Later the delivery date was changed to 4th July 2016. On 4th July i got a message from amazon confirming that product will deliver before evening i waited till evening but the product is not delivered. I have placed different orders from different accounts. Used to trust Amazon but I am sorry to say that it's a helpless consumer turning up to u.
I called a few minutes back to talk to any senior available but in vain! They said they're too busy.
Here are the order numbers from all the products that I bought around this month and the issues that haven't been addressed.

I ordered a mobile from amazon.in site on 3rd march 2016. where there was an offer for 10 % cashback for SBI card holders. After the order I got mail that Im eligible for the offer and will receive the cash back amount by 1st June 2016.

I had received the order (order id:[protected] partially today.
Among the two products, the parcel was having only the 6 pc set of scissors not the morn sun circle cutter.
But in the delivery note, you had mentioned that the both the products were delivered. it is not like that.
Kindly note it and resolve this issue asap.
