I purchased the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 mobile through on-line flash sale from Amazon website. When the mobile first arrived, i found some issues with basic functioning such as rebooting phone etc. hence i opted for replacement. But when the company replaced & give new phone, within the span of 15 days, the phone became dead & did not started.
When i am now opting to amazon to return the phone since i am no more interested due to all such issues, they are declining the same & stated to submit the phone at nearest service centre. Now, the service centre told me that they will repair the phone which is so damn disappointing that after spending 12000 RS, I need to use the 15 days old repaired phone.
Amazon, kindly replace the phone or refund back my money.
