COMPANY CHEATED, VIOLATED THE CONTRACT AND ALSO DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE;
I have ordered apple ipad M2 wifI on 24.7.16 (MY ORDER NO. IS:[protected]) but not delivered so far. Firstly it shown reach by 30.7.16 and again on 4.8.16 but not received so far. When I contacted the customer care they have informed that they are no unable to inform the stage and they have asked me to suggest the ways. But I have not received any SMS/email/phone information about the delivery of the item so far even after lapse of 10 days time. It shows the company has cheated me, violation of contract and also deficiency since the contract is made as per the company guidelines/procedures/systems. The officials are driving me to go to the court of law and I have also no alternative excepting to approach the appropriate courts/forums.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I ordered sony stero headphone from Amazon. Since the day I recieved the headphone there is problem with left side phone .left phone is not audible. When I checked the site the return & replace window was closed on the same day. I called up to the customer care & that guy said your complaint has been registered. He told me to update bank details so that we can transfer the amount in your account. So i updated the same.But I didn't know where to courier the product.Again I called up to customer care., now the another guy is saying that product can't be return or replace .
      I am not satisfied at all with this kind of service.
      I request you all to please suggest.

        Recently i purchased a product from you which is a duplicate product.

        After receiving the product it looked different. I contacted the concerned company to which product belong. They took all the credentials and after investigating they came to conclusion that the product is duplicate.
        It is heartening to know that we are getting duplicate products form Amazon. Since last year i have done a lot of shopping from amazon including one mobile phone. But now i will not trust you or your nice advertisements.

          I ordered a book. I gave my office address for delivery. Delivery guy comes at the gate of my office premises but don't want to come in my building to deliver, instead calls me to come out of premises. Which i could have done but i am on leave for a week. All he has to do is deliver the package at reception at my office like every other courier guy. But he started arguing with me that entry is not allowed, which is a lie because you can give a id proof and you get entry pass. Every delivery man does this. Now i got message that package can't be deliver because address doesn't exist. I have already paid for this book. It's frustrating that you can't get your package for which you have already paid because of some lazy guy from reputed company refuse to do his work.

            I have ordered Philips 40PFL5059/V7 101.6 cm (40 inches) Full HD LED Television ( Order Date:[protected], Delivered Date:[protected], Order Id:[protected], Price: 28990/- )
            which costs 28990 from Amazon website which I wanted to gift to my beloved sister on her special occasion.
            But to my surprise the item that was shipped found to be damaged one. ( PFA)

            I immediately contacted your support to report this issue and for getting a replacement. But they denied my request saying my account is on hold and does not accept any replacement They also suggested me to write E-mail request to [protected]@amazon.in to enable my account.

            I understand Amazon is brand for quality online shopping. I request you to please enable my account so I can get this damaged product replaced.

            I still have some trust with your support and believe you understand my feelings.

            Please do the needful by enabling my account.

              Dealing with Amazon has been frustrating experience.

              Given below are the facts for which there are evidences available:
              1) 5 products worth approx 14, 000 (kindle paper white + 4 more products) were ordered to amazon on[protected]. The Tracking ID was[protected].
              2) Paid extra charges to get product delivered in 24 hours
              3) Did not receive the product on 1-7-2016 as promised by Amazon on 1st.
              4) On 2nd, I requested the number of courier person, he did not pick up the phone.
              5) On 2-7-2016 evening I talk to customer care for 45 mins and They told me on phone that by mistake they have delivered the product to someone named Anand Zha. Then they promised me delivery on 3-7-2016
              5) On 3-7-2016 Product was not delivered.
              6) On 3-7-2016 again I talked to amazon for 30 mins and they send an email saying that now the product will be delivered by 6-7-2016.

              After spending 14000 of my hard earned money, I have been harassed and amazon still is not promising the definite date of delivery.

              The customer care representatives were non-cooperative, harassing and over smart.

              I would recommend that no one buys on amazon, from person experience I suspect major issues with their supply chain and courier. You can not trust Amazon with your money. They will harass you by making you call them 10 times before delivering the product.

              Product is still not delivered to me. After talking to amazon customer care number for more than 10 times in last 2 days, i feel harassed, cheated and frustrated.

                  the supposed delivery date is on July 27th as per the delivery tracking website. till today 3 August 2016 it is not delivered.

                  have contacted AMAZON customer care directly and the same response every time that the material will be delivered.

