I ordered for Refund not received for Power Men's All Season Beige and Yellow Canvas Trekking and Hiking Boots - * UK[protected] on 01.07.2016 and received the Delivery after 3-4 days. But due to its heavyness and requested for return and refund of Rs. 1599. The Company collected the above mentioned item and acknowledge pick up of return item via Ref Tracking[protected] dated 06.07.2016 throgh Shri Muni Sharma. But today is 26.08.2016 the refund os Rs. 1599 against the return of Power Men's All Season Beige and Yellow Canvas Trekking and Hiking Boots have not been received till date.

    Hi,

    Amazon.com automatically deduct the amount of 99$ from my account on 24th Aug in the name o[censored]pgradation to prime membership. I never opt this type of membership but they deduct from my account which was stored on their site. Now they are saying it is by system error. I was panicking from last few days thinking my card information is compromised since, i never expect this kind of activity from AMAZON.COM. I asked my bank to check upon this but some how i thought to check with amazon as well and then i found this was because of there system error. Now they agreed to refund my money but since amount was in dollars in that case they are not ready to refund FX charges.
    Please tell me who is responsible for this?

      Hi,

      I have received a damaged product which I placed return request . After placing the request the product has been returned back to second day itself . But it's being more then 2 months the amount has not been refunded . I have called customer care lots of time and every time the assurance has been given that in next two days amount will be refunded . Please take strict action against it .

      I have to place an order worth Rs.1180 and the company assures free delivery if total cost is above 500.This is just making fool of customers by adding delivery charges.So i request the company to make sure that their should not be any delivery charges above order of Rs.500/-.Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

        Amazon Prime is rubbish. I placed 2 order with this service and both of them are late. More over Amazon Prime is a free ones day delivery. However these useless and dick head Amazon management started prime and I got enrolled for it. Now I don't get normal one day delivery option. When ever I talk or chat with the Amazon Customer care I have a feeling that I talking some person sitting at home chatting took their friends. They are not atty professional below average standards in their communication and the language they use. Customer service agents are so dumb that they don't know the difference between first name and last name. Amazon.in sucks.

          this is to inform you that, date: 24/08/2016 time: 12:12pm, amazon agent([protected]) call me, but i couldn't receive that call b'coz i am attend important meeting in my office. when i'm free i return call to amazon agent. but there are no response. then after a sms received in my phone, "ur package could not be delivered as customer was not available."

            Sir, I was purchase a new mobile from amazon online order and this product in some technical problems. So i re-tune this product. but this company to not re-tune me mobile and not refund me my payment in my bank account.but amazon company my re-fund payment in our gift card in add and i have receive my payment in my bank account.

              This is second time happen yesterday i buy coolpad mega 2.5D #403-XX33XX7-XXX0309 DATE24/8/16 through amazon prime and they collect 100 INR for next day sure delivery but they did not send and it happen second time last purchase i made on 30/3/16 for next day delivery and we got that parcel on 2/4/16 it is their regular practice they collect INR 100 by misguiding customers...

                      I ordered a pair of shoes on 10th august, 2016 and I wanted them to get delivered lately by 17th august, 2016. But their estimated delivery was 19th august and therefore I thought on to cancel the order. But before cancelling it, I thought I should ask amazon.in if the product could be delivered on or before 17th august. When I contacted them, I got the assurance through various e-mails that I will get my product on or before 17th august so I did not cancel it and was expecting it to arrive by then. But the order was ultimately delivered on 18th august and also it was not as expected. Very poor finishing. I could feel the glue inside and the threads coming out from here and there. I contacted them again and told them everything but I didn't get a genuine reply from them. I hope I get a solution on this.

                        We are a regular customer of amazon.in. We have ordered one ladies sports shoe on 17/07/2016 (Asian women mesh cute) no.[protected], after receiving that particular shoe, it was not choiced by us, so we have lodged refund request on 28/07/2016. But till date there is no agency to collect that consignment.
                        So, i hereby request you to kindly look into the matter. I am working in a iso organisation and you know the customer satisfaction is first for today's business world.
                        An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                          This is to keep you posted that I' m not getting good response from your customer care people.
                          I tried to get a refund of product purchased from Amazon. The order details is: Product Name : Inspire Pack Of 2 Slim Chinos (Beige & D.Khaki); Sold by: Meenakshi Textiles Ltd.; Shipped: Jun 13, 2016, Rs.1, 249.00 refund issued on Jun 17, 2016..
                          69 days already gone from the refund issue date. I informed your Costumer Care Representatives & I also complained about this matter on amazon site but no response is coming from your side .
                          Daily your Costumer Care Representatives make some new excuse that we will refund your amount in between 5 days, 7 days or something other like these. Already my patience was gone out.

                                    Have purchased a product "abstract leaf wall canvas painting (Original art)"
                                    (Sold by painting mantra) order #[protected]. Due to quality and product size issue (As per product description on amazon it is 24x24 what i received is 30x30) i requested return which is approved by seller painting mantra.
                                    I was to send this product to the seller, as assured by amazon to pay back all courier charges to me. Courier cost is 2300 and product cost is 300. Seller says talk to amazon - not receiving my call anymore - now amazon denies paying courier cost. I have been posting on amazon facebook page for more than 10 days, amazon says will resolve your issue every time i ask for - (Recently today) below is the link to my conversation with amazon on their facebook page.
