This product was ordered on 4th june 2016 as i didnt get the order i raised a complaint with amazon on 28 june 2016 with officer jayali and she promised me to deliver the product by 2-4 working days and today its 12 july 2016 i have not received the order i called up customer care again mr akash spoke to me and he said he would replace the order again i want to raise my voice to say if amazon india cant deliver the product second time i think its serious issue kindly take measures on the same

        Amazon one of the largest e commerce company literally going to hell.. No value for customers. They don't know, what is assurance, promise, satisfaction... U know what they do best, they can make indian customers fool they don""t know what is the value of time..
        I ordered a phone on 9th of july costing 15k with 2 day delivery by paying extra cost.. Today at 11 july i got a message from the company that your order is out for the delivery they also provide the contact no. Of the the delivery man. He did not call me at all.. I call him between 11 to 12 am i asked when u will deliver he told me it takes some time.. I told him ok.."they after leaving all my work i waited him but no call from him finally nearly at 3;30 pm i again call him he told me i m coming, i have to go for an urgent work and also knowing that generally they closes offices at 5 pm so after waiting for an hour i again call him now what he is saying that i dont deliver at your location so your order will be delivered by someone else.. Means i waited for the whole day and at the end he is saying i don't deliver at your area what kind of stuff is this if you dont deliver than y dont u handed the product to the concerning area delivery man.. And after this within few minutes i got the msg that delivery was unsuccessful because your address was not found instead they even dont tried to locate that and at app it is showing that delivery attempt was made at 5:14 pm but me my mother my sister and my dog who make bark each and every time when someone is in the front of home but no one was there for delivery
        After this i called at customer care after listening to me their representative told me dont worry sir we will deliver till 8 pm.. But still nothing
        I again called about 9 pm then after listening my whole complaint the representative cancelled my call
        I again called this time i told i dont want to talk anyone connect my call to any higher authority he told me i have to know your problem so i again explain each and everything to him so he out me on hold for about 5 7 minute than than told me that our supervisor team will call you within 15 minutes... I called them at 9:43 pm and its 11:00 pm when i m writing this complaint but no called i received from the concerning department
        And now they are telling me that we will deliver your product at 13 july.. Great services

        further i want to proceed on 13th July 2016 a great thing happened to me..
        My product is out for the delivery since 11 of July but I don’t get it and they messaged me that your address was not available
        Now today at 13/07/2016 a great kind of service provided. I was at home from the morning to then noon and from the noon to evening and from the evening to the night no one delivered my product but when I checked online it is shown that “YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED”
        What the hell I DON’T GET ANY ORDER whom they delivered my product and ‘it is signed by me ‘
        THEY MADE FAKE SIGNATURE OF MINE???
        THAT’S A VERY BIG ISSUE NOW.
        THEY STARED MAKING CUSTOMERS FAKE SIGNATURE AND WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER IN REAL THEY ARE SHOWING THAT DELIVERY WAS MADE.LITERALLY SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE THIS CASE VERY SERIOUSLY.
        THEY ALSO CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY IN THE NAME OF TWO DAT "'GUARANTEED' DELIVERY.BUT THE DELIVERY WAS STANDARD ALSO THE DATE THEY GAVE ME FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY PRODUCT, I DINT GET GET MY PRODUCT AT TIME
        i even confirm from the customer care Representatives that it is shown that product was delivered but payment is not showing there..
        NEVER GOING TO DO PAYMENT IN ADVANCE..
        AND CLEARLY
        I DINT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT.
        BIG QUESTION IS WHO MADE THE SIGNATURE??

          I ordered some items from your amazon, that came to my place hassan (d) karnataka (state) on 10/07/2016 am not able to take that product on 11/07/2016. i have requested your hassan delivery manager like i will collect that items on 12/07/2016 but he reacted negligibly with me and he again and again saying me like i'll return your all product amazon. he is not a customer friendly person and he spooked like amazon owner. my humble request please take an action. my two friends also faced same issue.

            I have ordered a tablet 5 days ago on 7th july... usually my orders r dilivered in 3-4 days by blue dart courier services. but this time its sent through fed ex.

            The courier reached gurgaon (at a distance of five hours from my place paonta sahib) since then they r slowing it down. i mean wtf they kept it at gurgaon for 1 whole day.. then it left and guess what to a bigger route via ambala.. then it was kept there for 1.5 days and then left to reach another ambala depot and is still there.

            I[censored] can easily diliver fastly through a easier, cheap, short and better route.. why not doing it.

            Also there is no excuse for keeping my order at some point for days.

            Please reply and sort this problem out.

              Amazon India has been delaying delivery of the product and has kept my money. Amazon India you people assured me that i would get the delivery of the product 8th. They repeatedly asked me to wait for end of the day claiming they deliver till 8:00 PM. I kept telling them that the product has not moved (now it has been lying at their courier facility in Delhi) and they tell to wait.

