I have ordered a product through amazon.In & paid for it in advance, i was waiting for the delivery of product but i didn't receive the product & their site is showing it delivered. After complaining about this n following again n again they are now declining my claim for refund by saying that they have delivered the product. When i asked for the signed confirmation of product delivery they also deny to do so. Kindly help me out in this as this is being so irresponsible & hectic to follow.

My order no. is[protected] for Milton Clearsteel2000 Casserole (EC-THF-TTS-0007_Silver) dated 17.06.2016 & it is showing delivered on 21.06.2016. after not receiving the product & waiting so long i have complaint about it on 27.06.2016 for which they have told me to wait for another 2 days, this happened again n again till finally they have declined my claim for refund of money, which is already paid for the product by saying that they have delivered the product. i have mailed them but no proper response. kindly help me out in this.

    I buy stainless steel rubbish bin from amazon india for 611 rupees. packaging was bad, box was torn inside and item arrived damaged with dent. i don't have bank account or credit card so payment was cod. amazon accepted to refund. they offered to either transfer the money to my bank account (i don't have) or give me a gift card. i take gift card as i plan to buy a mixer. i went to buy mixer. price is more for mixer is 2000 rupees so greater than gift card amount. big problem, amazon not allow cod and gift card combination. i spent many hours on calling amazon. no good explanation why cod and gift card cannot be combined. also amazon never inform me upfront about this problem. they say you pay balance of mixer with credit or debit card. i inform them i don't have bank account. no reply from amazon! they take my money and offer no solution. also no one from amazon wish to help. please be careful they will cheat you! what is point of gift card if i cannot combine with cod to purchase new item?!! why not transparent with your policy and why cause so much pain to genuine customer. i simply want to apply gift card value of 611 towards mixer and pay balance of 1400 in cash at time of delivery.

      The online seller giant first attracts customers with good price deals on its platform, they then lose the product in transit and yet they send you texts saying that your order has been delivered, received and signed by the buyer and don't own up the responsibility. I've ordered philips led cap desk light 4.5 watts (White)- order id:[protected], invoice no. Mh-bom[protected], which got lost by amazon, they are so irresponsible that they didn't notify me, after calling their customer care thrice i got to know about it and when i complained to them, they said i have to place the order all over again and the same product they are giving it on higher price and refused to offer the product at the previous price and on the same deal. So its my earnest request to take necessary steps regarding the bluffing and cheating with the consumers.

        I have purchased 24, 500/- samsung note 3 from amazon on 3rd may 2016. It was working fine till now but
        Recently due to profile change i have to travel out of maharashtra every week and experience issues that
        Internet is not working while i am on roaming. I have tried to upgrade aneroid but unable to upgrade.
        I have contacted samsung customer care support on may 11th to help me. They tried at their end but can‛t find details hence requested to visit service center. Hence i have decided to resale instead of visiting and
        Pending more time on this instrument due to time constraints.
        Again i have decided to use amazon buy back services called reglob. They have requested invoice copy
        Which i asked from amazon.
        Amazon customer care associates guided me to raise request from seller through amazon portal which i
        Have raised on 12th may but i didn‛t received
        Hence on may 12th i personally visited to samsung service center which is 25 kms far from my home.
        Samsung service center informed me that product is duplicate and they can‛t help. I was really
        Hocked as well as ashamed of feeling of cheating from most trusted online portal. I am not looking for
        Resale now but expecting some legal action. I have immediately call amazon and he told me that you can‛t
        Return the product as period is over. I have again reach to customer care person name mukesh and
        Explained that how i can confirm that weather it‛s duplicate or original. If i didn‛t visit to service now then
        I will never come to know that i am using duplicate mobile. Mukesh has given me assurance that if you can
        Produce doa letter which issued by service center then he will either refund or replace. I again raised
        Invoice request on 16th for invoice. As i was out of pune, i was not able to visit service center on same day.
        Today on 18th again i visit to service center for doa letter but they denied as imei number is not
        Accepted by their system as it‛s duplicate and they can‛t help me. I have again contacted amazon
        Customer care and he informed me that amazon will contact seller from their end.
        When i checked the possibilities of my problem resolution, they have informed me to initiate buyer
        Guarantee hence i am raising this request.

        After sometime, i was informed that they can't take any action as seller is no longer exist with amazon and it was 8 months hence can't initiate buyers guarantee.

        I was cheated with most trusted site. I can't resale as it's duplicate. I have check site that other person also received duplicate product

          I had ordered a product from amazon on 6th july 2016 and i had paid rs. 1100 from my account. The same product was cancelled on 7th july.
          I have been following up for refund since 7th july and there has been no action on the same. Every time i call up their customer service, a different representative take up the call & does not provide any solution,
          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I had ordered a product from Amazon on 6th July 2016 and i had paid rs. 1100 from my account. the same product was cancelled on 7th July but the product was delivered to me on 13th July after my Cancellation.
          I have been following up for my refund since 7th July and there has been no action on the same. every time i call up their customer service, a different representative take up the call & does not provide any solution.

