Complaint marked as Resolved i have added the bank account details on 20th of July'16. but with my confirmation that amazon billing team has been issued an cheque.
I got an sms on 29th of July'16, cheque has issued you will get an cheque with in 10 business days.that day only i called you customer care regarding refund you can transfer to my account.you can cancelled the cheque. they said on i can raise an complaint to billing team. Again yesterday i called the customer care i have spoken 4 agents last 5th agent only transfer the call to leadership team, they told after 4 days only we cancelled the cheque . you can call me by tomorrow morning we can cancelled the cheque and refund the amount with 24hrs.
Today i called but the customer care agents has giving the information there is no option to transfer the amount with in 5 working days you will get an cheque.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Therefore, We want to replace it with other one's.
