentioned address. He called me to come and receive it. I was out for work, but i was ready to guide him to reach address. That delivery boy was not ready to wait for while and not even ready to deliver product to mentioned address. He called me from another number (+[protected] and i got message from amazon that this delivery boy delivered your product and that mob. No. Mentioned in message[protected].
                                    What is that actually. He is behaving like that product is selling from his pocket. I am paying for what i purchasing.
                                    Amazon is well known brand so i ordered from there. I was not expecting such behavior from their guys.
                                    I don't understand how they gonna recruit such patienceless people. Please note this.

                                      I heard that amazon is best in market where i can buy any thing online without any hesitation, all the advertisements and promotions were so perfect that it compelled me to but a watch online.

                                      I ordered titan analog blue dial women's watch - 9710sm01 (Amazon fulfilled) to be gifted. Below are the details:

                                      Mode of payment - net banking.

                                      I ordered this watch on 2 august, this was delivered on 5th august in evening to my office address, i opened this package the next very day on 6 and was shocked to see that the watch which and old titan box had was not the same which i ordered. I called amazon and asked them to get it returned, i was assured that it will be picked the next very day.

                                      Next very day i. E 7 august i again called by evening as the watch was not picked up. I was shocked to hear that there was no return initiated on 6. I asked again to initiate this and the date i got was monday.

                                      No one came to pick this watch, i again called on 8 and then had a word with their manager and i was again assured that next day it will be picked as it was late on 8 to be picked up.

                                      This continued for another 5 days, i kept calling them and they use to postpone the pick up date. Then finally the watch was picked up on 12 august, they took 7 days to pick this watch. Whatever happened till now, i was very much unhappy. After watch was picked up, i was happy that finally this is done.

                                      I didn't knew that this will continue and i will have to ask and fight them to get my money returned. I called them back on 20 august to ask about the money refund, and was told that still the watch is in bangalore and refund has not been initiated.

                                      Amazon has kept my money for 20 days, wasted my time. This was a gift for someone but due to shortage of money, i couldn't order another one.

                                      Please this needs to be action ed asap, and i want my money with interest.

                                      As per the policy, I should get money with 7 - 10 days i.e. 23 August. I called them on 24 August and got the status as the product is still in transit, i.e. they have not received the my product from their courier department.

                                      This is seriously something which should be taken care by some authority.

                                        I have ordered the product on 12th august 2016 and the product which was scheduled for delivery on 19th august but now it has been extended to 23rd july. I dint got any intimation from amazon. Even amazon don't know where the product is now. As the aramax courier which needs to get the product delivered still have not received the product from seller. My worst online purchase experience. I have always preferred flipkart and they deliver the product before time. Frankly speaking this will be my last purchase from amazon. As they are not sure when they will deliver the product. I am not happy with the service i got from amazon.