          Till date no action has been taken by amazon and no refund has been initiated.

          Kind request, please help me resolve this matter and help me to get my money back that is with Amazon since 6th July.

            There are two order nos. Tracking #:[protected] and tracking #:[protected]. Everyday i am getting false messages that your package is out for delivery and at evening i receive a message saying "the addressee not found at delivery address". None of the executive are taking needful action on this and saying that the package will be delivered within 24hrs and it is not yet delivered.
            Please take appropriate action against this.

                  Referring to my order no[protected], i had called the customer care number and told them to update my new address and at that time they informed me that it has been updated. today at the time of delivery, they are telling that it has not been updated. all the executives have different answers to the same query. some say it has been updated and some say it has been not. i have not received the product yet and no one is providing the correct information as all of them are unaware of the details. kindly help me with this asap.

                    I had buy the mobile (Nokia 105) from amazon on 11 September 2015.after four to five month the mobile is not working properly so I went to Microsoft mobile service center, they told me that this Mobil cannot be repaired instead of it will replaced from where you had buy this mobile, because this model is under replacement guarantied( on the box its clearly mentioned). so I contacted to amazon service center but they were asked for DOA letter.Again i did went to Microsoft service center, but they are denying to give DOA letter, because for this particular model the DOA(dead of arrival letter ) can not be generated.So amazon is fooling me.sir please help me.

                      I've ordered a moto g plus, 4th gen on 9th of july 2016 for which i got 16th july as the estimated delivery date but somehow the product got cancelled automatically either by amazon or by the amazon courier service on 15th july evening, and they don't even notify me about this cancellation via e-mail or sms and i didn't cancel or returned the product but when i asked the amazon customer care service several times about this cancellation they all give me different answers. this is very troubling as i have to gift that product to someone and now it is too late for that and i want the company to take strict action about it.

                        I've ordered two items from amazon on thursday 14, july 2016. the promised delivery was on saturday 16th, july 2016 (one-day delivery option paid 100 rupees). the delivery did not completed on the same day and when i inquired the product will be delivery on the same day and it did not happened. you can hear my full version of phone call with customer care executives.

                        I wanted to file a case against amazon india for cheating customers by giving such fake promises. i want them to take out the one-day delivery or same day delivery option to to withdrawn hereafter.

                          I, nitinkumar murlidhar kadam, nashik (mob no: [protected]) wish to place complaint against amazon.in (online shopping) as follows:
                          1) i purchased mobile lenovo vibe k4 from amazon (order #[protected] on 24 april 2016 by paying rs 11999/- through net banking and returned it to amazon on 2/5/2016. i didn't get the refund amount rs 11999/- till the date.
                          2) i returned lenovo vibe k4 note to amazon on 2/5/2016 and not replaced. still on 4/5/2016 again this item was sent by amazon unnecessarily (by order #[protected] though i already returned it.
                          3) very imp: at this time (order #[protected] amazon’s appointed agent (mob no : [protected]) delivered phone to my 12 year old son abhiraj kadam on 4th may 2016, which i have not ordered again. (from that day this agent didn’t receive any calls, but amazon must know the name & details of that appointed agent)
                          4) also while delivering, that agent didn't take sign of my son on his mobile. he asked name of my son only. he itself made sign. my son conveyed this to me as i was not at home.
                          5) on that day (4th may 2016) i asked that agent to take it back from my son as i have not ordered it again. immediately on the same day 4 may 16, amazon’s same agent (mob no: [protected]) collected phone back (imei = [protected]) from my son without giving any receipt.
                          6) hence i have returned the phone. (but amazon saying that you didn’t return the phone.)
                          7) it seems that amazon agent (i. e amazon), who delivered the phone, deceived us (i. e. my 12 year son) by taking advantage of the situation.
                          I. e. agent stolen it. i have imei no of that phone (imei = [protected])
                          8) i asked amazon to clarify the matter from their appointed agent (mob no: [protected]). i also talked to amazon customer care (i have recording of this phone). i also sent 6-8 emails and reminders. but till the date i didn't get the refund amount rs 11999/-. amazon can identify the present user and details from imei no. of the phone. but amazon not doing anything except useless emails.
                          Please give me the justice.

                              I had an account with amazon and was happy ordering online. After a gap, wanted to order and tried logging in. That's when the issue started, understood from customer service that my account was put on hold. An american explained to me in detail in a very polite manner on what to be done. She said she would email me the resolution steps. Guess she missed. Then again when i connected, i was asked to contact [protected]@amazon.In
                              People who work there are so rude that they ended up accusing me, threatening me, treated me like am an untouchable and finally agreed the fault was on their end. Their company ceo mr. Jeff bezzos had written in a forum that amazon will ensure every customer is attended the right way and they can even reach out to him for solution. I tell you, it's all talks. He didn't respond to even a single email. I was contacted by two other people. Lady named sneha and a guy named aditya.
                              Sneha dropped one email not answering my concerns and she went on a holiday which was confirmed by aditya. Aditya tries to be rude again and miss spells my name and said boss can't waste my time replying to your email.
                              I have entire email thread of this unruly conversation. I want to ensure these guys never treat one more indian the wrong way. Let me know how to proceed.

