I had bought a phone (Xiaomi redmi note 3) from amazon on may 4th and it was defective, the replacement did not arrive me on time and the refund was initiated on 16th may 2016 and due to address change it was re-issued on 21st may 2016 and till today i. E 30th june 2016 i have received no information about the cheque or money. The customer care executives keep apologizing as they have no idea where my cheque is. My bank details are updated on the amazon site and i swiped my card on cod for this transaction. I am unable to explain the possible reason for such a delay. Even a legal notice has not helped me.

      Regarding order#[protected],[protected]

      Hi.. Today morning i received a message that my consignment is out for delivery but no one has attempted to deliver.In the evening i got a mail that "no was available to receive the order", i got surprised how one can update like this.. They would have updated... Item delivered.. Though it would not have been delivered.
      In such case who is goona fight about the reality. They need to make the things more transparent. Also when contacted the customer representative to rectify the same he told me he has no authority to rectify the same will have to wait for another 24 hrs for the same. There is no respect of trust which the amazon is claiming to have with their customers.
      If you can look into the issue please do so.

        I made an attempt to buy Lenovo K5 vibe from amazon on the 22nd june and kept checking the status of my order to be delivered after every hour.The status of my order showed in my order list as confirmed and the parcel will be delivered till 8:00pm on 27th june. as a result i was waiting for the delivery. On the 25th at 5:56 pm i received a message from AMAZON INDIA that my order is on the way but suddenly at night on the 27th june after 2:35 am the status changed to cancelled which i again changed to confirm delivery in the morning at 11:18am and discussed about the issue with the Customer Care at AMAZON INDIA at 1:20pm where he assured me that it might be a problem and he will take complete care that the order will be delivered to me. now on 29th june when again i contacted them on Customer Care they informed me that the person i talked to earlier did misguide me regarding the delivery and the parcel can not be delivered to me under any circumstances.

        In this case I've registered my mobile phone number and email with AMAZON INDIA in order to stay connected with them regarding the order.

        If I've cancelled the order, why didn't I receive a confirmation of the cancellation message on my mobile phone or email or on the app?

        As AMAZON INDIA is doing this advertising to raise their revenue in the market they will never message me the details of the regarding as they themselves cancelled the order and they blame me for the cancellation.

        I strongly appeal you to take harsh action against and stop this fake advertising campaign started by them and if they continue they should fulfill the orders placed by the customers and in no way the parcels should be left undelivered without the consent of the buyer.

          I have returned the product almost 2 months back, but yet to get the return. Customer care says the return is processed and to contact the bank. The bank says nothing is with them. Why they are asking me to contact bank? When paid it was to their bank account, they have to send it to my account. Simple. Where lies the difficulty?
          Frustrated with the refund.
          Already 2 months passed to get back my money. Re-registered the complaint in their site still did not get the money.

            Please note that i purchase microsoft office home & student 2016 via order id[protected]. Before paying when i called at your customer care was told that this product has outlook. Although, i have received the product today and there is no outlook! Moreover, i have checked this with microsoft and they confirmed the same.

            I have not yet installed the product and request you to arrange a return. I understand that this product isn’t with return option but the mistake is not mine. Thus, please give my account, a credit of inr.5, 300 and take this product back.

              I orderd an earphhone from amazon.in...and i dont like it and i returned it..after that my account was closed..and i never get my refunnd back..its not about my money it is about customer satisfaction...and there fake logos, ...i called customer care for more than 20 time but every time i get same reply..that is we r trying to reopen your account..but from 6 month it never can be happend...pls raise my complain higher..pls

                I purchase a led tv from amazon.
                When i received this i found its a crack led. I talk with the customer care and return this with all formalities. They don't arrange a pic up of product. I manage it with verry difficulties and sent this by courier. To the address.
                Problem is they people don't take a courier return and i complaint this with your customer care they say then will take courior and every time give a false commitment.
                Kindly arrange that courier will assept. Again i arrange courier for today at 2.00 pm sharp

                      Complaints regarded fake commitment fake promises.
                      I placed a order on 20th jun 16 one plus mobile back cover, the estimated time was showing 27th - 28th jun 16 though my product still now i have not received. Today is 28th jun, i call customer care and asked them is your product coming from usa or london so you taking long time, neither they providing courier number or company name. All other e-commerc site like snap deal, flipkart, jabong and mynatra they placed order quick provide courier details for more convinent to customers.

