Dear team,

I was shopping online through your website (www.amazon.in) and i was shocked to notice that you guys are selling products higher than the mrp of the product. I am talking about the delmonte pitted prunes, 130 gms pack. The mrp on the back of the pack is inr.100 but the website is selling it for inr.150, which is 1.5 times its mrp. Look at the scale of marking up a product with printed mrp. This is just one product that i was incidentally browsing through and found a discrepancy in. I wonder how much you guys would be marking up the price of products with mrp not written or printed on them.

I am jolted and now am wondering how many times in the past i must have perhaps paid higher than the mrp while shopping with amazon. This is highly irresponsible and not expected from such a huge global e-tailer like amazon. This incident has definitely created doubts with respect to the pricing on your website and am now speculating as to how can you guys be so casual and let your customer pay higher than the mrp of a product? It has dented the image and respect that i held for amazon.

I hope you guys will take corrective action and take things seriously, especially when it directly affects the customer. I await a brief explanation for this incident.

    I ordered a product on july 16. Still tdy (Jul28) it has been not delivered. The shipper is from delhi and the reciever is in mumbai and the courrier is amazon transport services. Tried contacting the customer care 5 times. First 3 times they escalated and asked me to wait 24hrs.. Last two times they asked me to cancel the order and order again. What is this? I have ordered more than 10 product in amazon since 2014

          But 5 days left no one came to pick up the product
          I have placed the return request on 23rd july 2016
          No one came within 48 hours
          I contacted amazon they promised me it would picked up within next 48 hours
          But again no one came
          Again i contacted them but no one came
          Please take a appropriate step against such harassment and please resolve my problem

            My name is niraj. I have ordered a buckaroo shoes from Amazon.. As shoes was not up to my expectation I placed a refund for Rs 2100..cheque was initiated on 2nd of July and now they used to say that despacting or tracking id will be given on or up to 2nd of August. Thus from initiating to despacting it takes upto 5 to 9 days.. But in my case they used to take one month.. And I have doubt that they will either give me my tracking details on 2nd August.. Amazon used to harresed a lot.. I want strict action against Amazon. Please help me..

              1. amount will refund within 2-3 days
              2. your money is stuked will give you a call within 30 min.

              We had ordered a gear vr before and we wanted to replace it because of some issues. We had returned the item and asked for money refund but we instead received one more gear and it was refused so it is pleased to you to refund the money as soon as possible
              i make the call again to the customer care but the amazon executive are so rude that didn't even answers properly. they just waste time.

                Hello,

                This is in reference to an order which i placed on 18th july 2016. The estimated delivery date was 25th july 2016 and till now i have not received my package. I called customer care around 8-10 times to track my package with correct details the last time it was updated on wednesday as courier has left the package from delhi till now it shows the same. Every one told me to wait till today they will track the parcel and it will reach on 25th july. Now my order shows that it will reach before 30th july 2016. Never expected this from amazon. Raised a query through all possible way but no response. Can you please help me. Till today i have not received my package.

                  I have placed order for purchasing the product mentioned under 'complaint subject. I have received msg (Sms) at 11.15.09 in morning from amazon customer services that my above item will be delivered by amzagent (Amzagent's phone number is [protected]) today i. E. On 27.07.2016.
                  Amzagent has not called me over his phone up to 3.26 p. M. Then i called to the phone number is [protected], given in my sms (Msg).In response to my ph. Call, amzagent has told me that he is hatibagan, he does not shyambazar. I have given him the road direction to come to my residence for delivery of my above product.
                  But he behave badly talked shouting with me and replied me with roughly it will take to make journey 2 hrs to come from hatibagan to shyambazar where as it actually take to make journey only for 10 to 15 minutes.

                  Due to my preoccupied with some of my urgent works, i told your amzagnt i have to go out from residence within 4.00' clock. You come for delivery of my product within 4.00 o'clock. But your amzagnt did not came up to 4.15 p. M. Your amzagent has not co-operated with me for delivery of my product.

                  Now, i have received a msg (Sms) at 19.25.32 (P. M.) from amazon customer services in my mobile, wherein it is mentioned that "my product was refused at the time of delivery", which is completely wrong and the amzagent has given you wrong feed-back.
                  You are requested to kindly asked your amzagn whether he himself has called me on 27.07.2016 for delivery besides my phone call. If amzagnt tells that he has called me over his phone for delivery purposes, kindly very his phone call to my mobile phone no. [protected].
                  I am a bonafied customer who used to avail amazon's product since long years. But this type of behaviour from your agent i faced for the first time. My impression about the amzagn's behaviour is not at all satisfactory.