                                I purchase the redmi 2 prime 23/06/2016. after one week mobile was automatically hang and switch off, blue screen. then i complaint the customer care. i complaint return pickup in amazon 03/07/2016, 05/07/2016, 06/07/2016, 07/07/2016, 08/07/2016, 11/07/2016, 12/07/2016, 14/07/2016, 15/07/2016, and 16/07/2016 but no one person pick this item. every time cancelled this pickup. this time i am very disagree and dis-satisfied. my mobile order id:[protected]. and gmail id:- [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I ordered a dress from amazon on 11th march 2016. The order number is[protected]. The seller was thummar brothers and item name is "nk latest brown anarkali salwar suit". It was shipped on 14th march and delivered within a couple of days.
                                  I placed a return request on 18th march since my wife did not like the design. It was reversed picked up by the seller on 29th march and it reached at the seller location on 1st april 2016.
                                  I did not get any refunds and after waiting for almost 18 days, i sent a mail to seller on 18th april asking about the refund status. They replied that they will talk to amazon customer support team and let me know.
                                  Again after waiting for 10 more days i contacted the seller. They replied "please return to a-234, new bombay market, near sahara darvaja, umarwada, surat-395010".
                                  Even though the product is already reversed pickup by them 29th march and it has already reached them on 1st april they replied like this.

                                  On 6th may, i raised a claim on amazon for the refund. Within a couple of days amazon denied the claim without any reason.
                                  I contacted the amazon cutomer care again on 23rd may. They said they will contact the seller and i will get the refund within 48 hours. Nothing happened.

                                  I again contact amazon customer care on 21st june and again the same reply from them.

                                  I also sent a mail to the seller on 22nd june.
                                  The seller replied on 23rd june that they have already refunded the amount to amazon and it is the problem from amazon.
                                  Here is what there reply was
                                  "order id[protected]:
                                  1 of nk latest brown anarkali salwar suit [asin: b015ubde10]

                                  — begin message —

                                  Dear buyer,

                                  Please call amazon customer support,
                                  He will solve your problem because we already refunded your money but some other problems from amazon.

                                  So please call him..

                                  Thanks"

                                  I forwarded this email from the seller to the amazon customer care ([protected]@amazon.In) as well as to the amazon buyer guarantee team ([protected]@amazon.In).
                                  I also asked the buyer guarantee team about the reason why my claim was denied. I did not get any reply from them. I sent follow up emails to buyer guarantee team on 27th june and 5th july asking about the updates. But i did not get any reply.

                                  I called the customer care again on 14th july and asked about the updates on the refund and the reason for the claim denial. They told me that the claim was denied because amazon buyer guarantee team sent me an email asking for some information to which i'd not replied.
                                  I told them that i have not got any such email and asked them to let me know when was that email sent. They tried to check in their system but could not find any such email. So again no reason provided.

                                  They told me that we are raising a buyer investigation now and the buyer guarantee team will definitely contact you regarding this within 48 hours.

                                  It is again more than 48 hours and i've not received any communication from them.

                                  I'm completely exhausted and frustrated following up on this and i really need a solution to this now.

                                    Hi, i have bought "captcha 7 in 1 portable 4th generation mp4 player with video/audio player+fm radio+memory card support+voice recorder+e-book reader+image viewer" from amazon.in but got the product with a different color and malfunctioning power cord and headphone. the price i have paid for the product is rs. 999/-. as i wanted to get a proper replacement i returned package. but the replacement has arrived with the same issues, the power cord is still with wrong pin head. the price written on the replaced in voice is rs 500/-!! so it's my earnest request to take necessary steps to solve this issue else it will be really ill reputation for amazon deal.

                                      Website took the order and thereafter issued the order no., later cancelled the order saying limit exceeded. they should have basically not allowed to select if limit was exceeded.
                                      I was not informed about the same on my mobile number as i registered with them on mobile.
                                      After contacting them they saying you need to order again and then further steps will be taken to get the product delivered.
                                      How can order be placed if limit is exceeded? and if it is placed then how you can cancel without proper intimidation?

                                        I bought lenovo vibe x3 . It was defective so requested return and amazon approved it.
                                        Pickup was generated for 1st july 2016.
                                        But pickup was getting delayed everytime...
                                        After several complaints..Pickup was completed successfully on 7th july .
                                        Its been more than 10 days but still they haven't initiated refund.
                                        I have tried contacting them several times but evertime they give same reply "it will take 5-10 business days".
                                        Pls initiate refund as soon as possible.
