Hello team,

This is to keep you posted that i' m not getting good response from your customer care people.
I tried to get the refund of product purchased from amazon i. E 3 lee cooper t - shirt.
I informed your costumer care representatives & i also complained about this matter on amazon site but no response is coming from your side.
Daily your costumer care representatives make some new excuse that we will refund your amount & take your package from your home but nobody came to collect the product from my home.
If this type of response coming from your side so i will never buy any product from your site &also suggest my friend & my family member that this site is useless & they should buy any product from your site & i'm serious about it...

    Hi,

    I have purchased "Petslife Cockatiles FRUIT MIX Daily Birds Food 200g - Natural Fruit Flavors" from amazon on 26th July.
    Item MRP is: Rs. 120/- where as Item was sold for Rs. 220/- (+ shipping ofcourse)

    I see that in the pictures provided by amazon in the item link, front page is fully shown where as the back page is cut just above the MRP tag to hide it from customers. It is clearly a deliberate attempt from amazon to cheat customers.

    I requested return of this item on 29th July due to the same reason (selling an item with MRP 120/- for Rs 220/-). Return status is "started" since 27 days. When i call amazon they say due to technical reason i need to cancel the return request and they cant help me.

    Quite disappointing to see that A brand like Amazon:
    1. cheating customers by selling item with MRP Rs. 120/- and selling for Rs 220/-
    2. Hiding the price by strategically taking the picture to hide MRP
    3. giving "technical" reason for not processing refund. Really

      Hi,
      I have ordered a product on 10th august 2016 and the end date of delivery was 17th august 2016. Till today i have not received my product but status at amazon account showing that the product delivered on 16th august, which is completely wrong.
      I contacted to customer care multiple times but not received any confirmation about the solution to this. Its very irritating service by amazon. Though i am old consumer of amazon, they don't have any respect for that.

        Due to faulty product, i asked for a replacement. A guy from amazon called me that they cannot give replacement as the product was not available with the seller and with other seller it costed more. After a bit of quarrel i accepted for a quick refund as i had to place a new order and every single day of mine without laptop counts as i am a software engineer. The amazon executive ensured me that maximum within 3 working days the amount would be credited into my account as my bank account is linked with my amazon account. After all this uneducated billing team of amazon issued a cheque with a wrong name which got delivered to me on 4th of august before which i called them several times from 28th of july to cancel the cheque and issue an neft as quick as possible as that cheque was invalid as there was no bank account by that name. Since then i have called 50+ times to amazon talked to 40+ customer care executive and 5+ supervisors for hours and the only final reply i got was billing team is processing my rs.31, 093. This amount if i would have invested somewhere else i would have got a great profit whereas what i got is psychological and mental harassment. Begged amazon for my own money as i was in a position of losing my job because of not having a laptop to work on and lost my job on 7th of august with salary cut for 6 days as i did no work without being a laptop. Today all the nonsense excuses and the dates has which amazon had made me count from several days has been done. I am tired having wasted several hours talking to foolish people who just gave the penultimate solution that we cannot do anything billing team is processing it. Tomorrow i am planned to file a complaint claiming for rs.10 lakh to the mental torture and psychological harassment done by amazon keeping my money of rs.31, 093 for more than a month and thinking that the customers are fool and can been fooled by giving dates after dates for the final refund and making an excuse in the name of billing team.

            On 10th aug'16 i have placed an order amounting rs.5125/- at amazon.in. Amazon.in has cancelled my order on the ground "payment has been declined". The amount of rs.5125/- has been debited from my account. I have written to amazon in and they have given me confirmatory mail that the amount has not received by them. On the basis of same i lodged a complaint to sbi, now today on 23rd aug'16 amazon.in has confirmed sbi that the amount has been received by amazon india. But my money has not been credited to my account yet. I have sent the copy of mail received from sbi to amazon india's customer care email id too. I talked to customer care executive too. I'm a patient of blood sugar and hypertension i'm getting sick. I'm being harassed for the last 13 days. Please help me to get my money back

                  Amazon gave me cheque of inr 399 for a product return. I submitted the cheque in sbi and today i got to know that cheque was not processed and sbi has deducted inr 172 also for cheque returning
                  I lost many classes for this purpose and each class costs around inr 1000 and also i have spent on transportation as well
                  As it is amazon gave me refund for the order 4months after i applied for it and on top of that even after i asked them to transfer amount to my accnt they sent me this cheque and now it is not being processed

                    I bought accuchek active sugar testing machine from amazon. The seal of box was broken. Bubble packing had no air in it. Being a verified purchaser i tried to post review mentioning above, giving only one star but they didn't allow. I rated amazon one star in google play store even that was not allowed. Does anybody care? Amazon only likes good rating?

                                Even though the product was not delivered i was asked by the agent to pay for the product. After opening the parcel i realised there is only one bottle (Argan oil) but had paid for rose hip oil also (Total amount 7154). Had informed the same on 3 june 2016 but the money has not been refunded till date.

                                I was asked to save my bank details so that it can be directly refunded to my account. But it seems no steps are taken to ensure the process of refund.

                                  Very very worst amazon site. Dont buy in amzon.

                                  I ordered dell inspiron 5559 15.6-inch laptop (Core-i7-6500u/16gb/2tb/windows 10), silver - aug15. Ordered, payment success. Delivery date they mention 20th. But still they not dispatched. Now the date is 23.

                                  I speak with customer care. Very very worst response. 4times i speak. 2 times they told out of stock. Another 2times technical issue told..

                                  Note: friends dont buy in amazon site. Worst amzon. I will never buy in amazon.

                                    Be informed i have baught a samsung j7 mobile case from amazon, order id[protected] but wrongly i have ordered 2016 model instead of 2015, though i have refunded that product between 2 days and they supposed to refund me rs-399 by cheque between 5 working days. 20 days has past already i have complaint 8-9 times at amazon cc but they response as you will get your cheque soon.
                                    Requesting you please take some neccessary action i hope then they will understand what the real meaning of "soon"

                                      This is to keep you posted that i, m not getting good response from your customer care people.

                                      I tried to get the refund of one of product purchased from amazon i. E lenovo zuk z1.

                                      The phone not functioning right from the very first day. I opted for refund but the pickup guy never came to pickup the product.

                                      Later i called your customer care team they gave me the confirmation of refund but no one came to pickup the product as well no refund.

                                      Yesterday i was talking to someone and he hung up me which is embarrassing for a brand like amazon.

                                      My query is very simple. Please process the refund of this product as i haven't used it for more than 2 days.

                                        I purchased a mobile lenovo vive k5 and lenovo vibe k4 note vide order #[protected] inovice no ka-blrs[protected]. I received goods on dated 01 aug 2016 but it is found that the mobile vive k5 is defective (Not showing imei number) so not detected sim card. When i go in to authorized service center who demand rs 3000/- thousand for repair.
                                        O i feel online shooing from amazon is very risky not provide goods in good condition