              More suprising is the fact they didn't even take responsibility to inform that delivery is delayed. And without my consent they rescheduled the delivery and stated in the tracking details that i requested rescheduling.. Massive fail by Amazon

                As per telephonic conversation with your advisor piya told me not refund the amount directly my account.i have return the package Saturday evening time around 6.00 and field boy already told me amount has been refund in mine accounts please call on customer care but I tried the call Sunday so not connected then today on words I call for amozon people so she was denied .so pls refund the amount today otherwise i have take a stick action against amazon.

                  Order #[protected] has been cancelled due to the reason of the payment couldn't be completed in respect of sri dilip kumar sarkar as mentioned in your e-mail dated 8th july, 2016. But i have already paid the sum of rs. 215/- (Full payment) for that item and the same was also debited from my savings bank account maintained with bank on[protected]. The mobile message sent from vm-amazon at 12:12 p. M. On 8th july, 2016 it was informed about this cancellation too and affirmed me 'if you have already paid, refund will be initiated shortly'. Since then, no amount has been credited to my account till today.

                  You are, therefore, requested to refund the said sum of rs. 215/- to my bank account immediately.

                          I received defective product from amazon. He not aaccept for return the product. I say amazon i complaint in consumer court. He say sure. After 2days he are accept pickup of product but by mistake i send different product now complaint amazon regarding different product. He says no issue. And called amazon returning the amazon product. Amazon says yes i returned your different product and pickup the product. Now he refused me.

                          Pelse help me for returning the product and provide refund.

                            Trying to place order for 9th standard ncert text books through amazon and see that the shipping charges are more than the value of the order!!!
                            The re-seller is "infinity_books" and all books are being ordered from the same re-seller.

                            Vendors are trying to mint money from customers?

                            Either amazon has to take out such re-sellers or make sure the shipping charges are removed!!

                              Hi,

                              This is to inform you that Amazon.in which states that they do not save the user card details has deducted an amount of Rs. 6, 638, without my permission on July 1, 2016 11:22 PM for Amazon prime membership, ehich is utterly no use in India.

                              And the next very day, I contacted Amazon.in for the same and they even denied that my account itself does not exist, the agent here was Mr.karthik! and after all the drama I was asked to contact Amazon.com & Amazon.co.in. so as suggested, I contacted Amazon.com and had a chat with Ms. Kaityln and she strictly denied that such transaction info is not available and was asked to contact Amazon.in again.

                              And when I again sent a mail to Amazon.in they did not even care to call up instead sent the same response stating kindly contact Amazon.com.

                              And after all the drama, I had to call the support and they made me wait for a frigging hour on the phone to get in touch with the supervisor who gave an email ID to contact regarding the payment as that mail ID would make me get in touch with the payment team, but unfortunately again was not at all surprised to see the same response - "Kindly contact Amazon.com"!

                              My question here is, Y the hell is there a customer support when they don't even have the basic knowledge of addressing the customer's issue ?|

                              Finally, as it's already 9 days from the date of deduction, I've decided to file a case and sue these worthless company and let the world know about their "secure payment" or whatever the hell that is?

                              would be posting this o other sites and make it go viral until they learn a lesson!

                                I purchased lenovo zuk z1 from amazon.In after product shipped and delivered they blocked my account and now i want to return the product as they know they sent me a faulty product i contacted them through mail but they are saying ur account will be closed and new opened account will be closed also! Phone's camera is not working properly! There is a heating issue with phone and charger too! Now i want my refund what to do?

                                  There after you asked me to send many document like courrier slip, account statment. i mailed you all related document as par your requirement. but account is not credited till date. i contact to customer care of bank than they told there is no pending issue till 30st may 2016. now from where i will get my money

                                      I purchased a pair of bellarina from amazon india. unfortunately, i ordered a wrong size asked for a refund as i returned the item. i got the gift card id 60148503×××××××× but the problem occurred when i tried to redeem my gift card at amazon india. whenever i entered my gift card id of 16 digits it shows my promotional code is invalid. why? did somebody use it and gave me?
                                      I tried to contact with them but couldn't.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        There is a sale going on at amazon.in and the price of the watch is shown to be rs. 29 only. but the shipment cost per watch is rs. 249. the regular shipment cost is rs. 40. even if we are increasing the quantity the shipment cost is the same per watch.

                                        It is a scheme to fool the customers by advertising a sale and then increasing the shipment cost. moreover the delivery charges are not mentioned until the final stage. before that it says "delivery charges may apply".

                                        If they have to impose the charges no matter what why say "may". if it were the situation that by increasing the quantity the charges were dropped then this would be a valid statement.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
