I placed an order of the oneplus 3 (rs. 27, 999) on 13th july. it's estimated time of arrival was 21st july. i waited but it was not delivered on the estimated date. then after that, the estimated date given to me was 26th july. i waited again. when it didn't reach me even on 26th, i called them again. they told me to wait for another 48 hrs. they are putting my order delivery on their so-called "priority". i waited again.
On 28th when the order didn't reach me, i called them to give me a refund. they said ok, they'll just send the package back to the seller. this will take 5 - 10 days and as soon as the package reaches the seller, they'll release the refund and then it'll take the bank 3-5 days to process the transfer.
Ok, now, i waited from 13th july to 28th july (15 days). and with that stupid process of theirs to give me a refund, i'd have to wait like 15 days more. wtf? this means that my money is going to be stuck with them and that too, rs. 28, 000. this is not a small amount.
The refund complaint was registered on 28th and today is 31st. the status of refund hasn't moved a bit. it was "amazon. com has requested the package to be forwarded to a different address" and is still in that same status.
I want my refund. i don't care if the package reaches the seller or not. i didn't get the package, i haven't touched the package so, why is it like that i have to wait for the package to reach the seller? i just want my money back! i'm seriously pissed about this case.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
