The status changed to delivered but it was not delivered to me neither at my home.
Below is the status lines for the product:
"delivered 18-jun-16
Package was handed directly to customer
The delivery receipt was signed by rajeev maurya"

But that is not possible as on that i was not at home and working full...

The product was delivered very late and even its too local and worst . Now when i requested to return they are asking they do not have any option to pick it up so money can not be refunded, its too bad experience . no delivery on time, duplicate item everything is going worst Order #[protected]...

I siegfrid jacob had ordered One plus three mobile from amazon india . First i have placed the order from my user name [protected]@yahoo.com and paid the amount 27999/- on[protected]. after 4 days of order they said the product got complaint in transit and initiated refund after 4 days. Again I ordered same item from my wife's account and paid the amount Rs.27, 999/- on[protected] again the have returned the item in transit on[protected]....

Dear sir/ madam

I placed the below mentioned order with amazon, for which i paid in advance. I have tried making payment through amazon wallet. Due to some technical problem in amazon payment got declined. They again sent mail to revise the payment. The second time i tried to make the payment to amazon entire payment was deducted in my bank account, not in amazon wallet. Later i canceled partial order because of this problem....

I have get the above product on 1st of june and i have cancelled the product on 8th june. I have been calling 1000 times to their customer care but they have only one response that is will arrange the pick within 24hrs but there 24 hrs is not done till date.

And after 2 days my 30days refund policy as per will expire and they will say your 30 days has finished.

As per my order (# 171­9913331­7153956) on 18th june 2016, i got received a product which costs around 4400 (Seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with 200gb of cloud storage & mobile device backup (Black) from amazon on 20/6/2016. Sir ibuy one plus theree amazon.In. 17 jun. Display is not working. So i call amazon. Amazon courier return my phone 18jun. I call amazon customer care 22jun. He say your money back 48 hours. I cll next day. Now he say phone is not reached bangalore office. Also say when phone is recevied i return your money.In while total washout my return documents. I call customer service. He says this is technical fault. I return your money 5to10 days....
