Dear sir,
I have ordered 50 pcs of julia pet jar container set, copper color x000ggufvf for rs 1599/-on[protected] and same is delivered t[protected] at 1628 hrs. But when i open the packages only 40 pcs are found instead of 50 (I. E 350 ml 04 set and 130 ml 06 set are missing. So i request you to kindly take back the product or re-deliver the balance container set immediately if you failed to provide the same the necessary action will be taken in this matter.

Your earlier response in this regard is highly appreciated

    Policy is to retrun the redun within 3-5 business days while i am waiting for refund since 11-12 days. When i am calling customer care they are not initating refunds and they commented that tey will process it by 7 or 8 aug and i will get refund by 12 or 13 aug.
    I cancelled my order before delivery and order is in transit from delhi to banglore since 7-8 days and as customer care people stated it will reach to banglore by 7-8 aug while in this timeframe any order can be send to baglore even by foot.
    I am not getting why customer's money is not money and even if policy is of 3-5 days why should i have to wait for 20 days for my own money.

    I am being financially impacted and mentally harras due to this.

            From last 2 days i am struggling for courier parcel (wireless harddisk) which is already there in your chembur warehouse.

            Let me tell you very clearly, your couries boys in chembur are really pathetic
            They are just lying and saying that no one is there in house.

            I thinnk you should remove all those rotten boys from you company who are spoiling your companys name.

            I have received sms on 31st of july along with mobile no of your courier boy.
            No which you have shared was switched off whole day and next day.

            I. e 1st of aug, by 8 pm i was able to connect to your courier person luckily as his phone was on, now he told me that your courier parcel had gone back to amzaon.

            On 1st attempt failure of delivery, courier has gone back to amazon.

            Your company should have rule to first dial and confirm the persons availbility post that they should deliver the courier, for that service anyone will be ready to pay the amount.

            Your company should share the details of courier ware house near by location where parcel is arrived, so in case your person is not avaible, we should go and collect the courer parcel.

            This is very basic in e commerce industry, which is followed by every ecommerce company.


            Every time i called customer care, they didnt gave the details of same.
            Aying that they dont have the detials.

            I dont know why you are not transparent and hiding things as a consumer i have full rights to know where my product is as i have paid the complete amount along with courier charges.

                The above said item ordered by me from amazon on 19 jul. The date of delivery was on before 26 jul. On 29 jul i received a sms said that the item will be arriving to day and be delivered. On 30 jul i received a sms package could not delivered as addressee was not available, no body called or contacted me then how i receive such a sms. More over i take up this to customer care on 30 jul, and then a delivery man called at 130 pm that time i was in office, i told my wife was in the next street and deliver the item there. We can`t go for a purchase that`s what we are purchasing online, the delivery man refused and told he will come tomorrow, is it making a scene i feel total waste of time. Till 26 jul i was suffering without antivirus in system but who cares, this is the customer support your providing. Please take necessary action on those people who are made me suffer.

                  And i came to know amazing fact of amazon that after more then half month its not reached to me
                  Eller has shipped to ats delhi on 18th july which was picked and shipped according to ats update on 18th july
                  Everal times i chatted to representative of amazon they just told me to wait more
                  When i called to their toll free number after talk of few minutes he keep the line for hold more then 25 minutes and said i had filled a to z refund
                  I just want to warn all consumers regarding thier careless attitude
                  I am still waiting courier to reach

                    For the first time, i used amazon that too prime... I was cheated... I ordered lg 32lh576d81 i read the complete info in the website which mentioned once tv gets delivered i need to contact lg call center for installation and from the manufacture what all i get.. I was surprised when the lg call center told me that it will cost rs.2000/- +st for wall mount installation... No were in the webpage its mentioned.
                    When i called amazon they told me that its chargeable and its mentioned in my order and product page... I asked the customer care executive to show the same, now she says that its not there in the page or order for my product, as they may have missed but its usually like that... I was cheated... Any one can be cheated... Beware.. I will ensure i tell every one who order through amazon to beware of fraud... Dont be cheated... When i updated a review in thier website they have rejected review... All reviews good and bad has to be publised by ecommerce sites, only good reviews are published to misguide general public and buyers.. This is cheating by amazon... Pl see image attached.. They rejected my review.

