I had ordered Lenovo Vibe K5 (Gold, 16GB) through Credit Card on 26th July 2016 which was showing expected delivery date on 30th July 2016 when I have ordered but when I have not received the same then I have contacted AMAZON Customer Care (Executive: Don't Remember his Name) on 30th July 2016 and asked him to inform their Gurgaon Facility to contact me regarding my order update. He told me to wait for one more day so that he can pass on the message to Gurgaon Facility and they will deliver my order on 31st July 2016. When I have not received any call from AMAZON, I again contacted on 31st July 2016 (Executive: Mr. Aditya D.) around 02:00 PM to know about my order. This guy also told me that he will arrange call back from Gurgaon Facility soon. When I have not received the call I again contacted them around 04:00 PM on the very same day (Executive: Ms. Soni B.), she told me that she will try to get the package deliver till evening 08:00 PM or next day(i.e: 01st August 2016). When I have not received any update from AMAZON on 01st July 2016, then I have contacted them around 04:00 PM (Executive: Sagar K), his statement was that their is some server breakdown in Gurgaon facility that is why I am not getting my package delivered and when I have informed him that I have ordered one more product on the same day(i.e: 26th July 2016) and that product I have received without any problem then he started refraiming his statement and given no concrete answer and started suggesting me to cancel my order as he also don't know when the package will be delivered and he can't help me out with that. He told me that if you want you can wait for two more days because now it was showing expected delivery on 03rd July 2016. But as per their FAKE Promises this time also I have not received my product and again I contacted AMAZON PATHETIC Customer Care Service on 03rd July 2016 around 07:30 PM (Executive: Mr. Akash Mali) This guy told me that as I have not received my order till date and as per them their second expected delivery date has also crossed which was given to me by AMAZON and they have so called POLICY that customer has to wait for 24 Hrs after Expected Delivery Date is crossed for refund or re-ordering from their end. He also told me that he will follow up with me next day (i.e: 04th July 2016) as I was frustrated calling AMAZON customer care again and again. But when I have not received the call from this gentlemen Mr. Akash Mali. I have again connected with AMAZON Customer Care (Executive: Mr. Aditya P) and asked him to know the procedure and time taken by AMAZON to refund my money back into my Credit Card, he said it will take few minutes in refunding the money and after my confirmation to cancel my order and proceed further in refunding the amount, he did the same. Then he said we have refunded the amount. but when i have crosschecked with him and asked that "As you have refunded the amount, that means the same amount will be credited in my Credit Card ?" Then he said "No, It will take 2 to 4 days to reflect in your credit card". With this kind of Terrible Experience and Pathetic Service I am in state of doubt that whether they will refund my money or not or I only have to follow up with these useless executives who never respond back to their customer even after promising to do so. Kindly Help Me To Get My Money Back ASAP. As its been 10 days of ordering this product.

    I order phone on 3th March 2016 and get on 6th March 2016 on COD mode order no.[protected].I found some problem in set and want to replacement then replacement process goes successful and I got a new one.Again I found same problem and want to refund so return process goes successful but my refund don't get yet.now a day they asked me that original package not delivered to you.and also my order no. Disappear in Amazon website. Its a big game played to me I don't why to me. Please help me
    I also attached the snapshot of(1)original package (2)POD of first return pickup(3)POD of second return pickup.

      My amazon account email id is [protected]@gmail.com, I ordered dress material from Amazon, the one I received was very poor quality and third class material. I requested for refund, Amazon asked me to send it back to seller. I did the way they mentioned, now its close to one month neither I received refund nor any confirmation from Amazon.

      The funny thing is their customer care service, e.g. I have 10 addresses in my account so when I call them, they ask me confirm your address, when I tell them default address they say "No sir you are missing some information, this is not matching", when I ask "Which one you need, I have 10 addresses in my address book" then they says "Sorry sir I cannot tell you its confidential", this is height of irritation, how I can guess which address he wants to listen from me, and come on you are not giving any bank detail or Swiss bank black money detail. This is ridiculous, its more frustrating when you are not getting your money and customer care are playing puzzle with you.

