I've purchased a product bello milk baby lotion and it was scheduled for delivery for 8th august 2016 -9th august 2016... I didnot get my product on that day... After that i've called amazon customer care they said i would get it widin 24 hrs means 10th-11th but i didn't get that, the product was not delivered to me instead the fraud amazon agents didn't come to my place, but i've got the messega delivery attempted customer was not there, so delivery was not done, total lie... Fraud, fake, deceptor, gang of gundas the amazon agents are, they give u threat i[censored] ask for why they are harrasing u, actually i already pre paid for the product,, it was not cash on delivery one, they fraudly deceived my money too... Frauds...

Highly FRAUDS, UNPROFESSIONALS, Gali ka GUNDAS recruited as Amazon Agent...
1st of all they didn't provide my devilery on scheduled day that is 8th August 2016-9th August 2016.
so Next day I made a call that particular Amazon Agent, was supposed to give me the delivery and his Phone No. and Product's delivery related information provided to me by Amazon itself via SMS . He had such an Audacity ans Arrogance asking me where did I get his No., he was not going to give me my delivery as our place don't belong to his location ...Next 2days they've used All NASTIEST TRICKS that I couldnot get my Already Prepaid Product like Natural Disaster thats why they couldnot provide the delivery, again Next day They used Most FRAUDULENT Act, The Amazon agent didnot even come to my place but Reported Amazon Authority that Customer was Unavailable (When it was not I was available at my place, other Members of our Family too)at place so he was unable to provide Delivery...
All Bunch of Liars, FRAUDS, GUNDAS are there in Amazon delivery service...
Dont Buy Anything From Amazon

    I had ordered one plus 3 mobile on 9th august. As per amazon's message/mail i will have supposed to receive my product on 10th aug. But yesterday when i contacted the deliver person he said i will not able to deliver today, will deliver tomorrow. Then i contacted the amazon customer care, as per him they will deliver the product on priority basis on 1st of 11th august. Today morning i got another deliver person's number. But again this time the deliver boy is saying he will not able deliver it today, most probably will deliver tomorrow.

    I have already paid for this, but dont know whether will i receive my product or not.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Its 12th August @11:30 am, the courier guys number has been switched off.None of them have contacted me.I think Amazon has to pay the penalty for this, though they haven't deliver the product as per promised date.So please help

      Hello team,

      Very very disappointed by such a service, this is the second time where i'm facing currier service issue. Last time when i purchased lenovo phone it was delivered to incorrect person to incorrect address. And this time there was no contact main and straight away there is status on website about not delivered. My family is at home and how can this things happen.

      Such services impact business. Please have my package/s ordered and inform the currier personal to contact me.

        I had purchase an allyson fitness original 10 in 1 six pack abs exerciser on 26th jul 16 from amazon site but got delivered this product from different brand called golden star american brand. I am requesting the amazon to exchange the product with the brand which i ordered from the website or refund my amount in case same brand product is not available as the product condition is not good and making lot of noise & the spare parts as per catalogue is also not there. Hence i requested amazon multiple times in amazon call centre but they are saying they will investigate the issue. I called call centre today and now they are saying they have two type of product, one is amazon own and another is seller direct product and i have purchased the seller product which was nowhere mentioned specifically and now they are saying there is a sign which depicts that. But as a customer we are not aware of this, hence, now as per amazon i have to contact directly to seller. Amazon can't help on this. They are now sending a mail to me and saying that i have to send the product directly to seller at my own cost. Product wait is approx 7kg which would approx cost me rs 2500. However the product cost is only rs4000.

        Request you to look into this matter and help me on this.

          I have book the Coolpad Note 3 Lite (Black, 16 GB) mobile on 09/08/2016, which was suppose to be delivered next day i:e on 10/08/2016. I would like to inform you that this not the first time that amazon is delivering the product in my residence, This is the total failure from your end to deliver the product on time. your person has visited me without a mobile and assured me that it will be delivered tomorrow, but again the same story, I am fed up with your services.

            Hi,

            I ordered this item on 6th Aug seeing that it is a Prime Delivery and the promised delivery date is 8th Aug. On 8th Aug morning, I received an sms stating that the item is out for delivery with the contact person's number. It was[protected].

            I contacted the person thrice, he kept telling me that he will be at the spot in a short while. the 4th time I called at about 5:30 p.m., his phone was switched off. Now, THIS IS DISRESPECTING THE CUSTOMER, I will not accept this.

            The next day, i.e 9th Aug, I received the same msg with the same number. I called again and the guy told me that his route was different and some other guy would deliver the item. I waited for the whole day no one called or came. Now, THE DELIVERY IS LATE as per Prime Delivery conditions.

            So, now, please advice me shall I go the legal way because here, the scenario is completely about MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER WITH FALSE INFORMATION as the promised delivery time was not achieved OR you have a solution for this issue?

Now they saying we cannot help you I these we already send you.                   I had ordered for a home product from tea light category (Hosley tea lights). As i was travelling at the time the product was delivered, upon my return i chkd the product n on realising that the accessories were missing, requested for a return. Since, the product was delivered by their seller, they sent me a mail that on confirming with the supplier, they wd initiate refund. The supplier on email confirmed refund. Since then i hv been following up with them on return pick up n refund. Now amazon is changing their stand making me run between their atoz claim team n appeal procedures. I want my refund. Amazon is cheating people n robbing them of their money, harassing me n sitting with my money.

                    So sir, please refund my money in my given bank account. That item i have dropped personally at the return centre.

