Respected sir : i am writing today a complaint of the poor service i received from your company amazon india on 06/08/2016. On31/07/2016 i ordered a moto g4 mobile worth of rs 14999. But i received a mobile of micromax worth of rs 1500. And you are providing poor service and the seller replace the quality mobile and placed a local cheap micro max mobile.

Olution : so i request you to refund the amount

    I was buy a moto g4+ & a back cover. I have already pay for this but still amazon not delivered my product. I have call the customer care five time but they always give me next day date.

    I was also buy a intex baby pool, in the morning i receive a message from the side of amazon which show that product delivery date is today but there delivery boy said that i told the amazon that he will not delivered the packet.

    I am very upset of very poor service of amazon.

    Please solve my issue as soon as possible

I told about this to amazon. They set the delievery time 26 july 2016. But i didn't got my parsal. Please solve my problem.

        Hi, Amazon will do like this I didn't. Seriousl no customer support, everytime new customer executive but same line but no resolution at all. almost 20 days and I have not received my refund, will this be credited or not kindly let me know as now I am sure that Amazon is behaving like local sites.

          Since 6 years i am a customer of amazon us as well as india. Recently i bought order#[protected]Fish food) where the quality was too worst. Amazon india did not help me in replacing the bad quality product

          They are just acting as middle man in between actual seller and customer and making money by cheating people

            This is my 4th product in this quarter that has been delayed even after the product shows to be reached at a local hub near my location, i have raised so many complaints with the company and also i have asked for an office where i can talk to a person face to face about my issue but surprisingly there is no such place as informed by one of the representatives from amazon. I think the company needs to respect the time and money we are investing in buying products from amazon and not act ignorant about the same

              I ordered a book on amazon.In and made online payment. On delivery, i was not provided with an invoice. I was told that i could get it printed from amazon website. But it only provided an order summary and not an invoice.
              Since then, for the past 2 weeks i am corresponding with their customer care through mails to get the invoice, i am only told that the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Many such "24-48 hours" have elapsed. I haven't received the invoice yet.

                  I was completely cheated by amazon, they say that they can only take care if the medicine is bought is bought from amazon fulfilled seller. They cheat all the customers by keeping the products of the seller online and when we face the problem, there would be no response or irresponsible answer like, go and contact the seller, and the next line would be 'is there anything else i can help you with?"

                    This regarding refund of money which i have receive after cancelling m order. i had placed order for lg 43lf6300 108 cm (43 inches) full hd smart led tv from amazon (sold by-cloudtail) for rs 46, 899 via credit card, emi basis on july 20, 2016 bearing the order no as order #[protected] and was to reach the product to me between july[protected], wherein i didn't receive the product by that date & they extended it to[protected]. i didn't receive the product on that given date also, so on 31 july 2016 morning i cancelled the order & received a email from amazon india about the cancellation of the same & would receive the refund once the product reaches the fulfillment center. i have been calling the customer care executives & they have been telling that product has not reached fulfillment center but i have received a email from amazon india on august 2 2016 that your order with order id[protected], shipped via amazon transportation services, is being returned to our fulfillment center. if you've already paid for the order, we will initiate a full refund once the package is received at our fulfillment center. we will send you an email once we process the refund. but till date have not received any email about refund & even customer care executives have been providing wrong information & commitment about refund. can check all the recordings & arrange for the refund at the earliest.

                    Never expected company like amazon would do this to their customers as they are really doing good internationally. may be management of amazon india are incapable & spoiling the reputation of amazon international

                      I had ordered a laptop amounting to rs. 53000 from amazon.in on 5th august 2016 opting for 'amazon prime' delivery. I had to get the order by 8pm on august 6 2016 which i didn't, so i gave a call on their helpline and asked the status of the order, the executive 'vignesh' told me that amazon will pe putting my order on high priority and will be delivering it to my in 24 hours. The next morning i get a message that my order delivery had been attempted on 6th august at 11:46 pm in the night. Already it got me confused that why would anyone deliver any product at that hour of the night, when one of my care takers from the address told me that noone had come to deliver anything, i didn't even get a call or a message prior to the delivery from fhe delivery guy which i should've according to amazon's rules. I called the customer service again on 7th august and they told me the same story that they'll put it on priority and to wait for 24 to 48 hours. Again on 8th august i called them twice and it was like they had mugged these lines like 'putting on high priority' and 'waiting for 24 hours'. I was ridiculed and asked them to connect me to their supervisor, and even she had the same thing to say. I got my order cancelled as i couldn't have waited anymore and am currently waiting for my refund. But i didn't get my order and now i'm in trouble.
                      Some of the names of the associates were 'vignesh' 'saroj' 'akshay' 'prajkta'
                      I wish the concerned authorities will take strict and immediate action against this situation.