      Also I noticed at busy time customer care executive never give you proper answer first they play puzzle and then they says "Sir you are not audible, can you disconnect and call again". So that he can escape from answering our query and customer can suffer.

      Stop fooling people and do some serious and loyal business, I need my money back immediately.

        I ordered coolpad Note 3 Lite (Black, 16GB) on 17 april 2016.

        We were using this phone for internet, whats up and for other apps. We didn't insert any SIM in this.

        Now 2 weeks back when we inserted SIM, mobile is not detecting SIM And not showing any signals.

        It was sold by Cloudtail company on amazon.

        Please ask amazon to help us to get this mobile phone replaced

          My amazon account email id is [protected]@india.com. As I received a damaged micromax led tv, so after much difficulties I returned the product. After it reached the fulfilment centre, I contacted amazon cc to intiate my refund, they said that my refund has been initiated. But rather of getting refund confirmation mail I received account closure mail.. Its like day light cheating. I want my hard earned money back. Or I will be forced to take the shelter of court to safeguard my interest.

            My order no.[protected] dated 28/07/2016 delivery date 04/08/2016, product: aarika girls party wear churidar suit set (KR-1003-RANI_10-11 YEARS) quantity two @1499/- total amount paid Rs. 2998/-. after delivery we opened the packet and find only one piece is there and another piece missing (same item). shipment traking no.[protected].
            pl do the needful at earliest other wise we think another step for complain.

              Hi Team,

              It's been 3 months and I still haven't received my refund for the order #[protected]. This is the third time I'm posting about this order and you are still fooling us. You had already issued cheque for another name but to send it to the same address you are taking 3 months. Just refund or recredit to my account. Why do you just keep fooling people by telling 'I understand your concern' and those bad empathy statements. Flipkart is 100% better than you.

                I have order mobile cover from the amazon. Order ID[protected].but I got damage and used product. Then I have returned this product. But still waiting for refund. I called 3 to 4 times on customer care num (name-abhijit) but he is not giving proper information when i ask for the floor manager they put my call on hold for a 28 min. so request you to please help me with the same.

                  On 21st July 2016, I received the message: Your Amazon.in order #[protected] for an AXE style combo has been delivered, even though there was no one at home to receive it. I called up the Customer service, and they called back immediately. They made an inquiry and said that the message was an error and that the Gurgaon shippers ATS had still got it. I would get it in 2 days time. I waited and had to call again. This time I was told that they were attending to it and I would get it in 4 days time. The message still says delivered to me when it was not. I asked to see the delivery note, but Amazon said that delivery has not even been made, so no delivery note exists.
                  Where is my AXE Combo, ordered on 17th July 2016? How are you going to make up for the disappointment of not receiving a birthday present? I am a regular shopper through Amazon and this is a shocking state of affairs. Please deliver the missing item, or give me my money back.                     COMPANY CHEATED, VIOLATED THE CONTRACT AND ALSO DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE;
                    I have ordered apple ipad M2 wifI on 24.7.16 (MY ORDER NO. IS:[protected]) but not delivered so far. Firstly it shown reach by 30.7.16 and again on 4.8.16 but not received so far. When I contacted the customer care they have informed that they are no unable to inform the stage and they have asked me to suggest the ways. But I have not received any SMS/email/phone information about the delivery of the item so far even after lapse of 10 days time. It shows the company has cheated me, violation of contract and also deficiency since the contract is made as per the company guidelines/procedures/systems. The officials are driving me to go to the court of law and I have also no alternative excepting to approach the appropriate courts/forums.

                        I ordered sony stero headphone from Amazon. Since the day I recieved the headphone there is problem with left side phone .left phone is not audible. When I checked the site the return & replace window was closed on the same day. I called up to the customer care & that guy said your complaint has been registered. He told me to update bank details so that we can transfer the amount in your account. So i updated the same.But I didn't know where to courier the product.Again I called up to customer care., now the another guy is saying that product can't be return or replace .
                        I am not satisfied at all with this kind of service.
                        I request you all to please suggest.

