I ordered biba women's anarkali salwar suit two times. First time, i ordered it on 8th may, they didn't ship the product even i contacted them 2-3 times. Product was available mean while. At last they cancelled the product.

Yes i agree that amazon is india's greatest and famous seller of all kinds of products without giving a warranty and guarantee of products

Amazon's marketing technique is they have a tie up with large scale of suppliers and manufacturer's directly where they charge a % of amount so on that % this warranty and guarantee...

1) to whom delivery person has deliver that item.
2) why he has not called me before deliver it.