                        My name is rahul bali, i place a order of mach 3 razor along with blades. Offer was if you placed the order with in two hour. You will get the free of cost delivery by tomorrow when i placed the order, delivery date was august 15, 2016. Immediately i contact your customer care executive. He was say we are unable to delivery as per mentioned commitment,

                        Immediately i cancel my order. But your organization have lost trust mine, my family and friend circle.

                        I have requested your customer care executive close my account w. E. F.

                        I have never expected fake commitment from such a ethical organisation.

                          This has been happening time and again and hence I would now cancel the entire list of my pending 8 orders which I bought at the Sale.
                          I ordered a Speedo Swimming cap a while back and got a msg that it will be delivered today. I was at home the whole day waiting for the delivery when i receive the msg that product not delivered due to courier guy not carrying a card machine. This repeated for 2 days and the product was returned. Order #[protected].
                          This is simply outrageous. The delivery agents do not carry debit/credit card reader and i have to go to ATM and get money to pay him??? WHY DOES AMAZON PROMISE SERVICES THAT IT IS INCAPABLE TO PROVIDE. ALSO WHY DO THEY HIRE SUCH A PATHETIC DELIVERY AGENTS???

                          Above that, when I spoke to one of the Customer care rep, he kinda treated me as if it is my fault since I am expecting too much out of Amazon nowadays. He states that it's not a compulsion to carry the card swipe machine and hence I need to pay by cash ONLY.. This was not mentioned at the time of placing the order. As per me he should have escalated this with the delivery agent rather than losing a loyal customer like me. Since, I was a bit irate as the product that I ordered was to be gifted to someone today on her birthday, it hurt me more. I hope the call that we had is heard and necessary training given to the executive. He did not even send the feedback link coz he knew he couldn't handle the query well..

                          I feel Amazon has become quite big in the industry and doesn't need any more loyal customers. Feel pity about them

                            I ordered one plus three as on 27th july 2016. Product was suppose to be delivered as of 3rd august. My list of complaints are,

                            1. Delivery date changed without any prior intimation or reason being shared due to which i had to followup.
                            2. Spoke to samishtha on 4th august around 3.45pm who stated product will get delivered by 5th aug and but she cannot commit. I requested for supervisor and spoke to sai. Sai stated he is sure product will get delivered by 5th aug but he will call back by 6pm to confirm the same. I never recevied the call. Incorrect expectation setting done by samistha and sai because product has still not been delivered. Also sai refused to transfer the call to his supervisor. Reason shared for non delivery was bad weather in gurgaon on 2nd, 3rd and 4th august which was a lie.
                            3. Spoke to jessica and shruthi on 5th august and was informed again that product delivery will take place by 6th august for sure. Reason given again was bad weather in gurgaon on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th aug. Incorrect expectation setting done by jessica and shruthi because product has still not been delivered.
                            4. On following up with customer service team on today i am now being informed that product is lost and a replacement needs to be ordered. I was made to re-enter the adddress to deliver which is already availaible on my account stating the address is inactive. I have just placed an order at the same address yesterday which can be viewed on my account details.
                            5. Now that the replacement has been ordered there is no commitment to expedite the request

                            Pathetic customer service clearly indicating customer is not priority for amazon.

                            No step taken to showcase that amazon values its customer and will go the xtra mile to fulfill customer requirement

                              We ordered a giordano watch to be gifted. The watch came with too many scratches and wasn't working.

                              The return was accepted and return pick up was scheduled for 4th august between 8-11am. [today is 8th august]

                              There's no sign of the courier pick up, despite daily follow ups. I only keep getting standard automated emails with some names, but we can see that they dont seem to be serious. Because how long does it take someone to call a courier???

                                So it has happened for the third time with amazon. I ordered a Kindle little while back and got a msg that it will be delivered today. I was at home the whole day waiting for the delivery when i receive the msg that product not delivered due to absence of customer. This repeated for three days and the product was returned and i received my refund. But then again i put another order and this cycle repeated. (Order#[protected]
                                Now i am experiencing the same pattern in another order of mine. Today the delivery boy calls me and asks me to come to another location to receive the delivery.                                   I had ordered a product on jun29th, today date is 08aug'2016 and complaint for order #[protected]. On immediate date after receiving product i requested for pickup. More or less 45 days got completed. No one came for pickup yet and im daily communicating with amazon customer care. No solution yet. With out my concern my claim was canceled. On every day conversation with customer care there are asking 24-48 hrs. Finaly there have movedup to 45 days. Could pls arrange pickup and refund my amount asap.

                                      Order was delivered late(was ordered for a birthday gift, so day passed), with no tracking updates at all, neither the delivery nor the dispatch details . Pathetic courier service by the seller . Now after raising a cancellation request, order was delivered, and neither seller nor amazon has turned back about return pickup or refund for this cancellation request. Highly disappointing
