I request you to please let me know the reason for changing brand of air pump and also let me know what is the price of shakti brand air pump and what i should do with this air pump.

Your immediate action in above connection will encourage me for further shopping from your world famous institution.

you have despatched air pump for motor, bike, cycle of Shakti Brand instead of Wintech Olympus. actually I have paid for Air pump of wintech olympus and instead of which you have sent shakti brand air pump which I have observed of inferior quality. Please inform me what is to be done from my end and what will you will do from your end

    Hey i am really frustrated with Amazon India. First they cancel the account with silly reasons. And don't give the refunds for the orders made on the account. With account close, they also cancel the all the orders and even take the Gift card money which is there in the account. Please i need your help to take serious action against Amazon India...

    Amazon suspended my prime membership account for a silly reason that i tried to order the same product from different devices. I m really frustrated. I gave them the reason for the same but they are not accepting it and denied activating the account .
    I lost 500 rupees for the prime membership .

      I have ordered a mobile phone from the amazon india and the tracking id is[protected]. It was to be delivered by 9th august 2016. Now they are saying to wait till 13 august. All of their customer executives have assured me that i'll get it anyhow by 9th august. A lady even confidently told me that it will arrive before 8:30 p. M on 9th august. But it was a lie again. I feel the courier does not want to deliver the item to my place as there is no delivery charges. Strictly look into the matter as i want the product by today anyhow. It's so urgent but these amazon people are paying no heed to it.

      Did not receive the product as of now.Now it shows delay in delivery due to arrival at incorrect courier facility.But today in the morning one of the customer care associates told me the courier boy didn't show up because the weather conditions were not good.They are lying every time I talk to them .They are making false commitments.I want the product to be delivered by today itself .

        I tried to buy rakhi on amazon site with fast delivery before 18th aug'16, but they are unable to deliver the said rakhi with gift on/or before 18th aug, even after requesting to pay extra charges as per their rules.

        Also they need payment confirmation prior providing delivery date, which is totally unacceptable, why a coustomer has to share his/her credit card all details prior confirmation of delivery date.

        Tried to explain/clarify the same with mr. Raghav on their helpline number but he was not ready to take my complain and provide.

          Dear amazon customer service
          I am totally disappointed by the fact that my order number[protected] dated 26th july 2016 is yet to be received by me despite repeated follow up since 29th july 2016.
          My package sold by cloudtail has reached coonoor centre of gati courier (Docket number:[protected] service on 29th july 2016 and it has been stuck there since despite my repeated complaints on gati site.
          Unfortunately, amazon is also not bothered as i have given a feedback earlier to amazon that relatively remote areas like my address must be serviced through india post parcel service and not by inefficient courier companies such as gati and ecom and the like.
          All my amazon packages earlier sent by india post has reached me ahead of promised delivery date.
          For some reason, amazon is just not bothered to act upon some of the useful feedback from customers like me and all they are bothered is give refund after a month or so and the customer going through the pain of following up with inefficient courier companies.
          I wonder if i will receive the package even after i have written one another complaint on this site!!

          I had to travel all the way to Coonoor and collect the package at my expense. I travelled 80 kms in my car and took delivery. Amazon customer service never bothered to contact me or help. They have no number or email id to complain but some non responsive options on their site to covey the fact that the package has not been received. Amazon is only good at delivering the ordered packages in cities and towns which are serviced by courier services such as Gati and Ecom. They don't get the vendors to send the ordered packages through India Post parcel service which is very good at delivering on time in remote locations. Most disappointed by Amazon!!

            At night 9.30pm agent called me to guide for my address as he has difficulty to find the addr. He asked me to come a nearby address but when i reach there the agent was not at location and i tried to call several time. After a long he picked up the call and tell me that he is not at that location and far away and you will get your product tomorrow.. Agent no. [protected]

              I want to share this experience with all of you here and the response i'm getting from the amazon team.

              I ordered a motorola phone my order details (order #[protected].

              I received this order and luckily it was made a cod and while i was making the payment to the courier guy i also thought about opening the packet and found this micromax box inside it with a stone.

              I refused and i didn't made the payment as well. there were seller details mentioned on the courier packet (satya - [protected] c/o holesale market) and i called the person who said "that we didn't had this product in the stock" and obviously my response would be "will you send a stone instead of that?" - he disconnected.

              Post then i shared the entire incident with the amazon team and i'm yet to be contacted till yet - all the attempts have been made from my end only!

              Yesterday i filled a online fir against the seller and police contacted this guy and has also advised me to go ahead for filing a consumer complaint.

              I have reached almost to everyone available in the leadership team and still no response yet.

              Was it resolved later? I received an empty box gift wrapped instead of a watch that I had ordered and Amazon refuses to help as always. They are crooks

                I have ordered a Moto g plus 4th gen during launch offers. According to the advertisement, promo code of goibibo of Rs.15000/- were offered. Even after mailing customer care repeatedly I have not received the offers as promised. Other than one email with false promises, I have not received even a confirmation from them.

