As it is the refund of my funskool rubik cube and courier charges of refunding that product as the money of my courier charges goes to gift card but i want a courier charges in check instead of gift card. and the order id -[protected] it is the matter of couriers charges and refundof rubik cube .i want money of courier charges not gift card.as i already told customer service that i want my courier charges in check but they put it on gift...

My order #[protected].i was order on 24may, 3quantity of product and i paied full amount of 3products cash on delivery, when i received my order i get only 1quantity very disappointed and feel cheated.then i was given refund and return issues.still i didn't get my refund amount 1053. 3times i called to amazon customer services, 20days completed no response still now..please refund my amount soon ......

Have returned the products two products 15 days back but have not received refund for the same from amazon, attached below is the return receipt for the same for your ready reference.

Have been following up with the amazon team as well as the seller since 2 weeks but still have not received my money back.Kindly look into this and help me to resolve this asap

I have purchased bajaj glacier dc2016 67-litre room cooler (White) from amazon lighting deal in rs 6999/-. Amazon delivered it on 9th june 2016 before one day of estimated delivery. That's great job done by amazon but unfortunately product order #[protected] received was damaged or defective which had not work. I had returned it on very next day of delivery mean 10th june 2016.
But now i am asking for replacement then amazon...

I) the cd received is wrong one - too preliminary, starts with abcd... Yz. Please send a free cd, as per the script in pink pages of the book. A friend bought from the local market, whose cd is correct!

Very poor service from amazon. I had ordered a bag for my travel. After sending as many as 5 communications, the seller dispatched the package only after 7 days. After hat i had to run after amazon customer care executives, who kept on telling me that it will be delivered before my travel date. On the day the package reached my city, the amazon guys called me up and said that i had cancelled the order, and as such they cannot deliver the...

I have returned this order on 17th may and was waiting for the cheque which was dispatched as they said. Now they are saying that the cheque was delivered and encashed on 3rd June. But it was delivered to wrong person.
that too they had issued the cheque to a complete different name. And now they are not ready to issue me the refund. As if it was my mistake that their money has gone into wrong hands.
Hopefully I may get refund...

My product was out for delivery on 13-06-16 but I got a message on that day that I have to provide some extra details to my address location, I update that the very same day.
The funny thing is that we dont have the contact no. of the courier agent and he, himself did not even call me once if he is not able to locate my address properly. The issue would have been resolved there and then.
Still I am not having my product delivered...

I ordered a lumia 640 Xl from amazon.in and they delivered it properly but the phone has started malfunctioning after 15 days. As per the company policy they are not replacing the phone.
The issue is with the display. I contacted the customer service regarding the same but they are asking me to contact the authorized lumia service center in Bangalore city.

I purchased many products from amazon india such as toys, dresses and even mobile in last one year and sometimes i found product which is not appropriate as mentioned in the product details and not worthy as per the cost i paid for it, so i request amazon to replace it or to refund but when i ask them to refund or replace it, they always ask me to courier it back.

I did not understand if you cannot replace...

I have purchased 3 items from amazon on 11 th of june, 2016.When i have made a payment by my debit card, they have deducted the amont of 1199 from my account and send a mail that my payment had been declined and they requested me to revise the payment.when i have clicked on "revise the payment", the same amount had been deducted from my account.now they are saying the amount is refunded.but my bank people said, there is no refund money against...

I ordered a product called "votre refining toner" from amazon. When i got that product & applied on my skin i got burning sensation!! Next day i got red skin rashes and pimple all over my skin along with many pimples!! Now i am under medical treatment. I suffered a lot. I bought motoG 4th gen for 15000rs from Amazon.com but the piece was defective.I asked for the refund on customer care number, they replied that they will refund the money after a week after taking the product back without giving any assureity .
At the time of selling their product they asked for the cash at the time of delivery
Why this kind of double standards??

Kindly avoid placing orders on amazon.In.
Amazon is tied up with sellers in india who are sending defective products. The cod is not been provided by such sellers.
One such big seller is carry-wrap (Hyderabad).
The below mail i sent to amazon and also contacted on fb but no proper justification and response provided. Just it is told that amazon has its policy and i should sent the seller...
