I have order a product #[protected] from Amazon 19th June with guaranteed one day delivery option of one day and paid the charges for same.

And I got the update that will get delivered by 21st June. Is that fulfill
your comments of one day guaranteed delivery. I feel cheated in this case.

    I have ordered a lenevo vibe k4 note mobile phone on 9th june by making net banking payment and my product was supposed to be delivered on 13th june as per amazon tracking system. But still my product is not delivered and after multiple followup they are not responding.

    I have paid 10999/- on 9th june now the scenario is amazon tracking portal is not showing any status. Even i tried to get in touch with customer care many time including mails to [protected]@amazon.In and [protected]@amazon.In. But i think senior management is also not interested to help customers.

      I ordered Redmi notes 3 on May 18th in Amazon. Then after 2 day at 20th may they delevered the product with some scratches. so i returned on 23rd may.
      Then my returned reached them on 3rd june and i got a message son on that your refung initiated on 3rd June. but still i didnt receive the refunf amount . nearly it takes a month ago. but when i tried to reach customercare, they simply divrting that the cheque ae delivered. its very bad experience i had with amazon.
      they mainly focus to diverting call, no proper response.

        I placed an order with amazon on 13 jun Tracking #:[protected] .
        estimated delivery date : 18 jun, but could not delivered on 18 jun. After that I made redirection of address so that I can get product on time as per instructions by representatives which was not correct procedure as informed by another representative so I reverted address redirection and requested to deliver order on previous address only. Now after contacting representative again I get to know that I will not be getting package.
        Delivery Agent not responding of calls if customer is trying to follow up with regarding arrival of package.
        Every representative is conveying wrong information/ different information at the time of contact.
        Misguiding by representatives, at the end what is the status - package will not be delivered to me.
        Not getting any information/ notification regarding order unless I am approaching customer care representatives.
        Status is getting updated online regarding order after making contact by me only with representatives.
        After tracking this product since last 2 month I placed the order and after 7 days I am getting information that I will not be getting this package. Totally wastage of time and keeping my money with amazon until it is returned.

          I purchased the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 mobile through on-line flash sale from Amazon website. When the mobile first arrived, i found some issues with basic functioning such as rebooting phone etc. hence i opted for replacement. But when the company replaced & give new phone, within the span of 15 days, the phone became dead & did not started.

          When i am now opting to amazon to return the phone since i am no more interested due to all such issues, they are declining the same & stated to submit the phone at nearest service centre. Now, the service centre told me that they will repair the phone which is so damn disappointing that after spending 12000 RS, I need to use the 15 days old repaired phone.

          Amazon, kindly replace the phone or refund back my money.

            In last 15 days I have placed 3 orders on amazon and all the 3 orders are delayed.
            Even the tracking status for them says "Out for delivery". The delivery was never attempted and i did not received any call from delivery agent.
            On calling the customer agent they say that your delivery will be done on highest priority. However, the system is going in a easy to go attitude and they feel easy to blame the customer for their own mistake. My concern is the system blaming customer for some mistake by the Amazon team or their delivery agents.
            Other than that, the customer support sometime says that they cannot give contact of delivery person as it is against the policy, while other gave me the contact number of delivery person. I do not understand what their exact policy is. we are a developing nation and I would like to be a good citizen of it to stop accepting any incorrect nuisance happening with agents. I asked to change the status but they did not do that.

            I demand an apology of such notes and also to have a provision to revise the status if any such wrong status is made. Also strict action is required on the delivery agency.

              Purchased this product on 24/01/2016, contacted local dealer valji & bros, ravi nagar, gokul road, hubli as instructed by bosch customer care for demo but dealer refused to give me a demo stating it was purchased online.
              next problem machine stopped working again contacted the same dealer for repair.
              machine kept for observation for 10 days but he could not repair it, but gave a bill of Rs.115/- inspite of being in warranty.
              I am under the dilemma of weather purchased theft set .
              My machine is currently under non working state from past 3 months, although visited the dealer numerous times

                I have orederd globalite shoes on march 3. I have received wrong size. Sii have returned my shoes to amozon. But after i returned my my shoes my account is closed. So icant login my amount. And my refund amount rs.440 is also not cretited. So i want my refund. Kindly refund my amount.
                Why r u holding customers amount. I will take legal action to u r company. Because i have hard work earned money. I[censored] not refund my money. I will file legal action to u r company.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered one laurels watch from amazon India With a cost of Rs.299.
                  When i received the product and i opened the box i found that Box is empty.
                  I have contacted amazon Via chat. They said they will refund my full amount in payment method mode. As per commitment they did the same.
                  Then on next day at around Night 1 o clock i saw an lightning deals of Watcg on amazon India. I have booked the same in Rs.225 and paid via GC mode and received the order no[protected].
                  Then in morning i recived the email stating that your refund has been initiated towards thr given order number.
                  This email shocked me. Then i replied amazon. They are reverting thay they have closed my account. Because i have any other account.
                  I am appealing since 2days that i dont have any other account except one amazon a/c then also a/c specialist team is reverting again and again same thing.

                  My simple request is this that reinstate my account. I want to use my GC balance.

                    Hi,
                    I am umesh kanade my order id is #[protected]. Which i received on the 27th of may 2016 (Moto g4 plus)
                    Since the product had many problems i applied for return and refund.
                    The product was reversed on the 31st of may 2016
                    The very next day after having a telephonic conversation with the amazon customer care i updated my account details as requested on their portal so that amount can be transferred through neft/rtgs
                    Its now more that 15days past i have not received my amount which goes against their policy of refund within 10days.
                    Though i'm constantly following on the same they are just giving fake promises that process has been initiated and you might receive it in a day or two.
                    Such process has led me to financial crisis.