                  I dont want the refund and I want the material to be delivered as I have promised this as a gift for my son.

                  I couldnt keep up my words even after doing the down payment.

                    I bought levono tablet from Amazon website on 22-Jun-16. initially it was working fine. But when the tab was swithed off due to battery its not working.Even not able to charge it.

                    When i try to return it Amazon says "This item is no longer eligible for return.
                    The return window closed on Jul 3, 2016. " This is not at all acceptable.

                    I need my money back or amazon should replace the defective product.

                          This complaint is regarding my refund status on order which was placed h was placed in march month and there are two refunds to be done but whrn called them daily and said them qbout this they gave one refund and the other is not yet done nnthe dompany people are being very rud3 to me and they are not processing my refund of 1999 plzz help me and try wnd solve my problem. Company says that instqnt refund but my refund is not yet done qnd their response was worst. Waste compqny amazon and your waste services. If the company dosent want to give refund its okay for me, but in same position, mqny other people are also th3re and the compqny is not giving their money also i just want tomknow why this is g8ingnon and why the compqny is not issuing my refund.

                            Regarding the mi5 mobile refund i called customer care with my office landline no:[protected], yesterday evening that call has transferred the leadership team, they confirmed you can call me by tomorrow morning we can cancelled the cheque and issue an refund to the registered bank account. I called the same customer care number today they arrange an call back from leadership team with my registered mobile number:[protected]. They told again you have to wait 3more business days, cheque has been dispatched.

                            Your customer care agent why giving an wrong confirmation & commitment.

                            Check the call recording and arrange and refund at the earliest.

                            i have added the bank account details on 20th of July'16. but with my confirmation that amazon billing team has been issued an cheque. I got an sms on 29th of July'16, cheque has issued you will get an cheque with in 10 business days.that day only i called you customer care regarding refund you can transfer to my account.you can cancelled the cheque. they said on i can raise an complaint to billing team. Again yesterday i called the customer care i have spoken 4 agents last 5th agent only transfer the call to leadership team, they told after 4 days only we cancelled the cheque . you can call me by tomorrow morning we can cancelled the cheque and refund the amount with 24hrs. Today i called but the customer care agents has giving the information there is no option to transfer the amount with in 5 working days you will get an cheque.

                            I purchased a Sony Xperia Charger. I pluged it to charge mobile. After passing an hour, the charger burns and caught fire. In the charger fire range our valuable items ie Mobile, Curtains etc also burns. Charger is now not working.
                            Therefore, We want to replace it with other one's.

                                I was purchased a bag through amazon on[protected]. And I return it on 3 July. But I didn't got my refund till yet. I got that bag but they still say I didn't got that bag. I have no proof of the same but the return status says that the Amz delivery agent pick up the same from my house. I have complained to the customer care many time but I can't get the answer.

                                  I have purchased a phone called redmi note 3 on 13 july, it ran only 14 days and got off, hence forth didn't start. Then i called amazon for replacement, but they refuse to do it by saying that return policy is within 10 days, i mean 10 days, no one handset get in to trouble in 10, and what about 14 days, thats actually made me furious and hopeless from amazon.

                                    Amazon introduced new delivery prime india service but it's just cheating i was promised the ordered item will get delivered 2nd august 2016 by 8pm. I took amazon promise to be granted and paid money to local plumber to come and install water heater on 3rd morning 9am paying rupees 400 with condition if i don't have product ready i won't get refund. I called amazon customer care multiple times and i was promised they will deliver product on time however it was all false promise, i was cheated and my installation cost of 400 lost. Now i want to see if 9200 rupees i paid to amazon is also lost or not?? There is no body to watch these kind of fraud activity by a company in india? Orderorder #

                                      I purchased a tablet 1 month ago. Now the tab is not functioning after it got switched off. When i try to make complaint/return amazon simply says "this item is no longer eligible for return. The return window closed on jul 3, 2016."
                                      I purchased the piece on june 21.

                                      Cost is 4996 rs.
                                      I want my money back or atleast i want a good piece.

                                      Please return the money or provide me a good piece instead