                          Recently i purchased a product from you which is a duplicate product.

                          After receiving the product it looked different. I contacted the concerned company to which product belong. They took all the credentials and after investigating they came to conclusion that the product is duplicate.
                          It is heartening to know that we are getting duplicate products form Amazon. Since last year i have done a lot of shopping from amazon including one mobile phone. But now i will not trust you or your nice advertisements.

                            I ordered a book. I gave my office address for delivery. Delivery guy comes at the gate of my office premises but don't want to come in my building to deliver, instead calls me to come out of premises. Which i could have done but i am on leave for a week. All he has to do is deliver the package at reception at my office like every other courier guy. But he started arguing with me that entry is not allowed, which is a lie because you can give a id proof and you get entry pass. Every delivery man does this. Now i got message that package can't be deliver because address doesn't exist. I have already paid for this book. It's frustrating that you can't get your package for which you have already paid because of some lazy guy from reputed company refuse to do his work.

                              I have ordered Philips 40PFL5059/V7 101.6 cm (40 inches) Full HD LED Television ( Order Date:[protected], Delivered Date:[protected], Order Id:[protected], Price: 28990/- )
                              which costs 28990 from Amazon website which I wanted to gift to my beloved sister on her special occasion.
                              But to my surprise the item that was shipped found to be damaged one. ( PFA)

                              I immediately contacted your support to report this issue and for getting a replacement. But they denied my request saying my account is on hold and does not accept any replacement They also suggested me to write E-mail request to [protected]@amazon.in to enable my account.

                              I understand Amazon is brand for quality online shopping. I request you to please enable my account so I can get this damaged product replaced.

                              I still have some trust with your support and believe you understand my feelings.

                              Please do the needful by enabling my account.

                                Dealing with Amazon has been frustrating experience.

                                Given below are the facts for which there are evidences available:
                                1) 5 products worth approx 14, 000 (kindle paper white + 4 more products) were ordered to amazon on[protected]. The Tracking ID was[protected].
                                2) Paid extra charges to get product delivered in 24 hours
                                3) Did not receive the product on 1-7-2016 as promised by Amazon on 1st.
                                4) On 2nd, I requested the number of courier person, he did not pick up the phone.
                                5) On 2-7-2016 evening I talk to customer care for 45 mins and They told me on phone that by mistake they have delivered the product to someone named Anand Zha. Then they promised me delivery on 3-7-2016
                                5) On 3-7-2016 Product was not delivered.
                                6) On 3-7-2016 again I talked to amazon for 30 mins and they send an email saying that now the product will be delivered by 6-7-2016.

                                After spending 14000 of my hard earned money, I have been harassed and amazon still is not promising the definite date of delivery.

                                The customer care representatives were non-cooperative, harassing and over smart.

                                I would recommend that no one buys on amazon, from person experience I suspect major issues with their supply chain and courier. You can not trust Amazon with your money. They will harass you by making you call them 10 times before delivering the product.

                                Product is still not delivered to me. After talking to amazon customer care number for more than 10 times in last 2 days, i feel harassed, cheated and frustrated.

                                    I have made an online purchase for item - Imported 1/6 Scale Game of Death Yellow Suit Costume for Enterbay Bruce Lee of Rs.1, 420.00 under Order #[protected] from AMAZON.IN online website.

                                    the supposed delivery date is on July 27th as per the delivery tracking website. till today 3 August 2016 it is not delivered.

                                    have contacted AMAZON customer care directly and the same response every time that the material will be delivered.

                                    I dont want the refund and I want the material to be delivered as I have promised this as a gift for my son.

                                    I couldnt keep up my words even after doing the down payment.

                                      I bought levono tablet from Amazon website on 22-Jun-16. initially it was working fine. But when the tab was swithed off due to battery its not working.Even not able to charge it.

                                      When i try to return it Amazon says "This item is no longer eligible for return.
                                      The return window closed on Jul 3, 2016. " This is not at all acceptable.

                                      I need my money back or amazon should replace the defective product.
