My amazon account email id is [protected]@gmail.com, I ordered dress material from Amazon, the one I received was very poor quality and third class material. I requested for refund, Amazon asked me to send it back to seller. I did the way they mentioned, now its close to one month neither I received refund nor any confirmation from Amazon.
The funny thing is their customer care service, e.g. I have 10 addresses in my account so when I call them, they ask me confirm your address, when I tell them default address they say "No sir you are missing some information, this is not matching", when I ask "Which one you need, I have 10 addresses in my address book" then they says "Sorry sir I cannot tell you its confidential", this is height of irritation, how I can guess which address he wants to listen from me, and come on you are not giving any bank detail or Swiss bank black money detail. This is ridiculous, its more frustrating when you are not getting your money and customer care are playing puzzle with you.
Also I noticed at busy time customer care executive never give you proper answer first they play puzzle and then they says "Sir you are not audible, can you disconnect and call again". So that he can escape from answering our query and customer can suffer.
Stop fooling people and do some serious and loyal business, I need my money back immediately.
