I buy a sandisk ultra microsdhc 16gb uhs-i class 10 memory card (sdsqunb-016g-gn3mn) from amazon but i got damaged product by amazon. after that i registered a complain for replacement of product and they are say that our pic up boy come in 12 aug 2016 but till date no any person come in my door step. my replacement order no. is[protected].

    The product has to be delivered by 17th initially but as it is dispatched very late so the gift which has to be. given on 18th was given on 20th. after that when we opened the product we saw that the product is different from what we ordered. so is this the kind of service you are giving and making fool of customers. as soon i checked the product i came to know that on the product i received the barcode is of the ordered product, it shows that your initial phase department is doing such a big fraud. now i will definitely escalate this issue in court.

      I have ordered daniel klein analog womens watch from amazon on 18 august 2016 with one day delivery option by paying 100rs extra. They showed expected delivery date as 19 august 2016, i called amazon customer desk several times (Almost10-12 times) but their response was unsatisfactory. Now till 3.00pm on 20 august 2016 i haven't received my package.

        Respected sir/madam
        I rahul modi, registered e-mail id is modi. [protected]@yahoo.com, had purchased moto g4 mobile on 11th of august'2016. Since their was problem with the mobile & also it is not compatible as per the features shown, i demanded for refund but they refused to do so. After several call they just sticked to to their own words that it can only be replaced. Finally on 13th of august i asked them to place it on replacement and as per the conversation they assured me that it will be picked up by next day. Next day pick up was not done & again i placed the replacement from my mobile. Since then every day i am calling them but now one has come to pick up the consignment and they are harassing me like anything as they are not picking up the product and just re-scheduling it every time. I am totally irritated with this kind of service and the way they talk is beyond my expectation. They had just decided to trouble me in best way they can by not giving me the refund or replacement. Since i have paid for the same they are in relax mode my ignoring my concern and after so many intimation & call they have not done anything from their part other than harassing & troubling.
        Kindly look into the matter and taken some strict action to make a fair outcome with what has happened till now.

          I had booked dell lap top through amazon on 21st july, 16 vide order no.[protected] dated 21st july, 2016.. The laptop was supplied by manas merchandise pvt ltd. Invoice number is 1693 dated 21st july, 2016.. Laptop stopped functioning from 25th july, 16. It was reported toamazon and manas merchandise. I was directed to contact dell customer care. Dell technician found it was faulty. According to them manas merchandise is not their authorised stockist/supplier. It this be the case, how come amazon entrust this verndor to supply lap top to me. After long pursuatiion, dell decided to give free replacement. But not in west bengal but other place. They are insisting me to give alternative address where they can deliver the material. I am having no alternative address. I can not pay further in any form whatsoever. They will not pay tax. I suggest amazon to look into this matter seriously.

            I, md rasel mia, bought a book from amazon on 25th june, 2016 but unfortunately the order was cancelled. An amount of 560.5 has not yet been credited to my account. I contacted amazon but they could not solve the problem. Above all they sent me a mail containing the messages that i have to contact my banks customer care but then my bank refused to interfere in any online transaction. My amazon user name is [protected]@gmail.com.
            Kindly solve this at your earliest.

                  I had placed this order on 5th august 2016
                  On 11th august 2016 i got message in morning saying item will be delivered by eod. At evening same day i got message that item could not be delivered since customer was not available, whereas no body from amazon tried to contact me. The next day on 12th august 2016 same thing happened and i got message saying the item will be returned to the seller.
                  On same day, i also got message that refund is initiated and will be credited to my account. Till now i didn't receive my refund.
                  I tried calling customer care several times. They said the item will be delivered
                  And later they said the refund will be made.

                  I have been cheated in 2 ways:
                  1) i was not called by the delivery person and got message that 'customer was not available'
                  2) i did not receive the refund

                  Amazon sucks... Will never buy anything henceforth on amazon.

                    On 11 august i order micromax l43t6950fhd/43t7200fhd/43t4500fhd 109 cm (43 inches) full hd led tv & revived on 13th august, it was working fine but there was some defect on screen bottom side so i request for replacement on same day with order#[protected].

                    Amazon message me they will pick by 16th aug between 2pm-5pm but nobody came to pickup today is 19th aug, i am still waiting. Several time i talked with customer executive's.

                    I did not revived any update and response from amazon. I never expected from amazon this kind of pathetic service.

