I have ordered the product online through flash sales after registering the same as per amazon guidelines. I have mentioned the delivery address as my corporate address where i am presently working. The commitment done was by june 20 / june 21, 2016.
I received a mail as well sms stating my delivery on june 20, 2016 along with the delivery boy's number. I contacted the delivery boy several times but he didn't delivered the product on the contrary he said the same will be delivered tomorrow i. E., june 21, 2016.
Today june 21, 2016 entire day the number was switched off while in spite of informing several times in different time intervals to amazon since morning 11 am till evening 5:30 pm no resolution was offered.
On the top one smart fellow from amazon rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow i. E., june 22, 2016 without my information. While speaking to the executives, it was understood that your own executives have no clue of the product and its committed timeline for delivery.
This was one of the most painful and frustrating experience ever in my life with amazon. I admire what kind of services, delivery agency and customer satisfaction is carried on with amazon. I have lost all my trust with the company and its services.
I feel flipkart and snap deal are thousand times better than the so called amazon. Very poor and ridiculous service.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