                  I pre-ordered this book (http://www.amazon.in/dp/[protected]/ref=pe_1640331_66412311_cm_rv_rej_eml_dp) on 12th july (a day before it was to be released). on 13th july, amazon changed its release date from 13th to 18th july, even though the book was already released. on 18th july, the date was changed to 26th and on 26th, it was changed to 3rd august.
                  So when finally the book released on 3rd august on amazon (3 weeks later), i thought now it will reach me. i kept waiting for it to dispatch till 9th august, when the book was suddenly out of stock and is now unavailable. clearly the book was in stock between 3rd and 9th august, yet for some it wasn't sent to me then. i've contacted the customer care several times and some of them are incredibly rude and uniformed and just read the information off the computer.
                  Now their latest solution is that i should cancel the order. if i had to cancel my order, why did i wait a month for it in the first place?!

On31/07/2016 i ordered a moto g4 mobile worth of rs 14999. But i received a mobile of micromax worth of rs 1500. And you are providing poor service and the seller replace the quality mobile and placed a local cheap micro max mobile.

                      I was buy a moto g4+ & a back cover. I have already pay for this but still amazon not delivered my product. I have call the customer care five time but they always give me next day date.

                      I was also buy a intex baby pool, in the morning i receive a message from the side of amazon which show that product delivery date is today but there delivery boy said that i told the amazon that he will not delivered the packet.

                      I am very upset of very poor service of amazon.

                      Please solve my issue as soon as possible

Seriousl no customer support, everytime new customer executive but same line but no resolution at all. almost 20 days and I have not received my refund, will this be credited or not kindly let me know as now I am sure that Amazon is behaving like local sites.

                            Since 6 years i am a customer of amazon us as well as india. Recently i bought order#[protected]Fish food) where the quality was too worst. Amazon india did not help me in replacing the bad quality product

                            They are just acting as middle man in between actual seller and customer and making money by cheating people

                              This is my 4th product in this quarter that has been delayed even after the product shows to be reached at a local hub near my location, i have raised so many complaints with the company and also i have asked for an office where i can talk to a person face to face about my issue but surprisingly there is no such place as informed by one of the representatives from amazon. I think the company needs to respect the time and money we are investing in buying products from amazon and not act ignorant about the same

                                I ordered a book on amazon.In and made online payment. On delivery, i was not provided with an invoice. I was told that i could get it printed from amazon website. But it only provided an order summary and not an invoice.
                                Since then, for the past 2 weeks i am corresponding with their customer care through mails to get the invoice, i am only told that the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Many such "24-48 hours" have elapsed. I haven't received the invoice yet.

                                    I was completely cheated by amazon, they say that they can only take care if the medicine is bought is bought from amazon fulfilled seller. They cheat all the customers by keeping the products of the seller online and when we face the problem, there would be no response or irresponsible answer like, go and contact the seller, and the next line would be 'is there anything else i can help you with?"

                                      This regarding refund of money which i have receive after cancelling m order. i had placed order for lg 43lf6300 108 cm (43 inches) full hd smart led tv from amazon (sold by-cloudtail) for rs 46, 899 via credit card, emi basis on july 20, 2016 bearing the order no as order #[protected] and was to reach the product to me between july[protected], wherein i didn't receive the product by that date & they extended it to[protected]. i didn't receive the product on that given date also, so on 31 july 2016 morning i cancelled the order & received a email from amazon india about the cancellation of the same & would receive the refund once the product reaches the fulfillment center. i have been calling the customer care executives & they have been telling that product has not reached fulfillment center but i have received a email from amazon india on august 2 2016 that your order with order id[protected], shipped via amazon transportation services, is being returned to our fulfillment center. if you've already paid for the order, we will initiate a full refund once the package is received at our fulfillment center. we will send you an email once we process the refund. but till date have not received any email about refund & even customer care executives have been providing wrong information & commitment about refund. can check all the recordings & arrange for the refund at the earliest.

                                      Never expected company like amazon would do this to their customers as they are really doing good internationally. may be management of amazon india are incapable & spoiling the reputation of amazon international

                                        I had ordered a laptop amounting to rs. 53000 from amazon.in on 5th august 2016 opting for 'amazon prime' delivery. I had to get the order by 8pm on august 6 2016 which i didn't, so i gave a call on their helpline and asked the status of the order, the executive 'vignesh' told me that amazon will pe putting my order on high priority and will be delivering it to my in 24 hours. The next morning i get a message that my order delivery had been attempted on 6th august at 11:46 pm in the night. Already it got me confused that why would anyone deliver any product at that hour of the night, when one of my care takers from the address told me that noone had come to deliver anything, i didn't even get a call or a message prior to the delivery from fhe delivery guy which i should've according to amazon's rules. I called the customer service again on 7th august and they told me the same story that they'll put it on priority and to wait for 24 to 48 hours. Again on 8th august i called them twice and it was like they had mugged these lines like 'putting on high priority' and 'waiting for 24 hours'. I was ridiculed and asked them to connect me to their supervisor, and even she had the same thing to say. I got my order cancelled as i couldn't have waited anymore and am currently waiting for my refund. But i didn't get my order and now i'm in trouble.
                                        Some of the names of the associates were 'vignesh' 'saroj' 'akshay' 'prajkta'
                                        I wish the concerned authorities will take strict and immediate action against this situation.