After seeing the product i decided to return it back for refund and i got a message from amazon that the product will be pick up from the given address by 16 aug 2016 between 8am and 11 am but till now no body has turned up to collect the item.                         I had ordered a product bearing order id no.[protected] which is supposed to be delivered latest by 23rd august 2016. Amazon provided me with the phone no. Of the deliverer (You can find it by checking your records with ref. To my order no.) who came to deliver at the address after 9:30 pm to my official address, thus i failed to receive. On calling up today to the person concerned to deliver the same, he said he no more has my parcel and shall be delivered by some other person. I was not given the contact no. Or id of the other person. Such reluctant attitude towards customer is not appreciated. It is not only amazon who is doing business online. Your service is not at all customer friendly. Hoping you shall address my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                          I purchased a FENDER guitar from Amazon website and they delivered a wrong product. Later on they changed the image on the website when I brought to their notice that I have been given wrong product. The image on the Amazon website was changed immediately and I was told that they have sent me the correct product as per the image. It took them 10 days to come to a decision to give me refund provided i the send the guitar back to their warehouse at my own cost. All i asked for was replacement of the guitar and to send me the right guitar which i paid for but they refused totally. Attached image was displayed earlier which I paid for and purchased.

                            Worst experience ever!! I ordered a phone (Order #[protected]. It was expected to be delivered on 13th august. It was a prepaid order and a one day delivery product too. I am writing this post on 19th of aug and still don't have any idea where is my product. Worst part is that at - first i was told that delivery has been delayed due to my absence at delivery address. Which on confirmation from amazon was a faulty status update from their part. - second status i got after few days was that i had requested a delay in delivery (That status had me red faced). Now you guys are making me fool by saying we will deliver it soon. And one of your representative said we don't care you can sue us if you want. And upon asking his name, denied. Now i am dragging this issue to consumer court. Will be sending the notice soon.

                              LG G5 Tempered Glass Order #[protected] ON 24/07/2016 after making payment via my credit card for Rs2599/-. afterwards i receive message from their side that the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock, i called them to ask why they took order & took money from me even if they were not having the product, no satisfactory reply was received from their end. & they assured me that i would receive the refund immediately, they also sent en email confirming that refund has been credited to my account, which was a blatant lie on their part. afterwards calling several times on their helpline only false assurances were made. even after assurance on phone by them that they would call back to let me know of refund status no call was made by them, even today 19/08/2016 now they have are telling that they have processed refund, on telling them it is not reflecting in my account, they told me that they can not provide any further information. how am i supposed to get my amount back, when amazon resorts to such unethical practices, if they were not having product they should not have accepted the order, even out of stock was not displayed on the web site while i was placing the order, & false assurances one after other were made.
                              i request to take strong action against the seller so that no other customer is wronged ever by them again.

                                Previous experience you could not provide courier charge. This is a cheating customer policy. 1st. Pl send courier charge for refund item and refund money or replace item.

                                  my order. Is this how Amazon treats their customers ? I am totally disappointed with Amazon that I ordered a product but they could not deliver it to me.

                                  This is a shame on their part. I will never recommend anyone to use Amazon to buy the products online.

                                    I had placed 2 order on 7th August i.e[protected] &[protected] which were to be delivered in Varanasi, but the same were send to Allahabad instead of Varanasi and finally the orders were returned to seller. Now because of AMAZON staffs callous attitude my gift was not delivered at all, see to it that refund is initiated immediately along with compensation of Rs. 2000 for non delivery .

                                      I have not received the refund money for the order Amazon.in Order #[protected] plz take it seriously and take immediate action its already 10 days since return i call them everyday and hear tomorrow u will get the refund i also send the pdf file of my bank account statement to [protected]@amazon.in, i am getting my hope lost on amazon i am a regular costomer but this behaviour from Amazon is not bearable for me

                                        I have ordered one multi color gym for my two months old baby from Amazon. The expected delivery was between 13 to 20. After ordering on 13 th they credited back the money to me. When I checked my orders on their site, till then it was in preparing order status and suddenly no such order was showing. I have contacted customer care and she told me that only one such piece was available and it got damaged. I have argued them that they should have informed me earlier so that I could have ordered from some other site. They added one gift card worth ₹150 for my argument. But then when I checked their site still that product was listed as in stock, when the customer service informed me that it was the only one piece available.

                                        I need an appropriate penalty from them for misguiding and lying to the customers.