                      I want my product at any cost, i am not all happy with service. Before 4 days back i placed 3 item which i received. But the item place before new one that still now not received. Totally unsatisfied from amazon from now onwards amazon lost there trust.

                        I have ordered one plus 3 from amazon on 22 june and they have promised me to delvered it on 27 june and its already 28th of june there is still no response from there side the customer care says we are checking evertime is call. They dont even know that where my package is i was so exited for my phone but they ruiend everthing. Really disappointed amazon

                        I had ordered a cellphone on 16th October and today is 24th October. I was promised delivery on 23rd and despite the delay there is no assurance or no information about the order. The order number is #[protected].
                        I will file a case under Consumer court for deficiency in services if I don't receive my order.

                          Not received the delivery. Still i got an sms from amazon that 'it was delivered successfully'. The delivery boy came to the building but delivered it to somebody else in the building. I tried calling the delivery boy but the contact no. ([protected]) provided by amazon was not available.. Please correct this and provide me the book from the incorrect delivery

                            I was supposed to be credited to my account because the item i ordered is not in stock. The credit was supposed to be in my account 6/21/2016 but instead i was charged again. So i have been charged twice instead of getting a refund the item was first purchased on 6/7/2016 for $51.64 it was a eureka dust buster vacuum id kro684799 and reference number 7101 instead of receiving a refund on6/21/2016 for $51.64 i was charged again.                               I ordered for the mentioned product. But without my confirmation it has been canceled after first attempt.

                              I called customer care not to cancel they assure but still canceled.

                              If this is the policy to attempt a customer only one time than i have no question. If not than you should have to take action against the person who has done the misbehave with the customer.

                                  I have purchased 1 saree material from amazon.In on 27th january 2016 which was not fitted properly, so i had requested for refund on 6th february 2016. I was waiting for parcel pickup and there was no email or call back from seller or amazon team after that.

                                  Then i tried to reach seller on 6th may 2016 again about the status of return and reverse pickup, seller said, he will try for it.
                                  Then i again messaged him on 7th may 2016, if he can do reverse pickup from some other address, again he said ok
                                  Then i gave him my address and he again said ok
                                  Then after waiting 3-4 days, i again contacted him on 10th may 2016 to know when is the reverse pickup scheduled, this time seller said to contact amazon customer care
                                  I did same contacted customer care by phone and they said to print label and send the item to seller address and amazon customer care representative told me that the courier charges will also be refund back. I did the same as told by customer care and sent my parcel on 24th may 2016. The tracking id for which is m34656278 and sent the courier receipt by email to [protected]@amazon.In and to the seller. The receipt is attach on this email for your reference.

                                  Then on 26 may 2016, seller replied he will not accept my return and told me to contact customer care. Then i tried to contact customer care and seller multiple times but there was no solution on this issue by anyone.
                                  Customer care told me each time that need not worry and we will do the best to refund amount 1400 + 340 soon.

                                  Till today i have been trying to reach customer care about my refund but there is no refund or anything yet and i still haven’t received my product back from seller also.
                                  Sir its been more than 5 months, i have been waiting for it. Kindly check the issue at your end and come out with some solution for me please. Right now the situation is, i have paid 1400 for item and 340 for reverse courier charges and i don’t have product also.

                                        This is bhushan sonawane.
                                        I had ordered moto g4 plus 32 gb. And i got empty package without mobile phone. I requested t return/ replace the order it took three days just to return. And stii i did not get any update as i want my product in next two day.. Even when i am ready to pay 100rs fast delivery charge amazon is not providing me with my order in the time-frame. Am really frustrated bcos i paid 15k and facing this problem.

                                        Am very frustrated with amazon. as purchase mobile by pay 15K and firstly i got empty package in first delivery. it took three day to return the product now amazon saying you will have to wait for 10 day then we will inform you. will plan to go to the police and take action on this earliest. as i wanted my product in the same week.