                      I was purchased a karbonn mobile from amazon website on 18 december 2015 . Order no.[protected] issue is that now my mobile has defective and service center is ask for showing invoice and the invoice provided by amazon does not contains imei no. .And now i am demanding the invoice on which imei no. Mention on it from last many days but there is no hearing.Amazon authorities is saying that kindly contact to seller (Fone- mart)
                      Seller is saying that contact to amazon regarding it.
                      So, plz help me that what i do now all are transfer their duty from one head to another.Kindly help in resolve my issue

                        I had ordered a netgear router which was needed urgently. The product was supposed to be delivered on the 10th of june. It has not yet been delivered and whenever i call the customer service of amazon they say it will be delivered within 24 hours and it doesnt happen so. I have called them seven times and i am not getting any help whatsoever. The product is paid for through internet banking

                          I have placed an order with amazon on 9th june 2016 for lenovo zuk z1 phone for rs 13, 498/- (Order no #[protected] 9 june 2016) and the payment was made through icici bank credit card. When i tracked the item on amazon website next day, i saw that the item status is given as returned and the comments said “the package arrived at a courier facility in bangalore and was returned because it was refused at the delivery address or the order was cancelled”. I live in kochi, kerala and the package never reached kerala i haven’t cancel the order either. I sent an e-mail to amazon and they replied stating the “package was damaged in transit and therefore the seller has cancelled the order”. I have requested not to cancel the order because i also had bought the accessories like back cover, tempered glass and usb type c charger etc., but they cancelled the order and refunded the money (Only phone cost) on the next day. They also advised me to try one more time. Since lenovo zuk z1 is sold through flash sale, i had to wait till 16 june and again i bought the phone (Order no # #[protected] 16 june 2016). I also sent an e-mail to amazon stating that i have ordered the phone once again and i gave them the order number as well. The payment was again made through icici bank credit card. Amazon confirmed me that they will speak to the transporter and make sure that the phone is delivered to me as soon as possible. On 17th june i checked the status and found that the item is again returned due to the same reason. I sent an e-mail to amazon and they again said the “item is damaged during transit and the seller cancelled the order”. They have not refunded the money till the time i am writing this e-mail on 18 june 2016, 12.30 pm ist
                          They are using customers money for few days and cheating without delivering the product. They are not ashamed to give the same reason and gives a standard template reply. I suspect some serious fraud and request you to please help me

                            Amazing amazon! Looks like this happens only at amazon india.

                            I purchased above referred product vide order#[protected]. On 15th june at 4:19 i received a text that the product has been delivered in fact it was not. Online tracking order also showed that product was delivered.

                            When i called amazon call centre (Should say it hires well trained parrots) who kept on repeating standard phrases and never bothered to listen and understand what i was complaining about. My point was simple; "what is the reason for displaying that product has been delivered when in fact it was not". After being little strict the call centre executive informed me that courier company has updated the status as delivered.

                            I raised a complaint and asked their technical team to call me and inform how this is possible.

                            Till now neither the product is delivered not i received their call.

                                Hello my name is Deepak Kumar. I have bought a micromax 32B8100mhd 32 cm LED TV[protected] from online shop AMAZONE INDIA for rupees 15300 Rs. I have received the TV but after received, I found that the TV quality is very poor and some formats can't play, audio speakers are not working properly, sometimes it's having hanging problems also ... I got frustrated too much after that I decided to return the TV to amazon, I called many times in amzone customer department but every time they are telling me wait for days three days ... I have called more then 15 times they registred my complaint but they are not taking any action ... Its been 16 days from purchasing till now my product did not pic up for returning ... I am speech less and don't know what to do plzz help to return it as soon as possible ..

                                  Hello @amazon india,
                                  I ordered wonderche[censored]ltra lunch box, 800ml, blue worth rs. 980 on 26th may 2016.
                                  Order#[protected]

                                  When the order was received, we found that it was purple color box, which costs less, around 750 rupees.

                                  We requested for a return and the pick up guy came and took the product on june 1st 2016. Tracking id:[protected].

                                  Its been 17 days now, i have not received the refund. The website is indicating the seller has not received the product

                                  Can you please look into this issue asap.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                                    It's been more than 13 days and still I have not received the refund of one of my product which Amazon took back on 5th June 2016. Amazon told that they have issued the refund on 5th June itself and should reflect in my bank within 2-3 days.

                                    Since last 2 days I tried mailing and chatting with their Customer Care Executives (CCE) they are not giving me satisfactory answer and seems like they don't bother about it.

                                    They are asking me to check with my bank. How my bank can help me in this. Also when I asked for Transaction ID they sent me incomplete ID. Moreover, I asked that in which bank account have they transferred the money, they said "we have transferred into your bank account linked with Amazon." I have 2 accounts linked with them so I asked that into which one they have issued the refund then they said we can't help you any more you just contact your bank.

                                    Now tell me to which bank shall I ask? These people just take away money and don't care to return it back.

                                    Order #[protected] and refund amount is Rs. 1345/-

                                    I need your help to get my money back. They are not listening to any of my mails.

                                    Request you to help me in this.

                                      I had placed an order of the book mere Christianity by c.s . Lewis via Amazon.in. My order number is[protected]. I had returned the book because the book was of bad quality with torn papers. The website says that the return was issued on 19th May, 2016, but as of 17th June2016 no refund has been credited to my account. Kindly look into it and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                                        I have ordered two shoes with you and to my surprise the delivery boy says that no bill will be provided for these two products and denied to resolve this issue therefore, I called up the customer service your executive has also taken me for a ride and disconnected the call, if this is the way to deal with your customers, I would never buy any product henceforth, and will spread this issue to all people among my contacts, hope you will resolve this with honest humbleness.