                        I have purchased the Dell Computer through Amazon (Invoice date 08th July 2016). Invoice clearly mentioned it is to be delivered with Windows 10 operating system. The computer was delivered with Ubuntu Operating System. I realised the same on 23rd July 2016 and since then following up with both Amazon and Dell. There is no assistance or resolution forthcoming. I have exchanged series of e-mails with Amazon and Dell. I need the product to be replaced with Windows 10 operating system.

                          Registered in amazon, till now... Instead of travelling to my place... They usually chaet like these,... Please take action on that delivery agent...

                            I have purchase of dish tv with installation in 25th april 2016. i paid rs. 1079/- for that purchase.. the company did not install the dish t. v. after many request. my refund request was[protected].
                            I requested to the company to refund my money from last 03 month. the company did not refund the amount till date.
                            Now the company says that it cannot give more information about this matter, and company may not reply to further emails about this claim.
                            The amazon company is a very reputed company in the e-business but now this is the nature of fraudulent of this company.
                            I never recommended to purchase from this company.

                            I purchased 27 watt, CFL and received damaged CFL. So I complained and company adviced to return the material and return charges will be reimburse after receive the material. I did return process and expend Rs. 150/-. I received a cheque cheque of Rs. 100/- that is not encashed in my city. My bank adviced to request for direct credit to bank account because the collection charges of this outstation cheque will be more than Rs. 100/- and you may be loses.
                            I requested various times to bank to credit the actual expended amount of Rs. 150/- to my account. The Amazon not refunded the amount direct to my bank account till date.
                            There is much problems created by Amazon e-shopping. We never Redmond to purchase from Amazon in future.
                            I purchased two speakers of harmon and kardon from amazon for Rs.13500 and Rs.20000 but i received same speakers. even the mrp of 20000 was 18999.00

                                  I purchase a lenevo g50-80 laptop on 8 nov 2015. There is an offer from lenevo 2 yr warranty extension at this period (Till 7 dec).
                                  I applied for this but they canceled it because of wrong invoice.
                                  I reapplied for this but they again canceled because of delay in documentation (That is actually delayed by amazon for 2nd invoice).
                                  Because of that they agree to return item but actually they refuse to return.

                                  Today i found that from the lenevo service center reference, amazon provide me 2nd invoice also wrong.

                                  That is the actual reason of my warranty cancellation because i applied for this 6 dec one day before offer end.

                                      I purchased a Double Bed Size Pink Foldable Mosquito Net from Amazon on 6th July and item was received on 13th July. As the product quality was bad I initiated a return and it was approved by Amazon on 14th July. However no one turned up to pick up the item and no communication from Amazon either. When I called Amazon on 31st July saying why they did not pickup the item yet and not refunded me, the call centre representative says the PIN code is not eligible for return pickup. They say customer is responsible to courier it. Once seller receives the item the refund will be initiated. And for so many days Amazon never bothered to inform the customer of it. Really shabby state of affairs!!
                                      Why do I have to pay Rs 500 to courier the return of item worth Rs 1000?
                                      My money has got blocked and I feel cheated by Amazon and wont trust it again. Others like Flipkart are more reliable when it comes to returns.

                                        I placed an order of the oneplus 3 (rs. 27, 999) on 13th july. it's estimated time of arrival was 21st july. i waited but it was not delivered on the estimated date. then after that, the estimated date given to me was 26th july. i waited again. when it didn't reach me even on 26th, i called them again. they told me to wait for another 48 hrs. they are putting my order delivery on their so-called "priority". i waited again.

                                        On 28th when the order didn't reach me, i called them to give me a refund. they said ok, they'll just send the package back to the seller. this will take 5 - 10 days and as soon as the package reaches the seller, they'll release the refund and then it'll take the bank 3-5 days to process the transfer.

                                        Ok, now, i waited from 13th july to 28th july (15 days). and with that stupid process of theirs to give me a refund, i'd have to wait like 15 days more. wtf? this means that my money is going to be stuck with them and that too, rs. 28, 000. this is not a small amount.

                                        The refund complaint was registered on 28th and today is 31st. the status of refund hasn't moved a bit. it was "amazon. com has requested the package to be forwarded to a different address" and is still in that same status.

                                        I want my refund. i don't care if the package reaches the seller or not. i didn't get the package, i haven't touched the package so, why is it like that i have to wait for the package to reach the seller? i just want my money back! i'm seriously pissed about this case.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