                  I am fully willing to accept my item/product. Kindly deliver it me as soon as possible.
                  It is requested to kindly tell your amzagnt to call me in advance for fixing of time of deliveryover phone so as to enable me to keep my self present to accept hand over of delivery. For delivery kindly note my time of present: upto 11.30 a. M. And after 3.30 p. M, be advised to your agent to come at this time, if possible or kindly tell him to call me over phone.

                    I've orders a mobile on 21st July 2016 and Amazon send me notification that my mobile will be deliver on 26th July 2016 till 8 PM.

                    Buts its not deliver till yet.
                    I've called twice to their customer care but no action taken from their side.

                    I bough this mobile for gift it someone on 27th July 2016 but i was not able to gift it just because of Amazon's poor delivery service.

                    Please take some strict action and impose fine as well if they are not able to deliver product on promised time.

                      I ordered one item, amazon.In order #[protected]. Delivery time is 27july2016 but they are not delivered the item, simply send a mail unable to identify the address, if so they should call to the registered mobile number. Even the address is very clear & popular place also i. E bank street, koti, hyderabad (Location).
                      This way they simply escaping.
                      Worst service.
                      Come to the registered address & call on registered mobile number.

                        Amazon is a very big brand but is service is very very poor, 2 months ago i had order one dress… but some reason i return the dress, amazon team said dress return service not provided pls courier the dress.. I said okk fine. I dress the courier. After the courier wait my refund amnt for 2 months & also courier amnt. Then i made lots of calls but amazon team didn’t proper reply... Than i made continuously calls for amazon team …. Finally refund amnt received. This matter is close with lot of problems. My second matter is i had again order one product on 15 july.                           I am rajat thakrey, i had booked a product on amazon dated[protected] and the product delivery date was[protected] but still my product is not delivered. When i called to customer care they said that your product definitely delivered on[protected] till 20:00 but not delivered. Snapshots are attached herewith regarding delivery of the product. When i asked to why are you delaying my product they said some kind of problems from courier team. But they don’t tell me what the reason is. I had booked the phone because i urgently needed it by[protected] as i had to go out of delhi on[protected] night but due to delay in my phone delivery i had to postpone my visiting plans which affected me monetary, i am very harassed.

                          My product details are - product name - lenovo vibe k5 (Gold), order id[protected], tracking id[protected]

                          I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible. Please do the needful as soon as possible and revert me.

                                I have claimed my refund request on 9th of july, but they are not responding at all. i have all call records of your service providers saying that request will be cosidered by tomorrow but till now they havent responded. today also i called a service provider which was a female, she told me you will get your refund in 3 mins but till now i havent got any reply from them. they are cheating me from the very 1st day. every call receiver says the same thing, but i am not getting my refund back. so i have decided to file a claim against amazon and sellers.

                                  I had placed an order for a wildcraft backpack and have not received the product yet. On calling the customer care i was provided incorrect status of the order where the agent mentioned twice that the order has reached local courier service. The actual delivery of the product was supposed to be delivered within 23 july and was extended to 27 july. On calling back again to customer care i was informed that the order has left today from delhi and it would take more 4 5 days to reach me, which means a delivery time of about 2 weeks for one backpack.

                                  Amazon has not lived up to their expected delivery date and has failed twice for delivering just a single backpack which can be easily available even in bad weather conditions. There is no agent giving true tracking details and i am not able to track the product.

                                  If other orders placed on amazon can reach the same zip code within the mentioned time then why is my order still not delivered??? Why is there so much delay???

                                  Need answer to my questions for providing bad service.

                                      I have placed a mobile ohone order of moto 4g plus on[protected] eod and accepted to pay express delivery charges extra. On 25th july 2016 @ 18.30 hrs i received the parcel and the amount was collected through swiping card and when i open the box to check i had found johnsons baby wet vibes packet packed in that box. When i called the courier guy and asks him he says you speak to customer care i dont have anything to do with the same and disconnects the call. Now the when i go online and put a return and pick up request the guys comes on 26th and when i explain him he says i cant accept this return pick up as i have to pay from my pocket for any fraud and walks away.

                                      When i speak to customer care they say the same gyan story we are sorry and bla bla bla.

                                      I think this amazon company is doing fraud and cheating customers and collecting money.

                                        I have book a sandal and return it to amazon as the size was small and i wanted 9 no size. I returned it on 20 july 16.
                                        But till now they have not give me refund. When i call customer care they tell me wait for 24 to 48 hrs. Please help me i this.