                          Hey i am really frustrated with Amazon India. First they cancel the account with silly reasons. And don't give the refunds for the orders made on the account. With account close, they also cancel the all the orders and even take the Gift card money which is there in the account. Please i need your help to take serious action against Amazon India...

                          Amazon suspended my prime membership account for a silly reason that i tried to order the same product from different devices. I m really frustrated. I gave them the reason for the same but they are not accepting it and denied activating the account .
                          I lost 500 rupees for the prime membership .

                            I have ordered a mobile phone from the amazon india and the tracking id is[protected]. It was to be delivered by 9th august 2016. Now they are saying to wait till 13 august. All of their customer executives have assured me that i'll get it anyhow by 9th august. A lady even confidently told me that it will arrive before 8:30 p. M on 9th august. But it was a lie again. I feel the courier does not want to deliver the item to my place as there is no delivery charges. Strictly look into the matter as i want the product by today anyhow. It's so urgent but these amazon people are paying no heed to it.

                            Did not receive the product as of now.Now it shows delay in delivery due to arrival at incorrect courier facility.But today in the morning one of the customer care associates told me the courier boy didn't show up because the weather conditions were not good.They are lying every time I talk to them .They are making false commitments.I want the product to be delivered by today itself .

                              I tried to buy rakhi on amazon site with fast delivery before 18th aug'16, but they are unable to deliver the said rakhi with gift on/or before 18th aug, even after requesting to pay extra charges as per their rules.

                              Also they need payment confirmation prior providing delivery date, which is totally unacceptable, why a coustomer has to share his/her credit card all details prior confirmation of delivery date.

                              Tried to explain/clarify the same with mr. Raghav on their helpline number but he was not ready to take my complain and provide.

                                Dear amazon customer service
                                I am totally disappointed by the fact that my order number[protected] dated 26th july 2016 is yet to be received by me despite repeated follow up since 29th july 2016.
                                My package sold by cloudtail has reached coonoor centre of gati courier (Docket number:[protected] service on 29th july 2016 and it has been stuck there since despite my repeated complaints on gati site.
                                Unfortunately, amazon is also not bothered as i have given a feedback earlier to amazon that relatively remote areas like my address must be serviced through india post parcel service and not by inefficient courier companies such as gati and ecom and the like.
                                All my amazon packages earlier sent by india post has reached me ahead of promised delivery date.
                                For some reason, amazon is just not bothered to act upon some of the useful feedback from customers like me and all they are bothered is give refund after a month or so and the customer going through the pain of following up with inefficient courier companies.
                                I wonder if i will receive the package even after i have written one another complaint on this site!!

                                I had to travel all the way to Coonoor and collect the package at my expense. I travelled 80 kms in my car and took delivery. Amazon customer service never bothered to contact me or help. They have no number or email id to complain but some non responsive options on their site to covey the fact that the package has not been received. Amazon is only good at delivering the ordered packages in cities and towns which are serviced by courier services such as Gati and Ecom. They don't get the vendors to send the ordered packages through India Post parcel service which is very good at delivering on time in remote locations. Most disappointed by Amazon!!

                                  At night 9.30pm agent called me to guide for my address as he has difficulty to find the addr. He asked me to come a nearby address but when i reach there the agent was not at location and i tried to call several time. After a long he picked up the call and tell me that he is not at that location and far away and you will get your product tomorrow.. Agent no. [protected]

                                    I want to share this experience with all of you here and the response i'm getting from the amazon team.

                                    I ordered a motorola phone my order details (order #[protected].

                                    I received this order and luckily it was made a cod and while i was making the payment to the courier guy i also thought about opening the packet and found this micromax box inside it with a stone.

                                    I refused and i didn't made the payment as well. there were seller details mentioned on the courier packet (satya - [protected] c/o holesale market) and i called the person who said "that we didn't had this product in the stock" and obviously my response would be "will you send a stone instead of that?" - he disconnected.

                                    Post then i shared the entire incident with the amazon team and i'm yet to be contacted till yet - all the attempts have been made from my end only!

                                    Yesterday i filled a online fir against the seller and police contacted this guy and has also advised me to go ahead for filing a consumer complaint.

                                    I have reached almost to everyone available in the leadership team and still no response yet.

                                    Was it resolved later? I received an empty box gift wrapped instead of a watch that I had ordered and Amazon refuses to help as always. They are crooks

                                      I have ordered a Moto g plus 4th gen during launch offers. According to the advertisement, promo code of goibibo of Rs.15000/- were offered. Even after mailing customer care repeatedly I have not received the offers as promised. Other than one email with false promises, I have not received even a confirmation from them.

                                        I pre-ordered this book (http://www.amazon.in/dp/[protected]/ref=pe_1640331_66412311_cm_rv_rej_eml_dp) on 12th july (a day before it was to be released). on 13th july, amazon changed its release date from 13th to 18th july, even though the book was already released. on 18th july, the date was changed to 26th and on 26th, it was changed to 3rd august.
                                        So when finally the book released on 3rd august on amazon (3 weeks later), i thought now it will reach me. i kept waiting for it to dispatch till 9th august, when the book was suddenly out of stock and is now unavailable. clearly the book was in stock between 3rd and 9th august, yet for some it wasn't sent to me then. i've contacted the customer care several times and some of them are incredibly rude and uniformed and just read the information off the computer.
                                        Now their latest solution is that i should cancel the order. if i had to cancel my order, why did i wait a month for it in the first place?!
