I purchased htc mobile phone (model no. htc desire 526 g plus/glossy black 16gb/dual sim) having imei no. [protected] on 12/11/2015.

Roundly after 3 months o[censored]se, it started causing a speaker-mike problem for which i registered a complained to htc service centre (amritsar, punjab branch of ganpati towers) on 01/04/2016. when i could not get any response from the service provider even after 20-25 days of registering...

This product was ordered on 4th june 2016 as i didnt get the order i raised a complaint with amazon on 28 june 2016 with officer jayali and she promised me to deliver the product by 2-4 working days and today its 12 july 2016 i have not received the order i called up customer care again mr akash spoke to me and he said he would replace the order again i want to raise my voice to say if amazon...

Sir actually i have brought a product from amazon.in, which order id[protected]. i returned this item in the india post in the day of 20/06/2016. the postage company is saying that your product is returned and the website amazon.in saying that there is no returned item of your order id.

Amazon one of the largest e commerce company literally going to hell.. No value for customers. They don't know, what is assurance, promise, satisfaction... U know what they do best, they can make indian customers fool they don""t know what is the value of time..

I have ordered a tablet 5 days ago on 7th july... usually my orders r dilivered in 3-4 days by blue dart courier services. but this time its sent through fed ex.

The courier reached gurgaon (at a distance of five hours from my place paonta sahib) since then they r slowing it down. i mean wtf they kept it at gurgaon for 1 whole day.. then it left and guess what to a bigger route via ambala.. then it was kept there for 1.5 days...

Amazon India has been delaying delivery of the product and has kept my money. Amazon India you people assured me that i would get the delivery of the product 8th. They repeatedly asked me to wait for end of the day claiming they deliver till 8:00 PM. There after you asked me to send many document like courrier slip, account statment. i mailed you all related document as par your requirement. but account is not credited till date....
